Two eight six point: zero 1, 1 subsection 8 I'm, announcing a recess of the public meeting for the commencement of a litigation shade meeting to discuss pending litigation in the matter of Driss homes of Florida, incorporated vers, School, Board of Clay County case number, 10 2, 0, 1, 5, CA, 1, 154, 4th Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County Florida. The required public notice has been given. Concerning this private session.

Please note that board member Betsy Condon is not in attendance.

The entire session will be recorded by a certified court reporter and the full transcript will be filed with the board secretary to be made part of the public record upon conclusion of litigation for the record. The current time is 414.
