transition

up

surrounding
districts
and
districts

this
size
and

wisest

financially
sound

to

is

board

the

covered

board
meetings
regarding
what
his
intentions
are

the

we
as
a
board
needs
to
come
up
with
plans
and

don't
have
a
plan.

certain

plan

how
we

like

utilize

money

safety

another
option
in

for
operations
and

anyone

been
thinking

additional
money

understanding
what

growth

frustration

that
we've
always

growth

necessarily
planned

sound

should

doing

board

fiscally
responsible.

approved

four

utilize

money
in

public

responsible
