A
B
For
mr.
Nye
good
morning
thanks
morning,
so
the
first
you
know
we
talk
about
the
recognition
of
wars
will
recognize
founder
week's
art
contest.
Winners
to
mrs.
Kelly
want
see.
One
is
the
minutes
for
the
school
board
workshop
on
a
25th.
The
steward
hearings,
regular
meeting
on
October,
the
4th
C
2
is
the
personnel
consent
agenda.
There's
nothing
on
this
agenda.
B
B
B
C
B
Document
and
you
know,
identifies
salary
and
benefits,
so
you
can
see
the
breakdown
of
the
total
cost
per
for
all,
and
the
first
one
is
under
general.
Funds
will
be
the
wishin
for
the
director
of
three
moving
to
one
for
operations.
Tiffany
security,
thorough
funds
is
a
UNICEF
grant
for
Charles
E
Bennett.
Isn't
it
directly
linked
to
them
in
their
efforts
being
the
umbrella
of
the
state
of
Florida,
the
Department
of
Education
for
being
a
school
to
to
improve
academically?
So
this
money
goes
directly
to
them
or
classroom
assistants.
B
A
behavior
management
teacher,
along
with
additional
math
codes
for
services
within
their
grant.
The
next
is
federal.
Federal
funds
are
with
food
services.
This
all
paid
out
of
her
pocket
of
money
where
she
has
some
additional
hours:
high
school,
Orange,
Park
junior
high
school,
and
then
you
see
that
we're
dead
leaving.
You
know
some
positions
and
add
an
hour,
so
them
a
swimming
pink
Creek
as
well
and
due
to
the
need,
let.
A
B
C7
is
deletion
of
certain
item
reports.
This
is
about
printers
golf
cart,
laptops.
You
know,
milk
boxes,
tons
of
things
that
are
no
longer
LCD
projectors
are
no
longer
being
able
to
work
effectively
efficiently
than
the
organization
and
CA
is
free
qualifications
for
contractors,
which
is
our
monthly
recalls.
A
B
B
No
from
our
side,
we
have
lots
going
on.
We
plan
to
launch
the
community
connection,
hopefully
in
the
next
couple
days,
which
I
did
you
know,
will
be
monthly
Avenue
to
communicate
with
our
stakeholders,
my
parents,
they
will
put
out
a
video
analysis
or
in
a
podcast
to
talk
about
pressing
issues
within
our
school
district.
You
have
better
connections
and.
D
B
A
E
E
All
the
little
members
and
the
superintendent
privately
I've
accepted
a
position
with
the
UE
in
Tallahassee
and
it's
just
another
great
opportunity
to
serve
public
schools
with
litigation
being
in
my
wheelhouse
I'll
take
on
major
responsibilities
for
the
state
as
deputy
general
counsel
for
da
week.
So
there
is
a
transition
period
which
I'm
happy
to
have
in
my
contract
and
it
provides
for
an
eight
week
period.
E
So
this
will
be
really
round
out
the
year
in
December
and
I
will
provide
every
support
and
recommendation
that
you
all
ask
of
me
in
the
transition
I've
shared
with
everyone.
Here,
the
trend
of
school
districts
of
this
size.
You
have
grown
dramatically
to
outsource
board,
attorney
work
and
to
staff
up
a
legal
division
with
a
staff
attorney
chief
of
legal
services,
whatever
you
want
to
call
them.
If
you
look
at
surrounding
districts
and
districts
of
this
size
and
I.
C
E
You
know
that,
if
you
ask
me
might
be
the
wisest
most
financially
sound
way
to
go,
but
that
is
totally
up
to
the
board
in
to
the
superintendent.
So
I
wanted
to
announce
it
now
as
soon
as
I
could
publicly
and
to
encourage
the
board
to
perhaps
get
together
workshop.
It
allow
me
to
work
with
the
superintendent
and
to
provide
to
em
any
recommendations.
He
asks
of
me
and
I
will.
Probably
polish
up.
E
I
gave
all
of
you
in
legal
services
overview
report,
I,
believe
it
in
the
middle
of
summer
subtype
of
and
that
baby
will
look
back
over
as
far
as
I
could
go
back
for
your
legal
services
and
expenses
over
at
least
a
seven-year
period,
and
hopefully
you'll
have
enough
data
in
front
of
you
to
make
a
well-informed
decision
and
one
that
obviously
will
be
sensitive
to
the
decision-makers
which
constitute
the
board
toward
the
end
of
November.
I.
Think
a
lot
of
that
late
work
can
be
done
and
discussions
might
be
added
before.
F
E
E
E
District
level
from
the
school
board,
attorneys
perspective
and
I
really
do
think
being
a
member
of
the
school
board,
Attorneys
Association
and
if
I
continue
I
will
continue
our
membership
with
that
Association.
It's
a
vital
connection,
we're
all
part
of
one
kingdom.
So
again
it's
been
a
pleasure.
I
told
all
of
you.
This
I
love
the
challenges
just
as
much
as
I'd
love,
I
loved.
E
D
E
E
A
C
E
C
C
A
A
A
Would
it
be
better
for
us
to
try
to
have
a
workshop
with
the
board
as
it
is
now?
We've
all
worked
with
mr.
deputy
for
two
years
and
know
him
our
knowledge.
My
fear,
is
we
wait
till
the
new
board
member
is
then
that
would
be
the
20th
of
November.
That
only
gives
us
one
board
meeting
before
he
leaves
so
then,
as
I'm
driving
down
the
road
this
morning,
I
thought.
Well,
you
know.
Maybe
we
need
to
have.
A
F
G
D
Workshop
coming
up
for
our
policy
review
and
that's
October
30th,
that's
next
week
is
there
a
chance
number
one
that
sends
me
technically
discuss
it
here,
but
we
do
need
to
discuss
it.
Is
there
a
chance
that
we
could
add
it
to
the
policy
review
workshop
on
the
30th
and
make
it
part
of
our
discussion
at
that
point
so
that
we
can
determine
what
our
plan
is
moving
forward?
G
This
doesn't
really
fall
under
that,
though
this
is
the
one
employee
that
the
school
board
hires
themselves
and
we've
seen
it
in
the
past,
where
you
know
mr.
van
zan
and
three
board
members
brought
in
mr.
Sikes
with
no
discussion
whatsoever,
so
I
don't
think
it's
unreasonable
to
reach
out
to
the
remaining
applicants
that
we
interviewed
last
time
and
see
what
they
be
futuristic.
C
G
E
E
You
want
to
talk
about
it,
whether
it's
up
to
over
30,
whether
it's
at
the
November
1
meeting,
whatever
at
least
you'll,
have
heard
from
the
superintendent
on
what
it
is.
He
and
his
team
may
want
to
look
for
for
a
staff
attorney
you'll
have
that
ball
rolling
and
it's
always
up
to
the
board
to
to
say
yea
or
nay
to
that
and
at
the
same
time
yeah
do
whatever
you
can
to
get
it
out
there
to
attract.
F
E
A
B
E
B
A
E
A
F
A
C
A
C
A
E
A
A
C
A
C
A
A
Yeah
and
so
I'm
struggling
with
how
do
I
really
feel
about
it
and
then
I
struggled
about
well,
you
know:
do
we
do
it
right
now,
because
time
is
of
the
essence,
or
do
we
like
the
new
board
member
to
come
in?
You
know,
I,
it's
up
to
the
board,
so
I
mean
there's
five
of
us.
We've
got
to
figure
out
what
how
we
want
to
do
this
so
miss
Bush.
If
you
will
and
an
item
on
the
agenda
discussion,
what
did
we
say,
discussion
of
legal.
F
A
A
E
A
G
F
E
C
E
F
F
A
Anything
that
may
I
and
that'll
give
us
a
chance
to
maybe
talk
to
some
other
board
members
around
their
body
and
try
to
figure
out
the
best
way
for
Clay
County,
because
every
county
is
different
and
I
want
to
get
the
best
legal
service.
I
can
get
for
the
least
amount
already
that
Stephanie,
you
know,
I
think
we
recall
that
Andrew
and
Cena
may
have
collected
some
data
on
this
I'll
give
her
a
call.
Maybe
you
can
let
me
I'll,
go
talk
to
her
and
school.
F
A
A
Anyway,
we'll
get
it
on
the
agenda.
That'll
give
us
time
to
think
about
it
figure
out
what
we're
gonna
do.
Okay,
we've
got.
You
had
one
discipline
case
distributed
today,
mr.
crystal
said:
well,
maybe
others
will
try
to
have
them
ready
by
next
week's
workshop
on
the
30th.
Okay,
I
want
to
make
sure
we're
still
getting
this
fairies.
I've
talked
to
you
because
we're.
A
It
seems
like
we're
getting
you
know
in
the
summer
it
was
done
and
then
we
had
one
or
whatever
and
I'm
wondering
sometimes
I
think
it's
good
for
some
of
these
to
come
before
the
board,
because
we
can
really
give
them
brief.
I,
don't
think
I
think
sometimes
we're
backing
in
French.
I
don't
know
I,
just
don't
want
us
to
I
mean
y'all
feel
the
same
way.
I
want
to
see
some
of
these
kids.
I
B
Through
the
chair,
absolutely
we're
providing
more
services
to
students,
so
we
can
try
to
break
the
cycle.
Behavior
anything
this
major
that
comes
from
an
expulsion
that
is
the
Board's
decision
of
whether
or
not
they
want
to
add
expulsion
to
a
student's
behavior
and
at
no
point
time
I,
don't
know.
You
know,
I've
not
heard
that
someone
said
we're
addressing.
E
B
Every
kid
all
the
time
as
outlined
by
the
CODIS
didn't
cut
it
there's
nothing
to
hide
a
kid.
If
there's
action,
there's
a
consequence
and
you
know,
and
then
it's
attachments
clearer
than
the
code
of
conduct,
so
there
may
be
some.
You
know,
there's
a
new
process
in
part:
it's
not
the
new
process
and
whether
you
have
hearing
officer
mr.
crystal
does
an
investigative
process
he
hears.
B
He
has
a
hearing,
he
meets
the
school,
we
meet
your
parents,
it
meets
with
the
kids,
it
makes
an
informed
decision
of
you
know
whether
or
not
expulsion
needs
to
be
transitioned
to
the
board.
So
I'll
get
an
update
and
show
you
the
identify
who
the
here
in
office
you
know
when
when
do
we
trigger
that
to
be
pushed
to
the
board?
To
my
understanding,
I've
talked
to
Josh
I'm
talking
about
Holly
and
nothing
has
changed
and
reference
to
identifying
kids.
Well,
there's.
A
All
well,
my
thought
was:
this
are
more
of
these
kids
when
they
have
their
meeting.
Are
they
just
being
administrative
replaced
in
Bannerman
where's
that
you
know
that
was
I
thought
well,
there's
still
got
to
be
kids
being
sent
to
Bannerman,
but
instead
of
coming
to
the
board,
are
they
just
administratively
placing
them
in
battle?
I.
D
D
D
D
A
B
A
A
A
E
E
C
C
C
H
H
Do
they
do
well
I'll
tell
you.
My
yard
meeting
was
at
my
house
last
Friday.
If
he
had
this
full
grandson
with
him
and
I
said:
oh,
are
you
I
knew
he
lived
up
north
or
about
it?
No
I
saw
you
on
fall
break
and
he
said
no
ma'am,
I'm,
Paula
and
my
school
is
flooded.
I
haven't
been
in
school
for
a
month
and
I'm
not
expected
to
go
back
for
another
month.
He's
eight
and
I
thought.
Oh
at
this
age,
when
you
lose
that
they'll
be
going
to
school.
A
D
J
J
A
J
J
Can't
do
trade
offs,
sure,
yeah,
yeah
and
they're
they're
paid
their
school
bus
will
take
them
to
November
first
and
they
don't
know
where
they're
going
from
there,
but
they're
they're,
literally
scattered
all
over
the
state.
At
the
moment,
I
mean
I
mean
I
haven't
been
out
there,
but
I'm
going
to
go
out
there
and
you
know
imagine
we're
just.
J
B
C
A
A
A
C
E
J
A
A
B
C
D
So
hopefully,
sometime
in
December,
maybe
January,
we
got
a
report
from
Doc
mr.
Vassa
regarding
the
growth
of
the
county.
We
know
that
we,
the
one
mill
we
know
in
the
money's
covered
some
of
the
money-
is
going
to
become
a
problem.
We
had
a
record
for
mr.
Davis
at
103,
but
one
of
the
school
board
meetings
regarding
what
his
intentions
are
for
the
one
email
we
as
a
board
needs
to
come
up
with
plans
and
we
don't
have
a
plan.
We
don't
have
a
plan
for
growth.
We
don't
have
a
plan
for
that.
D
D
D
A
D
And
I
would
like
to
make
certain
that
we
as
a
board
have
a
plan
as
to
how
we
would
like
to
utilize
that
money
prior
to
November
of
the
2019
an
idea.
We
already
know
that
we're
it's
going
for
safety
if
we
already
know
that
it's
going
for
hardening
there's
another
option
in
there
for
operations
and
I,
don't
know
about
anyone
else
on
this
court,
but
I've
been
thinking
about.
If
there
are
other
opportunities,
if
there's
additional
money
that
wasn't
covered,
perhaps
by
what
mr.
D
D
Of
that
is
understanding
what
the
growth
is
going
to
me
to
us,
and
how
do
we
have
I
mean
you
talked
about
the
need
for
additional
schools?
We
understand
that
I
guess.
My
frustration
is
that
we've
always
known
about
the
growth
but
I,
don't
know
that
we've
necessarily
planned
for
specifics.
As
it
comes
up
and
it's
financially
sound
I
mean
that's
something
we
should
be
doing
as
a
board
to
be
fiscally
responsible.
E
D
That's
why
that's
why
the
plan,
the
other
side
of
that
is
this
one
mill
that
we
just
got
approved
in
our
four
years,
if
we
fiscally
responsible
as
to
how
we
utilize
that
money
in
four
years,
when
we,
when
I'm
just
going
to
say
it.
If,
when
we
go
out
to
the
public
and
say
that
wouldn't
Mill
covered
this,
we
needed
to
continue
to
help
us
in
this
way.
If
we
are
fiscally
responsible
with
that
one
mill,
hopefully
the
population
will
vote
to
continue
it
for
an
additional
four
years.
D
Oh,
absolutely
absolutely,
then:
that's
I
know
that
you've
already
begun
that
plan,
and
that
was
a
great
presentation
to
say
this
is
where
we
can
go,
and
this
is
where
we
want
to
establish
that
savings
or
that
pay.
It
forward
sort
of
thing
so
that
it
doesn't
cover
just
four
years,
but
it
covers
five
years
well.
I
think
that
way
is
planet
correct
but,
as
I
said,
that's
an
estimate
of
what
we're
getting.
D
If
there's
additional
funding
there,
we
I'm
saying
we
as
a
board
I
think
it
would
behoove
us
to
say
if
there's
additional
funding
that
we
garner
from
this
one
mill,
we
want
to
establish
this
or
we
want
to
have
it
go
towards
that
and
make
it
something
that
I'm
I
don't
want
to
share
ideas,
but
I
think
each
of
us
has
ideas,
I
mean
I'm.
Sure
each
of
us
has
thought:
well,
wouldn't
it
be
nice
to
be
able
to
do
that.
We've
not
discussed
it
and
I
think
we
need
to
discuss
it
and
you.
D
A
A
D
I
think
we
can
come
up.
We
can
sit
around
the
table
and
hash
out
different
ideas
at
a
board
meeting.
I
feel
that
the
the
final
outcome
of
those
ideas
is
a
better
discussion.
I
guess
a
workshop
would
sort
of
read
out
for
want
of
a
better
word,
some
of
the
ideas
that
are
like.
Maybe
that's
not
the
best
plan
and
the
best
utilization
of
this
funding,
but
similarly
with
the
growth
in
the
building.
Well,.

That
I
mean
it's
for
destruction
down
the
road
baby.
I
don't
want
to
get
sucked
in
so
details
because
from
day
to
day
month
to
month
here
to
here
things,
Chang,
I'm
sort
of
and
a
neat
may
come
up
and
I,
don't
want
to
say
this.
This
money
is
earmarked
for
this
and
you
can't
spend
it
for
something
else.
You
know
if
there's
any
extra
money
going
around
I
want
to
say
about
doing
something
about
insurance
on.
B
The
chair,
my
recommendation,
was
just
solely
to
get
the
ball
rolling
for
you
for
the
board
to
start
thinking
about
what
we
actually
could
need
with
using
that
funding
and
if
there's
additional
funding,
that's
available
that
may
come
to
us
and
as
the
boards
will,
what
we
could,
what
you
would
like
to
do
with
that
funding.
So
so.
