C
You
doing
and
good
morning
thanks
for
being
flexible
this
morning
and
if
everyone
had
a
awesome
time
with
your
family
friends
and
loved
one
with
the
last
couple
days.
Alright
so
and
let's
jump
right
into
it,
so
we'll
have
some
special
recognitions
with
the
Jim
Harvin
student
media
festival,
recognition.
Well,
the
transition
immediately
to
our
consent.
Agenda
c1
will
go
directly
to
the
board
of
workshop
minutes
from
October
23rd,
also
school
workshop
for
October
31st
and
student
hearings
and
regular
meeting
for
November
1st.
C
That's
always
stuff.
Anytime
c2
is
proposed
student
calendar
for
the
2020
2021
school
year.
The
Cal
Committee
met
and
the
this
is
the
only
really
major
changes.
You'll
have
a
new
start
time
and
our
earlier
end
time
we
will
start
the
first
day
of
school,
for
teachers
will
be
August
the
4th
and
then
the
student
return
will
be
around
August
11th
and
then
we
will
end
on
May
28th.

Past
85%
we've
got
thresholds
and
reference
to
determine
what
capacity
is
defined
us
by
they
by
the
county
district
schools,
which
is
consist
in
the
last
two
years,
and
we've
worked
with
mr.
Foster's
Department
principals
staff.
In
order
to
make
certain
that
we
have
the
the
right
number
of
seats
identified
with
our
schools,
we
have
if
we
use
85%
threshold.
Once
again,
we
have
11
schools
that
will
be
open
in
which
is
around
1300
seats.
This
is
inclusive
of
six
elementary
schools.

C

C
D
Had
a
question
about
this
for
mr.
Jagannath
and
of
course
I
won't
mention
names
allylic
down
here,
so
I
guess
this
is
public
record
now,
but
the
amount
is
do
we
have
a
gap
like
I
noticed
it
said
the
178
with
their
reimbursement
of
the
the
100,
which
leaves
the
78
out
of
the
district,
but
isn't
this
statutory
limited
liability?
200,000?
Yes,.
K
K
Surgery
that
we
also
never
talked
about
when
we
talked
about
insurance
cards,
so
no
matter
what,
in
any
kind
of
lawsuit,
we're
self-insured,
we
pay
the
first
100
tons
of
managers
than
that
one.
Okay,
tenants
when
you
get
above
100
that
your
insurance
kicks
in
here
is
Britt,
is
the
underwriter
kicks
in
for
the
total
amount
of
the
exposure
we
could
possibly
have
under
sovereign
immunity
limits
of
$200,000.
K
K
We
want
to
do
our
best.
We're
a
matter
should
be
settled
to
go
ahead
and
settle
it.
We
do
all
of
the
legwork
right.
We
should
be
able
to
reap
the
benefit
of
having
done
the
negotiation
and
the
litigation
and
so
on
and
so
forth,
such
that
we
don't
have
to
go
all
the
way
to
a
hundred
thousand
dollars
of
expenditures
before
they
put
in
a
dime.
Okay.
So
when
we
are
sued,
we
are
to
put
our
insurer
on
notice
immediately,
and
here
we
should
have
and
they're
in
for
their
$100,000.
K
K
K
K
J
C
C6
is
our
consent,
agenda
and
oldest
consent
agenda.
You'll
see
a
couple
things
the
first
one
is.
You
will
see
that
Jamie
I
am
I,
am
Nova,
seasoning
I
know
that's
her
last
name.
She
was
Pearson
who
recently
got
married,
will
be
identified,
as
the
interim
director
for
professional
development
did
not
want
to.
C
We
will
not
be
able
to
open
this
up
at
the
end
of
the
year
or
for
principles
that
are
Curt,
insolent,
sit
in
principles
for
internal
candidates
and
I
needed
someone
to
continue
to
work
right
now
and
Jamie's,
currently
working
on
the
umbrella
of
Katie
Muller,
who
is
retiring
in
the
next
couple
days.
So
we
just
want
to
make
sure
that
we
open
this
open
this
up
at
the
end
of
the
year.
C
Instead
of
now
that
want
to
be
able
to
I
don't
want
to
take
an
internal
candidate
out
of
school
I
think
it's
important
for
a
principal
in
their
school
year
and
then
will
look
to
hire
someone
internal
to
leave.
This
work.
Additionally,
you'll
see
the
executive
director
for
the
foundation
that
will
be
back
on
here
as
well.
The
job
description
I
know
that
the
title
will
stay
the
same
as
executive
director
I
have
altered
and
changed
the
the
pathway
of
reference
to
the
the
actual
position
refers
to.
C
C7
c7
is
for
us
to
purchase
already
laughs,
which
is
an
instructional
civil
material
for
consumer,
looks
for
students
in
grades
three
through
six.
This
is
initiative
that
I
sent
out
to
every
teacher
who
teaches
literacy
and
gray
in
the
elementary
model,
for
you
know
to
get
their
feedback
and
whether
or
not
they
would
use
this
supplement
resource.
It
came
back
to
96
percent
of
the
respondents
said
they
would
use
us.
This
is
a
great
opportunity
for
us
to
get
more
complex
offer
to.
C
You
know,
text
in
front
of
our
kids
in
a
consumable
manner,
as
you
know
that
our
adopted
core
is
making
meaning.
Well,
you
know
there
are
some
pluses
to
it.
There's
a
there's,
some
deltas,
which
means
that
students
don't
have
little
literature
in
front
of
them
at
all
times
and
an
interactive
in
text,
and
this
just
brings
this
opportunity
and
really
pushes
our
students
to
me
and
teachers
to
be
engaged
in
the
rediscovery,
where
they're
able
to
to
rethink
talk,
write,
analyze
and
look
at
materials,
and
what
this
does.
C
It
allows
us
to
scaffold
the
instructional
process
to
allow
students
to
meet
grade
level
expectations
and
it
differentiating
different
change
instructions
for
our
teachers
as
well,
and
it
goes
beautiful
with
their
eye
writing
tool.
Box
funding
will
be
purchased
out
of
the
instructional
materials
of
the
ninety
six
respond.
96%.
We
have
a
hundred
percent
of
principal
response
as
well.
I
didn't
ask
principals
until
I
asked
teachers
first.
C
Teachers,
yes,
ma'am
open
it
up
for
elementary
teachers
to
teach
literacy,
and
we
put
four
back
up
a
lot
of
leading
back
block
responses.
So
you
know
I
think,
there's
a
good
way
to
connect
with
teachers
to
figure
out
they
want
in
a
minute,
not
least
funny
things
you
know,
if
approved,
would
have
an
aggressive
professional
development
between,
after
the
board
meeting
and
December
to
really
train
teachers
and
train
staff
for
them
to
how
to
use
this
and
incorporate
it.
C
C
So
we
can
work
with
a
vendor
to
get
this
in,
so
it
give
me
the
new
text
process
he's
in
so
when
you
start
the
training
processes
and
we
can
get
this
content
and
curriculum
in
front
of
our
teachers
and
the
summer
sooner
than
later,
so
a
lot
of
feedback
have
already
been
incorporated
through
teachers
and
also
the
committees
to
order
this
process
so
more
to
come
on
these
selections
on
the
top
ones,
the
top
two.
So
you
can
see
and
interact
with
it.
We're.
C
D
C
And
I
say
this:
you
know
and
not
to
be
disrespectful,
but
wouldn't
go
math
was
adopted.
It
has
proved
to
have
sustained.
You
know
it's
just
inability
to
have
systemic
movement
and
go
math
is
the
abductor
core
that
we
have
now
and
it's
not
expedited
the
learning
process,
and
you
know,
majority
of
the
pockets
you
see
up
to
our
numbers,
bring
it
in
supplement
materials
that
we
brought
in.
You
do
see.
C
Spikes
in
those
areas,
I
will
say
the
go
map
does
a
good
job
and
advanced
sixth
grade,
and
so
that
may
be
a
supplement
materials
or
a
system
or
something
that
we
could
maybe
look
at
continue
to
be
used
in
certain
pockets
of
our
in-service
tools.
But
you
know
right
now:
we've
got
it
selected
for
curricula.
There's
really
a
lot
into
pushing
our
kids
I.
G
Understand
we
need
to
select
a
curriculum
for
all
of
us.
My
question
is,
and
my
concern
is
for
those
students
who
need
additional
services
like
there
is
a
population
and,
in
speaking
with
some
of
the
ESC
teachers,
I'm
hearing
that
it
is
far
too
advanced
for
some
of
these
children
and
how
can
we
better
help
them?
What
more
is
there
supplemental
materials
for
those
students?
That's
thinking
to
where
I'm
hearing
the
well
it's
good,
but
yes,
it's
okay,
but
it's
really
within
the
ESC
population.
Definitely
and
those
students
who
don't
necessarily
meet
the
ESC
criteria.
C
C
Grade
level
expectations
and
beyond
so
not
only
do
we
select
the
Tier
one
curriculum,
but
we
have
to
select
here
too
in
Tier
three
in
this
bowl
of
speaking
about.
Hence
the
reason
why
we,
you
know
I
push
the
board
to
adopt
and
think
much
more
adopt
and
I
ready,
because
I
ready
does
an
opportunity
to
have
scaffold
instruction
within
mathematical
practices.
C
We
may
have
to
go
to
a
tier
three
option
if
we
can
find
in
tier
three
options
for
math
to
help
students
with
the
ESC,
but
no
matter
what
we
do
from
a
poor
perspective,
no
matter
what
we
adopt,
they're
still
going
to
be
pockets,
that
will
a
there's,
no
there's,
never
a
core.
That's
the
desk
or
there's
always
going
below.
You
know
holes
in
it.
C
There's
more
there's
cores
that
are
have
greater
alignment
that
are,
but
there's
also
going
to
be
opportunities
where
students
may
not
be
able
to
meet
the
expectations
because
of
where
they
are
gonna
run
this
level
perspective,
so
we're
going
to
have
to
figure
out
how
small
group
instruction
takes
place,
what
interventions
take
place
and
what
we
do
that
with
from
a
curriculum
standpoint.
So
definitely
we
can
look
and
see.
H
C
E
G
J
C
G
D
B
E
C
Can
look
at
I
would
say
we
should
look
at
case
by
case
to
figure
out
where
it's
working
and
where
we
believe
it
needs
to
be
changed
so
open
to
having
multiple
conversations
where
yeah
I'll
give
you
example.
So
I
would
say,
Fleming
Island
elementary
school
in
the
areas
of
sixth
grade.
Doesn't
a
really
good
job
of
it.
So
a
school
like
that,
that's
implementing
and
and
has
proven
to
move
the
needle
potentially
could
earn
autonomy
with
the
implementation.
So
that's
just
an
example.
C
D
D
C
I
C
I
I
C
I
And
we
have
to
meet
the
CSU,
but
I
know
that
there
is
an
extreme
amount
of
frustration
on
the
part
of
the
heirs
of
that
and
I
can
speak
as
a
parent,
myself
I.
Remember
my
son
coming
home
and
kindergarten
and
his
worth
or
his
math
homework.
Every
single
night
was
word
problems
and
he's
just
starting
to
read,
so
that
was
incredibly
difficult
for
him
and
frustrating.
So
just
when
it
comes
to
developmentally-appropriate,
I,
don't
know.
If
maybe
it's
that
we
need
to
rethink.
How
are
you
homework?
I
I
know
that
some
schools
have
taken
the
approach
of
they
don't
send
math
homework
home,
that
what
you
do
at
home
with
your
parents
is
practice
your
skills.
So
it's
flashcards
and
moving
on
there's
different
online
resources
that
parents
can
use
to
practice
math
facts
with
their
kids,
so
that
there's
still
that
parent
engagement
with
homework,
but
it's
not
the
worksheets
that
parents
can't
seem
to
instruct
their
children
in
the
correct
way
that
it
doesn't
frustrate
them
with
their
teachers
and
all
that.
I
The
other
thing
that
is
a
real
concern
from
parents
that
I've
heard
we
changed
math
curriculum
several
times
over
the
past
few
years.
So
there's
a
lot
of
parents
that
feel
like
that's,
not
a
good
service
to
show
kids
that
they're
worried
when
grade
to
the
next
or
they've
missing.
Is
there
going
to
be
gaps
or
they're
holes?
I
Are
they
not
going
to
get
the
next
column
because
they
haven't
been
instructed
with
that
curriculum
the
year
before
so
we're
constantly
and
then
the
same
goes
for
teachers
and
we're
constantly
changing
the
curriculum
on
them
and
they've
just
mastered.
You
know
forgotten.
Well,
you
know
gotten
there
with
lesson
plans.
You
can
speak
to
it
when.
G
Teachers
got
incredibly
frustrated
because
Goma
have
did
not
serve
our
needs.
We
we
had
huge
gaps
than
the
Gomez
curriculum,
and
that's
that
was
shortly
before
he
came
on
board.
So
here
we
are
as
individual
teachers
or
schools
working
together
to
try
to
find.
How
can
we
meet
those
gaps?
How
can
we
teach
this
skill?
That's
not
in
the
math
book
and
we
have
to
from
another
source.
G
G
Be
teaching
something
and
then
fourth
grade
and
we're
hoping
that
and
then
during
that
same
time,
by
the
way,
the
map
that
the
county
provided
to
the
teachers
changed,
and
they
said
well,
we've
been
teaching.
For
instance,
four
years
we
had
taught
geometry
first,
because
it
was
one
of
those
things
that
transitioned
well
between
four
three
fifth
grade.
We
could
start
with
geometry,
for
instance,
or
we
could
start
with
what
and
then
all
of
a
sudden.
No,
we
want
you
to
start
with
division
and
it
was
like
women
if
they
don't
even
know
how
to.
G
They
can't
remember
how
to
multiply
two
digits
times,
one
digit
or
two
digits
times,
two
digits,
oh,
my
goodness,
and
now
we
have
to
teach
division
and
how
do
you
check
division
but
multiplying
the
answer
sounds
closure
whatever,
and
so
there
was.
There
was
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
turmoil
and
I
would
say
it
was
probably
about
four
years
ago
that
that
turmoil
began
and
then
three
years
ago
it
was
sort
of
it
settled
a
little
bit
because
we
had
a
routine
going
and
each
of
the
schools
had
their
routine
going.
G
And
then
he
came
in
by
returning
everything
around,
but
it
was
but
he
came
and
he
stepped
in
and
he
said,
wait
a
second.
This
school
is
going
to
destruction.
This
school
is
going
list
and
I
totally
got
where
he
was
coming
from
saying.
Well,
you
don't
have
a
uniform
way
of
teaching
this
to
achieve
the
needs
of
the
Florida
standards,
how
we
we
need
to
clean
and
there
has
been
a
lot
of
fun
enough,
but
in
the
process.
G
G
B
G
I
C
Appreciate
through
the
chair,
I
would
say
that
good
points
and
also
a
good
analogy.
When
we
talk
about
how
a
go
map
with
the
line
to
two
former
standards,
it
hadn't
really
pushed
us
to
the
rigor
and
help
you
see
that
teachers
were
starving
for
several
materials.
Since
the
reason
we
brought
in
some
several
materials
in
embedding
Eureka,
which
and
I
believe
that
were
presented,
was
that
a
school
board
conference
that
how
TV
shows
how
you
rank.
It
was
the
greatest
of
lives.
It.
C
We've
only
implemented
in
classrooms
where
teachers
won't
to
use
it,
and
you
see
that
there's
some
good
work
taking
place
of
that
without
work,
but
from
our
side
of
it
homework
is,
is
at
the
need
of
an
individualized
student
and
the
teacher
will
determine
what
that
need
actually
is
and
whether

But

truly
different,
we're
no
longer
just
computing

C

No

there

Teachers
will
learn
how
to

just
as
they
need
find
supplemental
materials
and,
and
especially
the
experience
teachers
are
able
to
pull
from
from
their
experience.
It's
really
the
new
teachers
were
struggling
about,
although
that's
exactly
right,
so
those
are
the
ones
we
visited,
probably
to
target
us
for
us
making
sure
they're
provided
some
thank.

Finally,
they

we

they

We

The
seven

that
we
are

is
the
Oh
I
think
apakah.
What
we
call
it
assessment
that
we
used
to
do
and
I've
always
done
a
framework
of
what
we
did.
Last
year
this
year
we
had
seven
areas
of
compliance
in
that
either
in
compliance
or
in
progress.
You
know,
last
year
we
had
one
area
of
in
progress
this
year,
all
and
compliance
so
we're
making
the
right
moves
in
the
right
direction.
So
that's
off
to
our
team.

you
see

My
question
is:
if
we
were
to
go
with
a
firm
and
let's
say
one
of
their
attorneys,
where
I
presented
the
school
district
of
the
school
board,
pardon
me
could
and
another
attorney
within
that
firm
reason
to
the
school
district,
perfect
example:
when
we
had
two
different
human
resource
issues
this
year
we
had
to
bring
her.
We
didn't
the
superintendent
felt
compelled
to
bring
in
an
attorney
from
Tallahassee
to
support
his
suggestion.
His
recommendation
for
a
particular
employee
could
8:4
represent
both
yes.
K
Okay,
that
there
are
rules
and
requirements
that
all
firms
would
know
sophisticated
certain
purpose
would
know.
That's
called
a
cone
of
silence,
okay
well,
just
if
there
is
or
someone
perceives
the
threat
of
a
conflict
such
as
I
pointed
this
out
many
times,
employee
discipline.
Okay,
it
comes
before
you,
you
have
an
attorney.
Who
is
a
legal
counsel
to
the
board
that
legal
counsel
can
come
from
the
firm
right
and
you
need
someone
to
represent
the
administration's
less
superintendent
in
the
proceedings.
K
G
K
I
should
also
tell
you
to
speak,
open
and
forthcoming
here.
What
has
changed
in
my
life
such
that?
What
more
affirms
that
was
talking
with
me
negotiating
with
me
after
I
accepted?
Do
we
made
an
offer?
I
couldn't
refuse
okay
Italian
part
with
Parkinson
right,
so
I
am
going
with
that.
Verma
resolved
everything.
K
So
I
share
that
with
you
such
that
you
know,
when
I
was
committed
to
do
Eid,
there
simply
cannot
be
any
further
relationship
at
all.
In
so
far
as
providing
legal
services.
I
agree,
you
know,
I
think
putting
it
out
on
the
street
is
a
good
thing.
I
don't
want
to
set
things
up
where
I'm,
favored
or
whatever,
but
I
can
tell
you
that,
because
I'm
going
to
a
private
firm
right
up,
the
street
I'll
be
able
to
provide
services.
D
Well,
you
know
the
way
our
our
policy
reads:
we're
not
required
to
go
out
on
the
bed.
We
hire
the
squirt
attorney,
it's
not
the
policies
written
for
anybody
that
the
superintendent
hires
that
falls
under
him,
so,
which
is
why,
when
mr.
Van
Zandt
brought
a
mr.
Sykes,
there
was
no
recourse
because
they
didn't
go
out
on
a
bid
it
didn't
have
to.
So
we're
not
required
to
do
that.
So
just
to
put
that
on
the
table
that
that's
not
a
requirement.
I
personally
would
rather
an
in-house
attorney
and
not
affirm.
I
know.
D
Miss
Cole
house
has
said
that
we
have
looked
at
a
firm
when
we
were
interviewing
and
I
went
back
and
looked
at
every
application.
They
still
had
them.
We
never
did
look
at
a
firm.
There
were
individuals
that
worked
for
a
firm
that
would
come
and
work
as
our
in-house
attorney.
So
I
believe
that
we
need
to
hire
a
school
board
attorney
as
an
in-house
attorney
and
I.
D
Do
not
think
at
this
point
in
time
that
we
need
to
have
a
superintendent's
attorney,
maybe
down
the
road
we
do,
but
the
way
it's
designed
and
I
actually
printed
up
the
Job
Description.
That's
on
our
website
that
standard
2005,
which
I
believe
was
updated
right
after
that
situation,
with
the
lawsuit
for
that
young
girl
from
Fleming
Island,
High
School,
the
yearbook
thing.
It
was
I,
remember
sitting
at
that
meeting
and
there
was
if
I
want
to
say
the
name.
But
there
was
a
yearbook
issue
with
the
picture
and
the
clothing
bow
out
of
everything.
E
D
This
was
a
gues,
updated
right
after
that
and
I'm
not
sure
why
the
attorneys
contract
job
description
was
changed
and
updated
as
to
what
is
handled
and
what
falls
under
the
job
description
of
the
attorney,
and
he
actually
is
this
staff
attorney.
Unless
there
is
an
issue
between
the
school
board
and
the
superintendent,
which
is
how
it
always
did
work.
He
even
mr.
D
G
D
So
since
we
are,
you
know
behind
the
8-ball
and
we're
running
out
of
time,
I'd
like
us
to
reach
out
to
mr.
Buckner,
whom
the
school
board
law,
who
was
the
school
board,
attorney
care
for
14
plus
years
who,
when
we
interviewed
and
had
applications,
had
the
most
experience
and
I
know
he
wasn't
ranked
number
one
in
everybody's
list.
But
he
was
in
mind
those
who
don't
believe
it
was
with
you
in
the
lawmakers.
D
D
H
A
I
A
D
A
A
Was
almost
inhuman,
he
was,
he
was
a
good
attorney.
He
did
nothing
wrong.
He
just
happened
to
have
a
conflict
with
the
current
superintendent
and-
and
there
were
at
that
point
three
members
on
the
board
who
voted
to
get
rid
of
mr.
Kidman's,
basically,
but
what
it
was
all
about.
Then
we
got
a
friend
of
the
superintendent
to
come
in
as
an
interim
and
then
he
was
hired.
A
We
all
made
it
through
life
went
on
and
everything
was
fine,
but
I
went
back,
I
was
been
cleaning
off.
My
desk
and
I
went
a
bad
class
couple
weeks
ago
and
I
had
a
stack
of
all
the
applicants
who
had
filed
with
us
a
it
was
a
good
stack
after
the
original
and
because
that
came
in
and
I
just
out
of
curiosity,
since
I
knew
this
was
coming
up,
I
started
reading
through
them
most
of
those
people
had
no
school
long
experience.
A
So
what
happened
as
we
interview
four
people-
and
it
was
the
gentleman
who
was
living
in
there
so
and
you
know-
chose
to
go
up
there.
Mr.
daga
mr.
Bittner,
and
then
there
was
a
lady
and
I
can't
remember
her
name
right,
no
I
I.
Don't
it's
not
important,
but
I.
Remember
in
questioning
that
lady.
She
did
not
know
the
job
of
a
superintendent
versus
the
job
of
a
school
board.
Member
had
done
absolutely
no
research
to
come
to
us
for
an
interview
and
I
thought.
A
The
boats
were
in
five
board,
members
voted
and,
and
mr.
d'agata,
as
he
said,
was
the
next
in
line
and
three
of
the
board
members
rights
to
mr.
Bittner,
the
lowest.
Even
after
a
lady
who
didn't
even
know
what
a
school
board
member
does
or
what
what
would
be
life
goes
on.
We
had
it
as
a
panelist
harder
than
kind
of
like
you
know
he
was
not.
He
was
forward.
Last
I've
got
I've
got
the
school.
It
was
first
by.
G
A
G
A
E
I
G
G
G
A
For
years
this
is
a
workshop,
and
so
I
don't
want
to
get
in
through
to
pointers,
but
but
I
do
if
this
is
added
on
the
plan.
If
this
is
added
on
the
agenda,
I
will
say
this
right
now.
I
feel
very
strongly
that
the
school
board
superintendent
should
be
the
highest
salaried
person
in
so
when
this
is
put
on
the
agenda.
I
want
the.
I
I
E
K
K
What
are
what
objective
are
we
trying
to
achieve
insofar
as
the
school
board
attorney
may
be?
I
talked
about
it,
and
I
was
talking
about
what
type
of
services
do
you
want
bundle?
Do
you
want?
The
school
board
attorney
bundle
the
legal
services
report
that
I
gave
you
showed
that
your
district
has
changed
over
the
years
and
with
it
you
know
this
fluctuation
of
kind
of
one-off
engagements,
of
counsel,
at
least
where
you've
had
a
conflict,
such
as
the
employ
a
collective
bargaining
and
pass
all
those
things
that
have
attention.
K
So,
if
might
benefit
the
board
itself
and
the
leadership
to
figure
out.
You
know
what
is
it
that
we
want
the
school
board
attorney
to
do?
What
are
the
principal
objectives
are
trying
to
achieve
there
and
then
keep
in
mind?
I
would
urge
you
to
keep
in
mind,
look
at
the
numbers
that
d'agata
put
together
in
this
legal
services
report.
E
K
It's
just
it's:
it's
real
difficult,
even
contemplate
the
idea
that
you
can
do
everything
and
look.
The
numbers
show
you
that
wasn't
the
fact
you
had
to
engage
outside
counsel
for
lots
of
different
things
and
sometimes
at
a
very,
very
high
cost.
At
the
same
time
you
haven't
had
someone
and
I
think
it
was
mentioned.
It
was
night,
it's
nice
to
be
able
to
have
someone
at
your
disposal
all
the
time.
That's
something
that
I
really
loved
as
part
of
my
job
well,
I
would
say.
K
Maybe
one
way
to
reduce
the
drama
but
hand
out
and
and
to
look
at
objectively.
You
know
what
is
it?
What
are
the
main
objectives
that
we
want
to
achieve
here
insofar
as
the
school
board
attorney?
And
then
you
know
you
I
think
I've
already
read
the
room
with
the
staff
at
or
anything
you
know,
I'll
go
out
till
my
dying
breath
here.
Was
it
saying
that
you
really
shouldn't?
Have
one
and
save
a
lot
of
money
and
you'd
have
someone
available
to
you
24/7
so
I'm
just
putting
that
all
out
there
and
I'm.
