C
Please
go
ahead,
damn
father
lord!
Thank
you
for
being
with
us
today.
Thank
you
for
being
us
with
the
school
system,
the
hope
that
we
make
their
decisions
to
act
in
the
best
interests
of
Lake,
County,
School
District,
along
with
our
kids
and
the
greater
good
for
our
community
board.
Thank
you
for
being
us
allowing
us
yesterday
to
come
together
and
really
talk
about
strategies
haven't
had
me
before
of
the
team.
I
appreciate
everything
you've
done
for
us
and
our
families
and
keep
us
safe.
Thank
you.
Lord
Jesus
Christ.
We
pray,
amen,
amen,.
A
Look
I
think
I
got
that
out
of
water
was
just
to
do
that.
First,
adult
daughter
on
that
call
to
order
the
I
kind
of
school
work
special
meeting
of
October
19
2017.
We
have
no
citizens
here,
but
one
of
the
many
ways
they'd
like
to
come
and
anybody
who
does
come
and
would
like
to
fill
out
a
three-minute
card
to
speak.
A
D
D
Not
I
mean
not
someone
on
the
bargaining
team,
but
someone
who's
very
influential
of
the
teachers.
I
was
thinking
about
it
down
the
road.
Sometimes
a
little
eyeball-to-eyeball
contact
can
help
smooth
things
down
a
little
bit
and
and
I
think
the
statutes
study
that
you
and
you
can
come
to
the
bargaining
sessions.
D
Anybody
and
I'm
just
wondering
if
that
would
prevent
some.
You
know
if
someone
had
some
questions
of
her
or
even
if
it
would
prevent
that
the
marketing
team
individually
can't
get
out
and
talk
to
you
or
you
I
mean
they
don't
come
if
they're
on
the
marketing
team.
They
don't
come
in
top
of
him
about
stuff
or
season
about
stuff
and
I'm.
Just
it's
just
a
question:
I
would
sneak
around
I.
Don't
want
us
to
cut
off
our
nose
to
spite
our
face.
I
want
y'all
in
the
bar
business
and
I.
A
B
A
C
G
H
F
So
collective
bargaining
negotiations
are
public.
Okay,
the
public
can
attend.
It
is
really
up
to
the
agencies,
whether
the
public
can
ask
questions
back
and
forth
and
make
presentations.
Usually
that's
not
welcome
ahead
collective
bargaining
sessions
with
respect
to
executive
sessions,
those
aren't
closed,
they're
privately
and
they,
you
know
historically
here.
You've
all
had
committees
that
have
been
brought
to
you
by
the
administration,
and
this
board
has
profound
posting.
It
is
the
committee
and
the
superintendent
or
representative
that
may
attend
that
executive
session,
no
one
else's
that
she
doesn't
say.
A
Committee
statute
says
intended
or
representative
it's
very
clear:
it's
the
superintendent
or
representative
and
the
five
board
members
in
statute-
and
this
is
where
we
disagree
item
agreed
that
you're
saying
his
whole
committee
can
come
in
to
executive
session.
They
can't
this
committee
is
just
there
are
representatives
who
are
boarding
on
our
behalf.
The
head
negotiator
is
the
representative
who
comes
to
executive
session
yeah.
E
A
A
D
B
C
D
D
F
F
Yeah
I'll
just
go
ahead
and
read
it
on
a
437
605
subsection
1.
All
discussions
between
the
CEO
of
the
public
employer
or
his
or
her
representative
and
the
legislative
body
or
the
public
employer
relative
to
collective
bargaining
shall
be
closed
and
exempted
from
286
11
sunshine.
So
the
interpretation
of
this
has
been
very
very
clear
by
the
attorney
general's
office
by
district
courts
of
Appeal.
A
F
In
that
language
comes
from
interpretation
this,
so
all
discussions
between
the
CEO
of
the
public
employer
or
his
or
her
representative
and
the
legislative
body
or
the
public
employer
relative
to
collective
bargaining.
That's
that
shall
be
closed
and
exempt
from
the
prisms
of
286
so
and
I
called
FSB
a
as
well
and
I'm,
very
comfortable
in
my
interpretation
of
the
law
and
I
provided
a
final
opinion,
and
that
is
you.
In
an
executive
session,
the
body
the
School
Board
may
meet
with
the
CEO
superintendent
and
the
committee.
F
F
So
here
you've
got
a
history
of
the
superintendent
bringing
to
you,
the
names
of
committee
members
and
the
board
has
historically
chimed
in
on
nothing
wrong
with
that.
So
that
that's
where
we
were
last
time
and
I
believe
we
were
at
the
point
where
we
were
going
to
list
by
name
as
it
as
as
members,
rather
than
just
ex
officio
dr.
Lou
got
Coe
and
the
superintendent
self.
F
D
D
G
A
E
E
C
E
C
F
B
F
Couple
of
mayor's
ago
in
the
city
Jacksonville,
the
mayor
was
dinged
if
he
will
in
having
these
private
conversations
with
an
influential
person.
Okay
and
the
guidance
is
and
typically
is,
collective
bargaining
negotiations
of
totally
public
right,
okay
and
it
makes
sense.
I'd,
certainly
feel
much
more
comfortable
to
limit
conversations
about
collective
bargaining
to.
E
D
B
F
H
H
H
D
F
G
A
In
front
of
the
issue
of
it,
I
just
go
about
it
the
right
way,
but
we
certainly
do
need
to
have
and
I
actually
think
going
to
the
collective
bargaining
sessions
and
really
present
the
money
in
the
beginning
and
then
maybe
follow
up
again
or
something
out
really
is
a
good
thing.
So
you
know
where
do
I
at
and
everything
I'm
just
hearing
it
from
mr.
paucity
I
just.
A
A
H
Completely
comfortable
with
that,
we're
ready
and
I'll
give
you
an
example
right
and
it's
personal:
it's
not
our
only
use
their
mother's
example
because
he's
one
of
them
about
that,
but
the
he's
doing
achieve
in
his
English
class.
They
have
to
go
to
allowed
to
do
it
too
they're.
Only
because
we
had
a
shortened
with
neck
hurricane
had
a
shortened
first
grading
period,
they're
only
nine
assignments
granted
in
the
whole
classroom
at
night.
For
this
is
ninth
grade
Honors
English
two
of
those
assignments
were
achieve
assignment
he
only
finished.
H
C
B
H
C
So
a
it's
unfortunate
that
that
instructor
evaluated
a
kid
when
they
didn't
finish
the
product.
It
didn't
finish
an
assignment
within
a
product
if
they
didn't
give
them
sufficient
times
in
the
class.
The
other
thing
is:
is
these
products
from
B
are
accessible
to
kids
before
near
and
after
school
and
at
home,
so
they
can
interact
with
them.
It's
often
in
the
accessibility.
They
have
been
within
their
neighborhood
in
our
community
in
their
house.
So
if
they
don't
finish
something,
we
should
be
encourage
them
to
continue
that
with
it
before.
During
that.
C
Yes,
I
did
yes,
their
login
saying
the
reason.
I
know
that
because
I
had
Caitlin
sixth
graders
my
daughter
and
that
her
friend
were
over
at
the
house
on
Monday
evening
and
we
had
two
two
computers:
they
were
working
on
civics
and
in
transition
and
pulling
some
some
articles.
They
were
assigned
and
achieve
and
they
were
working
on
that
in
the
evening,
which
is
beautiful,
I
started
program.
Do
you
like
it
yeah
they
read
my
doorbell,
hey
they're
super
didn't
cancel
school
meet
like
a
change,
so
it's
unfortunate
so
he
should
have
suffered
half.
H
C
The
Keystone
is
on
me:
Jeremy,
Bunkley
and
McCauley
have
been
ready
to
go
to
Keystone
to
drop
off
computers
in
the
last
week
me
being
out
and
having
taken
out
of
the
end
of
last
week,
I
didn't
get
a
chance
to
go
there.
We
are
now
scheduled
to
try
to
go
beginning
next
week
and
release
it
and
the
reason
we
haven't
done.
It
is
because
we
want
to
highlight
work
in
communications
and
invite
you
as
well
to
talk
about
what
we're
doing
through
through
the
media,
about
how
we're
moving
6,200
Chromebooks.
H
C
D
C
J
So
with
the
the
access
points
that
came
in,
we
have
been
putting
an
access
point
in
every
classroom
at
every
school.
I
would
say
we're
85
to
maybe
90%
complete
on
them.
We
actually
just
knocked
out
yesterday
was
Montclair
Elementary
in
Orange,
Park
Elementary
I,
don't
remember
the
schedule.
No,
that's!
Okay!
No
Lori!
Look
at
it!
That's
awesome!.
C
J
C
E
C
Have
to
go
and
look
at
varies
by
school.
We
have
you
know,
as
you
know,
somewhere
concepts
goals.
I
did
one
to
one
and
we're
trying
to
get
it
down
where
it's
it's
under
one,
two,
three.
First
of
all,
we
have
ways
to
go
with
that.
Pretty
close
to
one
two:
three
we
will,
in
this
year
next
year
brings
on
the
fart
more
work
down
to
the
one
to
the
twos
and
summer
one
to
one.
So
it's
an
aggressive
plan
that
we
know
that
probably
makes.
I
Your
closer
that
one
to
one
is
than
we
ever
have
been
and
and
just
for
the
board's
benefit,
I
think
miss
Kraus.
Hopkins's
questions
also
says
family
when
we
say
when
the
one
we're
not
talking
a
computer
in
every
student's
hand,
lower
Siemens
access
to
devices
during
the
school
day
for
instruction
and
interaction
for
a
jacket.
So
when
they
need
to
be
finished
in
something
they
can
be
it'd
be
awesome
to
have
had
one
in
everybody's
in,
but
that
sometimes
I.
B
C
E
C
Every
learner
is
different.
It
shouldn't
be
hey
this.
You
gotta
get
it
done
this
we
got
20
minutes
allowed.
You
got
twin
minutes,
get
this
assignment
done.
No
one
should
be
extended
that
type
of
mentality,
the
kids.
Everyone
learns
at
their
own
pace.
If
they
don't
get
it
done
within
that
completion
of
the
time
which
we
believe
sufficient
time,
then
they
should
either
roll
over
that
should
be
extended
in
the
evening.
Oh.
H
H
Is
not
what
we're
not
testing
your
kid
every
right.
This
truly
is
diagnostic
to
instruction.
That's
great.
We
thought
we
could
have
those
definitions.
Melman,
however,
and
I
like
that.
A
lot
I
think
really
to
communicate
today
as
a
district
needs
to
be
homework,
we
need
it
needs
to
be
part
of
your,
and
if
you
don't
have
access
at
home,
no
see
your
principal
or
whatever,
and
then
we
can
go
better.
I.
H
B
E
B
G
That
involves
the
communication
to
the
teach
faculty
and
and
I
know
that
we,
we
trust
the
administration
to
filter
down
to
the
teachers.
But
if
there's
more
like
what
you
sent
last
night
or
yesterday,
we
chose
to
really
specifically
say:
I
mean
there
were
all
parts
of
that.
That
say
you
know
this
is
not.
This
should
be,
and
that's
that
that
really
really
used
some
pressure,
no
teachers,
because
the
teachers
inherently.
E
C
You
this
is
working
and
I
mean
it's
just
they
just
want
to
find
time.
It's
just
gotta
have
time
to
interact
with
this,
so
it's
just
time
will
we
will
get
better,
and
this
will
understand
that
side
of
the
organization.
This
is
the
worst
we
will
ever
be
using
this.
We
are
going
to
get
better
every
single
day
and
once
we
get
over
this
part
of
and
we
get
better
as
a
different
supportive
teachers
and
parents
and
students,
we
will
see
the
benefit
of
it
and.
C
And
as
a
leader
of
the
organization,
you
know,
I
mean
we
have
science
adoption
coming
up.
That's
the
only
initiatives
that
we
we
forecasted.
We
will
have
to
put
the
number
profession
right
now.
It
has
anything
changing
next
year,
other
than
us
just
diving
deeper
into
our
work,
the
love,
the
resources
that
we
have.
E
C
Of
this
and
be
honest
with
Iranian,
she
will
not
be
done
at
a
whole
group
scale.
It
will
be
done
once
we
have
the
devices
in
the
school.
It's
just
going
to
be
part
of
the
instructional
rotation
so
when
they
want
to
kid,
go
to
rotations
for
me
working
on
it
and
they
may
take
two
days
and
they're
20
min
rotation
to
finish
it.
So
it's
not
time
now
we're
testing
we're
blocking
the
whole
school
off
yeah.
H
C
You
know
so
what
we
did
on
this
was
eliminated
the
mid
years,
we're
already
in
k3
and
mathematics,
a
k-8
teachers
can
use
it
if
they
want
to
use
it,
which
would
be
great
to
use
it
for
home.
That's
on
them
because
Timon
when
they
want
to
use
it,
there's
no
window.
We
remove
that
and
then
we
remove
the
ELA
six
through
ten,
because
we
have
an
achievement
year
to
gives
us
some
of
the
same
information
and
and
if
teachers
continue
they're
working
hard
to
teach
standards,
it's
all
in
this
and
selling
this.
C
The
only
thing,
though,
is
that
they
wanted
to
see
this
at
ten
in
grades.
One
and
two
that's
part
of
the
cast
committee,
so
you
have
we
eliminated.
We
had
to
add
more
back
on
K
1,
&
2.
We
had
it
down
360,
but
the
cast
committee.
They
wanted
that
to
be
an
option
as
well.
So
it's
you
know
where
they
won't.
Originally,
they
were.
We
met
other
day.
