making
the
recommendation
that
that
graduation
be
moved
to

17th,

are
three
job
descriptions
that
are

here

overview

why
they're
in
there
the
first
one
is
a
director
of
climate
and
culture.

the
things
we
want
to
do
is
we
want
to
look
and
examine
how
to
make
ourselves
more
effective
and
efficient
when
it
comes
to
climate
and
culture.

many
of
you
would
agree
that
mr.
McCauley
was
given
a
wide
variety
of
stuff
that
was
under
his
jurisdiction.
He
had
ESC
under
him.
He
also
had
what
we
formally
called
support
services
and
then
he
also
had
IT
under
him.

recommendation
is:
is
that
we're
going
to
move
ESC
under
curriculum
and
instruction
where
it
belongs
and
then
move
that
from
an
assistant
superintendent
to
a
director
level?
So
that's
why
that
job
description
is
there
and
the
corresponding
allocation?

there

why
the
job
hasn't
been
filled
to
this
point,
because
we're
looking
to
to
make
that
more
effective
and
efficient
and
also
save
money?
To
be
honest,
the
same
with
the
supervisor
of
operations,
school
safety
and
security
that
now

a
supervisor

would
be
under
Kenny
Wagner
within

police
department.

think
that
having
safety

security

our
Police
Department

most
effective
and
efficient
way
in
which
to
to
operate.
The
third
Job
Description
is
a
new
one.
As
a
coordinator
of
district,
athletics
and
development,
or
you'll
notice,

allocation
document,
we
have
removed
other
positions
in
order
to
pay
for
this
one.
This
is
one
that
other
districts
have.
We
believe
that
it
will
actually
generate
funding
for
athletics
through
their
internal
accounts,
by
using
smart,
social
media
and
other
means
relative
to
athletics
and
development.

all
three

that
in

on

proposed
allocation
changes

medical
reimbursement

Medicaid

we

program

excel

we
believe

more
user-friendly
and
therefore
will
produce
less
time
for
people
to
enter
the
information
and
to
receive
Medicaid
billing.
So
we
we
actually
believe,
as
this
will
increase
our
Medicaid
billing
and
reimbursement.

next
item
is
an
item
for
gift
of
endorsement
and
for
ASD,
as
well
as
gifted
endorsement
for
teachers.
There's
no
cost
involved.
There
are
certification
changes
that
occur
both
of
those
require
special
certification
for
both

programs.

is
a
program
through
Fiddler's,
which
is
the
Florida
diagnostic
and
learning
resource
system
that
provides
that
training
to
teachers
free
of
cost,
and
that
is
the
agreement
that
does
that.

the
reduction

expansion

Heights
high
school,
their
site
improvement
for
that
sanitary
lying
issue.

local
agreement

coordinating
planning
public
educational
facilities.

Bittner
is
currently
working
on
the

It's
reducing
it
plans

reduce

capacity

percent
to
100
percent.
Once
this
item,
if
approved
by
the
board,
it
would
then
go
to
all
of
our
inner
locals.

is
the
school
concurrency
proportionate,
share
mitigation.
This
has
to
do
with
a
project
in
the
oak
leaf
area
and
we
would
have
students
number
of
students
over
capacity
and
would
bring
the
district
roughly
sixty
nine
thousand
dollars
in
additional
funding.
As
a
result,
the
next
is
very
similar,
but
it's
to
a
program
to
a
proposed
preview
trail
development,
which
is
in
Lake
Asbury
area.

potentially
bring
in
over
six
million
dollars
because
we
are
over
capacity
in
that
area
and
the
plans
that
were
present
by

students,

charter
schools
as

bill
failed,
and

their
limitations

still

have

district

week
or
week

last
now
played

asked
for
our
officers
to
cover
their
schools
in
order
to
get
to
that

we

board
workshop
in
addition

can
consider

direction

how

want
me
to
proceed

superintendent

part

the
issues
as
to
the
jurisdiction.

we
had
our
resolution
signed

October
so,
but
it
also
has
a
part
of
that
Senate
bill
or
House

says
that
any
approval
of
any

cent
sales
surtax

approved
after

1st
2020

means
any
vote
that
comes
up
by

voters
it
passes.

has
to
include
language
for
inclusion
of
charter
schools

to
Department
of
Finance
in

need
to

to
include
charter
schools
