are
the
same,
and

issue

from
a

process
standpoint

legal
standpoint

Resources
standpoint
that
we
can
just
take
a
job
when
we
have
a
job
and
Human
Resources
priced
in
I'm
playing
a
mr.

promotion

concerns

real
concern
