From YouTube: Discovery Oaks Community Meeting
Description
Description here.
A
Of
the
second
phase
past
the
towards
the
second
phase
of
publics,
as
we
continue
to
have
development
within
this
community,
that
is
all
positive
news
from
Clay
County
with
that
said,
we
know
that
two
years
ago
some
of
you
may
have
been
it's
a
process
of
impacting
impacted
by
a
potential
rezoning
during
districting
from
county
district
schools.
You
may
have
been
part
of
that
or
not
I
will
tell
you
openly
that,
from
from
that
side
that
we
learned.
A
From
that,
from
from
the
prior
leadership,
look
what
didn't,
what
we
can
do
differently
as
weird
as
it
relates
to
rezoning
to
redistricting.
So
tonight
is
it's
about
you.
It's
about.
Just
talking
about
our
plans
is
talk
about
how
we
arrived
at
identifying
the
rezoning,
the
rezoning
for
the
Discovery,
Oaks
Elementary
School,
and
how
your
child
may
be
impacted
for
that
rezoning
efforts
before
I
start
I
want
to
acknowledge.
We
have
some
school
board
members
here
this
evening.
We
have
Miss,
Gil
Halton
is
here
this
evening
as
to
Gil
Houston,
and
we
also
have
mrs.
A
A
A
Unless
you
want
me
to
take
them
off,
if
not,
you
can
go
to
one
plate
and
you
can
go
right
now
to
our
home
webpage
and
you
can
access
with
your
mobile
devices,
presentation
that
you
can
interact
with
with
me
this
evening,
or
you
have
the
accessibility
to
obtain
that
information
when
you
get
home.
In
addition,
this
will
Facebook
live.
So
what
this
is
live
right
now,
if
you
have
family
members,
friends
or
neighbors
that
could
not
attend,
you
can
text
them
right
now.
Let
them
know
that
they
can
go
on
and
watch
it.
A
We
know
that
they
have
busy
schedules
as
well
in
order
to
see
the
discuss
about
what
we're
going
to
do
for
the
rezoning
project
for
Discovery
elementary
school
tonight,
overall
objectives
for
us
together
for
our
time
together,
we
have
a
number
of
objectives
that
we
want
to
address
the
first
one
being
in
the
talk
about
how
the
rezoning
options
for
discovery
Lopes
Elementary.
We
know
that
once
you
build
a
school
there
have
to
have
a
rezoning
process
in
within
the
works.
We
will
talk
about
recommendations
that
I
would
present
to
the
board.
A
In
addition,
we'll
talk
about
construction
phases
where
we
are
from
the
construction
phase
and
we'll
talk
about
important
dates
as
lakes
of
timeline
and
then
we'll
talk
about
instructional
focus
for
what
discovery
Oaks
will
bring
for
the
17
for
the
1819
school
year
and
then
we'll
have
some
time
for
feedback
at
the
end,
we're
going
to
do
a
Q&A,
we'll
have
a
Q&A
for
each
of
you
along
law.
It
will
also
take
some
questions
from
Facebook
light.
In
order
to
address
each
of
your
questions.
A
Now
we
may
not
get
to
everyone's
questions,
but
at
the
end
of
the
night
you
will
have
post
a
paper
around
on
them,
but
when
you
exit,
then
it
gives
you
opportunity
to
provide
feedback
on
option
one
and
option
two,
whether
or
not
it's
going
to
be
feedback
that
you
celebrate,
or
it's
going
to
be
feedback
and
recommendations
in
order
to
refine
our
two
recommendations
that
we
will
present
the
board
the
night
before
I
go
on.
Are
we
having
problems
seeing
this
in
the
back?
Do
you
want
me
to
show
the
other
phase?
C
A
A
As
you
know,
Clay
County-
and
we
all
moved
here
and
I,
moved
here
personally
15
years
ago,
because
it
was
a
better
education
for
my
child
and
it's
my
hopes
and
dreams
to
continue
to
implement
that
same
mentality
and
by
doing
that,
we
created
a
theory
of
change,
bless
you,
which
ultimately
will
turn
key
into
a
a
theory
of
action
for
paying
district
for
good,
counting,
different
schools.
We
know
there's
more
phases
for
us
to
be
successful.
A
The
bigger
the
first
phases
that
we
have
to
create
the
greatest
environment
for
our
student
learners
in
order
to
have
a
safe
environment.
The
safety
is
our
greatest
role
learning
so
that
our
kids
can
come
to
school
disruption,
free
and
be
ready
to
grow
emotionally,
socially
until
intellectually,
every
single
day
that
is
Priority
One.
As
me
as
superintendent,
we
know
that
we
build
a
foundation
where
we
have
a
great
environment.
A
Then
we
can
focus
on
the
second
component,
which
is
building
the
capacity
of
our
educators
and,
at
the
same
time,
building
the
capacity
of
our
leaders.
We
know
that
this
drive
is
for
us
to
really
activate
teachers,
knowledge
in
order,
so
they
can
better
interact
with
their
standards,
so
they
can
truly
understand
how
to
better
serve
every
child
with
your
classroom
in
order
to
improve
teaching
and
learning
every
single
day.
A
We
want
our
kids
to
have
eating
to
take
any
one
of
those
pathways
in
a
confident
manner
in
order
to
prepare
them
for
the
next
stage
of
life,
so
they
can
be
productive
citizens
not
only
locally,
but
also
through
the
sake
of
where
they
believe
their
Harper
transition.
So
now,
for
what
you've
come
to
is
is
in
the
talk
about.
Do
we
and
I'm
sorry,
we
do
acronyms.
A
This
is
for
discovery,
Oaks,
Elementary
I
know
we
wanted
to
find
a
different
acronym,
but
it
just
the
way
it
worked
out,
the
more
home
the
borders
so
relevant
information
that
directed
us
for
these
actions
and
in
reference
to
looking
at
our
rezoning,
we
know
there
were
some
parameters
that
we
had
that
were
in
place
that
we
had
to
focus
on
the
first
one
being
Zara.
We
knew
that
we
were
going
to
build
a
school
and
had
to
impact
my
zoning
okay,
it's
only
redistricting
about
what
you
wants
all
the
same.
A
We
know
that
this
topic
is
never
favorable
in
the
most
parts
is
always
contingents,
it's
somewhat
disruptive
and
then
there's
never.
It
creates
change
within
neighborhood.
It
creates
eggs
within
communities.
So
we
know
that
that
was,
but
we
know
that
we
had
to
do
it
because
in
fall,
40
18,
we
will
open
up
a
new
school
additionally
parameters.
We
have
grade
level
structures
where
we
wanted
to
look
at
home.
We
wanted
to
look
at
oak
leaf
village,
which
are
now
pre-k
through
5
schools.
A
We
learned
it
to
look
at
their
structure
and
transition
them
to
to
a
pre-k
6
goal,
which
mirrors
the
other.
There
are
all
of
these
elementary
schools
within
this
organization
for
consistency
and
the
final
part
we
knew
is
that
once
we
make
this
transition,
we
wanted
to
take
Oakley,
Junior,
High
School
and
move
it
from
a
middle
school
to
a
junior
high
school.
So
we
can
keep
our
5th
graders
into
a
new
elementary
schools
where
they
have
greater
confidence,
greater
focus
and
have
greater
success
as
they
transition
to
the
elementary
school.
A
So
all
this
to
say
is
our.
We
had
a
number
of
five
goals
that
we
wanted
to
focus
on.
As,
as
we
look
to
create
the
the
options
for
presume
the
board
for
rezoning
in
the
day,
we
wanted
to
look
at
making
sure
that
discovering
Oaks
has
sustainable
enrollment
and
that
we
didn't
want
to
build
a
school
that
had
to
automatically
build
portables
and
that
portables
to
the
school.
For
those
of
you
who
are
in.
A
Like
portable
City,
no
matter
where
you
go
whatever
school,
you
go
to
is
portables
everywhere.
We
wanted
to
make
certain
that
when
we
created
the
rezoning
model,
we
were
able
to
have
sustained
classrooms
to
meet
the
needs
of
our
growing
community.
In
order
for
us
every
kid
to
have
a
seat
in
a
in
a
brick
and
mortar
classroom
versus
a
portable
on
the
outside.
We
know
that
I
will
tell
you
that
we
have
a
project
right
now
going
through
the
leadership
of
dr.
A
Kemp,
my
assistant
superintendent,
of
operations,
where
we
will
work
to
eliminate
portables
every
single
year
through
this
organization
to
make
sure
that
everyone
Morrissey
within
within
our
school
digital.
Also,
we
wanted
to
have
greater
alignment,
as
I
said
earlier,
from
a
pre-k
to
six
perspective.
We
know
that
data
shows
nationally
kids,
tenth
graders,
who
stay
in
the
other
elementary
model.
They
do
better
academically.
They
do
better
a
better
from
a
behavior
standpoint.
They
also
do
better
an
emotional
standpoint,
so
we
want
to
keep
them
keep
their
confidence.
A
You
know
momentum
going
versus
allowing
them
to
transition
and
make
that
step
to
a
junior
high
school,
where
a
sixth
grade
becomes
a
very
difficult
year
for
someone
to
be
in
a
6,
7
and
8th
grade
continuum.
So
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we
eliminate
that
process.
We
see.
Historically,
the
data
shows
that
students
to
transition
from
fifth
grade
to
Middle's
little
Middle
School
in
US
history,
that
we
do
have
lower
performances
and
on
that
couple,
when
we
have
higher
expectations
and
higher
standards.
A
But
we
do
see
some
some
mental
changes
in
our
kids
and
our
learners.
We
want
to
stay
consistent
with
our
junior
high
mentality.
On
top
of
that,
on
top
of
that,
we
want
to
make
sure
we
have
minimal
disruptions
to
to
do
eat
when
we
selected
our
options
for
option
ones,
an
option
two
and
the
last
one.
A
We
wanted
to
make
sure
that
we
we
focus
on
safety
being
a
greatest
rewarding
about
proximity
for
those
who
want
to
walk
and
those
students
who
elect
to
ride
their
bikes
as
well,
and
that
was
all
taken
to
these
goals
were
the
goals
we
wanted
to
arrive
as
I
present.
These
options
to
you
this
evening
so
variables
that
time
are
in
place
for
us
that
are
playing
factors
for
us
with
it
within
making
our
decisions.
A
We
got
water,
we
have
I'm,
sorry,
the
lighting,
I
and
I
try
to
pick
a
cool
color.
It
doesn't
look
good
on
your
number.
We
have
we
looked
at
safety
conditions.
We
also
looked
at
current
enrollments.
We
looked
at
neighborhood
proximity,
we
looked
at
geographical
balance,
we
also
look
at
transportation
all
needs
and
we
looked
at
growth
of
growth
in
particular
areas
with
an
Oakland.
A
These
were
the
parameters
and
variables
that
we
looked
at
in
order
to
make
sound
decisions
to
present
to
the
board
and
provide
to
you
for
feedback
as
informational
through
our
community
when
it
comes
to
looking
at
a
side-by-side
comparison.
These
are
the
three
schools
that
we're
trying
to
impact
an
opossum
manner.
If
you
see
this
slide
provides
the
current
enrollment
current
capacity
in
current
utilization
within
our
schools,
schools,
you
can
see
that
Plantation
hoax
is
that
it
has
a
lot
of
kids.
We
have
1,400
kids
in
elementary
school.
A
That's
a
significant
amount
of
kids
in
order
to
educate
every
single
day
and
I
would
tell
you
miss
Roach
and
her
staff
are
doing
an
excellent
job
gain
access
to
our
murders
in
order
to
better
understand
their
needs
and
moving
the
needle
and
reference
of
students.
Student
improvement
student
achievement,
but
ultimately
to
the
to
to
our
side.
That's
a
lot
of
kids
room,
the
lead
in
the
Elementary
in
an
elementary
setting
as
you
look
at
the
utilization
there's
over
100
percent.
A
If
you
look
at
OBEs
over,
he
has
around
900
kids
and
have
some
opportunity
for
growth
of
that
area.
It's
the
reason
we'll
be
moving
from
a
pre-k
from
from
pre-k
to
5.
The
pre-k
to
6th
at
utilization
will
go
up
and
we'll
be
able
to
maximize
every
seat
within
that
school
and
then
finally,
we
have
the
junior
high
school
1,600.
Kids,
that's
a
lot
of
kids
in
in
a
junior
high
school.
A
C
A
Time,
if
you
have
a
kid,
that's
in
that
in
that
time
frame
on
a
given
that
time
frame,
it's
a
it's
a
unique
fun
time
and
we're
trying
to
do
a
better
job
with
our
polish
solving
around
that
we
do
see
growing
areas
of
a
number
within
our
community.
We
see
that
Arbor
Mill,
Armstrong,
DRA,
equal
landing
and
also
of
the
north
of
the
the
roundabout
we
do
see.
Opportunity
for
growth
in
these
areas
is
currently
growth
within
their
neighborhoods
and
also
future
growth
as
well.
A
So
we
took
that
in
consideration
and
been
finding
and
providing
the
options
for
for
community
for
one
to
twenty
four
Deeley.
So
here
it
is
option
one,
as
you
can
see
in
the
right-hand
corner,
says
recommended.
This
is
the
option
that
I
will
be
recommending
to
the
school
board.
As
you
know,
and
I
will
tell
you
upfront,
I'm
sorry,
I
order
that
I
should
have
said
this
before
we
do
have
school
board
members
here
this
evening
and
we
do
have
school
board
here.
This
eager
come
to
you
this
evening.
They
cannot
answer
any
questions.
A
A
A
A
A
Here
we
go
we're
good
yeah,
better
the
loose
Yahoo
to
watching
Facebook
live
this
morning.
Bear
with
us
for
the
door.
Could
you
open
here
Lahiya
when
we
look
at
that
done
the
zoning
we
wanted
to
make
sure
we
identify
pros
and
cons
and
once
again,
if
you're
late,
you
can
go
on
our
website
monthly
net
and
go
to
our
banner.
You
can
pull
this
PowerPoint
up.
It's
already
on
the
it's
on
the
online.
You
can
interact
with
it
and
watch
it
while
I'm
going
through
it
as
well,
because
it's
color
coded
this.
A
This
map
presents
every
one
of
our
schools.
You
see
if
you
see
that
we
have,
we
have
huddle
up
here.
We
have
ope,
we
have
D
OE
and
we
have
only
clicked
on
high
school.
This
is
a
recommendation
number
one
for
attendance
zone
here
the
pros
and
the
cons.
We
wanted
to
make
sure
that
we
were
very
honest
about
the
pros
and
the
cons
for
each
of
the
options
and
show
the
division
of
the
recommendation
to
your
graphic
here.
The
pros
are,
is
that
we
reduced
and
we
reduce
pose
enrollment.
A
We
are
moving
from
1,400
kids
around
to
around
1400
to
800
kids.
We
look
at
student
still
have
availability
for
have
transportation
within
within
this
model
for
option
one.
We
also
keeps
neighborhood
students
together
in
the
sense
that
we
do
not
split
neighborhoods.
So
when
your
child
interacts
with
someone
in
the
neighborhood
mr.
playmate
on
the
same
team,
they
get
a
chance
to
go
to
the
same
school,
which
truly
works
to
build
a
culture
and
that's
what
we're
trying
to
do
in
the
oak
leaf
area,
also
through
Clay
County
District
schools.
A
Also,
this
area
allows
us
to
look
at
boundary.
Proximity
for
schools
and
I
give
you
an
example
this
right
here.
This
will
be
the
entire
wave
of
students
who
are
projected
to
go
to
do
e.
Okay.
This
wave
here
will
be
on
the
entire
student
body.
Well,
let's
go
back
there.
We
go
I'd,
be
able
to
use
this.
A
A
Area
that
will
go
to
poke
through
here,
and
this
would
be
the
area
that
will
go
to
do
e.
What
we
wanted
to
do
geographically,
a
boundary
line.
We
wanted
to
have
kids
who
were
across
the
street
from
the
school
to
be
able
to
gain
access
to
the
school.
We
think
it's
most
important
for
our
kids
to
be
a
part
of
a
community.
It
didn't
make
sense
for
our
kids,
who
are
across
the
street
from
the
school
to
bust
them
all
the
way
to
poem,
but
they
can
go
for
five
hundred
dollars
for
their
school.
A
The
question
make
the
only
concern
that
we
have
here
for
our
for
our
cons
is
that
our
bus
ride
or
our
walkers
or
our
bikers,
it's
a
hard
time
trying
to
cross
that
freeway
and
that's
not
called
a
freeway,
because
that
I
drive
it
every
single
day
and
I'm.
Sorry
I.
Probably
some
of
you
are
guilty
as
me.
We
think
we're
NASCAR
and.
A
Open
B,
Parkway
plantation,
and
we
just
get
after
it
one
thing
we
will
do
what
that's
a
con.
We
are
presenting
to
play
a
stop
light
there
that
will
break
the
momentum
and
also
a
crossing
guard
that
will
allow
access
for
our
students,
who
elect
to
walk
and
appearance
would
like
to
welcome
at
the
same
time,
allows
access
for
our
bike
riders
as
well,
and
to
be
able
to
cross
that
road
and
honestly.
A
Member
for
15
years,
we
need
a
break:
that's
Midway
anyways.
In
order
for
us
to
to
have
a
safer
environment.
As
you
see
here,
option
one
does
two
things
for
us
and
it
creates
enrollment.
It
gives
us
do
e
allows
us
to
have
a
ejected
of
802.
Students
include
and
then
Poe
allows
us
to
have
826
students
we're
really
having
a
balanced,
balanced
approach
as
it
relates
to
enrollment
the
other
thing.
This
allows
us
to
do
not
talk
about
it
here
in
a
little
bit.
A
It
allows
us
to
have
a
only
a
equal
amount
of
students
who
are
in
the
gray
in
the
areas
that
we
believe
there
be
futuristic
growing
or
will
be
more
housing
vanilla
in
order
to
pour
into
discovery
Oaks.
What
we
do
not
want
is
I'm
going
to
go
to
the
next
option.
This
model
here
and
in
trust
me,
the
only
reason
you're
seeing
two
models
is
because
my
team
has
worked
rigorously
for
models.
Three,
four,
five,
six
and
seven
they
were
unsafe
on
constantly
not
sound.
A
So
what
we
brought
to
you
today
is
simplistic
models
that
make
sense
for
this
community
in
model
to
what
mama
to
does
for
proposed
it.
Once
again,
it
allows
us
to
to
decrease
the
enrollment
for
plantation
Oaks.
It
allows
us
to
have
continued
busing
for
kids
continue
to
qualify
for
busing.
It
keeps
neighborhoods
together
in
the
end
of
the
day,
allows
that
walk-in
walkers
in
this.
A
In
this
model
and
bikes
and
soon
as
you
want
a
bike,
they
don't
have
the
option
of
crossing
this
road
in
a
safe
manner,
so
they
will
all
go
this
whole
Parkway
temptation
out
smart
way,
hopefully
from
Parkway
will
be
the
divider
for
kids
who
go
to
Poe,
and
this
would
be
the
area
that
goes
to
discovery
owes
the
issue
with
this
model.
Is
that
we
won't
have?
We
would
not
have
sustainability
to
house
all
the
kids.
We
are
building
the
school
to
have
to
house
around
900
seats
for
our
learners.
A
Okay,
we
can
accommodate
that
in
with
option
one
option:
two,
we
see
continued
growth
in
the
north
of
the
roundabout
area.
We
still
have
houses
that
are
for
self
70
or
80
houses
for
sale
in
horse
Emek.
We
also
see
significant
growth
in
the
area
of
the
Eagle
waning,
especially
in
the.
If
you
haven't
been
back
here,
it
is
like
driving
forever
and
there's
so
many
houses
and
stuff
going
on
and
then
I
believe
we
have
growth
potential
growth
in
this
area
as
well.
A
What
this
model
doesn't
allow
us
to
do
is
have
an
equalization
of
monitoring
growth
within
the
organization,
so
it
would
be
unsound
for
me
to
make
a
recommendation
to
the
Lord
to
show
that
we
are
building
a
school
that
cannot
house
the
number
of
students
that
that
are
there
going
to
be
impact
and
be
able
to
attend
through
the
model
growth.
But
again,
I
will
say
that
this
is
another
model
that
is
presented.
This
will
be
flip
vo.
A
A
A
At
the
same
time
it
has
minimal
disruptions
to
the
student
body
within
this
organization
within
this
community,
the
last
two
that
option
one
does
better
than
awkwardness
and
minimize
transportation
needs,
and
it
creates
greater
passageways
for
safety
and
walk
avenues
for
students
in
bus
ride
and
bike
riders.
As
we
will
put
a
light,
might
infer
the
circle
cross,
the
students
can
gain
access
to
the
school
within
a
community
no
different
than
what
we
do
and
Oakleaf
school
down.
The
road
on.
C
A
Allows
us
to
balance
growth
in
our
neighborhoods
and
that's
the
spot,
trying
to
be
as
strategic
as
we
can
and
thoughtful
as
we
can
for
looking
at
potential
growth
live
within
this
community.
This
is
a
side-by-side
slide.
We
showed
you
earlier,
but
now
it's
going
to
provide
analytics
of
projected
enrollment
that
and
we
move
forward
with
option
one.
It
shows
us
that
sustained
enrollment
later
management
when
we
look
at
Discovery
Oaks
and
you
look
at
Oakley,
Village
and
you're.
A
A
School
and
then
there
would
be
there'd,
be
11
impacted
from
plantation
Oaks.
Ok,
this
would
be
the
first
recommendation
that
moving
forward
for
our
communities,
important
dates
and
timelines,
as
relates
to
the
opening
and
the
construction
of
the
work
forward,
that
we
have
with
discovery
Oaks
right
now.
My
my
you
know
December
now
we're
in
the
sub
meeting
for
informational
meeting
to
get
some
feedback
from
you
as
the
situates.
In
order
for
me
to
refine
any
and
as
any
of
my
options
to
have
a
better
understanding
of
what
I
can
take
to
the
Lord
with.
A
A
Allocation
plan
is
how
I
will
set
up
and
fund
positions
for
discovery,
oaks
from
Scarborough
story,
hotel
memory
school.
In
addition,
we
will
go
to
March.
We
will
begin
the
hiring
process.
I
will
work
with
sorry
Scootaloo
enjoy
that
welcome
back
Facebook
love
and
in
March
we
will.
We
will
look
to
start
to
potentially
hire
for
this
for
this
new
school.
We
have.
A
Of
we
have
legwork
to
do
with
miss
Piper
in
the
CTE
a
in
order
to
talk
about
transition
time
in
order
to
to
make
sure
that
we
have
affordability
through
the
collective
bargain
agreement
in
a
fight
who
has
availability
to
come
to
the
school
and
then,
as
we
look
at
in
July,
we,
the
structure
will
be
complete
and
then
we
will
open
school
up
in
August
of
2018.
As
you
can
see,
this
is
a
rigorous
timeline.
We
held
interviews
this
week
for
potential
leaders
for
this
school.
A
I
am
confident
in
all
the
individuals
that
we
interviewed
every
one
of
them
have
the
ability
and
skill
set
to
leave
this
work,
and
we
seek
to
announce
this
individual,
hopefully
in
the
next
two
weeks
before
we
go
to
holiday
to
our
holiday
break.
As
soon
as
we
identify
this
leader
from
the
school,
we
will.
We
weighted
the
grading
process
of
preparing
process
for
discovery.
A
So
the
instructional
focus
for
Discovery
Oaks
will
be
someone
it'll
be
great
and
innovative
and
fresh.
We
know
that
surrounding
schools
such
as
po
and
ope
do
a
great
work,
as
relates
to
push
of
esteem
initiatives
and
leadership.
Initiatives
in
their
school
Discovery
Oaks
will
be
a.
We
will
continue
the
stem
work,
but
we
will
add
arch
design
and
it
will
be
a
steam
school,
and
this
is
where
we
take
science,
technology,
math
engineering
and
arts,
and
we
embedded
and
integrated
in
order
to
create
problem
solvers.
A
In
order
for
us
to
have
critical
thinkers
for
them
to
be
prepared
to
do
project-based
inquiry
based
learning,
which
is
a
newly
innovative
learning
curve
for
our
kids.
We
will
continue
to
have
exposed
kids
to
real-life
experiences
and
I.
Give
you
an
example.
We
talked
about
you
know,
Black
Creek.
We
can
do
a
set
of
just
going
to
your
core
classrooms
in
isolation.
We
may
have
an
opportunity
to
do
a
project-based
learning,
even
a
scenario.
A
They
may
look
at
the
quantity,
the
quality
of
the
water
in
Black
Creek,
and
they
look
at
a
number
of
science
and
analytics
they'll
pull
about
the
quality
of
water.
They
look
at
the
look
at
the
mathematical
principles.
They
look
at
the
history
using
a
social
science
to
have
the
historical
perspective
of
the
Black
Creek
and
they'll,
pull
it
all
together
through
ela
in
order
to
to
problem
so
long,
identify
solutions
to
critically
think
and
have
a
presentation
through
reading,
writing
speaking
and
defending
their
answers
from
a
collective
standpoint.
A
So
that's
what
steam
is
it's
a
culture?
We
want
to
create
it's
not
a
program,
it's
not
an
initiative,
it's
a
culture
to
be
green
within
our
school
and
we
want
to.
As
we
seek
to
hire.
We
want
to
have
teachers
who
have
the
willness
and
aspirations
understand
steams.
So
we
can
activate
that
knowledge
that
learning
process
within
the
school.
A
If
you
haven't
been
informed
in
the
last
30
days
of
school,
district
was
not
one
hour
less
than
in
majority
of
our
schools,
and
after
what
year
being
in
leadership
and
under
the
direction
of
mr.
McCauley
under
direction
of
Jeremy
monthly
and
his
team,
we
have
moved
to
have
wireless
in
every
one
of
our
schools
now
and
we
are
moving
closer
to
have
that
accessibility
to
our
one-to-one
devices
that
we
aspire
to
to
have
more
kids.
So
we
can
meet
our
digital
natives
where
they
are,
as
they
seek
to
grow.
Intellectually,.
A
As
we
talk
about
kids
and
we
talk
about
the
learning
process
and
every
one
of
our
schools
included
in,
we
want
to
make
sure
of
those
four
items.
Are
we
truly
focused
on?
This
is
our
four
principles
that
guide
our
work
every
single
day
in
clay
district
school
with
my
County
district
schools?
We
want
to
make
sure
that
we
have
students
who
are
fully
actively
engaged
in
the
lesson,
and
that
doesn't
mean
kids
who
are
a
compliant
may
engage,
but
they
are
actively
effectively
engaged
in
the
learning
process.
A
Additionally,
we
want
to
make
sure
the
kids
are
exposed
to
rigorous
activities
every
single
day
that
allows
them
to
be
great
level,
expectations
grade
level
standards
and
also
has
an
opportunity
for
accelerated
components.
We
want
to
make
students
ensure
that
students
are
owning
their
individualized
learning
so
to
push
an
own
and
push
your
students.
A
holding
account
will
make
them
home
to
make
sure
their
said,
the
short-term
and
long-term
goals,
so
they
know
where
they
are
academically
and
where
they
need
to
go
academically
every
single
day.
B
A
A
To
have
the
ability
to
articulate
in
and
demonstrate
understanding
and
after
reading
writing
speaking
and
then
it
happens
through
collaborative
structures,
so
they
really
understand
can
turnkey
whether
they're
actually
learning
every
single
day
with
their
own
classroom
extra
time.
So
now
this
is
your
time
for
us
to
be
as
candid
as
we
can
be
to
be
as
open
as
we
could
be
to
be
caring
and
inclusive
in
this
process.
A
For
us
to
have
now
about
any
questions,
you
may
have
that
pertains
to
discovery
Oakes
in
our
decisions
from
option
one
and
option
two
tonight,
I
do
have
a
number
of
staff
that
will
assist
us
assist
me
in
the
QA.
We
have
dr.
Kemp,
who
is
assistant
superintendent
of
operations.
He
is
the
one
that
gave
a
timeline
left
months
ago.
Idea.
A
Bills
will
be
built
bill
FAFSA
in
a
building
within
my
budget
and
here's
an
everyday
and
when
he
sees
me
kind
of
like
keeps
running
away,
but
you've
learned
over
here
to
make
sure
a
thumb
task
he's
done
a
fabulous
job.
With
this
work
we
have
mr.
Jim
O'connell
is
a
persona
for
our
work.
He's
done
great
work
of
done
a
lot
of
bills
to
this
community
and
different
schools,
and
he's
done
a
great
job.
Managing
this
work
for
us
and
I'm
glad
to
call
him
a
partner
in
our
schools
and.
A
A
So
if,
if
you
have
questions
or
a
raise
your
hand,
mr.
Connor,
who
is
my
assistant
superintendent,
know
these
names
of
chief
of
schools,
a
secret
secondary
education,
he'll
walk
around
he'll,
give
you
a
car
if
you'll
fill
that
card
out
he'll
come
back
and
collect
it,
we'll
try
to
answer
as
many
questions
will
come
as
we
can.
A
Bless
you
I'll
be
only
answering
your
questions
again
before
you
leave
tonight.
We'll
have
posted
notes
for
YouTube
to
interact
with
post
another
to
be
on
the
end.
Then
you
can
provide
your
feedback
that
we
will
take
back
and
start.
The
frog
saw
on
option
one.
You
looking
option
one
and
option
two,
this
so.
C
A
Once
you
complete
your
question,
just
raise
your
hand,
I'll
have
staff
come
in
and
pick
your
pick,
your
washing
up
and
walk
each
ring
for
those
who,
more
here
this
evening
or
for
those
who
are
watching
this
came
in
on
Facebook
live.
We
will
take
some
questions
from
Facebook
live
as
well,
so
we
can
have
the
true
interaction
with
our
community
for
those
who
learn
who
are
not
with
us
this
evening,.
A
So
this
is
Katie
mower
leader
of
professional
development,
making
sure
I'm
doing
the
right
thing.
So
if
you
have
a
once,
your
card
is
complete.
If
you'll
just
raise
that
gear
card
up,
I'll
have
staff
come
immediately
right
to
you
and
we'll
start
and
yellow
will
read
the
question.
So
the
first
question
is:
will
there.
D
D
A
So
and
it
taints
that
question
it
does
not
impede
Tynes
at
all,
so
it
doesn't
impact
Einstein
structure
will
say
will
stay,
as
is
as
relates
to
get
act
on
the
back
access
for
the
community
right
now.
The
plans
do
not
provide
that
opportunity
and
we
move
that
because
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we
have.
We
keep
the
campus
as
secure
as
we
can,
but
we
will
take
that
feedback.
C
A
Well,
we
are
not
building
the
school
option,
one
without
stoplight.
Hopefully
we
did
it's
not
happening,
so
we
is
unsafe
for
us
to
build
a
school
and
have
options,
one
that
was
not
like.
It
is
a
priority.
It's
a
priority
for
me,
knowing
that,
as
a
leader
organization,
safety
is
my
greatest
warning
that
stoplight
has
to
be
a
part
of
option
one.
It
were
for
kids
who
are
across
the
street
where
parents
are
gain
access
to
the
school.
A
A
Can
you
know
steam
like
I
said
steam
is
a
culture
we
they
do
a
good
job
with
stim
right
now
we
can.
We
can
make
that
a
priority.
We
are
going
to
be
working
with
every
one
of
our
Elementary's
in
the
school
district.
In
order
to
create
more
robust
thematic
choice.
Programs
I
will
continually
work
with
miss
Kendrick
is
a
principal
of
oak
leaf
village
in
work,
side-by-side,
mrs.
Rowe,
choose
and
principal
plantation
Oaks
to
better
define
what
their
thematic
approach
wants
would
like
to
be.
A
We
want
to
really
maximize
what
they
currently
have
and
there
currently
there's
current
successes.
So
if,
if
they
believe
in
their
hearts
that
we
can
prove
that
the
steam
approach
is
the
best
selection
for
that
school,
we
will
move
forward
if
we
believe
this
something
else
like
a
leadership
development.
What
would
be
better
in
that
school
that
will
move
in
that
direction,
but
we
will
engage
their
stake,
the
principle
of
their
leadership
teams
and
look
at
their
successes
in
order
to
identifying
the
best
choice
for
them,
and
that
makes
sense
for
this
community
work.
It.
A
That's
a
good
question
right
now.
The
options
do
not
allow
that
to
happen.
We
have
to
open
up,
we
have
to
be
fiscally
sound
and
the
way
we
do
that
is
that
we
create
option
one
and
often
to
both-
or
these
are
the
neighborhoods
that
will
start
the
school.
What
it
does
is
it
allows
us
to
build
a
staff
allocation
plan.
It
allows
us
to
really
project
hard
numbers.
What
what
what
students
who
are
able
to
open-
and
you
got
to
understand
week.
A
We
know
that
there's
simpler
kids
that
love
their
schools,
but
they're
going
to
love
this
new
school
as
well,
so
mom,
and
this
time
it
will
not.
We
do
not
forecast
and
allow
to
her
grandfather
to
take
place
in
order
for
us
to
be
financial
and
fiscal
responsible
in
to
create
an
allocation
plan
and
projected
building
for
our
school
and
also
to
have
balanced
number
of
students
at
each
one
of
our
schools.
Remember
this
community
push
two
years.
A
This
community
push
okay,
so
I'm
telling
you
when
I
was
running
for
superintendent
I
told
you
I
would
find
a
way
to
help
this
community
create
because
of
the
growth
not
because
I
personally
wanted
school
know
that,
but
I
saw
the
potential
growth.
The
board
has
made
a
great
effort
to
understand
the
growth
in
this
area
and
to
work
to
build
the
school,
debt-free
and
that's
attractive
and
in
proactive
and
learn
the
more
send
a
good
job
and
then
problem-solve
in
that
area.
But
at
this
time
it's
a
clean
slate.
A
Maybe
the
kids
who
are
in
the
projected
models
will
be
allocated
for
Discovery
Oaks,
and
those
who
are
at
PO
will
be
allocated
for
for
both
know
that
the
same
time
that
teachers
in
those
schools
have
the
right
and
the
option
through
the
contractor
language
to
be
able
to
apply
to
the
schools.
So
if
there
are
attached
to
teachers,
you
know
it's
going
to
be
seen,
who's
going
to
be
to
be
transferred
over
and
if
that
press
will
hire.
But
in.
B
One
for
12
years,
I
give
it
one
of
our
one
of
the
goals
that
we
were
given
live
from.
The
district
directors
was
to
make
sure
that
we
opened
discovery
oats
with
stable
enrollment.
The
trot
ups
balance
that
you
saw
in
the
presentation
balance
that
balanced
the
enrollment
across
the
way.
So
when
you
take
a
look
at
the
grandfathering
issues
that
take
place,
I
know
those
are
big
issues
and
there's
one
on
the
surface.
B
A
Right
now,
I
mean
actually
is
a
good
question.
That's
one
the
life
of
everyone.
At
this
point
we
would
not
disrupt
the
current
momentum
we
have
would
give
to
students
and
the
education
that
they
are
provided
every
single
day.
We
know
that
if
we
can
look
at
whether
or
not
this
will
be
a
full
day
option
versus
a
half-day
option
from
our
standpoint,
we
are
not
trying.
D
A
Now
set
at
1.5,
there
will
be
buses
in
the
back
of
the
landing.
We
know
that
that's
a
major
hike,
so
we
will
continue
to
have
a
transportation
that
pushes
it
provides
an
opportunity
for
kitchen
with
a
back
of
evil
landing
variety
to
write,
a
plus
two
to
Discovery
Oaks
Elementary
I
would
never
want
a
kid
gonna
be
going
in
and
out
of
there,
with
that
female
ubers
lived
here
as
well.
You
never
want
a
kid
walking
down
that
stretch.
It's
a
long
stretch
and
that's
another
Speedway
for
those
y'all
live
in
there
slow.
C
A
See
but
but
we
will
have
a
bus,
an
option
that
means
that
if
you're
a
family
member
the
lives
in
the
front
half
of
Eagle
Landing
that
you
want
to
have
an
opportunity,
we
have
seats
available.
You
will
take
advantage
of
that
opportunity
as
well,
but
nonetheless
it
will
be
afforded
in
the
back
of
the
toilet
as
we
create
the
society.
C
D
A
E
A
E
F
A
F
D
So
I'm
going
to
try
to
pull
there's
several
questions
regarding
safety
of
wood
to
traffic
on
the
highway,
so
I'm
going
to
try
to
play
some
of
these
together.
Has
there
been
any
studies
or
analysis
done
on
the
impact
of
the
reasonings
with
traffic,
especially
with
respect
to
full
traffic
at
its
capacity
on
the
outer
Beltway.
A
F
There
we
go.
Yes,
we
just
finished
a
traffic
study
as
a
matter
of
fact,
the
result
to
do
it
any
day
when
he
gave
me
a
local
told
me
that
this
does
warn
it's
my
effect
without
the
school.
It
still
wanted
that
the
neighborhood
coming
out
of
deer
view
alone
reports
traffic
light,
so
that
study
is
complete
their
models
and
yes,
that.
D
D
F
A
That
goes
to
a
point
where
you
know
my
job
is
to
make
sure
that
we
I
have
immediate
safe
conditions
and
proximity
of
the
school.
We
know
that
Eagle
laning
is
as
close
to
it,
but
I've
got
to
do
something
right
across
the
school
for
the
kids
who
I
want
to
be
able
to
walk
out
there,
everything
directly
to
that
school.
So
that's
not
like
for
me,
isn't
both
as
a
grade
school
or
they
fight
for
the
school
anything
that
anyone
aspires
to
to
leave.
Nothing
has
a
conversation
outside
for
another.
A
Stop
like
the
Eagle
any!
Please
push
your
County
Commission
commissioners
and
let
them
you
know.
Let
them
know
where
you
stand
a
reference
to
your
safety
and
your
concerns
and
determine
whether
or
not
that's
a
a
doable
option,
but
for
me
priority
number
one
if
they
have
to
stop
life
from
that
school,
for
accessibility.
E
D
A
Severe
what
I
mean
we
talk
about
other
right
now:
I
have
1,400
kids
a
book
and,
with
this
recommendation,
I'll
have
800
so
I
have
a
large
number
of
seats
for
accessibility
for
growth,
so
I
am
hopefully
not
concerned
about
the
potential
growth
for
Pope
I'm,
hopefully
not
concerned
initially
about
the
potential
growth
that
discovery
oaks
will
have.
We
have
built
this
building
that
is
very
similar
to
the
building
of
complicates
and
we
didn't
build
it
with
the
intent
to
put
portables
in
the
school.
A
B
C
B
D
B
B
B
A
A
But
we
what
we
are
going
to
do,
an
extra
do,
a
better
job
of
expediting
the
hiring
process
and
earlier
process
we'll
have
open
contracts
through
with
human
resources,
we're
going
to
go
to
a
number
of
universe,
colleges
that
have
sound
educational
programs
and
we're
going
to
offer
on
jobs
on
the
spot.
It's
going
to
be
an
open
contractor
that
they'll
be
able
to
come,
they'll,
be
able
to
come
to
our
school
district
and
then
the
principal.
Then
the
principal
will
have
the
availability
to
to
hire.
A
So
we
have
got
to
do
a
better
job
filling
our
positions.
I
will
openly
am
trying
to
work
with
the
clay
IDI
Education
Foundation,
in
order
to
figure
out,
if
I
can
incentivize
teachers
and
hard
to
fill
positions
as
well.
So
we
have
other
things
going
on
and
in
order
for
us
to
attract
newcomers,
and
in
order
for
us
we're
collecting
the
teachers
bring
teachers
take.
A
C
D
Right
the
two
questions
together:
this
was
the
second
part
of
the
question.
I
asked
you
with
three
elementary
schools
feeding
into
one
junior
high.
Will
there
be
another
built
in
the
next
five
to
six
years
to
handle
the
growth
in
the
junior
high
level,
and
on
top
of
that,
what
is
the
vision
of
expanding
any
of
our
high
schools
capacities
in
the
future?
Yes,.
A
All
right
now
there
is
done
the
forecast
to
to
build
another
View
High
School,
it's
it's
not
if
we
continue
to
have
system,
II,
I
believe
as
we
transition
and
discovery
hopes
it's
going
to
alleviate
a
lot
of
those
concerns
by
putting
sixth
grade
back
into
our
surrounded,
L
Aquila
elementary
sand
in
the
oak
leaf
area.
It's
going
to
allow
us
to
absorb
a
number
of
those
kids
and
then
have
that
transition
to
seventh
or
eighth
grade.
So
as
of
now,
it's
it's
not
in
the
forecasted
division
of
where
to
build
anything
from
what.
D
A
D
Do
have
three
concerns
regarding
they
probably
won't
be
an
answer.
This
does.
It
relates
to
maybe
county
commissioner,
but
one
is
about
the
speed
limit
school
zone
where
that
would
start
and
where
that
would
end.
What
about
the
quiet
evening?
The
widening
of
plantation
Oaks
Boulevard,
but
I
gotta
have
that
anytime
soon
or
crossing
guard
at
the
roundabout
for
forest
hammock
technicolor.
So
so.
A
I'll
answer
the
back:
half
first
crossing
guard,
the
the
crossing
guard
isn't
identified
so
electrified
school
district.
It's
a
partnership
with
the
county.
Commissioner
sheriff's
are
our
Sheriff's
Department,
but
what
we
do
not
want
to
do.
We
both
agree
to
the
Sheriff
Department.
Now
the
school
district.
We
do
not
want
to
put
a
crossing
guard
at
the
roundabout
there's.
Just
too
much
traffic
is
just
a
lot
of
stuff
going
on.
We
drive
it.
A
We
when
I
try
that
I
have
a
number
of
concerns
of
trying
to
figure
out
about
merge
and
run
where
I'm
filming
we
do
not
want
to
put
a
crossing
guard
and
trying
to
walk
kids
across
that
area
hits
the
reason
why
we
provide
but
see
in
in
force
a
mix
in
order
to
have
our
kids
get
to
school
and
in
a
safe
manner.
Even
when
it's
in
very
close
proximity
to
the
school,
we
don't
need
to
provide
buses.
D
A
F
F
E
C
A
Consistent
conversations,
so
we
will
work
the
term
theirs
and
do
we
OB
we
offer
Iskander.
Do
we
offer
that
as
well?
So
we
will
mirror
the
same
opportunities
that
they
offer.
Those
schools
will
offer
as
well
believe
you
won
the
do,
eat
you
and
not
summer,
for
anything
as
you're
currently
experiencing
at
home
or
at
movie
it
would
be
the
same
mentality.
A
D
A
It's
a
January,
my
aspiration
sort
of
ticket
to
the
board
in
January.
That
will
be
the
first
Thursday
in
January
I,
believe
it's
January
4th,
and
at
that
time
it
will
be
on
Ellen,
a
discussion
agenda
item
and
the
board.
Will
we
do
a
lot
of
our
pre
work
with
you
tell
you
openly
when
we
go
to
the
school
board
meetings
that
you'll
see
a
lot
of
our
pre
work
is
done
and
at
our
general
reviews.
A
So
a
lot
of
questions
are
a
hash
for
the
board
and
those
are
taken
line
as
well
through
our
Tim
review,
which
is
usually
accurate
within
two
weeks
or
ten
days
before
the
board
agenda
may,
before
the
board
workshop.
That's
for
me
to
review
in
every
agenda
item
that
I
deep
into
the
analytics
my
decision-making
and
why
I'm
bringing
the
initiative
or
a
project
to
the
board.
So
a
lot
of
our
issues
are
hashed
out
in
in
that
process
and
then
10
days
over
the
phone
work
into
the
visit
of
the
board
members.
A
So
they
can
ask
any
questions
or
better
understand
working
with
staff
of
the
direction
in
which
we
go.
So
that
would
be
on
January,
4th
and
that'll,
be
under
discussion
item
for
the
board
to
have
discussions
about
next
steps.
If
they
approve
that
process,
we
will
move
immediately
to
the
start.
Marketing
branding
start
is
starting
to
work
to
start
and
engage
our
community
members
over
on
a
monthly
basis
or
bimonthly
basis.
A
Until
we
get
to
school
about
your
course
offerings
enrollment
in
school,
who
your
leader
is
whether
our
next
steps
will
be-
and
we
will
over
communicate
to
this
community
about
your
next
step.
So
you
will
never
be
in
the
dark
and
what
we're
trying
to
accomplish
so
that
we
get
to
take
one
on
in
August.
Your
kid
is
ready,
prepared
to
go
and
the
school
is
identified
for
them.
A
A
C
A
Into
school
now
we
do
have
controlled
open
enrollment,
our
district,
which
is
driven
by
the
state,
but
these
schools
every
school
on
the
in
the
oak
leaf
area
of
lakes
to
elementary
and
junior
high.
They
would
not
be
afforded
the
opportunity
to
participate
in
the
control,
open
enrollment
and
once
we
do
the
reconfiguration
rezoning,
they
won't
meet
the
freshmen
over
anyways
because
the
threshold
is
85%
at
capacity
and
the
reason
we're
not
going
to
open
in
the
oak
leaf
area
week
with
year,
one
with
open
to
school.
C
A
Efficiently
create
staff
allocation
and
model
for
year,
one
after
year,
two
things
things
change,
so
we'll
look
at
whether
or
not
controlled,
open
enrollment
is
an
opportunity
in
this
area.
If
we
have
available,
CD
I
can
tell
you
with
a
growth,
hopefully
very
seldom
will
ever
be
a
part
of
a
control
or
open
enrollment.
D
The
last
card
that
I
have
is
more
of
a
concern:
I
think
as
we
related
to
the
speed
zones,
the
school
zones
in
the
speed
limit
equals
landing.
Kids
that
walk
will
not
be
in
the
school
zone
limit
and
that
is
not
safe
for
the
ones
who
are
walking
or
riding
the
bikes.
It's
not
really
a
question,
but
more
about
consideration.
No,
we.
C
A
A
G
Are
really
excited
about
the
academic
program
at
Discovery
hopes
and
to
answer
one
of
your
former
questions.
Miss
Kendrick
and
I
met
this
morning
and
talked
about
building
a
parallel
program
at
OBE.
We're
really
excited
about
that.
She's
got
many
of
those
initiatives
already
out
of
the
ground
there,
so
you're
feeling
just
like
she
is
and
that's
exciting.
We
hope
to
be
the
model
for
the
steam
stem
culture
and
approach
to
instruction,
which
is
project-based
learning
for
the
state
of
Florida.
G
That's
our
goal
and
academic
services
is
to
bring
in
some
unique
ways
to
reengage
our
students
and
problem
solving
and
thinking
about
real
world
problems.
So
you
may
see
some
different
curriculum
there
that
we'll
be
playing
with
a
little
bit.
I
get
some
planes
the
loose
word,
but
we'll
be
experimenting
with
of
having
kids
I'd
be
exposed
to
a
different
way
of
thinking
that
we
think
we
forward
thinking
for
the
future.
A
All
right
so
again,
I
appreciate
you
coming
out
this
evening
as
much
as
we
put
this
on
our
social
media
as
much
as
we
put
this
on,
we
and
our
parent
link.
So
we
know
that
it's
the
holiday
time
and
it
may
not
be
the
greatest
time,
but
it's
a
time
we've
wanted
to
get
in
front
of
you
before
I
took
