Coalition
career
coalition
there
to
look
at
create
a
national
model
for
our
criminal
justice
program.
That's
one
of
our
initiatives
for
our
strategic
plan
and
to
celebrate
to
identify
national
models
within
our
pathways
and
today
they're,
going
through
the
review
process
and
mr.
Connor.
Mr.
you
know,
misspoke
miss
Mosley
or
my
staff.
Over
there.
It's
going
to
be
a
great
day,
so
fingers
crossed
so
they
come
out
for
that
national
model
and
it
was
you
know,
I
was
glad
to
go
there
and
kick
it
off
this
morning.
B
B
B
See
one
is
the
minutes
for
the
school
board
workshop
along
with
student
here
and
regular
meeting
for
April
4th
as
well
see
two
of
the
personnel
consent
agenda.
Nothing
major
on
this
consent
agenda.
You
will
see
that
John
Ward's
date
has
transitioned
from
it
was
originally
from
April
16th
and
now
push
to
me
first,
he
would
start
with
us
on
May
1,
and
then
we
have
a
supplement
for
a
title,
1
lead
which
is
in
bedded
here
as
well
as
well.
B
E
Didn't
have
a
couple
of
questions
just
just
for
clarification
for
myself,
one
of
those
supplements
that
listed
and
I'll
just
give
example.
E
E
F
C
B
Is
approval
the
purchase
of
k12
Florida
LLC
virtual
instruction
curriculum?
Currently,
we
have
been
using
Pearson
to
do
our
work
in
k5,
and
this
has
been
really
troublesome
for
teachers.
Do
they
have
to
go
in
to
use
Pearson
and
they
have
to
really
rebuild
the
core
curriculum.
So
now
we
transition
to
a
new
platform.
We
believe
that
it
B
has
greater
interactive
and
their
activity
for
our
teachers
and
it's
less
time
going
in
building
the
the
courses
and
bring
it
on
board.
B
C4
is
a
approval
for
purchase
of
edgenuity,
which
is
our
virtual
instructional
curriculum
as
well.
Currently,
we
are
using
the
florida
virtual
curriculum
which
we
are
the
its
cost
in
the
school
district,
around
five
hundred,
seventy
five
thousand
dollars
being
able
to
go
to
transition
to
edgenuity.
That's
going
to
save
us
money
we'll
be
able
to
spend
around
three
hundred
fifty
one
thousand
dollars
and
we'll
get
a
real
good,
complex,
more
interactive
teacher
friendly
platform
as
well.
B
This
is
what
we're
using
for
any
recovery
within
our
high
schools
and
junior
high
schools
as
well
for
courses
and
we're.
Currently
they
give
a
big
giving
it
to
us
to
pilot,
let's
see
if
we
like
it
and
interact
with
it.
We
found
that
it's
been
favorable
with
our
with
our
educators
and
our
leaders
and
through
our
students
and
then
just
as
this
brings
a
better
availability
to
customized
curriculum
in
address
our
students
and
better
way
for
progress
monitoring
through
their
assessments
so
being
able
to
save
money
and
going
in
a
different
direction.
B
C
B
E
C
A
A
A
B
Awesome
c7
is
a
Clay
County
district
schools,
operation,
financial
seal
audit
that
I
started
in
sent
to
everyone
just
to
just
bring
to
the
board
for
a
fun
approval.
We
see
the
majority
of
the
in
the
operational
sides
dealt
with
the
building
of
dope.
We
were
really
we
still
stand
by
our
decisions
from
what
we
do.
Mr.
Connolly
dr.
Kemp
lead
week.
You
know
we
stand
by
our
decision.
We
think
we
did
a
good
job
with
it.
B
We
were
in,
and
rightly
so,
but
they
had
some
historical
findings
around
the
state
and
they
you
know
that
we
are
test
with
those
as
well.
Also
you
see
the
pre-k
I
still
believe
and
pushing
legislators
to
involve
pre-k
and
our
best
and
the
brightest.
These
are
our
teachers
who
are
certificated
under
the
k-12
course
umbrella,
and
we
should
have
continued
to
do
this.
It's
it's
unfortunate.
We
will
push
legislation
and
hopefully
we
can
continue
to
be
the
leading
district
to
celebrate
these
individuals
and
properly
compensate
them
in
a
way
they
should
be
doing
it.
B
B
E
B
C
A
B
You
and
that
our
financial
audit
was
really
solid
once
again,
so
I'm
really
good,
and
it's
good
for
a
million
dollars
doing
quite
things
financially.
Also,
we
have
on
c8
the
Charter
School
audits.
They
just
look
at
overall
making
certain
that
money
is
used
properly
in
funding.
You
know,
do
the
deep
analysis
that
such
as
ours,
but
everything
was
fine
with
the
three
charge.
B
C9
proposed
allocation
changes
for
1819.
You
see
here
that
we
are
asking
to
bring
going
coordinator
for
the
coordinator
of
internal
accounts
on
a
earlier
so
that
they
can
work
side
by
side,
mrs.
Ronnie
Campbell,
who
was
rightfully
so
retiring.
So
just
looking
at
bringing
someone
on
the
double
staff
to
have
a
seamless
transition
and
success
in
management,
c10
proposed
allocation
changes.
These
are
some
changes.
You
see
with
the
ESC
assistance
that
we
brought
on
some
maintenance
to
maintenance
with
the
kitchen
technicians
we
talked
about
last
month
with
our
commercial
equipment.
B
We
see
that
we've
also
deleted
the
internal
auditor
director
and
added
the
coordinator,
and
you
see
some
transitions
between
allocations
of
specialists
which
are
generally
movements
and
then
just
you
know,
there's
a
wash
when
it
looks
at
the
chief
academic
officer
and
assistant
superintendent
to
make
sure
they
were
clean
and
the
staff
allocation.
Overall,
you
see
some
other
federal
funding
is
being
adjusted
and
added,
and
you
see
athletics
supplement
for
Keystone's
wrestling
thanks.
B
C12
is
a
financial
reports
for
March
of
2019
c-13
is
the
internal
account
audits
for
the
school
year
of
2018,
and
this
school
year
we
bring
on
it's
every
single
year.
This
is
a
part
where
we
see
in
the
last
three
years,
our
lowest
number
of
findings
that
we've
had
so
you
know
moving
from
613
last
year
to
438,
and
you
know
the
while
we
438,
we
continually
say
hey,
we
bless
you
in
every
so
opportunity.
The
celebration
is
that
we
continue
to
decline
the
number
of
audits
and
findings
within
their
school
district.
B
C
B
That
sounds
like
you
know.
That
should
happen
all
the
time.
It
doesn't
believe.
There's
money,
there's
still
an
area
of
banks
and
also
making
sure
that
the
fundraiser
documents
are
filled
out
or
appropriately
by
the
district
staff.
And
then
the
other
thing
is
something
that's
a
catch-22:
we've
declined
in
it,
but
we
see
that
staff
you
know
potentially
sometimes
holds
money
and,
if
you're
at
a
late,
a
mint
and
there's
nowhere
to
have
access
to
the
drop
box
or
something
you
know,
hold
the
money.
B
I
C
B
C15
a
bit
a
bit
award
process
or
for
RFP
this
is
the
first
one
was
about
our
reload
relocations
and
we
located
our
portables.
This
was
awarded
to
LaRue
and
ajs
building
in
leveling.
This
is
a
three-year
sign,
an
agreement
award
which
is
already
going
to
be
able
to
three
years
$450,000,
and
we
talked
about
the
expensive
moving
on
portables.
They
really
are
naca.
Tell
you
everyday.
How
much
do
I
and
the
second
thing
was
the
independent
auditing
services
for
the
school
district
and
through
this
process,
purgatorium
company
was
the
award
winner.
B
B
B
B
Gave
him
some
funding
so
if
I
come
back
to
general
fund
pot,
cuz
we
help
them.
Initiate
c---seventeen
is
a
final
completion
of
Keystone
Heights
renovated
science.
Labs
they've
waited
patiently
for
us
to
make
certain.
We
have
gas
and
water,
and
we
had
electrical
fixtures
and
furniture.
So
they're
up
and
running
excited
to
contain
words.
A
B
So
there's
never
any
there's,
never
any
time
that
that
we
were
in
before
where
students
are
the
property
was
exposed
to
anything.
Please
know
that,
but
when
you
have
20
feet
down,
it's
gonna
be
a
major
rebuilding
project.
You
know
you
have
to
have
strategies
to
get
through
the
school
here
and
we
will,
in
the
summer
projects
it's
a
media
project
that
we
will
address
and
after
we
run
pipe
into
the
underground
in
under
the
general,
to
make
it
fluid.
Mr.
C
D
E
D
D
B
In
dock
we
into
the
chair,
we've
been
in
partnership
with
all
agencies
and
hands
on
deck,
because
the
state
and
local
agencies
for
them
to
review
and
make
certain
that
we
are
doing
the
right
things
and
taking
the
right
steps
and
everybody's
been
a
beautiful
partner
and
validating
everything
that
we're
doing
it's
good,
it's
good
Bertha.
Can
we
get
the
kids
didn't
school?
Yes,
ma'am,
so
c18
is
a
change
order
to
the
science
lab.
So
we
did.
We
are
charged
in
liquidation
and
damages
or
$1500
cuz.
B
Go
back
to
supplies
from
the
lab.
See
19
is
the
the
monthly
pre-qualification
for
our
contractors
and
for
vendors
sees
20.
Is
this
a
substantial
completion
of
lakeside
elementary
school
reroofing
project
and
for
building
1c
21
is
a
change
order?
The
lakeside
school
reroofing
building
one
laughter,
they
pull
the
roof
off.
They
did
find
that
there
was
some
additional
damage
to
the
decking
anything
that's
additional
to
the
actual
hole
off
the
roof
and
put
the
roof
on.
B
We
have
missed
an
extra
expenditure,
so
the
decking
we
own,
so
it's
around
fifty
nine
hundred
dollars,
so
we
have
to
address
and
be
able
to
to
prep
and
get
right
before
they
put
this.
The
new
roof
on
c22
is
the
restated,
concurrency,
a
proportionate
share
mitigation
development
agreement
with
governor's
part
with
the
development
of
regional
impact.
Mr.
Fox
that
he
wants
me
to
this.
Yes,.
I
This
was
actually
enacted
by
the
school
board
back
in
June
of
2009,
and
we
had
three
school
sites
that
were
down
there,
but
it's
been
sitting
idle
and
now
there's
a
buyer.
The
buyer
is
actually
the
developer
of
knockety
the
park
group
and
they
basically
want
to
build
a
knockety
southbound.
Here
he
had
gone
to
the
county
back
in
2017
and
changed
the
Basel,
so
they
moved
up
the
actual
building
of
the
houses.
I
I
D
Super
through
the
chair,
I
know
we're
having
a
growth
meeting
a
meeting
about
the
correct
we
need
at
the
end
of
the
main,
but
I'm
gonna
tell
you
think,
build
a
river
town
not
to
tease
out
which
the
growth
that
is
coming
to
the
South
southern
end
of
clays
southwest
of
plate,
it's
going
to
be
extremely
significant,
and
so
that
will
be
reflected
in
the
main
presentation
on
growth
as
well
and
what
we
need
to
do
to
get
preparing
for
over
the
next
decade.
It's
you
said
that
somebody
on
the
28th.
I
B
To
do
this
work
because
it's
it's
coming
fast
and
you've
got
to
have
someone
that
understands
savvy
finances
and
we
put
this
supplement
and
organized
manner.
So
to
do
alright.
Neat
one
is
the
discussion
for
special
action.
A
d2
is
the
public
hearing
for
advertise
for
the
special
policies
and
procedure.
Lien
me
and
there's
one
more
that
I
would
like
to
add
and
I
just.
C
B
B
To
interact
with
us
it's
on
them
we're
not
going
to
push
her
push
her
pressure.
Anyone
I've
talked
to
mr.
prime
about
it.
Yesterday
we
had
a
meeting
with
all
local
law
enforcement
agencies.
We
had
a
meeting
with
fire
and
rescue
emergency
management
in
Clay
County.
This
room
was
full
of
personnel
from
the
district
and
Clay
County.
District
schools
would
make
the
purchase
and
they
would
have
access
to
this
communication
software.
It
Square
teacher
on
their
phone
can
push
multiple
buttons.
They
can
call
9-1-1,
which
will
leak
all
law
enforcement
agencies
immediately
and
Fire
Rescue.
B
They
can
call,
they
can
call
an
active
shooter
or
lockdown.
They
can
call
for
Fire
Rescue.
They
can
call
for
first
aid.
They
can
call
for
immediate
assistance
on
their
phone
and
that's
those
who
willing
to
participate,
and
it
just
gives
a
quicker
response.
Time
to
to
you,
know
versus
pick
up.
The
phone
call
the
front
office
then.
B
Out,
what's
going
on
calling
9-1-1
every
teacher,
every
support
staff
should
have
the
ability
to
make
a
call
that
warrants
it
within
our
schools.
So
you
know
yesterday
was
a
positive.
All
of
the
local
partners
were
excited
about
it.
It
comes
to
no
cost
to
them.
It's
a
cost
to
us
as
a
school
district.
They
wanted
to
purchase
additional
and
they
not
only
do
they
get
to.
B
You
know,
have
access
and
for
immediate
response,
but
they
get
access
to
our
cameras
immediately
when
we
push
that
button,
so
they
get
the
chance
to
see
what's
going
on
so
they
and
they
have
boot
prints
on
this
format.
So
if
they
say
that
we're
going
to
school
excellent
classroom,
why
it
comes
up
a
blueprint,
they
can
figure
out
where
to
go,
and
so
they're
not
going
to
the
main
office
in
figure
out
where
I'll
go
what's
going
on,
they
can
see
live
feeds
and
interaction.
B
So
this
is
gonna,
be
a
piggyback
office
in
the
Seminole
County
contract
and
simile
openly
started
off
with
50
percent
of
their
teachers
voluntarily,
given
their
cell
phone
numbers,
because
it's
diverse,
no
cell
phone
numbers
and
we're
you
know,
but
after
the
parkland
they
shot
up
to
85
percent
and
they
saw
the
value
in
and
they
believe
that
it's
a
it's
it's
a
good
resource,
and
this
is
us
giving
best
effort
to
continue
to
address.
You
know
the
safety
and
the
needs
of
our
school
district.
So.
A
B
There's
two
pots
of
money:
Rhode
Island
potentially
will
work
on
it
in
the
next
couple
of
days,
so
we're
trying
to
give
a
department
of
education,
because
we
do
have
grant
funding
that
we
could
use
for
Harleen
because
we
put
some
software
or
we
could
use
the
millage
money.
This
doesn't
allow.
We
approve
it
this.
While
we
approve
it
now,
we
will
not
launch
this
until
July
1,
so
it
could
potentially
leave
the
village
money
and
but
we
would
once
approval
we
would
get
it
to
interact
with
it.
G
Things
that
once
they
do
something
with
this,
let's
say:
if
she
gets
a
text
that
says
active
shooter,
they
then
are
able
to
follow
up
with
additional
information
to
each
of
these
homes.
So
let's
say
you
get
a
lockdown
drill
and
you've
got
all
of
your
kids
in
and
you're,
not
quite
certain
what
to
do
or
what's
going
on,
you
have
access
just
to
your
phone,
doesn't
connect
over
speaker
system.
It
doesn't
come
up
on
your
computer
that
you
have
to
leave
a
particular
area.
G
You
have
it
with
your
phone
and
you
can
see
exactly
what's
going
on.
They
inform
they
inform
people
within
reason,
not
every
single,
solitary
detail,
but
they
inform
you
and
then
they
inform
you
when
it's
done
as
well,
so
that
it's
it's
the
communication,
is
there
there's
a
communication
goes
back
to
the
teachers
as
well.
It's
not
just
a
help
me
button
that
say:
let's,
let's
see,
we.
G
G
G
One
of
the
parents
was
was
she
was
thinking.
I
had
been
saying.
Well,
if
people
know
what
all
the
plans
are
for
everything
then
they're
just
gonna
wait
until
you're,
not
ready
for
them.
When
they're
going
through
it
and
I
thought
whoa
wait
a
minute.
We
don't
have
a
lot
of
people
waiting
to
attack.
That's
number
one
but
number
two,
it's
it's!
That's!
Why
we're
somewhat
guarded
as
to
what
we
share,
because
we
want
we
don't.
B
B
And
we
could
have
a
teacher
really.
You
know,
let's
just
say,
a
teacher
that
you
know
falls
out
in
the
classroom
and
on
the
phone.
You
don't
think
I
have
them
if
they
have
their
phone,
which
I
know
they're
there
and
I
have
their
phone
where
they
against
might
get
it.
They
can
puts
out
a
media
panic
button
to
do.
I
C
H
H
H
C
A
A
A
G
And
the
first
volunteer
that
was
not
that
was
mentioned
was
a
former
teacher
Richard
jr.
hi
mister
Ballman.
Well,
when
I
was
substituting
and
getting
my
degree
in
education,
he
was
teaching
there.
So
I
would
some
near
campus.
Sometimes
I
walked
in
and
we
saw
each
other.
It
was
like
whoa
flash
from
the
past
and
he
said
Oh
somebody.
A
A
A
A
A
Mr.
bicha
started
with
us
midway
through
my
suggestion.
Is
that
with
this,
because
it's
just
whether
you're
checking
off
the
mid-year
square
are
the
final
square.
I
say:
let's
go
ahead
and
this
time
by
wind
made
by
me
first
many
fifteen,
maybe
think
that
we
go
ahead
and
build
this
out
as
the
final
and
then
we'll
be
starting
off
and
be
in
sync.
You
know
for
all
future
years
is.
C
A
A
G
Two
things
that
I
wanted
to
bring
up
the
first
thing.
I've
talked
a
little
bit
to
mr.
Davis
about
this,
but
I'm
going
to
just
keep
bringing
it
up.
Until
perhaps
it
happens,
I
am
under
the
understate
I'm
feeling
that
with
high
schools
that
are
above
2,000
students,
we
need
more
than
one
nurse
or
a
nurse
plus
an
assistant
to
assist
I've
talked
to
mr.
McCauley
a
little
bit
about
it.
To
get
information
about,
I
know
realized.
G
The
volume
of
needs
within
the
elementary
schools
are
higher
because
we
have
younger
children
who
are
taking
care
of
themselves.
But
when
you're
dealing
with
a
student
body,
that's
literally
a
small
city,
it
would
be
helpful,
I
think
to
that
nurse
to
have
an
assistant.
So
that
would
be
two
additional
allocations
for
two
high
schools
or
one
for
each
of
the
two
high
schools
and
there's
over
2,000.
That's
something
I
feel
strongly
about.
I
feel
that
there's
a
disconnect
when
we
I
mean
it's.
G
We
tend
to
treat
all
of
our
schools
equally
or
to
attempt
of
two,
but
when
you're
getting
to
the
volume
of
those
schools.
I
can't
imagine
that
if
a
nurse
is
called
out
of
an
office
and
something
else
that
that
person
can
be
in
two
places
at
once
so
I,
don't
know
you
know
all
the
statistics
and
data
more.
It's
a
second
person,
the
campuses
I
am
just
concerned
about
them.
As
I
said
the
volume
of
people
that
utilize
the
services
of
the
health
the
clinic.
G
Secondly,
you
sent
out
an
email
regarding
reading.
Certifications,
yes
and
I
want
a
clarification
on
that.
So
I
include
I'm
a
self-contained
teacher,
let's
say
in
fifth
grade
and
I
teach
reading
this
year,
but
normally
I
teach
math
science.
So
the
legislature
has
now
passed
a
certification
requirement
for
me,
as
a
teacher
who
teaches
reading
this
year
to
have
an
additional
three
hundred
dollars.
Listen,
it
is
Minar
dollars
in
training
and
certification,
and
that
would
then
be
part
of
my
certification.
Is
that
a
read?
That's
the
reading
endorsement
refrigerant
mass?
B
G
C
B
C
B
B
Okay
I
mean
she
was
just
trying
to
help,
so
she's
got
a
good
heart
and
a
good
person.
So
we
get
to
a
point
where
we're
waiting
on
the
Department
of
Education
to
approve
our
plan,
because
we
have
a
plan
for
the
next
two
and
a
half
years
a
year
and
a
half
to
be
able
to
triage,
which
would
be
around
six
to
eight
hundred
teachers
that
we
would
have
to
be
trained
and
read
an
endorsement.
There's.
B
Training
that
we
would
have
to
we
have
to
offer
multiple
options,
so
teachers
can
do
that
and
if
they
do
not,
then
they
will
be
projected
out
of
field
which
means
they've
got
to
do.
You
know
they've
got
to
complete
by
a
certain
number
of
a
certain
timeframe.
This
is
going
to
be
an
issue
throughout
the
state
of
Florida.
So.
B
B
B
B
G
B
G
G
B
G
G
How
frustrating
it
is
from
a
public
school
teachers
perspective
to
have
to
jump
through
all
of
these
hoops
determined
by
the
way,
nature
and
I
could
go
to
one
of
the
private
schools.
I
could
go
to
the
charter.
School
I
could
go
to
one
of
the
other
private
schools
that
we're
bouches
are
accepting
all
of
our
private
schools
of
structures,
and
there
would
be
nothing.
C
G
G
You
know
we're
not
giving
a
lot
of
public
school
teachers
for
giving
bonuses,
but
we're
not
going
to
cover
all
of
the
bonuses,
we're
only
going
to
cover
those
that
we
think
are
important
for
classroom
teachers,
but
by
the
way
those
classroom
teachers
have
to
take
those
additional
300
hours
in
order
to
jump
through
this
hoop.
To
get
that
bonus,
and
it's
like
it's
very
frustrating
and
I
can
understand
why
our
teachers
and
why
there
are
teachers
who
are
leaving
the
profession,
and
it
makes
me
incredibly
sad,
there's.
G
G
E
C
H
Basically
in
exchange
of
data,
where
we
can
quickly
highlight
students
who
need
certain
thresholds
where
we
want
to
get
in
front
of
that
before
becomes
a
problem,
and
in
doing
so,
it
allows
us
to
blast
out
messages
to
the
kids
to
their
cell
phones
like
hey.
Where
are
you
miss
you
kind
of
messaging
positive.
B
Set
up
for
it,
like
Professor,
said
they
have
really
focused
this
year.
This
entire
Keystone
community
on
attendance
was
adopted
by
the
mayor's
office,
Council
and,
and
you
can
walk
into
it
at
school,
you'll
see
they'll,
be
able
to
board
light
boards
and
walk
in
the
school
today
daily
attendance
is
this:
you.
E
E
Ties
your
matter
that
less
gonna
showing
up
at
your
door
and
and
saying
someone's
saying
what
a
great
job
you're
doing.
That
means
really.
That
is
really
phenomenal,
but
I
really
appreciate
the
support
of
that
program
and
I've
met
Bettina
banker,
she's,
going
to
speak
to
our
business
association
and
August.
We're
gonna
have
signs
that
the
business
can
put
in
their
front
of
their
yard
about
being
here
on
time,
so
we're
gonna
get
the
whole
community
behind
now.
So
so
they
I
appreciate
that
and
then
I
have
a
list.
An
update
on.
B
B
We
took
those
images
good
and
then
we
pushed
them
immediately
to
the
to
the
marshal,
and
we
haven't
heard
back
I'll
check
with
chief
Wagner
begin
today,
he's
been
in
constant
communication,
but
they
were
trying
to
either
identify
I
know
they
identified
the
student
okay,
a
person
they
identify
the
main
and
the
person,
then
a
name,
so
I've
got
to
figure
out,
follow
up
what
happened
on
the
visit
to
that
home.
So
I'll
tell
you
that
today,
Wow
and
there's
been.
