has
been

characterized
by

respect

each
entity

establish
pride
safety
in
inspiration
within
our
organizations.

safety
is
one
of
our
top
priorities,
it
is
micro
in
our
moral
responsibility,
the
school
board
to
review
all
plans
all
projects.
All
initiatives
can
collectively
determine
what
is
the
best
and
wisest
way
to
spend
taxpayers
money
and,
at
the
same
time,
state
revenue
money
in
a
responsible
manner
specific
to
school
safety.
This
is
no
different.
There's
been
some
misconceptions
and
misinformation
circulate
throughout
our
community
of
blacks.
Past
couple
weeks
regard
the
Board's
decision
to
start
their
own
Police,
Department
and
I'm,
going
to
take
a
few
minutes
to
address
these
first.

and
every
one
of
our
schools
protect
our
students.
Please
know,
ultimately,
that
district
schools
was
one
of
the
first
districts
in
the
first
district
in
Northeast
Florida,
to
assure
that
we
comply
with
this
mandate
by
placing
qualified
security
personnel
and
every
one
of
our
tools
for
18-19
school
year.
Therefore,
it
demonstrated
that
this
decision
and
directive
was
thoroughly
thought
in
a
deliberate
manner
in
an
appropriate
manner.

the
law
enforcement

patrol
sergeant,
lieutenant
internal
affairs

unit,
commander
global
field,
Force,
Commander,
and

a
detective.

individual
brings
over
1400
hours
of
training
in
law
enforcement
that
range
from
homicide.

incident
command
crisis
management,
de-escalation,
internal
affairs,
emergency
response,
mental
health,
first
aid
and
the
list
continues.
This
individual
is
recognized
to
being
actively
engaged
in
this
community
in
his
truly
committed
to
Clay
County.

years
in
he's
invested
in
doors.
