Thank you
A
Good
evening
and
welcome
to
the
2019
annual
state
of
schools
address,
my
name
is
Carol.
Stutters
and
I
am
currently
the
school
board.
Chair
and
representative
for
district
2.
This
evening
we
are
gathered
here
to
discuss
the
accomplishments
and
next
steps
of
Clay
County
district
schools.
Over
the
last
two
years
we
have
seen
tremendous
growth
and
educational
movement
within
Lake
County
tonight,
superintendent
Davis
will
provide
an
overview
of
our
school
district
review,
the
current
status
of
our
strategic
plan
and
share
how
every
stakeholder
can
become
an
instrumental
part
in
our
public
education
system.
B
A
A
And
mr.
bin
wertham
had
planned
to
be
here
tonight,
he
couldn't
come
because
there's
a
very
serious
illness
and
his
family
I
asked
you
all
to
please
keep
his
family
in
your
thoughts
and
prayers
and
I
would
like
to
now
introduce
our
elected
officials.
Our
fled
County
Commissioners
that
are
here
tonight.
District
1
in
chairman
mr.
Mike
Sela.
B
A
A
A
A
C
Do
you
have
a
father?
We
thank
you
for
the
blessings
of
this
day,
the
tank,
especially
for
all
the
children
in
our
country.
They
are
the
future
of
our
community.
Their
training
information
is
in
the
hands
of
their
parents,
but
these
parents
have
enlisted
the
help
of
educators
in
this
task
of
formation
of
Education.
C
We
ask
you
to
bless.
All
of
our
part
in
this
process
bless
the
Superintendent
of
Schools,
the
members
of
the
Clay
County
School,
Board,
all
administrators
teachers,
counselors
and
coaches.
All
those
who
serve
on
the
other
staffs
of
our
different
schools
fill
these
people
with
your
spirit
can
each
of
them
wisdom
in
the
disturbance
and
the
decisions
they
have
to
make.
C
May
they
always
put
the
welfare
of
our
children
first
so
that
those
children
who
may
graduate
from
our
schools
and
young
men
and
women
will
be
imbued
with
strong
moral
principles
and
with
the
desire
to
become
upright
citizens
will
be
accredited
our
community
and
our
state
and
to
our
country.
We
make
this
prayer
in
Jesus
name.
A
D
A
F
E
Now,
look
we
return
back
to
an
any
school
district.
We've
had
a
significant
amount
of
individual
inspires,
Thomas,
Lake,
County
and
I
would
tell
us
we
would
have
everything
we
can
to
protect
our
our
schools
from
our
neighborhood
with
our
neighborhood
students.
So
we
see
that
surrounding
counties
are
on
us
every
single
day
trying
to
find
a
seat
because
they
understand
the
quality
experience
to
provide
for
everyone,
our
learners.
We
see
that
in
the
next
I
would
say
five
to
12
years,
we're
going
to
have
an
increase
of
4800
students
coming
to
Clay
County.
E
G
H
D
Between
our
school
system
and
the
businesses
and
families
of
Clay
County,
and
it's
important
for
there
to
be
open
lines
of
communication,
that
there
really
be
a
sense
of
partnership
and
community
between
all
aspects
of
our
community.
We
have
so
many
hard-working
professionals
like
late
night
school
system,
they're
up
in
challenge
and
one
of
the
measures
of
how
they're
school
is
performing
as
Brady
that
we
have
every
year
and
we're
all
proud
that
the
school
district
has
an
A
rating.
And
what
that
does.
E
A
must-
and
we
talked
about
example.
We
talk
about
safety,
you
know
safety,
we
can't
do
it
in
isolation
from
the
school
district.
Safety
is
linked
to
the
home.
Safety
is
linked
to
how
we
interact
the
community
safety
is
linked
to
to
you
know
what
we
and
we
feel
safely
driving
on
our
roads.
We
feel
safe
when
we
go
to
the
movies
we
feel
safe.
When
we
go
to
our
restaurants,
it's
all
about
us
wrapping
our
arm
to
work
together.
E
In
order
to
address
you
know
difficult
topics,
not
only
new
safety
is
one
of
the
facets,
but
communities
that
partnership
is
instrumental
in
having
volunteers
in
to
having
you
know,
partnerships
for
our
students
that
have
internships
and
externships
for
us
to
have
any
opportunities
for
us
around
our
students
within
business
and
the
organization's.
So
they
can
see
the
pathways
an
opportunity
that
you
have
I
think.
H
This
past
year's
been
really
important,
especially
with
the
introduction
of
the
school
resource
officers
in
the
town
water
park.
We
were
able
to
put
resource
officers
and
book
of
elementary
schools
in
our
junior
high
and
the
the
ability
for
those
officers
to
be
able
to
touch
the
lives
of
those
kids
on
a
one-on-one
basis.
I
think
it's
going
to
change
things
dramatically
going
forward
when.
G
The
opportunity
presented
itself
for
us
to
have
resource
officers
in
those
schools,
we
jump,
we
jump
on
it,
we
do
something
to
be
reported
and
we
recite
officers
in
their
schools.
Sits
officers
have
been
in
the
schools,
we've
seen
a
great
increase
of
relationship
with
school
district
and
children
of
Arizona
history
period
of
our
city.
Our
officers
are
there
every
day,
interacting
with
the
students
involved
in
the
after-school
programs
and
positive
the.
F
I
E
Of
you
out
there
and
have
not
had
the
opportunity,
a
luxury
to
partner
over
Clay
County
different
schools.
Please
know
that
our
hands
extended
to
you.
We
need
your
partnership
and
not
only
from
a
financial
standpoint,
but
we
need
your
wisdom
or
your
viewpoints.
We
need
your
decision
be
an
advisory
communities
advisory
boards.
We
have
our
CTE
departments
that
they
did
an
active
member
of
that
to
identify
pathways
and
experience
for
our
kids
through
internships
and
externships.
Those.
E
A
J
Good
evening
and
thank
you
for
joining
us
in
the
2019
status
holds
address
it's
an
honor
to
stand
before
you
tonight
as
one
of
your
school
board
members
as
I.
Look
around
the
room.
I'm
reminded
one
of
the
hallmarks
of
our
democracy,
our
ability
to
collaborate
and
come
together
to
achieve
a
common
goal.
This
is
something
that
you
don't
always
see
in
the
world
where
countries
struggle
under
oppression
and
dictatorship.
J
In
fact,
in
many
countries,
I
wouldn't
be
here
before
you
as
a
woman
holding
elected
office,
but
that's
not
how
we
do
things
in
America,
since
the
adoption
of
the
Declaration
of
Independence
on
July
4th
1776
Americans
have
been
coming
together
to
achieve
common
goals.
This
is
especially
true
in
education.
Over
the
last
200
plus
years,
we've
seen
American
schools
evolved
from
one-room
schoolhouses,
two
multi-million
dollar
facilities,
housing,
libraries,
computer
labs,
cafeterias,
the
school
district
budgets,
totaling
hundreds
of
millions
of
dollars,
but
as
Americans
we
come
together
to
make
it
a
success.
Here,.
B
J
B
J
Students
and
teachers
to
the
business
community
and
faith-based
leaders,
yes,
foster
to
spirit
of
teamwork
and
collaboration
throughout
the
school
district.
One
of
the
things
that
I
appreciate
most
as
a
school
board
member
is
the
ability
to
work
collaboratively
with
our
superintendent
as
a
former
educator,
the
knowledge
and
passion
that
mr.
Davis
brings
to
Clay
County
is
evident
in
this
success
that
we
are
already
seeing.
What
impresses
me
most,
however,
is
his
ability
to
listen
with
an
open
mind
and
his
understanding
of
how
to
work
with
all
stakeholders.
Mr.
J
Davis
is
aware
of
everyone's
role
in
the
success
of
our
district.
He
has
devoted
a
lifetime
to
public
education.
Over
the
past
20
years,
Addison
has
held
almost
every
position
within
a
school
district
starting
out
first,
as
a
teacher
then
working
his
way
through
school-based
administration
before
being
promoted
to
district
level
leadership.
Mr.
J
It's
been
exciting
to
work
with
him
as
he
transforms
our
school
and
returned
his
Clay
County
to
an
a-rated,
School
District
and
brings
us
back
into
the
top
ten,
a
true
honor
for
me
to
serve
with
superintendent
Davis
during
his
first
two
years
in
office,
and
it's
a
privilege
for
me
to
introduce
our
speaker
tonight.
So
please
join
me
in
giving
a
warm
welcome
to
Clay
County
Superintendent
of
Schools
mr.
Acevedo.
E
Impossible
media
want
to
take
care
of
it
and
thank
you,
mr.
nerd,
as
well
for
for
helping
me
and
they
they
start
off
in
the
MC.
But
may
each
of
you
for
being
here
this
evening.
You
being
here
this
evening
really
signify
of
your
dedication
and
commitment
to
public
education
in
your
commitment
to
Clay
County
and
as
we
seek
to
evolve
and
continue
to
improve
the
teaching
and
learning
processes
within
our
within
our
organization.
For
us
tonight
is
about
not
about
just
accident
Avis
in
our
leadership
team
but
tonight's
about
our
teachers.
E
Our
support
staff
are
our
business
community
partners,
our
faith-based
partners
in
our
students
and
our
parents.
It's
about
us
working
collectively
to
identify
singular
goals
that
will
allow
us
to
move
forward
as
an
educational
system.
However,
with
us
tonight,
we
will
not
only
identify
accomplishments.
We
will
also
identify
areas
of
next
steps
and
then
identify
organizational
priorities,
but,
along
with
all
these
achievements
and
academics
that
we
will
identify
an
accomplishment
of
those
identified
this
evening.
E
It
cannot
go
without
great
support
in
great
governance
in
tonight,
I'd
like
to
recognize
the
school
board
of
Clay
County,
because
they've
been
an
excellent
job
aid
dealing
with
me
every
single
day.
It's
like
putting
on
a
seatbelt
along
with
you
know,
you
know,
I
cover
the
chinstrap
and
roller
skates
and
trying
to
get
things
done,
I'm
really
thankful
for
them.
Let's
give
a
round
of
applause.
E
On
top
of
that,
I'm
thankful
and
proud
to
live
in
a
community
where
families
understand
and
believe
that
our
neighborhood
schools
are
their
first
choice
to
be
educated
because
Clay
County
district
leaders
and
teachers
and
support
staff
they
are
the
best,
and
for
that
I
say.
Thank
you
for
these
accomplishments.
That
identify
and
thank
you
for
being
a
part
of
this
great
organization.
Let's
get
everyone.
E
E
E
Within
those
organizations
that
foster
learning-
and
we
did
that-
we
knew
that
we
can
then
develop
on.
We
can
develop
great
educators
and
leaders
from
this
organization
that
will
focus
on
retention
strategies
that
will
focus
on
recruitment
strategies
and
really
create
the
best
environment,
working
conditions
for
adults
and
welcome
to
build
their
capacity.
And
we
know
if
we
have
the
greatest
classroom
environment
and
we
work
to
develop
our
our
our
educators.
E
Then
then
we
can
focus
on
providing
a
quality
education
in
every
classroom
to
make
certain
that
we
have
rigorous
activities
and
curricula
that
aligned
with
the
spirit
of
every
standard
in
every
grade
level
and
every
content
and
in
if
we
do
that
that
we
can
focus
on
the
communities
to
allow
the
community
note
that
we
cannot
do
this
in
isolation
and
it
takes
360
accountability
for
us
to
in
order
to
move
great.
This
community
truly
needs
to
understands
what
we're
trying
to
accomplish
from
a
social,
emotional
and
academic
perspective.
B
E
Do
that
we
could
then
transition
to
create
and
build
one
of
the
greatest
environments
were
an
infrastructure
perspective
and
make
sure
that
would
be
a
fiscally
responsible
and
have
our
resources
are
aligned
every
single
day
of
this
organization
and
at
the
end
of
it
overall
we'll
respond.
The
do
is
prepare
our
students
to
be
college
and
career
ready,
and
by
doing
that,
would
make
certain
that
we,
the
students
test,
came
to
12.
This
is
cradle
to
12.
D
E
Able
to
be
suitably
connected
to
understand
the
core
values
of
Clay
County
in
the
rich
history
that
Clay
County
offers
and
to
be
signify
to
be
a
great
part
of
that
that
great
part
of
this
community
that
we
live
in
and
then
finally
making
sure
that
they
are
but
equipped
for
the
future
and
making
certain
that
they
become
and
prepare
to
be
digital
citizens,
at
the
same
time
to
be
enabled
to
paired
them
for
jobs.
You
do
not
even
exist
today
and
that's
making
certain
that
they
critically
think
problem-solve
analyze
and
work
collectively
to
read.
E
Write
speak
defend
everything
they
do
in
the
educational
realm.
If
we
do
these
things
and
we
will
be
ready
to
go
and
lead
and
our
kids
would
be
able
to
compete.
Also,
additionally
organization
parties
coming
in
the
last
twenty
six
months,
I
focused
on
making
certain
that
rigorous
activities
are
happening
every
single
day
in
every
classroom.
Are
we
there
yet
the
answer's?
E
E
Is
a
superintendent,
the
leadership,
the
school
board,
support
staff,
the
community
wrapping
our
arms
around
this
entire
organization
and
providing
a
sense
of
hope
in
a
sense
of
care
in
a
sense
of
direction
for
everyone
actually
academically
involved
in
our
school
district?
If
we
do
these
things,
we
will
reach
success.
So
the
question
is
now:
who
are
we,
where
the
greatest
and
biggest
and
largest
in
Clay
County?
We
have
nearly
5,000
employees?
We
have
a
budget
close
to
four
million
dollars
and
his
pilot
can't
be
here
tonight,
but
she
texts
me
today.
E
Dollars
of
the
day
can't
wait
to
have
access
to
that
money.
If
you
watch
miss
baibi,
we
got
to
look
through
it,
but
I
help
you
out
there
teachers,
but
you
know
it's
a
large
budget.
At
the
same
time,
we
have
the
first
point:
I'm
the
highest
ever
out
of
out
of
40
schools
and
the
accountability
of
system
of
state
of
Florida.
38
of
the
schools
are
A's
and
B's.
For
the
first
time.
E
E
E
At
the
same
time,
from
school
perspective,
who
will
you
know,
but
quarterly
we've
done
a
number
of
things
from
an
a
you
know,
support
survey.
We
just
launched
the
last
30
days,
elevation
Academy
for
students
who
are
on
track
for
graduating,
who
do
not
succeed
or
not
succeed.
In
traditional
environment
we
have
created
a
special
blended
model
environment,
a
tenon
and
Learning
Center,
to
give
them
a
sense
of
a
you
know,
care
to
give
them
a
different
perspective
on
learning,
so
we
get
a
chance
for
them,
and
then
we
opened
up
for
60
seats.
E
In
the
first
day,
we
had
over
40
students
and
teachers
standing
ready
to
educate
them.
Not
only
they
get
an
opportunity
to
expedite
the
learning
and
have
a
blended
learning
to
have
one-on-one
with
teachers
that
work
through
a
wooden
concept
as
well,
but
that
have
accessibility
to
emotional
social
counselors.
They
could
help
them
get
them
on
track
and
the
health
and
help
them
become
organized
within
within
their
short
term
of
long
term
goals.
But
we
also
have
over
500
business
parties
in
their
organization,
and
we
have
you
know
the
42
schools
that
we
have.
E
11
are
title
1
all
of
elementary
I
know.
We
have
junior
high
schools
and
are
going
to
potentially
qualify
for
next
year
and
then,
when
the
last
calendar
year,
we've
had
over
200
positive
articles
and
you
know
which
is
really
focused
on
our
our
ability
to
change
the
perception
of
Clay
County
district
schools.
This
show
that
we
are
ready
and
prepared
to
compete
with
st.
John's
and
take
them
out
of
that
number.
One
spot.
E
You
know
components,
and
then
we
have
debt
services,
which
is
around
two
or
three
percent
of
our
budget.
Then
we
have
to
focus
on
one
pay
and
those
are
items
to
pay
for
every
single
year.
For
the
fleming
islands
and
the
oak
leaf
schools
not
discovery
oaks,
men
tend
to
be
able
to
pay
the
long-term
debts
that
we
have
for
all
of
those
schools.
We
needed
in
the
store,
contain
it
within
the
school
district,
and
then
we
have
capital
projects.
E
Now,
once
you
look
at
this,
even
though
we
have
42
making
dollars
for
capital
projects,
a
lot
of
this
money
is
categorical
and
it
leaves
us
around.
Thirteen
million
dollars
to
take
care
of
50/50
facilities,
meaning
that
we
only
have
around
you
know
we
don't
have
a
lot
of
money
to
go
to
fix.
You
know
two
hundred
and
ninety
million
dollars
of
deferred
maintenance
within
this
organization.
It's
so
we
you
know,
I,
give
you
example,
with
thirteen
million
dollars
a
year
to
spend
on
our
infrastructure
our
facilities.
E
E
So
we've
got
to
find
ways
internally
to
figure
out
what
we
can
do
to
find
additional
revenue
streams
to
help
us
with
us
with
this
process,
as
we
you
know
they
recently
in
the
last
year,
the
the
board
had
worked
literally
with
myself
and
staff
to
identify
and
identify
strategic
plan
and
create
core
values
that
really
signifies
if
we
want
to
best
represent
and
what
we
want
to
represent
within
this
community.
Those
core
values
are
displayed
on
this
image
before
you
that
talks
about
collaboration,
engagement,
equity,
standard
of
excellence,
also
looking
at
integrity
and
innovation.
E
These
are
these
are
elements
and
components
and
core
values
that
we
will
be
aspire
to
make
certain.
The
community
knows
that
we
will
focus
on
as
we
continue
to
work
and
create
one
of
the
great
greatest
educational
processes
in
a
world-class
education
every
single
day.
What
I'd
like
to
do
is
a
take
a
moment
to
acknowledge
individuals
and
organizations
who
exemplify
these
core
values
from
the
first.
E
One,
I'd
like
to
acknowledge
I,
like
to
acknowledge
for
collaboration
and
engagement,
were
in
building
for
individuals
to
work
collectively
with
us,
with
common
goals
and
common
and
singular
vision,
and
that's
where
you
know
we
have
an
organization
that
you
know
that
has
worked
with
us
every
single
day
to
support
our
district
to
expand
the
educational
offerings
we
have
it.
We
have
a
beautiful
relationship
with
st.
Johns,
River
State
College
that
really
pushes
us
to
create
and
expand
accessibility
and
accelerations
to
every
one
of
our
every
one
of
our
schools
and
really
gives
a
part.
E
Where
gives
a
children?
The
opportunity
to
move
forward
and
take
courses
that
are
normally
they
may
not
have
been
able
to
take,
and
they
you
know,
st.
Johns
River
State
College
really
works
hand
in
hand
with
us
to
make
sure
that
their
students
are
mentally
and
intellectually
prepared
to
compete
in
post-secondary.
So
my
Suzanne
I'd
like
to
give
the
award
for
the
represents
the
organization
that
represents
the
best
for
values
the
st.
Johns
River
State
College.
We
have
dr.
Edward,
Jordan
who's,
the
associate
vice
president
of
academic
affairs.
E
E
Focal
point
for
us:
this
year
we
had
an
individual
leader
that
created
the
environment
for
children
of
special
needs,
who
was
who
are
pretty
self
contained
in
this
individual
allowed
them
to
fully
being
fully
included
in
her
classroom
alongside
typical
learners.
This
individual
promoted
a
welcome
environment
for
all
and
valued
differences.
Why
this
implementation
was
somewhat
Russian.
You
know
we
had
some,
let
you
some
barriers
for
this
implementation.
E
We
know
that
we
have
to
continue
to
support
her
and
her
teachers
to
make
certain
that
we
continue
to
have
the
greatest
experience
for
kids,
and
this
individual
has
a
really
focused
on
accelerating
learning
in
this
individual
who
brings
in
equity
to
our
school
district.
Is
it
also
create
a
sensory
room
called
a
flamingo
island
where
kids,
who
are
or
kids
who
have
disabilities,
have
the
opportunity
to
go
to
a
room
and
really
have
to
mentally
relax
and
refocus
further
and
refocus
their
learning?
E
B
E
Okay,
so
my
question
button
enters
tender
months
out
work,
and
so
my
first
of
interests
and
urban
excellence,
their
established
high
quality
expectations
for
all.
In
this
end,
we
have
you
know
it's
unique:
we
have
an
opportunity
to
identify
individuals,
it's
to
individuals
for
this
standard
of
excellence
and
we
and
they're
both
of
the
same
school
didn't
work
out.
E
That
way,
we
didn't
say:
hey
we're,
gonna,
be
lazy
and
it's
going
to
be
easy,
but
as
for
individuals
who
we
really
exemplify
the
hard
work,
one
is
a
leader
who
might
challenge
two
years
ago
who
had
a
seed
school
at
a
junior
high
school
when
I
first
time
I
walked
through
school
and
I
said
the
school
should
be
in
a
school.
The
challenge
has
been
extended.
It
feels
great.
The
culture
is
awesome.
E
Not
only
does
she
take
that
challenge,
but
she
made
it
an
a
school
that
that
same
year,
the
next
year,
what
she
did
was
maintained.
The
aid,
this
individual,
exemplifies
instructional
leadership
every
single
day
when
you
have
a
conversation
in
not
only
this,
she
signify,
you
know
temporary
work
as
relates
to
you
know,
instructional
leadership,
but
she
owns
every
district
initiative
that
we
put
it,
but
she
owns
it.
She
leads
it
and
she
drives
to
work
in
addition
of
that.
She
or
she
builds
one
of
the
greatest
cultures.
E
E
I
just
had
two
technologists
one
individual
that
truly
is
child-centric
every
you
know
anything
that
this
individual
does
in
his
classroom.
It's
a
rock
star,
so
he
had
a
chance
to
do
not
only
to
go.
Fill
the
culture,
but
I
want
you
to
go
to
a
classroom
where,
no
matter
what
students
this
individual
gets
in,
whether
the
they
push
through
it
through
a
through
the
master
schedule,
may
have
to
put
some
kids
in
classrooms
that
it
may
not
be.
You
know
through
their
heart.
E
This
individual
is
embraces
them
and
tries
to
get
them
and
encourage
them
to
be
a
part
of
something
great
for
the
fine
arts.
This
individual
is
an
example.
When
you
walk
in
his
classroom.
Not
only
does
he
teach
course,
and
he
does,
he
keeps
teach
drama,
but
he
also
does
a
instrumental
work
but
making
certain
we
have
cross
curricular.
You
know
implementation
through
the
work
of
mathematic
in
region
strategies
within
its
classroom,
like
teaches
course
in
that,
but
he
looks
tremendously
in
this
work.
Also.
D
E
Individual
is
not
afraid
to
challenge
the
students
with
big
ideas
and
with
big
big
projects
such
as
producing
and
working
the
Oklahoma.
At
the
same
time,
this
individual
has
done
a
great
job,
leading
our
County
for
the
all
county
course
and
he's
also
done
a
significant
job,
preparing
our
students
for
the
all-state,
auditions
and
I
think
he
has
four
or
five
this
year
is
my
pleasure
to
introduce
a
rock
star
in
our
classrooms.
This
is
mr.
Evan
gold.
E
E
Is
the
first
contact
when
they
come
to
my
office
or
they
call
for
the
school
board?
This
individual
doesn't
matter
who
said
you
know
what
she
does
and
I
need
you
on
our
school
district.
She
gets
phone
calls,
but
have
the
greatest
frustration
for
people
in
the
in
the
main
office.
At
the
district
level,
she
always
finds
a
way
to
create
calm
waters
and
always
exhibit
professionalism.
She
deals
with
me
every
single
day.
I
have
no.
E
D
E
E
One
more
individual
also,
that
really
signifies
the
state
of
being
whole
and
really
undivided
her
her
Agata
c-44
school
counselors.
This
individual
leads
to
work
every
single
day,
the
seek
speed,
the
strength
and
professional
identity,
and
she
had
always
there
to
help
them
build
the
mental
capacity
of
our
school
counselors
and
every
one
of
our
students.
She
worked
tremendously
hard
in
her
new
position,
and
that
is
mrs.
Erica
Gilbert.
E
All
right
last
one
for
innovation
and
we'll
get
through
it.
You
know
building
a
robust,
sustainable
system
that
really
has
a
futuristic
thinking
and
an
active
learner.
We
have
an
individual
when
I
go
to
write
at
elementary
school
I,
always
go
to
a
fifth
grade:
science
classroom
and
in
that
classroom
it
just
magic
happens,
and
not
only
does
she
have
a
15-point
percentage
increase
and
proficiency.
Last
year
she
teaches
every
fifth
layer,
that's
cool,
but
this
individual.
E
When
you
walk
this
classroom,
the
leaves
and
supports
inquiry
based
learning
project-based
learning,
where
kids
actually
are
engaged
not
only
and
just
understand
it
content,
but
working
to
understand
the
mechanics
of
the
scientific
thinking.
This
individual
has
uses
Google
classroom
to
communicate
with
all
four
peers
and
all
of
our
students
and
all
her
parents.
E
She
also
coordinates
stem
nights
for
her
family,
so
they
can
be
engaged
in
the
thinking
process
to
understand
what
steam
is
and
then
she
also
develop
a
steam
for
fame
Club,
which
is
for
females
in
the
fifth
and
sixth
grade
to
get
them
exposed
to
careers
in
the
in
the
stem
and
in
the
stem
pathway
and
through
post-secondary
opportunities.
So
this
individual
is
know
another
great
teacher
in
our
county.
Her
daughter
is
also
the
chair
of
my
student
and
advisory
council
and
she
just
as
awesome
as
well,
but
Elizabeth
Tony's
you're.
Here.
E
Can
happen
without
the
hard
work
of
a
number
of
individuals?
You
know
you
know
miss
Dennis,
Nicole,
Schneider,
Thank,
You
Man,
you
know
Carrie
:,
Jamie,
Jamie
ions
have
worked
so
hard
to
make
this
happen
for
a
bit
of
a
thankful
heart.
We
also
had
a
title
sponsor
to
help
us
get
through
this
evening.
This
individual
created.
You
know
this
awesome
logo,
the
brochures,
Atmel
outs
and
I
couldn't
do
it
doesn't
great
work
not
only
within
our
school
district
with
the
outside
of
our
school
district,
and
that
is
Katie
and
Katie.
Mr.
Josh.
E
B
E
E
Talked
about
making
sure
we
have
quality
education
and
instructional
practice
in
every
one
of
our
schools
in
the
last
12
months.
What
we
have
done
is
realigned
our
curriculum
guides
it
to
make
certain
that
we
have
quality
tasks
in
front
of
kids
and
make
sure
that
we
have
essentially
a
essential
questions
that
make
sure
we
have
awesome
exit
tickets.
That
really
tell
us
whether
or
not
we
have
CS
from
CSU's
and
whether
or
not
students
learn
the
concept,
so
we
have
to
reteach.
We.
E
To
a
point
where
we
have
coherent,
coherent
mapping
and
focus
and
rigors
when
every
one
of
our
curriculum
maps
today
now
all
of
our
curriculum
maps,
are
they
working?
You
know,
every
single
points
are
still
gaps.
The
answer
is
yes,
but
for
us
to
relined
in
collaboration
with
our
teachers
and
our
different
specialists
shows
we're
working
to
make
certain
that
we
have
the
greatest
instructional
processes
for
our
kids
every
single
day.
E
Our
students
are
working
everyday
to
respond
to
reading
and
that's
what
we
want
them
to
have
audio,
be
in
front
of
warning
text
and
allow
them
to
synthesize
collaborate,
have
conversation
and
defend
all
the
elements
that
they
see
every
single
day
and
in
the
last
I'd
say
the
last
30
days.
Also
in
the
elementary
model,
we
purchased
ready
laughs,
which
is
a
simple
material
to
put
in
front
of
our
kids,
and
they
have
quality
text
to
continue
the
movement.
Also,
we
transformed
the
learning
of
the
transform
of
learning.
E
We
make
sure
that
we
have
district
specialists
in
every
one
of
our
content,
areas
that
push
out
to
every
one
of
our
schools,
to
support
teachers
and
support
leaders
to
support
students
in
order
to
to
make
certain
that
the
interventions
in
the
quality
and
the
tier
1
tier
2
instruction
are
taking
place
every
day.
We
also
have
job
embedded
professional
development.
E
We
have
on-site
professional
development,
we
have
one-on-ones,
we
have
webinars
everything
that
we
can
do
to
build
the
capacity,
not
only
myself
of
my
team
and
our
leaders,
but
our
teachers
and
our
support
staff
as
well
to
make
sure
we're
moving
in
a
common
goal,
and
then
we
also
have
goal
based
management
opportunities
and
then,
additionally,
of
that
we've
also
had
a
narrow
focus
on
instruction.
Last
year,
we
focus
on
literacy
this
year,
where
you
focus
on
mathematical
practices
and
science.
E
Now
I
no
longer
do
we
have
you
know,
meetings
for
leaders
that
are
informational
rounding,
but
every
one
of
our
cabinet
walks
up
to
this.
You
know
walks
up
in
front
of
them
like
I'm
doing
right
now
and
speaks
actually
about
information.
They
can
be
sitting
the
email.
Everything
we
knew
is
in
everything
we
do
now
is
about
a
practitioner
standpoint.
We
now
have
instructional
rounding
with
our
leaders
we
take
of
the
schools.
E
We
look
at
the
calibrate
our
lens
and
we
focus
on
curriculum
every
single
day,
so
they
can
work
side
by
side,
our
teachers,
so
that
we
can
work
collectively
to
identify
best
practices
with
an
educational
setting
and
then
also
we
work
to
build
their
instructional
knowledge
to
make
sure
that
we
have
calibration
walks
that
we
walk
with
our
leadership
teams.
To
make
sure
we
understand
what
good
and
quality
instruction
looks
like,
so
we
can
provide
bite-size
actual
feedback
to
our
teachers
in
order
to
lift
instruction-
and
by
doing
this,
we
have
tiered
our
schools.
E
We
tear
our
schools
by
the
years
of
experience
of
our
teachers,
the
knowledge
of
our
teachers,
our
knowledge
of
our
administrators,
the
instructional
lens,
the
instructional
needs
the
new
curricula,
fs8
data,
aoc
data,
the
climate
and
culture.
We,
the
the
the
the
status
of
professional
development
implementation,
and
then
we
triage
schools
that
determine
what
you
know
and
media
services
need
to
be
provided
in
order
to
provide
great
supports
in
this
area
we've.
You
know,
while
I'm
doing
all
this
and
make
it
certain
we've
had
these
accomplishments
I
want
you
to
pay
attention
to
this
document.
E
This
this
slide
right
here
is
a
you
know,
a
12-year
analysis.
This
show
where
we
are
from
a
budgetary
standpoint
for
funding
for
students.
If
you
look,
we
have
a
comparison
of
what
we
actually
get
for
an
FTE
along
with
a
maybe
the
Consumer
Price
Index,
which
shows
the
the
rate
of
inflation
over
every
single
year.
If
you
look
at
this
document
yeah,
we
are
celebrating
this
since
2011.
We
do
show
an
increase.
E
However,
we
we,
if
you
look
at
from
2007
from
the
2018,
we
only
get
thirty
four
dollars
more
for
people
to
educate
them.
Now,
if
we
had
that
that
money,
which
I
know
the
you
know,
there's
not
enough
money
to
go
around,
but
if
we
had
that
money
for
inflation,
we
can
do
so
many
great
things
in
education,
but
I
say
this:
for
you
to
bring
this
to
awareness,
we
continue
to
do
more
or
less,
but
I
would
tell
you.
Our
local
legislators
have
been
tremendously.
E
You
have
worked
reminiscing
with
us
in
order
to
provide
additional
funding
and
the
ring
and
the
ring
money
and
initiatives
to
our
school
district
that
we
wouldn't
have.
We
think
them,
but
it
has
to
Rolex
outside
of
them.
Why?
Well,
we
have
great
work
for
mr.
Cummings
and
mr.
Bradley.
We've
got
to
connect
with
Tallahassee
to
push
to
make
certain
that
public
education
needs
to
be
funded
and
funded
adequately,
so
we
can
really
meet
our
students
for
their
need,
allow
them
to
reach
their
full
potential.
E
This
trying
talks
about
our
accomplishments
and
one
year
under
the
umbrella
of
goal
one
we
see
that
we
have
a
record
high,
graduation
rate
at
over
90
percent
for
the
first
time
ever
and
this
this
is
the
hard
work
of
our
of
our
college
and
career
coaches,
our
principals
Terry
Connor,
who
median
school
counselors
who
really
meet
every
single
day.
You
know
every
single
day
to
look
at
academic
histories
and
talk
about
ways.
E
E
E
The
doctrine
also
talks
about
how
we
increase
ete.
We
also
increased
college
readiness.
We
increased.
You
know
our
status
to
become
a
top
10
we're
number
one
in
biology
number
three,
and
you
know
a
freight
scientist
so
forth,
and
so
on.
It's
perfect
great
raishin
within
this
organization
for
teachers,
also
as
we
talked
about,
go
to
go
to
is
centered
around
and
prove
the
managerial
and
operation
of
operations
in
our
facilities.
One
thing
we've
done
is
make
sure
that
we
double
down
on
security.
Well,
parkland,
the
truth
is
routine.
E
You
know
they
are
the
horrific
act
that
happened
in
partland,
and
I
want
you
to
know
that
Parkman
was
rated
the
safest
place
to
live
in
Florida.
If
it
can
happen,
there
can
happen
anywhere
since
that
is
brought
energized.
Our
focus
in
our
efforts
to
make
sure
that
safety
is
one
of
our
great
is
and
remains
our
great
sporting,
this
organization.
So
what
we
have
done,
we
increase
call
hardening
we've
increased
our
surveillance,
we're
linking
that
to
local
law
enforcement.
We.
E
E
While
we
received
six
hundred
thousand
dollars
in
1718
this
year,
we
received
1.9
million
dollars
and
we
have
that's
not
all
that
we
have
spent
I'll
show
you
it's
hard
to
admit.
We
continue
to
put
money
on
safety
as
it
is
our
bridge
story
in
our
school
district.
Also,
we've
improved
the
the
financial
staff
for
our
school
district
and
make
sure
in
the
addition
of
that,
make
sure
that
we
have
equity
for
all
every
one
of
our
schools.
E
Now
every
one
of
our
schools,
that
can
we
understand
what
building
rates
or
increase
it
with
in
Clay,
County
and
I'll
cross
all
over
the
state
in
the
nation.
Now,
if
you
go
to
one
school,
if
you
go
to
Oakley
senior
high
school
today,
if
you
have
to
transfer
to
claim
the
Oh
Steiner
County,
we
have
the
same
offerings,
the
same
curriculum,
same
mentality,
the
same.
You
know,
processes
to
make
sure
we
have
equity,
so
kids
do
not
lose,
and
you
know
instruction
gaps,
I
think
transition
from
one
school
to
another.
We've.
E
Have
Wi-Fi
and
every
one
of
our
schools
in
the
last
year?
We
have
add
that
so
now
we
could
meet
our
digital
natives
where
they
are,
and
you
know
at
the
2019
they
would
come
to
be
on
Wi-Fi
and
we
make
sure
that
that
has
happened
and
that's
all
to
the
great
movement
but
Jeremy
bumpy
and
his
team,
who
worked
swiftly
a
faculty
to
educator,
did
provide
those
services
to
every
one
of
our
instructional
classrooms
and
then
we've
expanded.
You
know
offerings
for
our
schools
in
weather
related
to
controlled,
open,
enrollment.
E
Here's
a
better
illustration
that
talks
about
what
we've
done
for
safety
and
security.
Another
elements
related
to
this
goal:
we've
done
a
threat
assessment
in
every
one
of
our
schools
to
make
certain
we
are
prepared
or
undesired
behavior.
If
they
were
faced
with
that,
we've
also
increased
technology
by
a
hundred
and
sixty
percent
coming
in
in
2015
we
have
thirteen
thousand
devices,
and
today
we
have
over
thirty
thousand
devices
in
Clay
County,
as
we
seek
to
move
that
number
to
you
know
to
get
Vincent
to
our
one
to
one
goal.
E
In
addition
to
safety
and
security,
we've
increased
the
funding,
we
have
two
hundred
and
twenty
percent,
and
that
gives
us
to
the
1.9
million,
but
we
have
worked
diligently
and
we
buy
it.
Now
we
probably
going
to
spend
this
year
projected
close
to
six
million
dollars
on
safety
and
security,
with
our
with
our
plan
to
protect
our
students
and
the
working
conditions
of
our
bolts
as
well,
and
then
one
more
thing
we
increase
not
only
the
fund
balance,
we've
also
improved
our
our
our
bond
rating
to
an
age
status.
D
E
60
in
the
last
two
years
and
by
the
end
of
February,
we
have
another
20
that
puts
us
around
close
to
80
of
our
buses
out
of
the
270
that
are
on
the
road
that
will
have
AC
conditions
for
our
bus
drivers
and
also
for
our
students
as
well.
And
then
we
say-
and
one
thing
we've
got
to
say-
is
that
we
talked
about
this
services.
25
million
dollars
identified
and
found
in
order
to
build,
discover,
yokes,
debt-free
and
on
time,
and
that's
hats
off
to.
E
And
also
put
a
comprar
making
that
happen,
and
then
you
know
thankful
for
the
community.
Thank
you
so
very
much
for
me.
Your
willingness
to
go
back
and
believe
in
public
education
in
Clay
County
district
schools,
and
you
demonstrated
that
by
going
to
the
ballot
ensured
that
you
truly
cared,
if
you're
ready
to
support
us
and
when
you
pass
the
the
middle
increase,
we
have
over
11.5
million
dollars
coming
the
school
district.
We
can
do
some
great
things
for
for
the
school
district
and
we
would
be
with
the
tight
budgets.
Also.
E
E
E
Also
the
goal
3,
we
talked
about
respectful
climate,
one
thing
I,
you
know,
I
tried
to
do
and
I
hope,
I
model
and
exemplify
every
single
day
is
to
bring
appropriate
professionalism
to
this
position
and
into
this
county
to
make
sure
that
we
have
the
greatest
culture
where
people
are
proud
to
call
Clay
County
a
school
you've
been
proud
to
attend
and
proud
to
be
associated
with
Clay
County
district
schools.
In
order
to
do
this,
what
we've
done
is
include
increased
our
community
access
that
we
know
we
can't
do
this
alone.
E
E
Our
parents
are
going
to
have
a
behind
every
stapler
to
have
a
behind
the
scenes
perspective
of
what
we're
trying
to
accomplish
every
month
within
with
in
Clay
County
different
schools,
and
then
also
we
work
to
to
go
and
take
the
show
in
a
road
where
I
offer
community
connections
and
go
to
community
round,
so
that
stakeholders
can
really
talk
to
me
about
what's
working,
what's
not
and
well.
I
can
do
differently
as
a
leader,
and
then
we
also
look
to
improve
our
social
media
presence.
You
know
coming
in,
we
had
around.
E
You
know
around
hundred
fifteen
thousand
individuals
that
have
been
a
part
of
our
social
media
trends,
and
today
we
have
over
six
hundred
thousand
community
members
that
have
visited
our
social
media
platforms
and
that's
major
and
long
social
media
has
some
downsides.
We
have
to
continue
to
stay
fellow
in
that
game
and
show
and
share
the
great
things
are
happening
also.
B
E
Been
such
from
you
know
so.
Professional
their
interactions
with
me
and
with
this
community
and
we've
worked
in
the
last
12
months,
become
master
board
certified
to
make
sure
that
we
we
are
exemplifying
our
work
and
that
in
our
communication
is
daily.
You
know
bored
of
me
and
board
members
work
tremendously
to
protect
our
asset
of
our
most
important
assets.
Our
students
they're
the
same
tear
for
me.
Trust
me
board
members.
E
They
fight
for
our
teachers,
they
fight
for
this
community
and
they
fight
to
make
sure
that
I
remain
and
continue
to
to
push
forward
to
be
child
centric
and
I'm
thankful
for
what
they
do,
and
their
mental
health.
This
year
with
mental
health
and
parkland
really
strike
the
awareness
and
win
reader.
Don't
work
with
mental
health.
We
got
$900,000
for
mental
health
and
we
going
down
on
that
as
well.
E
We
had
a
more
social
workers,
psychologists
coordinator
of
mental
health
individuals
who
drive
the
work
for
two
discipline
as
well
in
order
for
it
to
make
certain
that
they
are
having
accessibility.
In
addition,
we
talked
about
climate
and
culture.
One
thing
we
wanted
to
do
is
we
and
I
said
this
last
time
that
we
really
continue
to
hear
how
great
Clay
County
was
from
our
perception.
Oh,
how
great
this
county
is
and
I
push
this
district
to
have
a
scientific
matrix
to
determine
you
know
if
we
had
it
through.
E
You
know,
analysis
and
data
point
to
confirm
this,
so
we
looked
at
teacher
surveys
and
we
wanted
to
have
any
feedback
from
our
teacher
to
figure
out
how
well
we're
doing
in
multiple
facets
and
multiple
areas
from
professional
development,
from
leadership
from
curriculum
from
career
progression
from
successive
management
for
how
well
our
climate
culture
is
an
activist
analysis.
We
see
that
we
compared
I
gave
you
the
16
17
and
17
18.
We
showed
weekly
shoe,
we
demonstrated
an
annual
growth,
but
not
only
did
we
show
growth
in
point.
E
This
is
another
slide.
This
shows
that
we
continue
to
grow
in
an
area
of
accessibility
and
extent.
You
know
for
our
students,
we
see
increased
acceleration
courses
for
our
students.
Now,
more
than
ever,
we
have
kids
taking
more
AP
courses.
We
have
kids
taking
we're
earning
more
credits
and
a
piece
we
have
kids,
who
have
passion
rate
in
AP
and
at
three
fours
and
fives
days
increase
in
the
kids
obtaining
new
enrollment
credits
have
increased
as
well.
E
We
also
have
some
more
students
for
that
in
the
last
year
that
increase
in
Ivy
diplomas,
and
also
we
had
more
students
that
increase
their
H
diplomas
as
well,
which
knows
that
our
kids
are
really
ready
to
be
pushed
and
be
challenged
for
me
from
an
intellectual
standpoint,
and
then
we
have
opened
up
more
opportunities
for
students
and
junior
high
schools.
Now
we
used
to
only
let
students
who
score
level
four
to
five,
that
accessibility
Alton
one.
Now
we
have
kids
who
are
dead,
D
proficient
level
threes
have
an
access
to
ammeter
one.
E
We
can't
tell
kids,
they
can't
do
it
until
they
prove
they
can't
do
it
in
this.
Our
job
to
make
sure
that
we
have
this
accessibility
them
and
support
them,
and
if
they
prove
they
can
do
it,
we
give
them
all
the
supports
to
be
successful
and
then,
if
they
can't
be
helped
them
find
an
avenue
for
that's
best
and
provide
immediate
interventions,
and
on
top
of
this,
we
we
launched
and
every
one
of
our
high
schools
now
coming
in
in
the
last
year,
have
accelerated
opportunities.
E
No
longer
do
we
have
ace
at
this
school
and
I
be
at
this
school,
but
we
have
collegiate
high
school
that
two
of
our
schools
and
we
have
that
capstone
as
well.
So,
no
matter
what
high
school
you
go
to
this
county,
you
have
the
opportunity
to
take
the
accelerated
course
works.
We
have
great
teachers
in
that
now,
the
new
toy
and
what
we've
done
is
to
expand
through
the
direction
and
work
in
collected
with
our
school
board.
E
We
have
extended,
we
a
big
semana,
Choice
Program,
we've
started
Montessori
program,
that's
women,
pain,
Creek,
and
thank
you
to
the
leader
and
those
teachers
will
be
willing
to
take
this
on
board.
We
have
two,
we
have
in
two
classes
and
we
have
a
waiting
list
of
people
penetrating
and
trying
to
get
into
our
schools.
We
just
have
seats.
E
We
also
opened
up
3h
programs
at
Lakeside
to
your
high
school
hope
to
expand
that
and
then
Keystone
junior
senior
high
school
and
we've
opened
up
the
collegiate
high
school,
with
the
partnership
with
Santa
Fe
and
also
at
Middlebury,
leads
in
a
high
school,
with
a
partnership
with
st.
Johns
River
College
we
for
grated
conference
and
for
we.
E
Love
data
to
look
at
that
to
know
for
more
instructional
processes.
We
look
at
you
know
we
look
to
let
you
know
to
define
how
we
give,
but-
and
we
do
that
through
data
health
data,
warehouse
platforms
and
looking
at
you
know,
we
have
over
20,000
users
on
I'm
ready
over
20,000
years
on
at
e3,
thousands
which
I
went
to
allow
our
students
to
differentiate
instruction
and
allows
really
allows
us
to
scaffold
the
instructional
process
for
our
students
to
help
them
meet
grade-level
expectations
and
beyond.
E
But
we
also
through
a
point
where
we
focus
on
active
students
now
with
our
lowest
33
percentile
and
student
and
students
who
who
have
been
identified
to
as
early
warning
at-risk
students.
We
have
an
early
warning
mechanism
to
track
students
who
have
attendance
academic
as
behavior
problems,
so
we
can
really
gain
access
to
our
students
at
an
earlier
fashion.
We
know
that
students
dropped
out,
and
you
know
minimally
and
junior
high
school,
but
they
physically
dropped
out
of
high
school.
E
This
is
about
developing
great
educators
and
support
staff
and
leaders
of
teachers.
What
we
have
done-
and
you
may
not
know-
in
the
north
part
of
the
county
at
Orange,
Park
Elementary,
School,
Orange,
Park,
junior
high
school
in
Orange,
Barrington
high
school,
under
the
leadership
of
Katie
Moeller
who's
in
the
back
and
she's,
happily
retired,
not
coming
back.
She.
She
helped
us
develop
a
partnership
with
University
of
Florida
and
we
called
in
the
professional
development
model
schools
where
we
have
taken.
E
You
know
a
number
of
interns
and
with
interns
who
are
who
are
taking
the
track
to
become
educators,
and
we
put
them
in
these
schools
and
no
longer
they
just
kind
of
be
schools
for
two
days
a
week.
Instead,
they
are
there
five
days
a
week
and
don't
longer
they
have
to
go
to
classes,
and
you
enough,
you
wouldn't
have
instructors
are
coming
to
us
and
working
with
kids
inside
of
students.
E
Students
as
it
is
working
with
students
inside
of
our
classrooms,
we
have
rich
real-time
experiences,
you
know
all
of
it,
you
can
have
all
of
the
book
smart
and
you
know
theories
and
all
the
book
work.
You
want
to
do
nothing
like
open
up
a
classroom,
giving
you
the
keys
and
giving
you
your
content
and
dealing
with
25
absences
every
single
day.
E
But
at
end
of
the
day,
what
we've
done
is
we
become
a
model
nwe
cherries
banana
is
a
part
of
that
process
as
well.
We
are
trying
to
grow
a
longer
and
stronger
bench
for
our
teachers.
We
know
that
there's
a
national
shortage
and
I'm
proud
to
say
that
we
have
less
instructional
vacancies
right
now
than
surrounding
counties.
Those
we
are
watching
and.
B
E
Work
but
we're
trying
to
make
certain
that
we
not
only
trained
individuals
who
want
to
go
and
education
and
education
who
we
keep
them
and
we've
retained
them.
This
is
a
great
place
to
teach
a
great
place
to
live.
On
top
of
that
we've.
You
know
which
we
talked
to
me
through.
You
know
Jamie,
and
also
this
mower
they're,
giving
us
30
free
master's
degrees
for
teachers
and.
E
And
those
schools
where
you
want
to
learn,
you
want
to
grow
and
you
want
to
transfer
to
it.
This
is
the
place
for
you
to
deploy,
get
your
masters
teach
at
one
of
these
schools
in
Grove,
Park,
sorry,
but
park.
We
are
here
too.
We
are
here
to
help
you
and
educate
you
and
celebrate
you
also,
we've
also.
E
B
E
We
also
were
the
only
School
District
in
the
state
of
Florida
that
has
trained
our
teachers
in
stem
and
coding
initiative.
That
means
we
are
working
to
make
sure
we
have
project-based
learning
everywhere
our
classrooms
and
then
also
are
working
to
make
sure
that
every
one
of
our
classroom
focuses
on
the
four
C's,
but
we
collaborate
where
we
have
critical
thinking.
We
communicate
and
we
are
creative
every
single
day
and
then.
D
E
Working
to
make
sure
that
we
trained
and
have
quality
training
sessions
in
our
summers
and
throughout
the
year
or
teachers
feel
valued,
their
voice
is
always
heard.
Now,
where
does
that
leave
this
as
a
school
district
coming
into
a
ring
number
18
and
2016,
we
were
in
the
last.
We
moved
up
to
number
12,
and
this
year
we
moved
up
to
number
eight,
and
this
is
the
hard
work
of
our
teachers
and
our
administrators
and
the
school
board
for
helping
us.
E
E
That's
why
we're
focused
on
we
discussed
read:
that's
why
we're
focused
on
an
increase
in
they
have
a
quality,
complex
text
in
front
of
our
kids
every
single
day
then-
and
you
see
that
we
have
an
area
of
opportunity
if
you
look
at
ours
for
one
the
reason
our
one
decline
is
because
I
made
equity
and
excess
of
students
bless.
You
I,
don't
mind
that
I
don't
mind
that
declining.
E
But
then
we
have
more
students
exposed
to
rigorous
classrooms
and
I
think
that's
most
important
and
it
relates
to
to
our
school
race
and
more
than
as
you
see
from
last
year,
and
this
year
we
increase
the
number
of
a's
b's
and
decrease
the
number
of
seed,
which
is
celebration
we
have.
We
do
have
one
ski
at
one
school
that
declined
and
all
the
supports
are
there
to
support
that
leader
to
support
those
teachers,
and
we
have
our
festival
this
year.
I
challenge
you
to
it's
a
different
place
and
they
are
working
tremendously
hard.
E
We
are
as
plate
County
we
have
to
look
at
outside.
These
are
life-sized
life-size
counties
that
have
the
similar
enrollment
the
similar
budget,
similar
number
of
employees,
and,
if
you
look
at
all
the
dimensions
that
are
assessed,
we
rank
them
are
second,
only
in
the
second
fiddle
to
st.
John's
I,
make
it
a
priority
when
I
go
to
superintendent
meetings
or
sit
right
next
to
and
the
manager,
he
knows,
I
can't
our
partners
parking
space
when
I
started
knows
that
everywhere
we
go
we're
right
behind
him
in
we're
ready
to
to
to
move
forward.
E
This
is
a
celebration
with
his
data
and
then
the
same
time.
We
talk
about
regular
high
graduation
rate,
thankful
for
our
schools,
secondary
leaders
really
and
everyone
for
making
this
a
reality,
and
one
thing
I'm
most
proud
of.
If
you
look
at
the
students
in
the
subgroups
or
the
focus
groups,
were
the
graduation
rate,
we
see
that
Atlas
students
are
moving
consistently.
We
see
the
students
with
disabilities
or
continue
to
move
as
well,
meaning
that
we
have
greater
focus
on
our
students.
E
If
they
no
longer
have
special
diplomas,
they
now
have
to
meet
the
regulations
that
identified
by
every
learner
as
well,
and
then
we
see
that
we
have
the
last
part
of
socioeconomic
status.
Students
are
moving
as
well
and
we
did
slide
last
year
for
ëall
students,
but
we
will
get
a
right.
Will
problem,
stop
and
figure
out?
What's
working?
E
This
these
numbers
represent
community
feedback
and
I
think
was
appropriate
not
only
for
me
to
give
my
own
reflection
last
year,
but
this
year
to
reach
out
the
community
to
figure
out
how
they
feel
we're
doing
and
I'm
doing
as
a
leader
as
you
to
see
if
they
had
a
rating
from
1
being
the
were,
they
differ.
Addison
Davis
and
they
thought
in
a
poor
job,
to
find
me
in
the
highest
area
in
3
is
what
we
believe
to
be
efficient
and
effective.
E
So
all
these
they're
nice
numbers
are
inclusive
of
threes,
fours
and
fives
was
telling
us
that
it
would
tell
me
that
and
things
right,
but
I
truly
honestly
know
that
we
have
to
continue
to
to
grow.
We
have
better
supports
for
all
of
these
facets
in
order
to
have
an
impact,
continuing
impact
dependence
organization
and
then
talk
about
next
steps.
How
can
we
get
better?
E
First
and
foremost,
what
we
have
to
do
is
launch
and
implement
a
parent
Academy
that
will
happen
in
2019,
where
we
educate
our
community
members
and
bring
them
in,
so
they
can
really
understand
how
to
help
their
learners
and
help
to
educate
them.
You
know
it's
a
different
generation
with
our
kids
I
know
because
I
have
to
they
go
to
the
Oakland
area.
They
didn't
know
it.
Like
I
grew
up,
you
know,
so
how
do
we
gain
access
to
them?
E
How
we
better
understand
them,
and
then
this
this
one
help
them
understand
how
to
work
through
curriculums?
How
to
look
at
you
know
financial
aid,
how
to
apply
for
college
how
to
get
in
the
workforce.
It
will
also
look
at
next
steps
to
look
at
making
sure
we
better
support
our
caregivers
at
home
to
make
sure
they
understand
that
at
home,
that's
the
place
for
first
educators.
We
needed
them
to
be
a
partner
in
our
work,
and
then
we
need
to
expand
choice.
Offer
ends
to
this
survey.
E
Than
they
were
afflicted
on
my
leadership,
divisional
performing
arts,
pre-k,
mitts,
pre-aids,
dual
dual
language
and
steam,
or
an
area
that
they
wanted
to
be
able
to
focus
on
work
collectively
to
figure
out.
If
we
can
do
it,
it
takes
money
to
do
it.
They'll
have
this
great
vision
and
then
also
we'll
look
to
seek
to
obtain.
We
have
a
lot
of
anchors
and
we
talked
about
academies.
E
We
will
seek
to
obtain
national
models
in
2019,
we'll
use
a
painter
analysts
surveyed
to
better
understand
our
kids
to
better
understand
how
they
can
better
support
them
and
what
offerings
they
need.
We
will
also
use
a
gap
survey
and
to
look
at
multiple
facets
of
leadership,
students
and
stakeholders
and
figure
out
how
well
we're
doing
and
what
we
can
do
to
improve
and
we
expand
the
food-truck
I
hope
you
walked
in
and
saw
the
food
truck.
E
E
Nachos,
poor
cheese,
fries
I,
don't
know
what
I
have,
but
I
would
say
that
it
it's
not
healthy,
but
they
say
a
phrase
in
that
initiative.
It's
a
nice
looking
truck,
they
won't.
Let
me
drive
it
okay
and
then
the
next
step
we
talk
about
organizational
steps
is
to
make
certain
that
we
continue
to
sue,
to
highlight
teachers
and
support
staff
for
recognition
of
programs.
They
need
to
be
publicly
acknowledged
their
hard
work.
We
need
to
make
sure
we
have
I
want
to
open
up
a
principal
for
the
day
for
business
partners
and
community
member.
E
B
E
E
We
have
two
hundred
ninety
million
dollars
with
this
firm
maintenance,
our
schools,
so
far,
schools,
like
I
said,
are
forty
to
fifty
years
of
age
and
we
need
to
make
them
attractive
and
I'm
sorry
for
saying
this
word
that
even
become
sexy
in
the
need
to
accompany
align
to
the
21st
century
learner
and
then,
in
addition
to
that,
we
need
to
make
sure
that
we
launched
a
teacher,
an
advisory
council.
The
same
way
I
have
a
student
council
to
gain
access,
and
then
we
got
to
focus
on
becoming
on
well
school
district.
E
Well,
the
ponies
from
a
middle
and
a
physical
standpoint
that
would
continue
to
provide
the
greatest
education
to
our
kids
and
then
we've
got
to
open
up
pre-k
and
have
three
or
four
year
old
programs.
The
earlier
we
can
get
to
kids
the
more
we
can
create
norms
and
you
know
how
they
interact
with
each
other,
how
they
interact
with
curriculum
and
how
we
can
get
them
embedded
in
front
of
certified
teachers
of
Clay
County
every
single
day,
and
then
we've
got
to
make
certain
that
we
have
greater
partnerships
and
we've
got
to
find
it.
E
We've
got
to
find
money
and
it
relates
to
money
to
do
a
number
of
great
things
for
for
this
community.
So
how
do
we
become
number
one
in
our
state?
Well,
community
members,
if
you're
out
there
I
need
you
to
be
fine,
proactive
ways
to
be
involved.
If
you
have
community
members
and
neighbors
that
may
not
be
involved
and
connected
with
the
educational
process,
help
them
understand,
we
cannot
do
this
alone.
We
have
to
be
in
Multan
assess.
E
We
encourage
you
to
participate
in
events
and
tours
to
better
understand
what
we're
trying
to
accomplish,
and
there
is
it
within
our
schools
and
then
also
we
want
to
remain
connected
the
status.
How,
though,
we're
doing
what
we
need
to
do
in
order
to
hold
us
accountable?
Also
from
educators
continue
to
pursue
excellence
can
continue
to
great
things,
and
then
also
we
want
you
to
be
able
to
monitor,
can
be.
You
know,
goals
that
continuous
improvement
process
and
parents
for
you.
E
We
want
you
to
continue
to
be
an
advocate
for
your
child,
but
I
want
you
to
understand,
remain
involved
in
your
child's
academic
life
and
social
life.
Make
sure
you
monitor
what
they're
doing
on
Instagram
Facebook
streams.
I
don't
know
whatever
else
they
do
out
there,
but
be
connected
involved
in
that
in
that
process,
and
then.
E
That
we're
here
to
be
a
partner
with
you.
Don't
we
just
connected
at
the
end
of
the
knowledge
to
figure
out
why
I
asked
the
neighbors
didn't
pass,
don't
come
on
the
end
of
the
year
and
come
in
and
ask
questions
in
liason
dates:
they've
passed.
We
need
you
to
be
involved
every
single
day
and
every
week
in
the
educational
process,
we
have
focus,
you
have
access
to
grades,
you
have
access
to
discipline
approach,
you
have
access
to
everything,
pushed
us
hold
us
accountable
and
be
a
great
partner
in
this
work.
E
We're
here
to
work
alongside
you
and
lastly,
students
students.
We
need
you
to
take
ownership
of
the
learning
process
established
short-term
to
long-term
goals.
We
want
you
to
continue
to
demonstrate
their
respect
for
your
staff
members,
respect
for
your
support
staff,
our
school
and
our
leader
and
respect
for
your
community
and
make
the
right
decisions,
and
sometimes
you
won't
every.
If
you
learn
from
your
mistakes,
you'll
continue
to
grow
and
you'll,
be
a
better
person
and
you'll
be
a
better
leader
down
the
road
and,
lastly,
dream
big
dream
big
and
allow
us
to
help.
E
You
discover
endless
possibilities.
Tonight,
I
want
to
thank
you
for
everything
that,
for
you
being
here,
there's
so
many
places
you
could
be
and
I
know
that
I
got
covered
a
lot
this
evening.
I
thought
it
fast,
but
I
want
you
to
know
I
care
about
Clay,
County,
I'm,
dedicating
this
community
and
I
look
forward
to
doing
great
things.
Thank
you
and
have
a
great
life.
