[PC] Docker Work Outstanding?
From Slack: Dani and I will not be able to join tonight’s sync, sorry about that. We think we are done with the docker epic, so we will be grateful if you give it a try and raise any potential issues. If all goes well we think we can release.
[Standing Reminder] Should we cut a release soon?
[RI] Intend to do a press release ahead of KubeCon Chicago.
[BR] Enhancements around user/service accounts roles.
A
Well,
welcome
Savannah.
Thank
you
for
joining.
Let's
just
get
started
with
our.
You
know
our
bi-weekly
CFI
gubernetes
working
to
perform
we'll
get
started
with
our
first
topic
and
and
issues
as
you
see
fit,
but
we'll
get
rolling
and
then
we'll
see
where
we
end
up
so
the
first
one
is
from
Phil,
which
is
the
docker
work.
Outstanding
I
see
a
sub
note
being
added
with
from
Slack
cool.
So
let's
say
the
members
that
are
the
main
developers
on
that
track
of
work
will
not
be
able
to
join.
A
If,
from
my
understanding,
it
basically
needs
mostly
review
and
eyes
on
so
anyone
that
once
tune
on
just
the
core
team.
Please
take
a
look
at
it
and
comment
and
we
can
decide
where
we
want
to
go
from
there,
but
I
know.
This
is
a
feature
that
we
wanted
to
sort
of
make
progress
on.
So
that's
definitely
worth
a
look.
I
will
try
to
dig
up
the
link
or
the
pr
and
add
it
to
the
document
after
this
meeting.
A
A
Joined
us
as
I
think
one
of
his
first
times
at
the
meeting.
Ron
is
one
of
our
main
sort
of
Proprietors
of
information
around
the
space,
so
always
good
to
have
him
here.
He
runs
the
show
more
or
less.
B
A
A
So
yeah
so
for
the
doctor
work,
please
take
a
look
and
we
can
try
to
get
that
moving
forward.
If
there
are
any
concerns
or
comments,
then
please
leave
them,
and
then
they
can.
You
know
work
with
our
friends
all
over
the
world
to
make
sure
that
that
it's
integrated,
which
kind
of
relates
to
the
next
issue,
but
I,
don't
want
to
move
on
to
it.
Really.
If
someone
has
something
to
say,
save
about
five
seconds
before
I
ramble
on.
C
D
A
So
standing
reminder:
should
we
cut
it
early
soon,
I
think
the
answer
is
yes
and
I.
Think
the
docker
work
is
the
major
feature.
There
are
some
other
things
that
go
into
it,
but
doc
work
is
the
major
feature
that
goes
into
the
next
release,
so
I
think
it's
a
pretty
much
just
a
yes
as
soon
as
the
first
issue
on
the
docket
is
squared
away.
E
Yeah
so
somewhat
different,
flavor
of
updates.
So
there's
there's
going
to
be
a
press
release
cycle
intended
for
the
kubecon
audience
specifically
and
obviously
kurifi
is
going
to
find
itself
a
place
there.
E
It
would
be
great
to
sort
of
I
I
don't
want
to
make
this
a
Dilbert
comic
like
event,
driven
development,
sort
of
thing
or
conference
driven
development
sort
of
thing,
but
given
the
fact
that
we're
close
enough
to
the
event
and
then
I
think
Docker
is
a
significant
Milestone,
something
that
we
talked
about
lacking
at
the
previous
kubecon
and
something
that
we've
managed
to
accomplish
before
this
Edition
I
think
is
newsworthy.
E
If
there
can
be
a
release,
cut
that
sort
of
includes
this
as
one
of
the
major
Milestones
I
think
it
will
be
very
convenient
to
package
all
of
that
information
into
one
press
release.
That
being
said,
if
there
are
other
things
and
other
updates
to
the
project
that
you
think
is
newsworthy
or
can
be
spoken
about
and
requires
visibility,
then
we're
more
than
happy
to
include
that
information
as
part
of
the
pr
as
well.
So
you
could
either
view
those
items
here.
E
You
could
reach
out
to
me
on
slack
or
just
post
them
on
the
working
groups,
like
whatever
is
convenient
for
folks
I'm
I,
invite
all
of
the
information
that
you
can
send
forth
about
the
current
state
of
the
project
and
what
we
can
speak
about
publicly
in
a
slightly
somewhat
related
note,
if
you
feel
that
there
are
things
relating
to
other
projects
such
as
paqueto
or
Cloud
Foundry
in
general,
that
you
think
are
worth
mentioning.
E
Those
are
useful
as
well,
because
again
keep
in
mind
that
this
is
a
cubecon
focused
audience.
So
if
you
feel
that
the
foundation
is
engaged
in
any
project,
that's
relevant
to
this
audience
we're
more
than
happy
to
speak
about
those.
A
Perfect
sounds
great
I
think
we
can
definitely
feed
some
information
to
sort
of
provide
the
basis
for
any
information
releases.
A
As
you
mentioned,
if
there's
anything
else,
minor
I
added
a
late
issue
to
the
docket,
but
I
want
to
provide
space
for
the
kubecon
discussion.
If
anyone
wants
to
add
something.
D
Good
I
just
want
to
double
check.
Prom
is
there?
Is
there
any
interest
from
the
foundation
for
supporting
people
from
the
from
the
core
team
to
go
to
kubecon
this
year
or.
E
We
can
subsidize
kubecon
attendance
if
you're
willing
to
participate
as
a
volunteer
at
the
booth
and
we've
done
that
in
the
past
I
think
Bird
Rock
was
there
Dr
Dave
was
there
like
a
bunch
of
others,
have
helped
out
in
that
regard?
It's
very
useful
because
there's
only
so
much
that
Chris
and
I
can
talk
about
in
terms
of
the
technical
capabilities
but,
like
I
said,
you're
most
welcome
to
come
and
help
staff
the
booth
and
there's
a
there's.
E
E
C
A
If
you
can
make
it
that
would
be
awesome,
I
need
to
look
at
my
calendar
and
see,
if
that's
even
feasible
for
me,
but
yeah
awesome,
so
as
a
follow-on
I'm
trying
to
sort
of
put
forth
a
few
enhancements
around
users
and
service
accounts
and
the
roles,
because
we
sort
of
put
in
the
bare
minimum
of
our
back
for
those
to
work.
A
But
it
would
be
nice
to
have
some
of
the
core
roles
actually
sort
of
tighten
up
a
little
bit
and
make
sure
that
they
make
sense,
provide
a
little
more
R
back
for
some
of
them
and
maybe
reduce
the
scope,
if
necessary
on
some
of
them.
Just
so
that
people
have
a
little
bit
more
fine-grained
permissions
on
the
various
types
of
users
and
service
accounts
that
get
to
operate
in
the
system.
A
So
there
those
are
documented
summer
and
an
internal
system
that
I'm
fully
intend
to
make
public
and
then
invite
anyone
that
wants
to
work
on
it
to
sort
of
pick
up.
Issues
I
need
to
make
sure
those
are
put
in
GitHub
and
then
posted
appropriately
I'll.
Try
to
add
some
information
for
people
that
are
less
familiar.
A
So
they
can
kind
of
have
all
the
information
is
sort
of
very
easily
walk
through
the
issues
which
will
take
a
little
more
work
on
my
side,
which
is
sort
of
almost
solve
the
issue,
but
sort
of
just
put
everything
in
one
place
for
everyone
to
work
on,
because
it'd
be
nice.
If
we
could
get
some
very
straightforward
things
that
anyone
can
pick
up
so
I'll
make
sure
that's
done
by
the
end
of
the
week
and
then
post
that
on
Slack
and
hopefully
going
into
the
kubecon
Chicago.
A
We
can
have
maybe
a
few
issues.
We
can
even
refer
people
to
to
say
hey
if
you
want
to
pick
something
up,
here's
an
easy
way
to
get
involved.
A
So
look
forward
to
that
happening
by
Friday
sometime.
A
A
If
not
I
can
continue
spinning
some
sort
of
yarn
creative
story.
Writing
no
kidding
I'll,
wait
a
couple
more
moments,
but
otherwise
I'll.
Just
thank
everyone
and
I'll
do
that
right
now,
while
everyone
has
the
time
to
thank,
thank
you
all
for
attending.
A
It's
always
a
good
time
to
see
faces
from
all
over
the
planet
different
times.
I
know
for
some
of
us.
It's
the
beginning
of
the
day.
Some
of
us
it's
the
end
of
the
day,
so
always
appreciated
that
y'all
can
carve
out
sometime,
okay,
I'm,
not
seeing
too
many
more
typing
indicators.
That
to
me
suggests
that
at
present
we're
kind
of
at
the
end
of
the
more
pressing
matters,
so
I
think
the
biggest
one
is
just
think
about
kubecon
going
forward.
So
we
can
make
sure
we
put
a
good
foot
forward
on
that.
A
A
And
are
you
actually
in
in
France
proper,
no.
B
A
A
Yeah
well
lovely
I,
hope
you're
enjoying
your
time
in
the
US
yeah
all
right.
Well,
everyone
have
a
great
day
or
night
or
whatever
Wherever
You
Are
great
time,
and
we
will
see
y'all
in
about
two
weeks
and
last
thing:
let's
look
at
the
actual
coupon
schedule.
What
is
the
what
next
month,
two
months,
yeah.
B
A
If
you
have
any
intentions
on
kubecon,
then
now
is
the
time
to
make
moves.
So
until
two
weeks
from
now,
where
we'll
have
another
reminder
about,
kubecon
I
will
see
y'all
then.
