From YouTube: CNCF Marketing Committee Meeting - February 2023
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
D
C
C
Just
a
reminder
about
today's
call:
it
will
be
recorded,
as
we
just
mentioned.
You
can
find
the
slides
in
our
committee,
slides
folder,
as
well
as
on
the
recording
on
YouTube.
C
Yeah
I'm
running
the
call,
because
Christy's
feeling
thick
for
all
of
you
to
see
in
the
slack
channel
so
we're
in
the
chat.
Today's
agenda
will
have
introductions.
It's
fine
love
introductions,
we'll
go
through
some
action
items,
Community
update
and
then
an
open
discussion.
So
we're
going
to
run
this
meeting
a
little
bit
different.
C
Great
new
year
new
introductions
just
a
reminder
of
your
team.
There's
me
Katie
Greenlee
senior,
community
engagement
and
Outreach
manager.
We
have
Libby
Schultz
marketing
programs
and
then
Christy
tan
director
of
marketing.
C
B
So
the
call
is
not
going
to
be
a
readout.
It's
going
to
be
more
of
an
open
discussion,
we're
going
to
figure
out
some
topics
and
ideas
that
we
can
all
kind
of
pair
off
into
work
groups
and
work
around
I
want
to
create
an
open
dialogue
with
the
projects
that
we
support
to
find
out
what
they
need.
You
know
they
get
onboarded
and
then
what
what
happens
next?
So
what
do
they
need
from
us?
As
a
marketing
committee,
how
can
we
support
them?
B
Is
it
template,
like
creating
templates
for
them
to
follow
stuff,
like
that?
The
next
thing
is
I
want
to
ensure
that
we're
aligned
with
the
that
the
marketing
committee
is
aligned
with
the
2023
cncf
goals
and
objectives
and
those
are
currently
being
worked
on
so
when
they
have
their
goals
and
objectives.
The
things
that
we
do
should
really
help
push
them
forward,
so
they
meet
their
okrs.
B
I
want
to
create
like
an
open
dialogue
with
all
of
you,
so
that
we're
creating
opportunities
for
new
initiatives
that
we're
engaging
with
each
other
that
we're
not
just
sitting
here
staring
at
each
other's
either
picture
or
face,
and
then
Katie
is
I,
would
love
to
work
with
her
more
to
identify
areas
in
the
community
that
we
can
collaborate
with
and
Katie
I'm
going
to
kick
it
back
to
you
to
tell
them
all
the
cool
stuff.
That's
happening
right
now,.
C
Cool
some
Community
updates
just
a
reminder:
co-located
event:
CF
cfps
for
kubecon
found
nativecon
Europe,
2023,
close
Sunday
February
12th
the
same
with
Ambassador
applications
that
is
coming
up
to
close
on
Sunday
February
26th.
If
you
have
questions
about
the
new
ambassador
program
feel
free
to
reach
out
to
Ambassador
support
at
cncf.io.
We
did
change
requirements
and
guidelines
for
this
year,
so
feel
free
to
look
those
over
and
send
an
email
send
an
email
with
any
questions
additionally
be
on
the
lookout
for
cloud
native
Community
groups.
C
Our
meetups
are
starting
to
really
come
back
for
2023,
so
we
encourage
all
of
you
to
get
active
in
your
local
groups.
If
you
don't
see
a
group
in
your
community
and
you
want
to
be
an
organizer,
this
is
a
great
time
to
kind
of
take
that
off
so
feel
free
to
send
in
a
ticket
to
service
desk
cmcf
dot
IO.
C
C
C
C
And
then
the
last
thing
to
kind
of
share
about
commute
is
the
share
the
love
campaign.
We
want
to
hear
why
people
love
and
heart
kubecon,
Cloud
native
con.
We
want
to
know,
what's
your
favorite
part
of
the
show,
so
send
a
30
to
60.
Second
video
of
yourself
showing
us
the
love
tag
it
with
#I
heart,
cloudnativecon,
I
heartcubecon.
C
G
Hey
we're
gonna
meet
up,
but
not
a
key
City.
B
I
think
that's
awesome
and
I
think
it
would
be
great,
like
maybe
on
the
next
call,
for
you
to
kind
of
give
us
a
little
insight
on
what
it's
like
to
be
running
a
kcd
or
a
Meetup.
I.
B
Think
that's
something
like
we
can
go
back
and
forth
on
slack
and
kind
of
work
that
out,
but
I
think
it
would
be
good
for
the
committee
to
know,
like
all
the
things
that
you're,
that
you're
working
on
either
with
Katie
or
just
within
your
own
community,
so
that
we
can
really
work
to
help
share
those
ideas
and
initiatives
with
other
with
other
groups,
maybe
commit
like
create
sort
of
a
working
dock
or
an
infographic.
B
If
people
want
to
start
their
own
and
if
that
already
exists,
you
know
why
are
we
not
promoting
it?
That
kind
of
thing?
So,
if
y'all
are
interested
I'd
love
to
kind
of
get
that
sort
of
side
group
working
where
we
can
kind
of
figure
some
stuff
out,
so
no
need
to
answer
right
now,
but
if,
if
y'all
are
interested
I
think
that
would
be
really
cool
and
I
see.
Thank
you,
Carla
that
you
have
a
slack
channel.
That
would
be
awesome
to
just
again
just
kind
of.
B
Let
us
know
what
kind
of
conversations
that
you're
having
so
that
maybe
we
can
use
that
and
Propel
it
to
get
other
people
involved.
So
I
thought
that
would
be
awesome
all
right.
Does
anybody
have
anything
you
want
to
add.
G
Katie
actually
started
a
great
conversation,
at
least
with
meetups,
and
she
was
of
great
support
in
the
call
that
we
had
together
integrated
a
group
in
in
the
cncf,
the
sense
of
slack
where
we
could
discuss
about.
You
know
how
to
help
each
other
inside
of
the
the
the
yeah,
the
community
organization,
communities,
organization
and
Meetup
organization,
and
that
was
that
was
pretty
cool.
To
have
that
extended
to
include
and
mix
together.
G
C
D
C
Renata,
that's
a
great
call
out
sorry
Laurie.
We
did
start
a
slack
channel
for
organizers
of
meetups.
So
if
you're,
organizing
a
Meetup
and
you
haven't
received
an
email
from
me,
you
can
feel
free
to
message
me
on
slack
k8t,
Greenlee
I'll
put
it
in
the
chat.
I'd,
be
happy
to
add
you
to
that
channel.
B
And
I
think
too,
along
the
same
lines
like
if
you
had
such
a
great
experience,
it
would
be
cool
to
post
a
blog
like
Lessons,
Learned
and
I,
don't
mean
like
you
know,
it
has
to
be
some
crazy,
like
Long
blog,
but
even
if
it's
just
some
bullet
points
with
some
cool
graphics.
You
know
what
I
mean
like
with
links
to
things
that
you
have
going
on.
B
We
should
really
take
advantage
of
that
piece
of
cmcf,
like
with
the
blog
and
and
again
I,
think
it's
all
about
taking
all
of
the
individual
items
that
are
happening
and
I
apologize,
guys
I'm
at
a
conference
in
Sweden
I'm
in
the
speaker's
room,
just
hanging
out,
that's
Excel
behind
me.
She
can
wave
or
not
there.
She
is
but
I
think
it's
like.
B
Instead
of
being
siled
and
not
sharing
information
across
the
board
and
then
I'm
not
saying
that
it's
being
done
on
purpose,
I
think
that
we
could
really
help
energize
and
re-engage
with
the
overall
cncf
Community.
If
we
start
having
these
little
tidbits
shared
across
so
Renata
Katie
Annelise,
you
know
anything
Chris
that
you
guys
want
to
do.
B
Maybe
we
can,
like
I,
said,
take
it
offline,
get
a
little
working
group
together
and
even
if
it's
like
a
series
where
it's
like
the
top
five
things,
I
learned
and
you
know,
have
one
go
each
week
or
tweets
or
something
social
LinkedIn
I
think
these
are
fun
tidbits
that
really
help
the
community
all
right
cool.
Oh,
that's,
exciting!
All
right!
Next,
next
slide.
Let's
do
this
thing!
B
Okay,
so
I've
been
talking
a
lot
and
I
apologize.
I,
don't
plan
on
doing
that
very
often,
but
I
am
a
talker,
so
you
know
don't
quote
me,
but
but
I
really
want
to
have
more
of
an
open
discussion
with
the
committee.
I
think,
like
I
said,
we've
been
on
this
committee
for
a
while
and
the
cncf
was
a
huge
organization
and
there
are
lots
of
things
that
they'd
like
to
tell
us
that's
happening.
B
B
That's
the
fact
that
we
send
the
slides
and
I
love
that
Katie
sends
the
slides,
early
I
think
that's
a
chance
for
us
to
catch
up
on
all
of
like
the
business
side
of
things,
but
when
we're
on
a
call
together,
I
think
this
is
where
we
should
focus
on
the
community
side
of
things
and
working
to
push
initiatives
forward.
B
So
we're
just
gonna
have
a
little
poll
here
and
I
believe
that
Libby
is
going
to
run
the
poll
or
Katie
one
of
the
two
that
we
just
went
through
who's
going
to
do
it
and
I
can't
remember,
I'm,
sorry,
okay,
let.
A
C
B
The
first
question,
or
so
all
the
questions
are
rolling
in
at
once,
so
that's
great.
So
if
y'all
just
wouldn't
mind
taking
a
second
to
answer
these
very
short
questions,
this
is
going
to
help
shape
the
the
committee,
at
least
for
this
year
kind
of
moving
forward.
B
A
I
end
it
whenever
you're
ready,
so
we'll
just
give
everybody
some
time
and
then
let
me
know
when
you
think
we
should
shut
it
down.
Okay,.
B
A
A
D
C
B
G
H
B
Okay,
so
this
is
cool,
so
you
guys
find
the
content
marketing
to
be
the
most
useful
on
these
calls,
and
most
of
you
want
to
work
in
a
subgroup.
That's
super
awesome
and
events
and
community
outreach
kind
of
split
in
terms
of
topics
that
interest
y'all.
This
is
great,
so
I
think
you
know
this
is
good
to
know
and
Liam.
If
you
want
to
go
ahead
and
say
what
you
typed,
if
you
don't
mind,
so
we
can
kind
of
have
some
discussion
around
it.
Yeah
absolutely.
I
I'm
I
wanted
to
say
that
I'm
really
open
to
exploring
different
ways
to
run
and
engage
through
this
community
meeting,
but
I
wanted
to
add
that
over
the
last
you
know
18
to
24
months,
I
have
loved
the
way.
This
meeting
is
run,
and
this
has
become.
I
One
of
the
like,
you
know,
cannot
missed
meetings
for
me
personally
and
across
my
team,
because
it's
the
way
that
I've
really
discovered
so
many
of
the
Great
initiatives
that
are
going
on
across
the
cncf
I
consider
myself
a
pretty
engaged
and
informed
and
experienced
open
source
person.
I
But
there
are
so
many
things
that
happen
in
the
cncf
from
white
papers
to
kcds,
to
events
to
blog
posts
to
online
training,
and
it's
like
feels
like
it's
almost
never
ending
I
really
have
loved
the
way
the
meeting
is
run
so
I
I,
like
I'm
already
feeling
like
I
need
to
the
texts,
are
amazing,
so
I
feel
like
I.
Can
you
know?
Do
a
do?
I
My
own
Journey
Through,
The
Deck
with
my
team
but
I,
didn't
want
I
wanted
to
make
sure
I
had
said
that
instead
feedback
was
given
that
I
I'm
really
open
to
trying
stuff
and
I've
also
loved.
What
we've
been
doing
here
along
the
way.
B
I
appreciate
that
I
didn't
mean
to
negate
all
the
work
that
everyone
and
the
other
people
have
been
doing
to
to
push
these
forward.
So
I
apologize
if
it
came
off
curse,
no.
I
You
know,
founded
in
the
diverse
ideas
and
use
cases
and
point
of
views
that
we
bring
so
I
think
that
there's
probably
new
levels
of
amazing
we
can
achieve,
but
I
certainly
don't
want
to
lose
the
Tactical
value
of
the
like
out
of
the
1000
things
that
are
happening
in
the
cncf
this
month.
Here
are
the
top
20
that
that
you
should
consider
thinking
about
this
month.
I
You
know
from
an
engagement
point
of
view,
which
is
for
me
what
this
meeting
has
really
been
like:
I
clip
screens
take
slides
and
they
literally
get
put
on
people's
to-do
lists.
You
know
from
that
from
this
meeting.
That's
took
me
personally
in
the
way
that
we
engage
with
our
team.
B
No,
that's
a
great
feedback,
so
I
think
I
think
that's
good
to
know
and
moving
forward.
You
know
if
you
feel
like
you're
missing
stuff,
because
We've
focused
more
on
a
different
piece.
Then
we
can
definitely
bring
that
back
in
and
again
having
the
slides,
like
you
said
that
you
can
walk
through.
But
if
there's
like
something
that
you
really
wanted
to
have
more
in-depth
discussion
on
I
think
that's
kind
of
what
the
open
discussion
area
should
be
right.
It
should
be
like
hey
on
on
this
side.
B
You
were
talking
about
the
the
pr
like
leads
that
came
out
like
what
does
that
mean
for
us?
What
does
that
mean
for
our
company
and
and
that's
the
kind
of
stuff
that
I
think
is
going
to
really
bring
us
more
together
right
because
things
that
might
you
might
find
interesting
and
have
an
open
discussion
with
your
team?
Well
we're
missing
out
on
your
insights,
because
we
don't
know
what
you're,
what
you're,
maybe
that'll,
help
spark
other
people
so
and
I.
Think
that's
awesome!
B
B
B
I
had
to
re
request
access
to
to
access
the
folder
with
all
the
slides
so
that
you
could
see
so
once
so
they're
in
the
deck
it's
one
of
the
slides
in
the
deck
that
has
like
the
links
to
the
recordings
and
the
links
to
the
marketing
folder
and
then
once
you
get
in
there,
you
see
all
of
the
previous
meeting
minutes
and
stuff
and
Chris.
If
you
don't
mind
just
kind
of
saying
what
you
typed.
J
It's
just
kind
of
hard
to
reach,
yeah,
yeah,
sure
sorry,
I
definitely
gave
a
wall
attack,
so
you
know
you
know.
Traditionally
this
call
has
been
very
kind
of.
Let's
call
it.
One
directional
or
CNC
just
gives
a
bunch
of
you
know,
updates.
So
folks,
you
know
like
Liam,
could
divvy
up
work
to
a
bunch
of
other
folks
on
his
team,
which
is
great
I.
Think
that's
we're
fairly
successful.
J
That
one
thing
you
know
you
know,
look
at
all
these
amazing
folks
on
the
call
you
know
you
have
a
wide
variety
of
different
skills,
great
networks,
a
set
of
customers
and
something
we
always
look
for
in
cncf.
Is
you
know
new
interesting
case
studies,
and
you
know
so
on.
You
have
a
great
set
of
customers
here.
J
If
there's
any
way,
we
kind
of
like
come
up
with
initiatives
that
we
kind
of
get
more
work
across,
not
only
the
foundation,
giving
you
information,
but
also
stuff
coming
from
all
y'all's,
you
know,
and
to
kind
of
help
us
produce
content
or
certain
initiatives,
I
kind
of
like
the
love
to
see
more
of
that
kind
of
back
and
forth,
and-
and
this
call
is
not
the
best-
call
to
necessarily
always
do
this
type
of
thing.
So
those
are
those
are
kind
of
my
thoughts
here.
B
Chris
to
your
point,
I
think
it
would
be
helpful
if
we
could
maybe
have
some
people
that
have
gone
through
like
the
case
study
process
or
like
the
the
items
that
you
identified.
That.
K
B
Want
more
of
to
help
make
it
easier
like
because
I
know
when
somebody
asked
my
team
for
a
white
paper,
everybody
kind
of
looks
the
other
way,
because
you
know
how
much
work
is
involved
so
again,
I
think
that's
something
that
we
can
help.
If
we
can
like
work
together,
you
know:
have
those
people
get
on
a
call
with
us
and
just
say
hey?
This
is
how
we
did
it.
This
is
a
template
and
then
move
that
forward.
I
think
you
will
probably
get
more
content.
B
We
can
get
more
content
out
of
us
to
bring
to
the
community.
J
And
ideally
like
if
we
produce
something
that
could
also
be
reused
by
other
folks
on
the
call
here
right
if
you're
creating
a
paper
or
maybe
a
case
study,
maybe
you
could
leverage
part
of
it
like
I,
think
there's
something
we
could
do
that
kind
of
benefits.
All
of
us,
not
just
one
organization
here.
F
M
F
We're
a
small
shop
and
join
the
cnco
right
before
cool
con
was
a
little
bit
nuts.
So
there's
a
lot
of
information
where
we're
like
you
know
on
the
outside
before
you
join
the
cncs
you're,
just
looking
at
it
from
an
engineering
standpoint
and
looking
at
the
projects.
Actually,
you
know
in
and
now
I'm
like
okay.
So
where
do
we?
What
what
there's
so
much
value
here
you
know
for
for
the
money
that
we
we
scrounge
together
to
join?
What
is
going
to
be
the
biggest
thing
for
our
bucket?
F
Where
can
we
be
best
value?
You
know
to
give
back
to
the
community,
so
I
actually
like
this
format
better,
because
before
it's
like
here's,
the
fire
hose
all
the
things.
We're
doing
all
right
see
you
all
next
month
what
the
heck
am
I
supposed
to
do
with
that.
So
it's
just
so
much
there,
but
no
that
would
definitely
be
helpful
to
you
know,
figure
out
how
other
people
have
used
it.
So
no
thank
you
for
that.
J
Awesome
I
think
that
that's
a
good
point
I
think
definitely
there's
different
personas.
You
know
here
on
this
call
where
you,
you
know
younger
startups
or
smaller
companies,
and
then
you
have
folks
that,
have
you
know
massive,
you
know
billion
dollar,
you
know
style
companies,
so
I
think
there's
different
different
needs
for
for
different
folks,
and
maybe
we
could
do
a
better
job
of
steering.
Folks,
like
yourself
into
you,
know
areas
of
resources
that
could
kind
of
benefit
you,
but
awesome
thanks.
Thanks
for
the
feedback,
so.
B
Rudy,
like
that,
made
me
think
about
maybe
having
themes
to
these
calls
right
and
kind
of
working
through.
So
maybe
one
day
we
have
like
a
vendor
themed
call
where
we
present
how
to
do
a
case
study
how
to
do
a
white
paper
and
how
to
do
something
else
with
the
cncf
and
get
like
people
that
have
been
successful
to
kind
of
talk
through
those
things
and.
C
B
Work
on
to
Chris's
Point,
like
maybe
some
templates,
that
we
can
then
share.
You
know
to
the
broader
community
and
I
think
you
know
even
having
intake
forms
like
a
Google
form
or
something
where
it's
like
very
cut
and
dry,
and
you
can
submit
it
and
then
you're
like
okay.
This
is
what
the
readout
looks
like
now.
How
do
we
take
it
and
move
it
forward?
B
B
So
that's
that's
a
lot
and
I
think
it
would
be
150,
plus
yeah
I
think
it
would
be
great
to
hear
you
know
from
some
of
the
different
projects
like
where
they
feel
the
value
like
from
the
ones
that
are
just
getting
incubated
to
the
ones
that
have
just
graduated
and
finding
their
journey
across
and
then
how
do
we
help
take
that
and
share
it
with
the
broader
community
and
move
that
forward.
L
I
Just
Liam
again
would
it
make
sense
I
mean
we
talk
about
collaborative
ideas
coming
out
of
this
meeting.
I
Maybe
for
folks
to
try
doing
mentorship
or
or
we
talked
about
subgroups,
maybe
there
could
be
a
like
hey
for
new
members
in
your
first
year
you
could
have
asked
for
about
12
volunteers
to
say
here's
how
I
engage
in
the
cncf
and
where
we
get
value
out
of
it
for
the
folks
that
have
been.
You
know
in
the
ecosystem
for
a
few
years,
and
in
my
case
now,
through
multiple
companies.
I
B
I
love
it,
and
so
then
you
had
an
idea
about
a
buddy
program.
You
want
to
share
I've
done.
L
Yeah
just
for
context
I'm
a
cncf
person
as
well
so
I'm,
just
just
reflecting
back
what
I
thought
was
a
great
idea
that,
as
people
are
getting
you
know
used
to
the
cncf
and
and
this
forum,
it's
probably
a
good
idea
to
to
hear
from
other
people,
who've
been
able
to
leverage
their
engagement
and
and
be
effective
through
this.
This
committee
and
the
various
marketing
initiatives
to
hear
from
them
is,
is
probably
better
than
hearing
from
from
from
cncf
staff
right.
L
So
that
kind
of
those
kind
of
case
studies,
I
think,
will
be
pretty
important
for
folks
and
mentoring.
Yeah
love
it.
K
I
was
sure
that
I'm
Tech
contributor
strategy,
we
have
a
bunch
of
I-
mean
the
mentoring
program
and
Tech
contributor
strategies,
oriented
code
contributors,
non-code
contributors
rather
than
people
joining
the
cncf.
But
we
have
a
lot
of
resources
around
mentoring
generally
there
that
could
probably
be
repurposed
into
that
kind
of
program.
B
That
sounds
great
okay,
so
so
far
we
already
have
a
like
Meetup,
PCB
kind
of
combo
working
group
and
now
we're
looking
at
like
a
buddy
program,
mentorship
for
not
just
so
like
for
members
and
for
projects
and
things
like
that
as
potential
initiatives
and
ideas
for
future
meetings.
B
I'm.
Sorry,
it's
a
little
loud
in
here,
everyone's
done
for
the
day.
What
other
ideas
like
this
is?
This
is
the
stuff
that
I
think
it's
such
a
Vibe
like
does
anybody
else
have
something
that,
like
who's
been
in
the
cmcf
for
a
long
time,
that's
like
wait
when
we
did
it
like
this,
it
was
super
cool
or
I
would
love.
If
we
can
do
that,
I
would
love
to
hear
from
anybody
else.
F
Go
ahead,
no,
no,
the
kubernetes
release
cycle.
They
have
a
different
mentorship
program.
Where
you
know
you
have
shadow
people
who
you
know
watch
over
that
before
release
I
didn't
know
the
marketing
meeting
and
everything
we
had
was
this
involved
again
coming
from
the
engineering
side.
So
when
you
get
here,
this
is
definitely
needed
to
kind
of
break
it
down,
so
you
can
find
out.
Where
can
you
get
plugged
in
like
so
that
way?
The
benefit
goes
both
ways
and
you're,
not
just
kind
of
like
again
drinking
from
the
fire
hole.
K
K
Are
we
gonna,
put
a
focus
on
getting
that
one
from
sandbox
incubating
and
got
the
response
like
yeah
I,
don't
know,
there's
a
value
in
that
and
that
that's
problematic
to
me,
because
I
largely
in
the
I'm,
in
the
devil
role
now
but
I'm
already
in
there,
because
I'm
really
excited
and
enthusiastic
about
moving
things
off
the
ladder.
K
So
so
one
of
my
challenges
this
year
is
to
show
the
value
that
moving
up
the
ladder
that
you
know
like
being
involved
in
this
community
brings
and
I'm
not
totally
sure
how
to
do
that
at
the
moment,
so
that
that
was
just
my
throat
is
my
specific
reasoning.
Drive
behind
I'd
be
excited
around
project
marketing
subgroup.
B
I
think
this
is
a
great
idea.
I
feel
like
that's.
The
whole
point
of
having
a
project
right
is
to
try
and
make
it
succeed.
So
so
again,
okay,
great
now
we
have
another
idea
for
a
working
group
and
a
subgroup-
and
you
know
I-
would
totally
lean
on
the
cncf
to
hook
us
up
with
the
graduated
projects
and
a
list
of
incubating
projects
again
like
sort
of
that
buddy
system
going
through,
but
also
creating
templates
and
working
guides
to
help
people
move
things
forward
in
marketing.
B
H
Yeah
for
sure,
so
one
thing
that
was
really
helpful
to
me
back
when
Caitlin
Barnard
was
the
the
the
chair,
and
this
is
going
off
of
the
mentoring
concept
and
is
in-person
mentoring.
I
know
this
was
shared
a
little
bit
in
the
chat,
but
just
voicing
it
as
a
voice
on
this
call.
H
B
I,
don't
know
what
the
budget
is
and
I
don't
know
what
that
means,
but
I
think
that's
something
that
maybe
we
could
put
something
together
to
propose
as
a
as
an
idea,
because
with
travel
budgets
and
things
like
that,
getting
cut,
maybe,
like
you
know,
meetups
in
person
at
kubecon
is
sounds
amazing,
but
it's
Amsterdam
or
it's
Chicago,
and
things
like
that,
but
Chris.
B
If
that's
something
that
you
kind
of
want
to
help
work
on
again
is
like
sort
of
like
a
side
thing
with
the
Ambassador
with
the
mentorship
idea
is
putting
in
that
piece
as
like
a
line
item
of
getting
people
in
the
same
room
like
unconference
style.
Even
is
super
cool
I.
Think
that's
great.
Yes,
all
right
who's!
Next
who's!
Next.
I
Ultra
I'll
try
to
stop
over
sharing
here,
but
I
would
just
add.
If
we're
thinking
about
you
know,
subgroups
here,
I
think
it's
worth
keeping
in
mind
that
I
think
we
really
have
three
different
personas
represented
here.
I
There's
projects
and
project
marketing,
you
know
I
build
something:
I've
got
a
company
behind
it,
that's
working
on
building
a
community
and
monetizing
it
there
is.
You
know
like
the
traditional
companies
that
want
to
come
in
as
customers
think
like
major
financial
institutions
and
from
their
perspective
they'd
be
more.
You
know
this
is
devrel.
This
is
osbo
and
then
even
a
third
Persona.
That's
maybe
you
know
interested
interested
party
or
platform
provider
or
something
along
those
lines.
I
So
I
wouldn't
want
to
leave
out
some
of
the
other
personas
I'm
here
and
I
know
that
there
are
huge
initiatives
around
like
the
ospo
work
and
sharing
best
practices
for
those
companies,
but
there
is
certainly
an
interrelation.
You
know
Venn
diagram
here
of
things
that
are
union
to
us
all
and
things
that
are
more
project
versus
ospacade,
so
it
may
just
be
uhbang,
as
you
think,
about
rolling
some
of
these
things
out
or
scheduling.
I
L
Yeah
for
sure,
I
think
a
great
call
out
Liam
and
we're
we're
kind
of
furiously
taking
notes
here.
So
between
Christy
and
Katie
and
myself,
we'll
and
and
the
rest
of
the
team
will
we'll
follow
up.
B
And
Elisa,
your
name
has
been
brought
up
quite
a
few
times,
I'd
be
interested
in
your
ideas
and
feedback.
Thus
far.
B
D
Your
name
yeah
I,
prefer
to
listen
to
what
people
new
people
are
saying.
I
see
many
new
people
this
meeting,
so
it's
very
nice
very
engaging
I,
don't
have
in
much
to
say
tonight.
D
I
would
say
that
there's
a
lot
already
ongoing.
Many
guidelines
are
already
there
about
the
blog
posts
about
how
to
do
things
with
the
cncf.
So
probably
it's
just
a
question
of
voicing
them
in
specific
meetings
because
it
makes
it
easier
probably
to
to
people
it's
it's.
It
makes
the
onboarding
to
this
group
easier.
D
I
have
no
idea
new
idea
for
tonight.
Sorry.
C
B
Else
want
to
say
something:
anyone
else
have
an
idea
of
some
initiatives
and
I
think
these
are
all
great
you
know,
and
then
we
can
sort
of
after
the
call
work
to
diagnose
like
what
the
main
themes
were.
Obviously,
mentorship
was
one
of
them
and
this
buddy
system
idea,
which
is
super
cool
but
I,
think
the
more
we
can
kind
of
just
fit
out
now,
the
better
we
can
shape
the
year
and
figure
out
like
different
items
and
different
buckets.
B
We
can
try
to
tackle
so
would
love
to
hear
from
someone
who
hasn't
said
anything
yet.
B
Okay
cool,
so
if
nobody
else
has
sort
of
any
idea
that
they
want
to
share
right
now,
that's
totally
fine.
We
do
have
the
rest
of
the
slides
to
go
through
so
Katie.
Would
you
be
the
one
to
take
over
with
the
with
the
rest
of
the
of
the
slides.
C
Great
with
membership
growth
new
members
this
month
we
had
a
lot
of
new
silver
members
join
this
month,
so
welcome
to
all
those
new
members
more
and
more
silver
members
for
everyone
to
be
aware
of,
and
then
cncf
member
Acquisitions
for
this
month,
new
companies
acquiring
other
companies.
So
it's
great
to
see
that
growth
within
the
community,
PR
and
AR
I
believe
Jesse
or
Katie.
Are
you
on
the
call
to
jump
in.
O
Sorry,
my
video
is
not
loading,
but
there
we
go
yeah,
so
I
won't
take
up
too
much
time,
but
we
did
release
a
really
nice
contributive
survey.
If
you
haven't
had
a
chance
to
look
at
it.
The
results
are
actually
really
interesting
and
we
worked
really
closely
with
the
contributor
strategy
tag
to
both
design
and
the
survey
and
the
report.
O
Yes,
if
you
have
a
few
minutes,
I'd
definitely
go
and
give
that
a
read
and
then
I
will
go
ahead
and
hand
it
over
to
Carl
from
our
art.
They
have
a
really
nice
report
to
share
with
everyone.
N
N
N
This
annual
report
looks
into
analysts
covering
the
cloud
native,
Technologies
and
themes.
You
can
use
this
information
to
support
your
marketing
programs.
The
report
provides
you
with
a
landscape
of
the
landscape
view
of
the
analyst
Community
and
who
you
can
approach
for
analyst
engagements
to
partner,
to
support
your

inside
the
report.
N
If
you
want
to
hop
to
the
next
slide
for
me,
thank
you.
Here's
an
example
of
one
of
the
slides
in
the
report
based
on
our
methodology
of
keyword
tracking.
These
are
the
top
analysts
covering
cncf
the
cncf
project
landscape
for
2022..
Over
60
of
the
analysts
on
this
list
attended
kubecon
last
year.
So
great
metrics
I'm
really
excited
to
share
with
y'all.
N
Cool
thanks.
Here's
some
2022
highlights
from
the
community
we've
seen
research
topic
Trends

to
cover
an
increased

of
container
containerized

Instituting

also
really
big.
The

is
trending.
Business

Investments

always
fantastic,
and

is
also
really
big.
Right
now,.
N
Thanks
importantly,
we're
seeing
research
looking
into
how
how
vendors
are
transforming
their
offerings
to
move
from
supporting
technology
disruption
to
how
their
offerings
are
addressing
disruption
around
higher

as
well
as

as
you
see
fit.
As
a
reminder,
some
of
these
links
are
behind
a
paywall
just
the
nature
of
analyst
research,
but
we
have
pulled
out
a
few
that
are
in
the
public
domain
as
well
for
y'all.
N
Thank
you
thanks.
Here's
some
highlights
from
coverage
coming
out
from
this
year,
so
January
for
those
of
you
who
are
looking
to
align
your
marketing
efforts
for
2023
with
analyst
strategy
and
analyst
research.
Their
research
agendas
for
the
upcoming
year
will
be
coming
out
in
the
next
few
weeks,
so
keep
an
eye
out
for
those.
N
If
you
have
a
subscription,
you
can
talk
to
your
account
rep,
and
they
can
hook
you
up
with
some
of
that.
If
you
don't,
some
of
them
are
in
the
public
domain
as
well
and
last
but
not
least,
here's
some
of
the
highlights
some
more
highlights.
N
We've
had
several
analysts
join
us
for
our
first
ever
Cloud
native
security
con
last
week
in
Seattle
Melinda
marks,
for
example,
attended
as
an
analyst
for
ESG
ESG
is
owned
by
Tech
Target,
so
she's
also
a
regular
contributor
to
Tech
Target.
So
it
was
one
of
her
quotes.
We'll
also
be
highlighting
some
other
some
other
reports
coming
out
for
dark
breeding
and
Tech
Target
once
they
publish
over
the
next
seven
over
the
next
month
or
so
so
keep
an
eye
out
for
that
on.
N
C
Thank
you,
PR
team
I
would
like
to
hand
this
over
to
Charlie
Mann
now
to
talk
about
content.
Marketing
Lee
thanks.
M
A
A
A
half
month
of
online
programs
this
month
just
getting
started
into
the
new
year,
so
that
included
two
live
streams.
Four
on-demand
webinars
and
two
live
webinars,
we're
tracking
ahead
of
last
year
already
in
terms
of
bookings.
So
if
you
haven't
booked
your
online
programs
for
q1
get
in
there
and
do
so
now,
we
are
now
tracking
live
views
on
LinkedIn
as
well
as
YouTube
live,
so
we're
seeing
our
average
viewership
go
up
this
month.
It's
been
79.5,
so
that's
tracking
really
well
for
the
live
views
and
the
live
streams.
A
So
just
a
little
different
metric
for
you
to
see
in
2023
and
we're
still
getting
great
response
to
all
of
your
awesome
content
in
views
post
event
so
keep
using
those
member
benefits
and
if
you
have
any
questions
about
them,
feel
free
to
reach
out
to
me
at
any
time
like
go
to
the
next
one.
That's
also
me
for
cube
weekly.
A
A
New
content
for
y'all
so
keep
sending
it
over
to
us
Cube
weekly
at
cncf.io
you're,
going
to
notice
some
we've
got
plenty
of
content
coming
through,
so
we've
got
some
really
robust,
newsletters
coming
out
and
once
again
those
come
out
on
Fridays,
so
reminder
to
keep
sending
us
your
tweets
articles
announcements
all
that
good
stuff
so
that
we
can
have
them
review
and
put
it
into
the
newsletter
and
now
I
will
hand
it
over
to
Charlie.
M
So
yeah
I
know
we've
been
sort
of
talking
a
little
bit
about
case
studies
on
this
school.
We
do
have
one
that
we
published
on
the
10th
of
January
from
kuyashu
technology.
This
was
really
cool
they're
using
kubernetes
and
dragonfly
to
basically
ensure
they've
got
a
more
stable
and
efficient
image
distribution
for
more
than
a
billion
monthly
users.
This
was
a
really
cool
one
to
receive
and
to
work
on.
M
You
can
very
easily
submit
case
studies
to
us
if
you
just
go
to
our
GitHub
link,
which
is
on
this
slide,
it
makes
it
super
easy
you
just
kind
of
have
to
format
them
in
the
way
for
our
website,
and
we
will
do
the
rest,
for
you
also
just
want
to
point
out
that
with
end
user
case
studies,
you
don't
have
to
be
a
member
of
the
cncf
to
take
advantage
for
this.
M
You
just
need
to
make
sure
that
the
case
study
focuses
on
somebody
who
is
using
projects
and
technology
that
are
within
the
cloud
native
Computing
foundation,
so,
for
example,
they're
using
kubernetes,
perhaps
they're
using
celium,
perhaps
they're
using
Argo.
That's
all
that
we
look
for
and
also
if
you
have
a
great
story,
sort
of
internally
that
you've
been
working
on,
maybe
you've
already
published
it.
We're
also
happy
to
repurpose
and
republish
on
our
website
to
help
you
amplify
what
you've
already
got.
M
M
Perfect
and
as
always,
we
have
our
metrics
available.
So
when
you
submit
content
to
us
which
is
put
up
on
the
website,
you
have
access
to
see
how
it's
performing.
So
we
have
metrics
for
blogs
and
we
also
have
metrics
for
case
studies.
So
you
just
click
on
this
link,
which
is
highlighted
in
pink
on
this
slide,
and
that
will
take
you
straight
there
to
this.
Rather
nice
analytics
table
that
we've
got
set
up
for
you,
hey.
B
M
Can
we
can
definitely
sort
that
out
for
you
and
have
that
ready
for
our
next
marketing
committee
meeting
anecdotally
technical
blogs,
technical
blogs,
which
explain
to
developers
to
Engineers
how
to
do
something
perform
the
absolute
best.
B
To
me,
that's
something
that
we
should
bring
up
when
we
talk
about
mentoring
to
projects
is
like
getting
them
more
awareness,
letting
them
know
if
they
post
a
technical
blog
and
they
share
it
with
us
and
we
post
it
for
them.
That'll
get
them
more
views,
or
at
least
that's
what
the
community
wants.
So
I
think
that's
great,
so
yeah
any
insights.
You
can
do
on
that
sort
of
on,
like
the
trends.
B
M
Cool
and
I
think
if
we
go
to
the
next
slide,
that
is
me
but
I
will
hand
back
to
you.
Katie.
O
C
Right
thanks
Charlie.
These
are
all
just
detailed
slides
about
what
I
gave
a
recap
on
earlier.
So
the
Ambassador
2.0
program,
like
I,
said
it
closes
February
26th.
If
you're
interested
in
implying
applying
or
you
know,
someone
who's
interested
in
applying
just
send
them
a
reminder.
Requirements
and
guidelines
have
changed.
Any
questions
feel
free
to
reach
out
to
Ambassador
Dash
support
cncf.io.
C
As
I
talked
about
prior
to
This,
Cloud
native
Community
groups
are
coming
back.
Here
are
some
upcoming
meetups
that
may
be
in
your
area?
May
not
be.
If
you
don't
see
one
in
your
area,
we
would
love
to
have
you
host
one?
If
you
are
in
any
of
these
areas,
we
highly
encourage
you
to
check
them
out.
They
have
some
great
themes,
feel
free
to
click
on
the
link
and
learn
more.
C
And
then,
if
you
didn't
see
an
area
that
you
wanted
and
you
want
to
host
a
Meetup
and
you
want
to
be
an
organizer
here's,
some
information
about
how
to
go
ahead
and
do
that
along
with
some.
What's
news
for
organizers
this
year,
we
have
one-on-one
organizer
Outreach
in
chapter
with
chapter
goals,
as
well
as
uploading
up
leveling
your
Beverly
skills
with
our
monthly
office
hours
with
our
CSM.
We
just
had
one
yesterday.
C
C
Kubernetes
Community
Days
15
kcds
in
progress
foreign
exploratory
stages
here
are
some
upcoming
cfp
deadlines.
Kcd
Ukraine
is
closing
February
10th,
kcd
Italy
closes
February
20th
and
then
some
upcoming
kcds
that
might
be
in
your
region
to
check
out
our
kcd
Pakistan
kcd,
Netherlands,
kcd,
France
and
then
Casey
Ukraine.
C
E
E
Closes
a
week
from
today,
the
schedule
will
be
announced
today
and
we
can
head
on
to
the
next
slide.
E
So
high
level
updates
some
of
these
are
already
aware
of,
but
just
reminding
everyone
of
the
health
and
safety
updates
that
we
have
there
and
then
underscoring
the
updates
we're
making
to
the
overall
kubecon
color
native
con
structure.
It
is
being
reduced
from
a
five-day
event
to
a
four-day
event,
which
means
that
our
CNC
have
hosted
co-located
events
we'll
now
be
on
a
single
day
prior
to
kubecon
and
cloudnativecon,
and
we
also
have
the
updated
registration
options.
So
if
you
can
hop
to
the
next
slide,.
E
Oh
okay,
just
a
few
things
of
what's
new
in
Amsterdam.
We
know
that,
of
course,
the
floor
plan
and
layout
traffic
flow
to
the
sponsor
showcase
is
definitely
on
the
top
of
everyone's
list.
So
we
wanted
to
share
some
initial
things
that
we
are
planning
on
to
ensure
that
more
folks
are
matriculating
through
the
sponsor
showcase.
E
E
We
will
have
colos
on
Tuesday
and
then
Wednesday
through
Friday
we're
still
going
we'll
have
kubecon
and
cloudnativecon.
Overall,
though,
the
goal
is
for
the
shift
to
be
colos
on
Monday
and
then
a
Tuesday
through
Thursday,
kubecon
and
cloudnativecon.
E
So
you'll
see
that
pattern
coming
up
for
Chicago
and
then,
as
I,
was
mentioning
the
updated
registration
options.
We
do
have
the
all
access
in-person
pass.
That
now
includes
full
access
to
kubecon
Cloud
native
con,
but
then
also
gives
you
access
to
every
single
CNC
I've
hosted
co-located
event
on
Tuesday,
which
we're
going
to
have
nine
different
co-located
events
that
day
so
folks
will
be
able
to
go
throughout
the
space.
Go
to
top
topics
and
sessions
that
they'd
like
to
go
to.
They
won't
have
to
stay
at
one
co-located
event
all
day.
E
If
they
don't
want
to
do
that
and
I
think
the
big
thing
I
do
want
to
share
is
with
that
all
access
pass.
People
are
very
excited
about
it.
It
is
very
popular,
so
we
just
wanted
to
let
everyone
know
on
this
call
and
we'll
also
be
sharing
with
the
broader
community
that
the
CNC
have
hosted.
Co-Located
events
are
going
to
have
a
limited
capacity
on
that
Tuesday
and
we
are
pacing
quickly
to
towards
a
sellout
for
that
option
in
that
pass.
E
E
E
The
deadline
is
coming
up
very
soon
in
about
four
days,
so
please
submit
if
you
want
to
be
concerned
for
one
of
these
co-located
events
or
you
have
teammates
that
would
be
a
great
fit
and
then
we
can
go
to
the
next
one,
and
then
we
also
will
have
right
after
kubecon
cdcon
and
get
Ops
con.
So
just
wanted
to
make
sure
everyone's
aware
of
that
event.
E
The
deadline
to
submit
a
talk
similar
to
colos
is
coming
up
very
quickly.
We
still
have
sponsorships
available
and
the
early
bird
pricing
for
registration
ends
on
March
19th,
then
I
think
our
final
slide
for
events.
So
the
cloud
for
kubecon
cloud
nativecon,
North
America.
So
those
are
our
high
level
details
for
sponsor
deadlines
when
registration
and
hotel
accommodations
will
be
shared
and
then
similar
to
how
we
had
the
cncf
hosted,
co-located
event,
Pro
proposal
process
for
Europe.
E
That
process
is
open
now
for
North
America
and
those
proposals
are
due
by
Monday,
May
15th.
So
folks
will
have
time
not
only
before
kubecon
Europe
and
after
kubecon
Europe
to
submit
a
proposal
for
a
co-located
event.
If
that
is
of
Interest
and
I,
think
that's
everything
and
I
talked
really
fast,
because
I
wanted
to
get
us
through,
but
in
the
chat,
please.
Let
me
know
if
you
have
any
questions
or
reach
out
to
me
on
Slack.
B
I
B
Know
set
something
out
and,
and
whoever
is
interested
in
having
that
discussion
so
we'll
push
something
through
the
marketing
channel
and
people
can
invite
their
teams,
and
we
can
just
do
that
if
you're
cool
with
that,
and
instead
of
doing
it
when
we
have
five
minutes,
left
yeah.
C
C
You
can
see
kind
of
the
stats
that
have
gone
up.
This
is
really
great.
All
courses
are
updated
periodically.
So
I
encourage
you
to
check
these
out.
C
Some
high-level
certification
update
CK
we
had
about
118
950,
exam
registration,
so
we're
we
were
up
from
last
month,
which
is
huge
CK
exams
on
kubernetes,
the
1.26.
As
of
December
19th.
The
exam
updates
are
planned
to
follow
kubernetes
release
in
Cadence
three
times
per
year.
C
We
now
have
a
Chinese
speaking
Proctor
for
CK
China
cka
Japan
has
a
Japanese
speaking
Proctor
and
displays
Japanese
content,
and
then
the
CK
curriculum
is
published
on
this
link.
So
we
encourage
everyone
to
check
that
out.
Digital
badging
is
available
for
this
exam.
C
And
then
just
additional
updates
about
certification
updates
for
a
certified
kubernetes
security
Specialists
since
we're
getting
close
to
time
I'll.
Just
let
you
all
check
this
out
at
your
leisure
if
you
want
to
skip
on
yep
the
same
with
this
one,
going
through
all
certifications,
awesome
stuff
there.
Thank
you
everyone.
We
would
love
to
hear
more
about
any
ideas
that
you
have
as
Lori
has
brought
up
and
tabong
posted
on
the
channel
for
the
email,
as
well
as
hosting
it
on
the
marketing
channel
slack
Lori
I'll.
B
Thanks
and
thanks
to
everybody
that
attended
today,
I
know
this
was
kind
of
a
crazy
call,
but
I
think
that's
what
makes
this
great.
It's
an
awesome
Community
to
be
a
part
of
So
based
on
what
we
talked
about.
There's
some
ideas
for
some
working
groups
regarding
mentorship
and
sort
of
a
buddy
system,
not
only
with
people
on
this
committee,
but
with
projects.
Some
ideas
on
creating
some
templates,
also
working
together
to
get
some
more
meetups
and
Casey
days.
B
Yeah
Casey,
yeah
I
got
that
right,
working
in
other
organizations
in
other
parts
of
the
country
and
slash
world.
So
let's
everybody
just
make
sure
you're
on
the
marketing
channel
and
the
slack
and
then
I
think
there's
also
a
mailing
list.
B
If
you
haven't
received
access
to
the
marketing,
folder
I
know
that
everybody
on
this
call
hopefully
will
get
access
so
that
you
can
see
the
the
meeting
notes
and
all
of
that
good
stuff
recording
will
be
online
and
feel
free
to
slack
me
if
there's
anything
that
you
want
to
talk
about
offline
and,
if
not
like,
we'll
just
communicate
that
way,
if
that's
cool
with
all
y'all
have
a
good
rest
of
your
day.
