Keynote Session: Community Awards & Closing Remarks - Fatih Degirmenci, General Manager, Continuous Delivery Foundation
A
So
now
we
will
move
to
our
community
awards
ceremony
and
we
will
have
15
awards
and
this
year
the
award
is
a
glass
mobius
strip
to
highlight
the
continuous
mindset
of
the
body
here
at
the
city
foundation,
and
we
will
go
through
the
awards
on
a
specific
order.
The
first
up
there
will
be
cdf
project
awards,
and
these
awards
will
be
this
award.
A
The
winners
are
selected
by
each
of
these
projects
and,
as
the
only
graduated
cdf
project
jenkins
jenkins
will
also
have
a
security
mep,
as
well
as
most
valuable,
advocate
award,
and
then
the
ceremony
will
end
up
with
the
general
cdf
awards
with
and
with
videos
of
winners
who
couldn't
be
here
in
person.
So.
A
Let's
get
started
with
cdf
project
awards,
one.
We
start
with
the
cds
news
project,
cd
events,
most
valuable
contributors,
and
I
want
to
invite
solo
boy
to
the
stage.
Please
give
him
and
he
is
the
most
valuable
contributor
of
3d
events.
B
I
joined
the
cd
events
team
very
early
on
with
andrea
and
the
folks
there
from
the
sig
events.
I
think
that
this
award
is
for
the
entire
team,
because
the
amount
of
work
that
we
have
put
into
there-
it's
it's
pretty
large.
It's
like
a
discovery
thing
that
we
are
doing
in
there
and
I
think
that
it's
a
very
valuable
initiative.
We
are
always
looking
for
new
contributors,
and
I
think
that
this
is
the
perfect
like
audience
for
like
getting
feedback
about
the
work
that
we
are
doing.
B
If
you
don't
know
anything
about
cd
events
again
reach
out,
please,
because
we
are
very
interested
in
having
conversations
with
all
the
people
that
it's
here
in
cdcon.
So
thank
you
very
much.
This
is
highly
appreciated
and
I
know
that
I
will
remember
this
conference
for
a
very
long
long
time.
So
thank
you.
A
C
Yeah
I
mean
it
feels
great
to
win
this
award,
so
you
know
like
jenkins.
Sex
is
a
new.
You
know
like
project.
Well,
not
that
new,
but
you
know
like
newer
than
say
you
know
like
jenkins,
so
we
have
a
small
you
know
like
community
which
we
would
want
to
grow.
We're
always
you
know
like
looking
for
some
new.
You
know
contributors,
you
know
like
people
who
can
come
in
and
write
code
improve
our
documentation.
C
A
So
congratulations
stephanie.
You
are
not
here
today,
but
you'll
absorb
this
awards
and
give
give
her
a
shout
out
on
virtual
chat.
If
you,
if
any
of
you,
are
on
our
virtual
platform,
so
the
next
award
is
shipwright
most
valuable,
contributor
and
shipwright
is,
as
we
mentioned
earlier.
It
is
one
of
the
newer
projects
within
cdf
and
the
first
mev
for
this
award
goes
to
shasha
shivars
and
he
is
with
us
today.
D
Okay,
what
a
great
honor
to
be
here
and
receive
this
award
the
very
first
one
for
our
community,
so
really
great.
So
I
obviously
have
to
thank
everybody
in
the
community
because
it
wasn't
invited
by
me
invented
by
me,
but
I
mean
it's
great
fun
to
work
there
and
for
those
who
don't
know
it
yet,
I'd
like
to
advertise
our
session
so
tomorrow,
3
55
in
room
4
meet
us
to
learn
more
about
shipwright
and
if
you
want
to
go
even
deeper
you'll
meet
us
on
thursday
afternoon
in
our
first
summit.
D
A
E
Yeah,
I
was
surprised
to
find
out
what
I'd
won
this
award.
There's
a
lot
of
great
people
in
the
spinnaker
community,
a
lot
of
people
working
towards
the
release
of
1.27
that
came
out
last
week,
but
yeah
also
appreciative
of
people
at
jpmc.
E
I
work
with
a
couple
people
in
the
audience
people
around
the
world
yeah.
You
know
if
we're
interested
in
spinnaker
cd,
we're
hiring
at
jpmc
from
that
space.
So
yeah
come
talk
to
us
yeah
thanks.
A
And
finally,
techtone
similar
to
other
projects,
we
have
tekton
also
has
most
valuable
contributor
awards,
and
this
year's
award
goes
to
vincent
de
mester,
who
is
not
with
us
today,
so
I'll
give
him
maybe
and
he's
also
attending
virtually,
and
he
has
been
the
key
player
in
the
pipeline
designs,
catalogue,
cli
and
many
other
things
within
tecton,
and
he
shares
his
expertise
in
building
scalable
systems
with
the
community.
A
So
the
next
we
come
to
jenkins
awards
and
we
will
have
three
awards,
starting
with
most
valuable
jenkins
advocate
and
the
most
valuable
jenkins
advocate
goes
to
kevin
morgan,
who
is
attending
virtually
as
well.
He
is
the
primary
maintainer
of
the
jenkins
plug-in
site
and
was
the
lead
implementer
of
plug-in
site
enhancements,
and
he
also
put
out
of
affordable
company
jenkins
that
I
o
side.
I
think
we
should
give
him
a
clap
because
plugins
who
doesn't
use
jenkins
plugins,
so
it's
kind
of
a
big
deal.
A
So
the
next
award
is
jenkins
security,
mvp
and
that
person
is
by
the
following.
Who
is
also
attending
virtually,
and
he
has
been
a
key
member
of
the
jenkins
security
team
for
a
long
time
and
in
december
he
became
the
jenkins
security
officer
leading
the
jenkins
security,
so
congratulate
vader
on
the
chat
and
we
can
give
him
a
congratulations
here
as
well.
A
And
the
most
valuable
contributor
awards
of
this
year
goes
to
bazel,
crowe
and
bazel
is
a
member
of
the
jenkins
core
team
and
modernized
some
of
its
major
components.
So
he
converted
to
linux,
inter
in
stores
from
system,
we
need
to
system
b
and
he
updated
adopted,
released
additional
core
jenkins
components.
A
So
he
is
also
here
with
us
with
virtually
so
thank
you
bazel
for
everything
you
do
and
again
similar
to
again.
I
convert
now
next
cdf
awards
and
the
cdf
awards.
As
I
mentioned,
like
project
awards,
are
you
know
the
winners
are
chosen
by
the
projects,
but
cdf
hours
are
chosen.
The
winners
are
chosen
by
our
cdf
community
and
we
have
the
first
award
is
the
top
cdf
ambassador.
A
As
you
know,
our
ambassador
program
is
great
and
we
have
lots
of
ambassadors
contributing
to
cdf
projects
and
other
projects,
so
we
really
appreciate
their
efforts
and
this
year's
top
cdf
ambassador,
who
actually
put
a
lot
of
effort
into
the
ambassador
program
and
the
winner
is
going
by
pie.
So
she
is
not
with
us
here
today,
but
I
think
she
also
deserves
a
bit
of
from
us
because
yeah
she
has
been
putting
lots
of
time
and
effort
into
getting
ambassador
program
restarted
and
we
have
lots
of
great
ambassadors
with
us
within
our
foundation.
F
Thank
you
thanks.
Everyone,
I'm
humbled
to
receive
this
award
and
I'm
honored
and
yeah.
It's
it's
great
to
be
part
of
this
community.
Like
isaac
was
saying
before
it's
important
to
be
kind,
and
I
meet
really
kind
people
every
day
and
I
get
to
learn
great
new
things
every
day.
So
it's
great
to
be
part
of
this
community
and
thanks
again
thank
you.
A
So
this
year
we
had
one
award,
but
last
year
we
had
one
award,
but
this
year
we
have
two
new
awards
within
cdf.
A
The
first
new
award
is
continuous
enthusiast
and
the
winner
is
darin
pope,
so
he
is
also
attending
virtually
and
he
hosts
devops
paradox
podcasts
with
victor
farcich
and
is
a
great
advocate
for
open
source.
He
has
created
many
videos
and
blog
posts
focused
on
open
source
software,
so
he,
as
I
said
he
couldn't
be
here
today-
he
is
attending
virtually
and
I
am
sure
he
he
is
as
enthusiastic
as
ever
so
give
him
a
big
hand
as
well.
A
And
our
second
new
award
for
this
year
is
top
documentary
and
similar
to
the
other
awards.
A
I
can
see
the
winner's
name,
and
I
know
him
for
quite
some
time
as
well,
and
the
winner
of
top
documentary
award
is
oleg
ninashev,
so
give
him
a
big
hand,
because
he
has
been
doing
lots
of
great
work
and
he
is
also
the
chair
of
technical
side
committee
within
cdf
and
he
has
been
updating
our
governance
documents
and
now
clarifying
processes
about
how
our
commit
could
engage
with
the
you
know,
technical
body
and
so
on
and
again
he
is
not
here
with
us
today,
but
thank
you
oleg
for
everything.
A
A
So
the
contributors
from
erickson
has
been
contributing
cd
foundation
under
different
suppression.
Telescopes
such
as
intervality
events
and
software
supply
chain,
they've
been
also
part
of
the
cd
events.
Project
they've
been
there
since
the
very
beginning,
and
they
have
been
helping
the
community
move
forward
with
the
internal
ability
idea
focused
around
events.
So
thank
you,
ericsson,
team.
A
So,
congratulations
to
all
the
winners
and,
as
we
know,
some
of
the
winners
aren't
with
us
today
and
be
sure
to
congratulate
them
when
you
see
them
around
the
conference
or
in
the
chat.
So
I
think
this
is
the
point
we
will
be
running
the
videos
from
the
winners.
If
I
remember
it
correctly,.
G
Hey
friend,
I
hope,
you're
enjoying
cdcon
2022-
sorry,
I
can't
be
there
this
year,
but
it's
an
honor
to
receive
the
top
contributor
award
for
ortelius,
just
really
like
to
thank
everyone
in
the
community,
from
autelius
in
the
city
foundation
and
looking
forward
to
working
with
your
brand
next
year.
Thank
you
so
much.
H
Hi
everyone
I've
been
working
on
screwdriver
since
I
was
an
intern
back
when
it
was
still
an
internal
product,
so
this
award
means
a
lot
to
me.
Thank
you
so
much
to
everyone
who
has
ever
contributed,
including
my
current
team
members,
the
founding
team
members,
especially
sinjin
johnson,
and
along
with
our
partners
at
yahoo,
japan
screwdriver,
wouldn't
be
where
it
is
today,
without
all
of
your
hard
work.
I
So
this
is
me
trying
to
send
a
message
from
the
shard
in
london
and,
as
you
can
guess,
it
didn't
work
because
there
was
too
much
wind,
then
I
was
covering
the
microphone,
etc.
So
I'll
do
it
over
so
yeah.
Thank
you
very
much
for
the
award.
It's
amazing
working
for
the
techno
community
and
it's
amazing,
being
recognized
and
and
receiving
this
award.
So
thank
you
very
much
for
the
community.
Thank
you
for
the
award
as
well
from
the
ctf
and
let's
keep
doing
wonderful
things.
J
Hello,
everyone,
I'm
really
honored
to
be
nominated
as
the
cdf
ambassador
of
the
year
and,
second
time
in
the
row.
Thank
you,
cd
foundation.
I'm
really
grateful
for
all
the
fellow
ambassadors
who
have
come
together
to
build
this
ambassador
program.
Let's
continue
the
great
collaboration
into
the
next
year
and
thank
you
cd
foundation
for
providing
this
such
a
great
platform.
L
Hi
cldf,
we
are
very
proud
to
receive
this
award.
We
look
forward
to
continue
being
part
of
the
community
and
to
the
cooperation
in
the
various
working
groups.
We
see
a
big
potential
both
for
ericsson
and
for
cdf
in
our
continued
journey
together.
Let's
all
help
out
to
form
a
vivid
community
thanks
again.
A
So
again,
congratulations
to
all
the
winners,
the
winners
who
are
with
us
today
or
with
us
virtually
as
well.
So
I
think,
without
your
contributions,
this
community
wouldn't
have
been
able
to
achieve
what
it
achieved
and
the
other
communities
we
have
within
the
cdf
foundation
umbrella.
So
thank
you
again
for
the
closing
ceremony.
We
put
together
five
more
slides
to
give
you
some
numbers,
some
fun
facts
about
the
conference.
A
So
this
year
we
have
53
sessions
in
person
and
virtual
and
18
keynotes,
19
sponsors,
106
speakers,
1177,
attendees
and
415
dollars
in
donations
to
aclu
texas
equality,
texas
code
bar
that
I
owe
she
called
abhika
and
woman
who
called
so.
Thank
you
for
attending
to
3d
con
silicon
wouldn't
be
possible
without
your
attendance,
and
it
is
great
to
see
we
have
so
many
participants
virtually
as
well,
and
we
know
that
it's
been
complicated
time.
A
All
these
you
know
with
pandemic
happening
and
we
are
trying
to
sort
things
out
with
the
you
know,
the
event
location.
So
many
people
put
an
effort
into
making
this
event
happen
and,
first
of
all,
the
programming
committee
for
cidicon.
They
put
a
lot
of
time
into
choosing
the
talks
for
the
event.
So
thank
you
to
our
programming
committee,
our
continental
foundation
staff,
cara
de
la
marc,
michelle
martino.
They
put
a
lot
of
effort
into
this
as
well,
and
linux
foundation's
events
team.
A
They
are
awesome
and
they
have
put
a
lot
of
time
into
this
as
well,
especially
like
myself,
a
newcomer.
It
is
not
easy
to
deal
with
newcomers,
so
thank
you
for
their
patience
for
helping
me
through
the
day
and
especially
emily
roof
rachel
brown,
ashley,
carlson
and
jennifer
crowley,
thanks
out
for
all
your
help
with
the
event
the
openjs
team
for
co-locating
with
us,
the
our
projects,
our
community
and
various
committees
such
as
ambassador,
taking
our
side
committee
governing
board
and
special
terrorist
groups.
Thank
you
to
all
of
them
without
our
community.
A
And
of
course
I
want
to
thank
our
sponsors
as
well
without
their
support.
This
conference.
Wouldn't
have
happened
so
thank
you
to
all
our
sponsors
for
helping
us
making
cdcon
in
person
real
and
sidicon
continues
tomorrow
as
well.
There
will
be
keynote
sessions
as
well
as
other
talks,
but
thursday
and
friday
we'll
have
project
summits.
Cd
events
will
have
their
design
project
summit
on
friday
and
jenkins
will
have
the
summit
as
well
as
other
jenkins,
shipwright
and
techton.
So
please
join
their
project
summits
on
thursday
and
friday.
A
Their
times
are
available
on
the
silicon
schedule
and
you
can
attend
all
of
them.
If
you
want
it's
up
to
you
and
when,
while
we
are
talking
about
events,
we
had
first
cd
events.
Con
happened
during
kubecon
cloud
native
con
in
valencia
and
cd
foundation
hosted
this
event
and
the
event
was
full
of
great
talks
and
there
were
many
excited
people
coming
and
joining
the
cd
events
during
the
entire
day
in
person.
We
also
had
a
virtual
participation
to
this
event
and
the
interest
was
pretty
high.
A
A
Also,
the
recordings
from
cdwinscon
is
available
on
cdf
youtube
channel,
so
please
check
those
recordings
from
youtube
and
also
coming
this
fall.
The
spinnaker
summit
is
happening,
so
if
you
would
like
to
join
spinnaker
summit,
please
please
check
the
agenda
and
make
your
travel
arrangements
with
that.
