A
So
cdcon
happened
recently.
A
lot
of
things
went
into
it.
A
lot
of
talks,
a
lot
of
hard
work
on
the
part
of
the
program
committee
I
was
very
happy
to
be
able
to
interact
with
folks
before
the
event
and
also
nice
to
see
now,
after
the
event
how
things
went
so
to
take
this
conversation
further,
getting
a
chance
to
talk
to
fonte
executive
director
at
the
CD
foundation.
So
how
was
the
event?
What
happened?
What
was
your
experience
like.
B
First
of
all,
thanks
for
having
me
part
here
and
I
am
really
hyped.
This
conversation
with
you
because
the
event
was
pretty
successful,
at
least
based
on
the
feedback
we
received
from
the
part
sponsors
as
the
people
who
couldn't
participate
because
of
different
reasons.
For
the
event,
like
was
pretty
successful.
As
you
might
know,
this
event
was
more
Community
oriented
event
to
bring
different
communities
projects
together.
As
we
have
been
talking
about
this,
this
cdcon
was
actually
collocated
with
gitopscom
and
we
co-organized
the
CRM
together
with
CDF
and
cncf.
B
So
it's
like
the
event
was
put
together
in
this
way
to
make
sure
we
have
this
cross
collaboration,
cross-pollination
happening
between
different
foundations
and
the
projects
under
those
foundations.
So
from
that
perspective
it
was
pretty
successful,
and
hopefully
we
can
continue
our
collaboration
in
future
as
well.
A
B
Yes,
as
you
know,
conscious
Foundation
works
at
the
continuous
delivery,
and
that
is
many
different
communities.
Projects
because
continues.
There
is
a
cross-cutting
concern
continuously
was
a
big
part
of
the
event,
as
I
expect,
because
silicon
part
of
the
event
focus
on
CD,
but
githubs
con
part
brings
github's
aspect
to
the
context
eraser,
because,
if
you
think
about
you
know
how
we
can
make
sure
that
the
changes
developers
make
to
their
applications
or
the
deployment
environments
can
be
automatically
reflected
back
to
production.
B
That's
an
important
aspect,
because
when
the
Things
become
faster
thanks
to
practice
like
content,
studio
and
githubs,
then
the
requirements
on
how
the
software
development
work
is
done,
becomes
you
know
higher,
and
this
is
like
how
we
can
push
the
continuously
domain
forward
together
with
the
top
practices
included
in
it.
So
that
was
the
main
you
know,
discussion
Point
like
how
you
can
bring
these
different
practice
together,
so
to
organizations
who
are
actually
on
their
way
to
transform
how
they
are
embracing
countries
that
we
could
actually
include
some
more.
B
You
know
recent
developments
recent
practice
such
as
githubs
into
their
work,
so
that
was
one
of
the
great
things,
and
the
other
important
thing
I
want
to
highlight.
Is
that
because,
like
there
are
lots
of
projects
spot
on
the
city,
foundation
and
cncf
and
other
places
where
independent
projects?
Another
aspect
is
to
make
sure
that
the
collaboration
across
different
projects
are
happening,
because
if
you
look
at
different
organizations,
they
are
using
more
than
one
tool
for
their.
B
You
know:
context,
delivery
pipelines
and
another
important
discussion
that
took
place
during
the
event
was
like
how
we,
how
we
can
help
enable
our
users
to
pick
and
choose
the
technologies
that
serve
them
best,
regardless
of
where
those
projects
are
developed.
So
that
is
another
aspect
highlight
because
if
we
don't
collaborate
across
different
projects,
then
the
response
is
a
fallback
on
our
users,
and
that
makes
their
lives
a
bit
difficult.
B
A
Wow
and
that's
no
easy
task,
so
congratulations
for
making
that
happen
and,
like
you
said
getting
getting
the
right
people
in
the
room,
getting
the
right
mixture
so,
like
you
said
that
business
value
becomes
a
strong
focal
point
and
not
just
a
Technologies
I
think
that's
something
we
can
never.
You
know
we
can
never
forget,
and
we
can.
We
always
need
to
do
a
better
job.
A
In
terms
of
you
know
the
the
people
that
were
involved,
anyone
that
you'd
like
to
mention
in
particular
in
terms
of
what
they
worked
on
to
make
this
happen.
B
Yes,
actually,
this
event
was
pretty
large
event
because,
like
if
you
think
about
cdcon
as
standard
one,
that
was
how
it
happened
in
the
past.
Again
it
was
a
big
job,
but
it's
mainly
looked
into
continuously
the
CD
Foundation
projects
and
relevant
communities,
and
so
on
and
interesting
individuals
and
projects.
But
when
you
add
githubs
into
picture
that
brings
additional
concerns,
additional
Technologies
and
projects,
and
we
realized.
This
is
a
big
lift.
B
B
So
I
want
to
thank
all
the
program
community
members
for
the
Air,
Force
and
I
wish
we
could
have.
We
could
share
those
conversations,
One
Way
Or,
that,
because
the
conversations
that
took
during
this
program
committees
were
awesome,
like
you
get
the
feeling
at
how
much
these
people
care
about
the
topic
and
how
much
they
are
invested
in
this
to
make
sure
we
push
the
ecosystem
forward
forward
in
a
collaborative
manner.
B
A
Fantastic
I
mean
I,
couldn't
I
couldn't
agree
more
regarding
just
the
folks
that
I
know
directly
like
Lori
and
Scott,
who,
like
you
said,
are
fully
dedicated
great
listeners
and
and,
like
you
said,
it's
almost
a
Pity
that
those
conversations
weren't
recorded
because
of
the
beautiful
human
value,
but
the
main
thing
is
that
they
happened
and
I
think
that's.
What's
going
to
give
the
strength
and
momentum,
you
know
moving
forward
with
whatever
you
know,
next
steps
are
being
taken.
A
B
Now
I
think
one
key
thing
which
is
related
to
what
I
mentioned
is
like
this
event.
If
you
consider
this
event
as
the
starting
point
for
broader
collaboration
and
communication
across
different
projects,
I
think
our
first
aim
is
to
make
sure
the
conversations
we
had
during
the
event
a
month
ago.
They
keep
happening.
They
continue.
So
we
continue
coloring.
So
we
can
work
on
organizing
similar
events
in
the
future
as
well,
because
if
the
projects
are
not
talking
with
each
other,
if
they
aren't
collaborating,
then
it
is
it's
kind
of
starting
from
scratch
again.
B
So
if
you
can
keep
that
conversation
going
on,
if
you
can
keep
that
dialogue
going
on
and
hopefully
get
some
concrete,
you
know
contributions
across
projects.
Then
we
can
look
back
to
this
event
and
say
this
was
where
we
put.
You
know
seeds
in
the
ground
now
it's
time
to
see
where
we
are
so
we
are
talking
with
cncf
and
CDF
and
other
projects
and
other
point
members
to
see
what
the
future
brings
and
again.
We
need
to
look
into
what
is
happening
and
try
supports
our
communities
in
best
possible
way,
but
most
critical
thing.
B
A
Think,
like
you
said,
the
seeds
have
been
planted
very
strong
message.
We
often
talk
about
you
know
an
event.
Turning
into
a
movement
and
I
think
this
is,
you
know,
it's
very
well
established
that
that
level
of
collaboration
was
achieved
and
then
now
it's,
how
can
it
be
leveraged
for
future
activities?
A
So,
as
like
you
said,
as
long
as
getting
that
right,
mixture
of
folks
in
the
room
and
and
they're
sharing
ideas
and
moving
things
forward
breaking
down
those
silos
and
ensuring
that
people
are
communicating
across
projects
is,
is
something
that's
no
easy
task,
but
it
looks
like
it
was
definitely
done
in
this
in
this
case
and
and
looking
forward
to
see
the
next
steps
in
the
future
so
Fati.
Thank
you
very
much
for
your
time
today
and,
like
I,
said
very
happy
that
everything
went
so
well
and
can't
wait
to
see.
What's
next.
