From YouTube: November 21, 2022 Ortelius Outreach
Description
Work on the website, messaging, removal of SaaS signup are included in this Outreach call.
A
B
There
we
go
so
just
some
of
the
things
Tracy
has
been
working
on
the
documentation,
cleaning
that
up
especially
around
the
install
process
and
I've,
been
trying
to
work
on
getting
the
home
charts
cleaned
up,
so
they
will
install
with
Sasha's
ortillas
in
the
Box
through
terraform
I.
Don't
know
if
the
build's
done
but
I
what
we
ended
up
having
to
do
to
simplify
things
was
we
had
to
move
some
of
the
key
generation
around
and
I?
B
Think
I
have
that
sorted
out,
so
Sasha
I
think
later
today,
or
definitely
tomorrow,
we'll
have
it
should
be
all
up
and
going
for
you.
One
of
the
things
that
we
still
needed
to
you
still
need
to
have.
Is
a
postgres
database
I
couldn't
get
the
a
volume
mounted
postgres
to
work?
You
know,
so
we
have
an
internal
postgres
engine
running
because
of
the
read
write,
many
issue
with
like
gke
and
Azure.
B
B
So,
as
part
of
your
terraform
and
the
install
instructions,
we
may
need
to
talk
about
standing
up
using
the
bit
nominee
postgres
home
chart
to
stand
up
postgres
as
part
of
that
yeah.
It's
definitely
definitely
simplifying
things,
so
things
are
looking
much
better
on
that
front
and
that's
provisioning
all
the
the
microservices
and
everything
like
that
into
the
into
the
single
name,
space
yeah,
so
yeah
so
I.
Think
overall
it
would.
This
is
definitely
this.
B
This
path
of
clean
up
the
documentation
and
doing
a
a
One-Stop
artistic
box
definitely
is
made
for
improvements
in
the
product
overall.
C
Oh,
that's
great
I
also
have
caught
my
Dave
environment
completely
figured
out
now,
and
it's
deploying
like
really
well.
So
it's
like
the
color
is
in
like
two
minutes
to
go
to
fill
it
in
a
box
up
and
running
everything.
C
I'm
still
stuck
stuck
on
I
just
need
to
help
with
that
engine
and
stuff
I
was
trying
to
figure
it
out,
but
maybe
it's
a
Mac
thing
or
it's
probably
just
a
me
thing:
I
just
need
I
just
need
your
help
with
some
understanding
there,
but
I've
got
a
mod
I've
got
a
nice
monitoring
tool
called
Mizu
AKA.
They
call
it.
C
The
KH
API
monitor
and
it's
so
easy
for
developers
to
deploy
and
to
set
it
on
without
any
residue
left
over
in
in
the
cluster,
and
they
can
easily
classic
games
between
the
micro
services.
So
it'll
give
them
a
very
nice
platform
to
see
how
their
microservices
are
communicating.
Yeah,
cool.
B
And
will
you
be
able
to
do
the
postgres
under
kind
or
executive
issue?
It'll
be
okay,
all
right,
yeah,
no
problem,
all
right
cool!
So
that's
going
to
be
so
I
think.
Overall,
we
should
be
able
to
have
a
artillius
in
the
box
that
will
deploy
to
kind
and
then
out
to
Cloud
providers.
Pretty
easy
on
that
front.
B
Like
I
said,
I
got
rid
of
a
lot
of
the
key
generation
steps.
So
there's
no
like
pre-steps
that
you
have
to
run
anymore
on
on
that
front,
Okay
cool,
so
it's
basically
just
giving
it
the
database
password
and
we're
which
namespace
that
you
put
it
into
and
we
may
be
able
to.
Even
if
we
assume
that
the
database
is
going
to
be
running
inside
of
the
cluster
inside
of
the
yeah
inside
of
the
cluster,
then
we
can
kind
of
derive
the
URL
for
the
database.
B
The
hostname,
because
it'll
be
like
it'll,
be
it'll,
be
something
like
ortilius.default,
dot,
svc.clust
or
download.
So
there's
a
a
well-known
pattern
that
we
may
be
able
to
drive
from
on
on
that
front,
but
so
that's
coming
across
really
well
for
that.
B
So
that's
kind
of
going
to
be.
Oh.
The
next
thing
I
need
to
look
at
on
on
that
front
is
the
deploying
that,
out
to
our
Azure
cluster
as
part
of
the
git
Ops
process,
so
I
have
to
look
at
how
Brad
has
our
Argo
CD
configured.
C
So
this
is
a
nice
thing
about
this.
This
environment
is
that
we
can
give
this
a
go
locally
right.
We
can
understand
YouTube
before
we
even
go
near
the
cloud,
so
we
don't
all
have
to
so
we
can
all
be.
Everybody
can
be
sort
of
on
in
terms
of
knowledge
share
and
be
on
the
same
level
right
yeah,
exactly.
D
B
B
To
get
the
the
Argos
CD
back
up
and
running
it's
installed,
it
just
doesn't
seem
to
be
configured
quite
right
for
our
to
monitor
the
repos.
B
I
did
move
some
things
around
in
the
repos
to
make
things
work
easier,
but
one
of
the
things
I'd
like
to
do
is
to
get
the
Argo
to
Auto,
deploy
the
artillius.
You
know
whenever
we
do
a
PR,
it
would
go
to
go
ahead
and
auto,
deploy
out
to
the
Azure
cluster
and
then
also
I
have
to
do
the
same
work
for
the
documentation
and
the
website
right
now.
B
I'm
doing
both
the
dock
and
and
the
website
updates
to
the
Azure
cluster
manually,
just
kind
of
Argo
just
isn't
quite
plumbed
together.
It
seems
like
it's
just
like
missing
triggers
or
something.
C
I've
got
other
deploying
into
the
utilities
of
the
Box
perfectly,
but
obviously
it's
not
configured,
it's
just
a
vanilla
deployment
right,
so
I
want
to
incorporate
auger
in
now
so
that
we
all
look
at
that
learning
right
like
on
our
local
meeting.
Anybody
can
deploy
it
just
a
terraform
so
and
there
you
go.
You've
got
Australia's
up
and
running
in
like
a
mini
Cloud
environment
depending
on
your
machine.
So.
B
What
do
you,
what
are
you
deploying
in
your
terraform,
so
you
got
ortelius
itself
in
in
Argo.
C
Argo
orango
DB
is
deploying
and
I've
got
and
I've
got
the
K.
The
the
nginx
controller,
that
is,
that
is
maintained
by
the
by
the
kubernetes
community,
deployed
okay
and
what
it
does
is
it
uses
your
local
IP
as
your
external
items,
that's
how
it
works.
So
your
entry
points
into
your
cluster
will
be
your
local
IP
got
it.
B
C
Captain
we're
not
going
to
do
captain
we're
going
to
use
the
the
new
thing
that
you
showed
us,
the
one
that
is
bound
into
a
K8
cluster.
The
two
link,
the
full
kit,
the
captain
toolkit
that
one
yeah,
but
we
can
still
deploy
it.
It's
deploying
it
is
the
point
so
I
can
deploy
the
one
that
Brad
has
done
so
far.
B
Yeah
so
the
the
I
don't
know
if
you
caught
that
last
meeting,
but
Captain
has
come
out
with
a
new
lightweight
version
that
is
based
on
basically
crds.
Listening
to
all
the
kubernetes
events
and
Sasha
is
called
like
the
captain
toolkit
or
some
plant.
B
So
that
will
be
our
next
step
once
we
get
up
this,
this
up
and
running
is
to
do
our
hook
into
the
captain
part.
So
after
after
a
deployment
that
we
can
do
messages
back
to
ortelius
to
let
us
know
that
it
deployed
you
know
what
got
updated
and
things
like
that.
So
yeah.
A
Yeah
because
I
don't
see
like
anybody's
using
that
toolkit
yet
so
that
will
be
like
a
sort
of
testimony
for
Captain,
Duke,
yeah
and.
C
B
Yeah,
the
captain
tool
kit
was
kind
of
showcased
at
kubecon
in
Detroit
a
couple
weeks
ago,
so
that
it's
really
new,
but
when
we
were
talking
to
the
lead
developer
on
it,
it
definitely
is
simplifying
how
we
can
interact
with
it.
D
D
He
is
the
lead
developer
and
he
had
agreed
that
he
would
be
happy
to
meet
with
us.
The
team
so
I'm,
assuming
sometime
after
our
Thanksgiving
I'll
schedule,
a
call
kind
of
like
we're
doing
with
Roadie,
which
is
backstage.
D
So
I
had
reached
out
to
you
know:
I've
been
talking
about
maybe
doing
an
integration
to
pull
in
their
defined
components
from
backstage,
so
I
reached
out
to
Rody
the
CTO
of
Rhodey,
who
is
they?
They
run
basically
a
SAS
version
of
Backstage
and
they're
happy
to
she's
happy
to
meet
with
with
us
and
the
team
to
chat
about
what
that
integration
might
look
like
and
what
we'd
have
to
do.
A
We
have
already
done
an
integration
with
cartilage.
There
is
already
a
repository.
A
C
A
Yeah
I
think
I'm
already
I'm
already
invited
on
that
call.
So
it's
more
right.
D
It
is
tomorrow,
yeah.
Well,
if
you
can,
if
you
could
wrap
your
head
around
what
we've
already
done.
So
when
we
chat
with
with
her,
we
can
let
her
know
what
we
did
and
what
is
what
it
looks
like.
D
I've
not
I've
not
seen
any
of
it.
Maybe
that's
something
that
maybe
I
can
get
Brad
to
do
a
recording
of
it
and
we
can
have
him.
Do
a
back
show
show
the
integration
with
backstage
for
December.
If
we've
already
done
something
it'd
be
nice
to
see
what
it
is.
C
C
D
B
C
D
D
Okay,
the
other
topic
for
outreach
in
particular
is
we
did
some
updates
to
the
website.
I,
don't
know
if
you
guys
have
seen
it.
Let
me
pull
it
up.
I've
got
some
questions
to
see
what
you
guys
want
to
what
you
think
about
some
stuff.
D
D
B
D
B
D
B
I
think
we
should
break
it
out
on
that
front.
B
Have
like
the
the
local
install
using
terraform
do
use
a
SAS
version
through
deploy,
Hub
team
or,
if
you're
daring,
once
we
get
there,
you
could
go
and
log
into
the
the
dev
site.
So.
B
D
B
D
Don't
you
think
that
might
be
a
better
place
to
put
it
in
the
in
GitHub,
maybe
under
the
readme
here.
D
It's
too
volatile
and.
B
Yeah,
we
could
put
it
into
the
contributor
guide
under
viewing
your
changes
on
a
development
environment,
yeah.
B
D
Okay,
all
right,
so
that's
all
I,
and
then
we
do
have
Akash.
Thank
you
for
stepping
up
and
adding
yourself
to
our
events.
D
D
So
we're
pretty
much
ready
for
this
and
Arvin
and
Sasha
I
went
ahead
and
cleaned
up
the
old
recording.
We
did
for
this
dining
with
Abraham
ortilius,
and
so
you
guys
are
all
done.
Yeah
you're
all
done.
You
have
to
worry
about
anything.
D
I,
just
I
just
took
the
old
version
that
we
did
for
the
CDF
Meetup
and
I
added
I
I
cut
out
some
stuff
and
and
just
used
that.
D
We're
reusing
it
and
so
Steve
I
need
to
get
your
presentation
recorded,
I
need
to
get
mine
and
we
need
to
get
and
cars.
We
need
to
get
yours
and
then
I'll
see
if
we
can
get
we'll
get
Brad
to
do
something
and
NatWest
will
probably
have
somebody
do
a
do
one
as
well.
Now
I
did
create
a
where
did
I
put
it
out
here
now.
I
can't,
remember,
I,
know,
I
put
it
in
the
documentation.
I've
been
updating
the
documentation
as
well.
D
So
Sasha
this
it
here
is
where
you
can
find.
Oh
I
got
an
error
with
these
I
thought.
D
I
thought
that
I
had
updated
this
document
that
show
where
you
can
download
the
PDF.
A
B
The
latest
version-
I
didn't
know
you
checked
in
your
changes.
D
C
I'll
put
some
posts
in
the
chat
for
everybody
to
see
the
tools
that
I've
chosen
for
developers
and
anybody
who
wants
to
use
a
different
environment
so
that
they
can
actively
and
very
easy
publicly
have
a
visual
DNS
and
specific.
That's
a
new
certificate
testing.
You
can
make
your
own
certificate.
Oh
cool,
yeah!
There's
a
tool
called
make
the
another
tool
called
local
PD
for
your
local,
your
DNS.
D
So
I
created
this
document
and
and
Sasha
I'll
send
it
over
to
you
that
talks
about
it
gives
a
high
level
view
of
ortilia.
So
it's
basically
a
proof
of
concept,
so
it
walks
through
what
the
criteria
is
for
the
proof
of
concept
it
walks
through
installing
it
I
do
have
here
a
SAS
option,
but
I
haven't
going
to
deploy
Hub
instead
of
the
one
that
we've
been
working
on
because
we're
hosting
it
we're
hosting
a
deploy,
Hub
team
version
of
artillius.
D
D
Yeah
and
then
the
the
most
important
part
is
the
CI
cd
part
is
installing
that
and
so
there's
an
installation
instructions,
and
then
there
is
a
whole
thing
on
how
to
run
the
proof
of
concept
to
set
up
your
the
the
CLI,
so
I
I
believe
that,
and
what
this
will
do
is
it
will
go
out
and
it'll
create
an
application
and
it
will
create
a
component
and
then
it'll
continually
monitor
them
through
the
pipeline.
D
So
there's
four
steps
and
one
of
the
steps
is
to
add
a
generation
of
an
s-bomb
tool.
A
lot
of
companies
don't
aren't
using
it.
So
it's
one
of
the
steps
allows
you
to
do
that
so
that
we
can,
at
the
end
of
the
day,
show
this
kind
of
information.
The
s-bomb
and
the
cve
vulnerabilities
as
part
of
the
of
the
POC.
So
I
will
I'll
shoot
you
an
email
with
this
Sasha.
D
Here
get
started
adding
artilleries
to
your
pipeline.
That's
this
exact
same.
It's
the
same
information
I
believe,
except
it
looks
like
I've,
got
an
error
on
my
my
images,
which
I'll
work
on
as
soon
as
I
get
done
with
this
call.
So.
D
I
think
you
had
me
put
the
PDF
in
I
think
a
PDF
is
actually
working
if
I
can
remember
how
to
get
to
it
test.
Your
install
installing
your
image,
yeah
I
thought
this
is
this-
is
this
stuff
is
old,
so
on
the
new
version
of
installing
artillius
I
have
just
the
three
steps
that's
required
and
at
the
end
it
says
next
step
is,
do
a
POC
and
then
you
can
click
on
that
as
it's
a
PDF.
D
D
Yeah,
it
looks
better
okay,
so
now
the
installation
is
three
steps
and
we
have
this
proof
of
concept
which
takes
us
to
here
and
now.
I
probably
need
to
still
oh
and
there's
our
images.
Our
images
are
nice,
so
that's
all
done
so.
D
Yes,
that's
the
goal,
one
of
the
as
some
of
you
who
are
on
the
board
know
one
of
the
requests
from
Sergio
was
for
us
to
work
on
onboarding
and
adoption.
So
this
is
all
of
this
work
is
in
response
to
making
it
easier
to
onboard
so
that
we
can
start
pushing
adoption,
so
in
2023.
I
want
to
be
able
to
have
all
of
this
stuff
kind
of
in
your
face
when
you
first
get
to
here.
C
D
C
B
So
Tracy
we
got
a
couple
minutes:
real,
quick,
the
governing
board
elections.
When
are
those
happening
or
are
they
done?
They're.
D
It's
all
out,
you
have
to
vote
by
December
7th
and
we'll
make
the
announcement
on
