From YouTube: Jan 3, 2022 - Ortelius Outreach
Description
Welcome back all. This is the first meeting for the outreach team for 2022.
A
Okay,
this
is
the
first
outreach
meeting
of
2022..
It
is
january.
The
third,
our
fearless
leader
is
not
here,
so
I
will
take
over.
As
we
were
saying,
we
need
to
probably
look
at
the
time
slot
for
this
and
consider
changing
it
and
I'll.
Send
the
email
off
to
to
simon
ask
him
what
works
best
for
him
for
holding
these
meetings.
A
Yes,
call
for
presentate
participation
is
now
opened.
Let
me
put
this
in
here.
A
And
I
think
what
we
should
potentially
there
he
is,
there's
our
fearless
leader,
hey
simon.
I
was
just
talking
about
you.
A
I'm
going
to
pass
it
off
to
you
to
make
sure
that
this
time
works
it
this.
This
is
a
rough
time
for
some
people,
because
it's
8
o'clock
in
the
morning
first
thing
monday
morning.
So
if
there
you,
we
might
want
to
do
a
send
a
doodle
out
and
find
out
if
there's
a
better
time
slot
for
this
meeting.
What
are
your
thoughts.
C
B
Excited
to
be
here-
and
I
think
previously,
I
chat
with
some
of
the
australian
folks
from
the
cloud
native
community
and
I
think
what
was
the
time
zone,
how
you
manage
the
conflict
between
time
zone,
what
we
are
doing
with
the
time
zones
like
we
have
australian
meeting
previously
for
the
for
that
people
and
also
this
folks.
I
think
we
need
to
have
some
polls
going
on
before
the
start
of
the
year.
What
was
the
time
zone
to
be?
A
Yeah
and
that's
what
steve
does
to
cat
for
the
architecture,
he
runs
two
meetings,
one
that
works
for
most
of
us
and
then
one
that's
later
in
the
afternoon
for
us
that
works
for
the
people
in
australia.
B
Yes,
absolutely
absolutely,
I
think,
but
I
think
we
have
to
come
up
with.
I
think
with
me
and
steve
have
to
cheat
chat
up
again
for
the
this
week.
We
strive
to
think
about
what
are
the
different
topics
we
were
going
to
discuss
in
this
year.
I
think
one
of
the
opportunities
we
I
have
found
in
this
year
that
the
recently
the
cdf
is
starting
their
ambassador
program.
They
open
up
the
places
and
I'm
really
looking
forward
to
it
because
previously
the
city
go
on.
B
B
Yes,
absolutely
I
have
applied
it,
they
have
created
the
google
forms
I've
submitted,
haven't
talked
to
gurima,
but
one
of
the
folks
from
the
cdf
foundation.
That
is
victor
farsight.
B
A
A
I'll
apply
as
well,
but
karima
is
the
the
committee
chair
for
the
ambassadors,
so
I'll
I'll
apply
and
I'll
send
her
an
email
and
encourage
her
to
make
sure
that
she
adds
you
to
the
group
and
I'll.
Let
her
know
that
you're,
the
outreach
chairperson
for
ortillius,
did
you
put
that
in
your
application.
B
Yes,
absolutely
absolutely,
and
also
the
second
one
also.
The
second
note
I
think
me
and
steve
have
to
chat
up
for
the
next
week.
I
will
will
be
in
touch
with
steve.
So
what
are
the
topic?
We're
gonna
address
this
year,
like
what
are
the
different
meetings
we're
going
to
be
held
for
this
year.
I
think
it's
now
time
to
plan
up
like
if
we're
going
to
talk
more
about
to
create,
get
off
things.
B
We
have
to
create
a
separate,
github's
working
group
and
make
those
participants
from
the
cloud
native
community
and
the
cdf
community
to
join
our
call
on
that
part.
So
I
will
definitely
encourage
them
to
join
our
call.
So
I
think,
in
that
way
we
will
be
able
to
understand
what's
happening
in
the
ecosystem,
to
better
align
our
orterious
roadmap
for
the
2022.
A
Okay
and
that
working
group
is
already
put
together,
and
that's
the
australian
group,
so
they've
kind
of
taken
that
over,
but
because
the
problem
is
that
that
was
something
that
they
wanted
to
focus
on,
and
the
time
zone
for
for
for
anybody
in
asia
is
almost
impossible
seriously.
It's
like
that.
The
time
is
so
off
between
the
two
of
you.
So
steve
has
been
trying
to
straddle
that
now
that
sergio's
taking
that
over,
I
think
his
time
he
could.
He
could
attend
both
can't
they
steve.
D
Yeah
it's!
I
can't
remember
what
time
it
is
for
him.
I
think
it
ends
up
being
like
eight
o'clock
in
the
evening
for
him.
A
A
Think
so
too,
so
it's
it's
doable
for
him
to
to
try
to
manage
both
of
those,
the
the
working
group,
and
so
if
we
have
to
have
a
so
right
now
they
have
done
quite
a
bit
of
work
and
I
don't
think
that
everybody
knows
about
it.
One
of
the
the
kind
of
the
key
people
holding
it
together
is
sasha.
A
He's
done
a
lot
of
the
architectural
work
and
he
does
he
as
well.
Could
he
has
a
hit
time
constraint
too,
but
I
don't
he
usually
is
at
these
meetings,
so
he
might
be
able
to
help
you
understand
where
they're
at
and
what
we
also
need
to
worry
about
is
just
before
you
got
on
his
foster.
I
think
that
they're
we
should
be
submitting
to
that.
A
I
put
the
link
in
the
chat.
A
We
need
to
find
out
what
kind
of
topics
they're
interested
in
and
if
it's
going
to
be
virtual
because
for
most
most
part
of
anybody
on
this
call
is
going
to
be
hard
for
them
to
attend
things
in
person,
and
I
don't
know
if
they,
if
it's
going
to
be
in
person
or
not,
but
we
should.
We
should
still
submit
for
it,
and
I
noticed
that
they
have.
A
Lightning
talks
and
I
have
found
that
lightning
talks
can
be
really
easy
and
fun
to
do
they're
hard
to
write,
because
you
got
to
get
a
lot
in
in
15
minutes.
But
it's
really
it
focuses.
A
You
know
your
attention,
it's
nothing,
nothing
better
than
getting
you
to
really
get
to
the
point
than
having
only
15
minutes
to
do
it
and
we
probably
should
do
something
on
our
get
off
solution,
or
at
least
a
part
of
the
solution,
because
this
is
an
open
since
it's
open
source,
it's
they're
going
to
look
for
presentations
that
show
integration
between
open
source
tools.
A
So
I
think
if
we
did
something
say
between
ortillius
and
kepton,
for
example,
that
would
be
a
good
one,
but
I
agree
with
you:
sign
we're
going
to
have
to
come
up
with
a.
We
almost
need
a
calendar
of
what
we're
going
to
talk
about
through
the
year
for
and
we
need
to
coordinate
the
calendar
with
blog
posts,
and
that
gives
everybody
something
to
to
work
on.
We,
because
then
we
can
do
the
office
hours
on
that
topic.
A
B
Yes,
absolutely,
I
think
at
least
we
a
plan
according
to
the
the
city
gone
and
the
kubernetes
as
well,
so
you
can
at
least
schedule
the
plans
with
the
community
events.
That's
happening
surrounding
us,
so
we
can
at
the
same
time,
during
the
cube
go
on
that
the
cd
gone.
We
can
make
some
over
own
events
like
the
get
offs
day
for
just
to
create
the
noise
out
that
we
are
also
the
part
of
that
gate.
B
Ops,
noise,
so
you
wanna
touch
with
us
and
we
will
tell
you
that
what
is
happening
there,
what
we
are
doing
with
it,
so
I
think
we
have
planned
accordingly.
I
think
that
we
literally
focusing
on
to
have
more
blogs
out
from
the
community
member.
That's
number
one,
I'm
also
running
the
podcast
on
my
youtube
channel
and
I
guess
we'll
do
the
hortilius
as
well.
So
that's
another
good
thing
we
happening.
We
also
plan
out
the
uterus
officer,
so
I
think
we
have
so
much,
but
we
have
to
sync
those
things
accordingly,
yeah.
B
A
So
let
me
look
at
the
calendar
and
let
me
see
if
I
can
come
up
with
a
a
topic
and
I'll
create
a
shared
doc
that
we
can
start
working
on.
I
think
what
we
have
to
get
to
pull
it
pull
together
stuff
for
february,
and
we
also
can
coordinate
it
around
the
devops
institute.
A
You
know
they
have
we're
going
to
deploy
hub,
we'll
have
a
booth
at
every
devops
institute,
so
we'll
be
able
to
promote
ortillius
at
devops
institute,
and
they
have
a
pretty
interesting
schedule
already.
So
we
might
be
able
to
play
with
that.
So,
for
example,
february
is.
Their
topic
is
sres,
which
would
be
a
great
time
for
us
to
do
office
hours
on
our
service
catalog.
A
How
how
you
find
out?
Who,
who
owns
a
microservice
and
how
do
you
report
a
ticket
on
something
you
on
an
application
that
has
no
idea
what
changed
we
could
have?
We
could
do
something
like
that.
So
let
me
look
at
the
calendar.
Let
me
propose
something
and
then
I'll
hand
it
off
to
you
sign
to
finalize,
and
then
we
can
chat
about
getting
blogs
for
that
month.
The
office
hours
and
the
and
the
podcasts.
D
So
in
in
general,
what
do
you
let's
say
we're
going
to
go
to
like
the
sre
thing
that
you're
just
talking
about?
What
do
you
think
our
goal
should
be
to
kind
of
line
up
around
that?
So
maybe
one
blog
post,
maybe
you
know
just
some
like
metrics
that
we
could
try
to
strive,
for
you
know
blog
posts,
maybe
five
tweets.
D
You
know
yeah
something
like
that.
So
so
we
could
kind
of
have
like
a
checklist
around
these
things.
So
we
can
make
sure
that
they're
all
getting
done
is
what
I'm
thinking.
A
And
time
we.
A
Yes
and
simon,
we
hired
an
intern
he's
he's
still
in
the
university
he's
got
one
more
semester
left
he's
gonna
start
doing
some
sales
and
marketing
for
deploy
hub,
and
he
part
of
his
job
is
to
help
with
the
outreach
for
for
ortillius,
so
he'll
be
able
to
kind
of
be
your
grunt
so
to
speak.
A
He
should
I
should
I'm
going
to
ask
him
to
be
on
these
calls,
but
we'll
oh
we'll
just
wait
till
we
figure
out
what
the
time
is
because
then
he
can
help
with
building
a
calendar.
He
can
help
with
making
sure
that
the
those
those
kind
of
tasks
are
done
that
steve's
talking
about,
and
maybe
he
can
even
start
tracking
success
for
you.
A
So
whatever
you
need
him
to
do,
he'll
be
able
to
do,
and
he
knows
twitch
he's
got
his
own
twitch
channel
he's
done
stuff
with
buzz
sprout,
so
he's
he's
pretty
excited
about
helping
out.
It's
always
good
to
have
a
have
somebody
young
and
addis
college,
their
first
job
he'll,
be,
I
think,
he'll
be
pretty
motivated.
B
Yes,
absolutely,
I
think
I
think
we
need
a
little
that
role,
and
I'm
also
asking
is
these
things
already
in
my
mind,
because
a
lot
of
the
community
have
the
open
source,
community
manager,
kind
of
role
and
the
role
was
to
creating
the
connections
outside
the
community
and
within
the
community
himself
like
somebody
is
doing
some
kind
of
blog
post
and
his
english
is
not
reading
skills
or
writing.
Skills
is
not
good
at
he
can
improve
his
stuff
makes
sure
that
it's
wonderful
to
read
at
and
then
put
the
blog
out
to
the
social
media.
A
Role
and
that's
a
great
yeah
I've
been:
do
I've
been
trying
to
serve
that
role,
because
I
so
you
know
I
I
manage
the
ortilius
hootsuite
account
and
what
I'm
thinking
simon
is
that
I
could
add
you
to
my
hootsuite,
so
you
can
also
manage
the
ortilius
hootsuite.
So
the
reason
why
I
use
hootsuite
was
because.
A
Easy
I
can
post
to
linkedin
and
twitter
at
the
same
time,
and
I
can
give
access
to
him
as
well.
I
have
to
look
to
see
what
the
licenses
look
like,
but
I
think
I
can
we
can
do
that
so
that
you
can
see
what's
being
posted
out
there
as
well.
A
I
think
that,
overall,
we
need
to
help
this.
I
think
our
goal
should
be
this
year
is
that
we
get
one
block
at
minimum,
one
blog
post
from
the
community
throughout
the
year,
so
we
we
need
at
least
10
new
blog
posts
now
last
year
to
get
that
started,
we
did
our
blogathon.
A
I
think
we
should
do
that
again,
because
everybody
was
pretty
excited
about
participating
in
it,
and
we
also
have
five
talks
that
we
did
from
december
8th
that
we
could
ask
all
of
those
folks
to
do
a
blog
on
as
well.
B
Like
me,
you
and
steve
is
also
on
the
of
the
far
side
of
the
corner,
but
we
need
a
intermediatory
role
that
can
took
off
the
burden
from
us,
because
if
we,
if
we
can
took
off,
if
we
can
give
this
burden
to
somebody
else,
we
can
do
some
other
innovation
other
great
things
within
the
hotelies
communities.
So
so
I
think
me
steve
and
you
I
think,
what
we
look
at
at
the
cloud
native
community
in
the
cdf.
B
They
mostly
at
the
twitter,
also
active
with
the
linkedin,
but
they
are
also
mostly
active
in
the
twitter.
So
what,
with
three
of
us
going
to
be
connect
with
the
people
on
the
twitter
side,
what
they
are
doing
show
us
our
stuff
regularly.
What
we
are
doing
that
this
week
is
our
plan
this
one.
So
in
that
we
were
getting
some
of
the
noises,
but
I'm
also
encouraging
this
year
over
some
of
the
folks
that
they
are
doing.
B
They
can
actually
start
waiting
the
things
they
are
developing
because
we
all
need
back
feedback
from
the
community
as
well.
If
somebody,
let's
say
integrating
the
captain
project
and
in
itself
the
captain
version.
1.4
comes
up
and
it's
had
so
many
new
things
in
it.
We
need
to
understand,
what's
happening
in
the
captain
project
and
what
we
are
integrating
with
it.
B
So
I
think
we
need
to
be
more
active
with
the
social
media
and
the
community
itself,
and
we
definitely
need
a
road
map
at
this
moment
of
time,
but
that's
think
but
the
internet
that
you
are.
I
think
that's
a
good
news
for
me,
so
it's
it's
helping
me
able
to
coordinate
with
these
species
as
well.
So
I
think
we
will
start
on,
but
I
think
my
plan
was
we
can
set
up
some
intermediary
event
before
the
cd
gone
and
the
cube
go
on
as
well.
B
We
at
least
have
three
months
of
planning
at
first
when
the
start
of
the
january,
because
I'm
also
doing
some
my
youtube
channel
for
the
short
videos
I'm.
This
is
my
plan
for
this
year,
making
out
some
short
videos
with
the
different
technologies.
Like
gay
native
or
captain
project
or
others,
and
then
hoteliers
is
also
on
the
roadmap
as
well,
so
I
we
have
so
many
things
to
portray
on
the
social
medias
in
this
year
as
well.
B
A
Okay,
well,
I
think
the
first
step
will
be
to
get
that
get
started
on
that
calendar.
I
need
to
get
you
and
matt
kind
of
connected,
because,
even
though
he
may
not
be
a,
he
may
not
be
technical.
He
can
serve
as
that
help
with
managing
the
community
as
you're
talking
about
making
sure
that
we
got
a
blog
see
finding
out.
Who
could
do
a
blog
because
that's
those
are,
we
can
create
those
as
pull
requests
and
then
we
can
just
push
those
pull,
requests
out
and
say:
hey.
B
Yes,
absolutely
absolutely,
and
we
can
also
schedule
our
just
of
members
who
are
into
the
blog
on
the
roadmap.
We
can
set
up
a
15
to
30
minute
call
together,
steve
me
and
you
three
of
us
and
someone
else
who
are
interested
in
it.
We
just
have
four
of
us:
let's
schedule
a
call
and
set
up
the
road
map
we
have,
and
also
we
can
put
this
stuff
on
the
hit
up
as
well.
A
Yeah
I'll
start
it
I'll
start
a
google
doc.
Initially,
the
I
think
steve
the
architecture
team
has
an
idea
of
what
the
road
map
for
the
product's
going
to
look
like,
even
though
we
need
to
have
the
new
the
new
governing
board.
Should
you
probably
take
a
look
at
it
make
a
decision
if
that's
what
the
direction
needs
to
be,
but
initially,
though,
most
important,
I
think,
is
to
get
those
10
topics
set
up,
so
we
can
start
getting
them
lined
up.
A
So
we'll
have
two
for
this
quarter
well
february
march.
So
let
me
get
that
I'll
start
a
shared
doc
with
what
the
topics
I
think
we
should
cover,
and
then
we
can
go
from
yes.
A
And
then
foster,
we
just
need
to
get
some
folks
to.
We
need
to
find
out
what
we're
gonna
do
for
that
and
then
siddharth.
I
know
he
is.
I
know
you're
kind
of
eating
dinner,
as
your
message
says,
but
we're
gonna
do
some
swag
and
I
just
need
to
follow
up
with
siddharth
to
get
this
that
swag
done.
A
So
what
we're
gonna
do
is
he's
gonna
hold
on
to
half
of
it
and
then
we're
gonna
have
half
of
it
so
that
anybody
in
pakistan
and
india
have
access
to
the
swag,
because
you
can't
get
swag
from
it's
just
too
expensive,
as
siddharth
would
tell
you.
I
think
he
was
going
to
order
a
sticker
and
it
was
going
to
be
25
to
ship
it
and
we
can
create
our.
We
can
use
that
it's
under
the
the
general.
A
I
can't
remember
what
they
call
the
license,
but
we're
allowed
to
create
a
column.
A
A
A
So
those
are
the
some
of
the
things
we
need
to
think
about,
and
I
have
a
a
a
hard
stop
here
in
four
minutes.
So
unless
there's
anything
else,
I
think
that's
a
good
start
and
I'll
get
that
I'll
get.
That
document
started
for
you
right
away,
sign
the
only.
A
D
A
Yep
most
of
them
said
we.
We
may
have
already
missed
it,
because
there's
submitting
talks
for
the
cicd
submit
your
talks
by
the
27th.
A
A
Foster
has
a
their
conference
too
yeah
cdcon,
we're
gonna
have
to
that
one.
We're
gonna
have
to
sort
out
the
fight,
because
right
now
I
don't
know
if
they're
gonna
do
it
virtual.
A
But
I
I
mean
it's
not
that
far
from
us
we
can.
We
can
go
and
present
there,
but
they
haven't
decided
if
it's
going
to
be
a
hybrid
event
or
not.
A
Well,
if
you
get
on
the
ambassador
and
you're
on
the
project,
I
think
they've,
art
victor
is
already
on
that
planning
committee.
I
don't
there's
there's
a
few
other
people,
I'm
not
sure
who
they
are
we'll
see.
What
happens,
though,
and
any
of
you
know
any
of
us
can
join
the
cdf
outreach
so
sign.
Maybe
you
should
just
think
about
starting
to
attend
the
cdf
outreach
committee
meetings.
A
B
I
think
this
year
might
give
me
we
have
to
submit
all
these
because
and
this
year
I
have
submitted
for
the
kubecon
and
some
of
the
people
said
that
we
have
a
s
good
chance
of
accepting
the
talk.
But
it's
too
difficult
like
in
the
cube
con
is
so
so
difficult,
but
I
I
feel
lucky
if,
if
talk
is
going
to
be
submitted.
A
A
I'll
check
on
it
and
I'll,
let
you
know
when
it
is
and
I'll
I'll
send
you
the
the
time
sign,
because
you
can
start
going
to
that
now.
B
Yes,
absolutely
absolutely
just
just
send
me
the
email
for
the
director
entered,
I
will
be
joined,
okay,
but
I
think
if
the
outreach
committee
is
joined
once
when
we,
then
they
have
the
cfp
going
to
be
submitted,
because
previously
the
cdcon
21
they've
started
the
outreach
cause
after
when
the
people
submitted.
The
cfp
closes.
