Contributor SIG - Nikema Prophet, Armory & Ige Adetokunbo Temitayo, Emirates Airline
The Contributor Experience SIG is a relatively new SIG in the Spinnaker Community. In our Spinnaker Summit session, the co-leads Ige Adetokunbo Temitayo and Nikema Prophet will cover why we started the SIG, what we would like to achieve, and how others can get involved to improve the experience of contributors to the Spinnaker project.

Okay,
hi
everyone
good
day
good
morning,
good
evening
and
good
afternoon,
wherever
you
are
streaming
from
or
joining
us
from,
my
name
is
iggy
alito
kumar.
C
Contributor
experience
seek,
and
I'm
so
excited
and
happy
to
be,
sharing
our
experience
on
our
journey
towards
the
contributor
experience
seek.
Please
stay
tuned
stay
tuned
for
more
details.
Thank
you.
A
C
C
I
am
passionate
about
technology
cloud
technologies,
incidence,
management
infrastructure
as
a
code,
continuous
deployment,
integration,
sre
and
devops,
I'm
so
happy
to
be
sharing
our
journey
on
the
contributors
experience
how
we
started
and
what
we're
up
to
I'm
also
active
on
social
media
on
linkedin
twitter.
From
time
to
time.
I
try
to
blog,
although
I
have
a
lot
of
articles
staying
in
a
draft
mode
open
to
publish
them
very
soon,
and
I
also
try
to
contribute
to
various
open
source.
C
Whenever
I
I
see
whenever
there
is
a
need,
I
try
to
contribute,
so
my
github
handle
is
on
the
screen.
My
twitter
hand
is
on
the
screen
on
linkedin
for
hobbies.
I
like
to
network
thanks
for
meeting
people,
no
just
getting
to
know
about
what
people
are
up
to
networking,
I'm
passionate
about
continuous
learning
and
improvement.
So
I
this
is,
I
like
to
do
these
results
from
time
to
time.
Try
to
get
my
hands
on
new
technology.
C
Try
to
ensure
that
I
I
learn
new
things
daily.
I
love
I'm
into
gaming.
I
play
games
as
well
once
in
a
while,
then
also
photography
and
finally,
I
like
hanging
out
with
friends
and
although,
during
this
court
period
we
are,
we
are
meant
to
have.
C
I
will
not
also
have
a
a
a
contact
with
with
people,
but
I
try
to
reach
out
to
friends
and
family
using
any
any
medium
online
medium
mechanisms
out
there,
such
as
google
meteor
zoom,
what's
up
just
so
just
try
to
check
up
with
friends,
just
know
what
they
are
up
to
if
they
are
okay,
because
in
times
like
this,
whereby
people
are
not
going
out
at
times,
they
might
be
rescuers
at
home.
C
Just
try
to
hang
out
with
them
infectious
coffee,
hangouts
and
just
just
chat
about
life
about
what's
going
on
and
what
they
are
up
to.
Currently.
Thank
you
very
much
for
joining
us
on
our
journey.
C
We
need
your
help
to
make
sure
to
actualize
our
dreams
and
and
and
goes
towards
this
sick
and
stay
tuned
for
to
hear
more
about
our
journey
and
on
how
you
could
contribute
to
our
seek
and
also
help
us
to
move
it
from
this
level
to
the
next
level,
where
we
are
openly
get
to.
Thank
you.
A
A
A
A
How
we
got
started
like
a
little
bit
about
the
story
of
how
we
got
here,
what
we're
focusing
on
to
start
with,
and
we
will
be
continuously
asking
and
inviting
you
to
join
us
and
work
with
us.
So,
let's
see
so
what
is
the
contributor
experiencing.
C
Okay,
tell
me
yeah,
okay,
I
could
go
first,
then
you
could,
you
know,
join
me
in
the
middle
okay.
So
before
I
was
okay
at
the
beginning,
when
I
was
introduced
to
to
be
part
of
the
colgate
for
contributor
experience
week,
I
I
had
no
understanding
about
what
a
sig
is
all
about,
so
it
also
gave
me
an
opportunity
to
learn
about
the
sig
and,
what's
what's
what
sick
means
generally
so
seek
is
special
intelligence
group.
C
The
purpose
of
establishing
a
sick
is
to
be
able
to
solve
a
specific
problem
or
a
topic,
a
topic
area.
So
this
is
our
sake,
is
to
identify
a
problem
and
try
to
resolve
the
problem
in
in
any
possible
way.
So
that
is
part
of
the
main
essence
of
the
sikh.
C
So
from
this
side
here
we
have
a
definition
here
which
says:
contributor
experience
seek
is
a
is
responsible
for
improving
the
experience
of
those
who
contribute
upstream
to
the
spinnaker
projects.
So
who
is
a
contributor?
A
contributor?
Is
anybody
that
that
is
working
on
on
a
particular
subject
on
a
particular
topic
or
or
or
on
a
particular
area,
so
bringing
it
down
to
spinnaker
so
contributor
experience
a
contributing
spinach
can
be
referred
to
as
developers,
people
that
write
articles
operators,
people
that
eat
spinach
from
time
to
time,
so
so
the
so.
C
The
reason
why
we,
why
why
I
was
actually
motivated
to
to
quality,
is
to
be
able
to
to
solve
specific
problems
that
that
I
feel
I've
I've
been
able
to
identify
while
working
on
the
spinnaker
projects.
They
said
if
I
was
introduced
to
spinach
up
back
then
in
my
former
company,
where
we
did
the
poc
on
house
unica
work
city,
we
so
we're
having
it
we're
having
several
challenges,
and
and
after
doing
some
research
online,
we
felt
we
discovered
that
spinnaker
would
solve
the
problems.
C
C
I
I
feel
that
this
is
a
gap
which
needs
to
be
filled
because
a
lot
of
people
want
to
contribute-
or
even
you
know,
play
around
with
spinner
car
with
the
project,
but
they
don't
know
how
to
get
started
because
at
times
from
the
stories
I've
had
from
different
people
even
to
even
for
developers
to
write
blue
games
onto
several
things.
It
takes
them
like
six
months
to
even
get
on
board.
C
So
I
feel
that
by
having
these
contributors
seek
we'll
be
able
to
bridge
the
gap
and
also
work
with
other
sick
to
to
to
reduce
the
bariatric
entry
so
anikima
over
to
you.
Please.
A
I
think
we're
you
covered
this
slide,
but
I
let's
see
what's
on
our
next,
oh
yeah
I'll
talk
more
about.
I
guess
I'll
start
for
this
slide.
I
think
you
covered
that
one
pretty
well,
so
why?
A
Why?
Like
yeah,
we
wanted
to
talk
about
our
personal
reasons
for
forming
the
sig
and
getting
involved.
So
ige
brings
a
developer
perspective.
I
am
bringing
more
of
a
community
perspective.
A
I
am
participating
in
the
spinnaker
community
as
part
of
my
job,
but
I
like
to
add
value
to
the
communities
that
I
am
a
part
of.
I
have
a
passion
for
building
inclusive
spaces,
especially
in
tech.
A
I
want
to
reduce
the
friction
and
the
barriers
that
up
to
entry
that
you
know
new
contributors
are
facing
when
they're
trying
to
become
part
of
a
community
and
yeah.
My
last
point
was
a
poor
experience,
repels
people
who
have
a
lot
to
offer,
because
if
it's
too
hard
to
get
in-
and
it's
too
hard
to
get
help,
then
people
are
just
going
to
turn
away
and
find
someplace
else
to
go.
So
I
think
for
the
health
of
the
community.
C
Yeah
well,
okay,
thank
you
very
much
for
for
that.
So
I'll
just
add
a
few
points
as
well.
So
part
of,
what's
actually
motivated
me
is
part
of
the
reason
is
to
also
contribute
to
the
current
documentation
which,
which
we
have
work
with
the
other
sigs,
like
the
the
documentation,
seek
on
how
to
improve
the
existing
documentations.
C
So
our
plan
is
to
from
time
to
time
we
would
write
different
articles
on
blogs
on
different
topics
or
different
degrees.
Deliverables
on
spinach
ask
the
sme
subject
matter:
experts
to
go
through
these
technical
articles
and
blog
posts
just
to
be
sure
that
they
are
up
to
date
and
the
quality
is
good
enough
to
share
with
the
public.
C
Once
this
has
been
approved
by
the
smes,
then
the
our
next.
Our
next
aim
is
to
publish
them
on
on
the
spinach
blog,
so
this
will
be
accessible
by
everybody,
and
we
can
also
work
with
the
with
the
documentation
seek
on
on
incorporating
some
of
the
articles
we've
written
into
the
current
website,
so
that
when
people
want
to
onboard
it
to
be
easier
for
them
to
onboard
easily,
because
in
most
cases
I've
seen,
you
know
people
having
to
spend
a
lot
of
time
trying
to
understand
the
documentation
and
finding
their
way
around.
C
So
I
feel
that
I
feel
that
this
is
an
opportunity
for
us
to
try
to
improve
certain
things
and
you
know
reduce
the
barriers
of
entry.
A
lot
of
people
want
to
contribute
to
open
source.
A
lot
of
people
want
to
try
out
new
technologies,
but
when
they
start
eating
road
block
at
the
beginning,
they
tend
to
be
discouraged.
C
A
part
of
what
has
motivated
me
is
to
reduce
that
barrier
energy
to
make
sure
that
people
can
easily
get
on
board.
People
are
excited
we
don't
want
to
to.
We
don't
want
to
reduce
their
excitement
or
we
don't
want
to
be
brought
up
together
to
their
excitement.
We
want
them
to
be
excited
about
the
project
willing
to
contribute
to
the
community,
and
we
are
we're
using
this
opportunity
to
invite
technical
non-technical
contributors.
C
We
even
need
more
of
non-technical
contributors,
because
part
of
what
we
have
to
be
doing
is
to
do
a
lot
of
documentation.
A
lot
of
speaking
with
different
smes.
Try
to
write
blog
posts.
Do
some
tutorials
on
youtube,
just
to
make
sure
that
the
committee
is
reaching
up,
and
we
also
want
to
also.
You
also
want
to
use
the
opportunity
to
build
a
community
whereby
people
can
come
over.
Ask
few
questions.
People
are
very
free,
they
can
ask
a
few
questions.
They
can
contribute,
and
even
with
this
medium
we
can
even
see.
C
There
are
also
several
opportunities
whereby
maybe
people
like,
like
you
know
people
might
might
find.
We
can
also
get
job
opportunities
from
from
different
communities
because
they
help
you
my
reach
out
to
us.
Okay,
I
need
somebody
that
can
do
this.
That
can
do
that.
So
there
are
several
opportunities
and
there's
endless
opportunities.
Thank
you.
A
Okay,
no,
I
keep
skipping
okay,
our
timeline
slide.
We
first
started
meeting
to
talk
about
this
sig
and
the
idea
of
it
in
october
of
2020.
A
We
were
kind
of
what's
the
word
lead,
I
don't
kind
of.
I
don't
think
the
lead
is
the
word.
The
idea
for
this
was
before
I
joined
armory
and
I
I
think,
before
ige
got
connected
with
the
spinnaker
community.
A
My
manager,
at
the
time,
roz,
rosalind,
benoit
and
marky
jackson
had
the
idea
for
a
contributor
experience
sig,
and
it
was
something
that
got
picked
up
again
after
I
started
at
armory,
so
we
started
talking
in
october
and
the
two
people
with
the
original
idea
kind
of
said:
why
don't
you
two
lead
it
like
it?
We
can.
We
can
advise,
we
can
back
backseat
drive
to
start
so
that's
kind
of
how
we
started.
A
A
Let's
see
so
what
we're
focusing
on
to
start
we're
still
very
early,
and
a
lot
of
this
depends
on
getting
more
participation
from
the
community.
So
please
join
us
on
slack
and
we
are
in
our
own
channel
where
you
can
get
in
contact
with
us.
C
Okay,
okay,
yeah,
okay,
before
before,
taking
this
slide,
I
want
to
say
I
just
want
to
say
something
about
how
how
we
got
started.
Thank.
A
C
C
C
C
While
we
were
trying
to
come
up
with
the
chatter
and
before
he
got
approached
so
we
had
a
lot
of
feedback
from
the
toc
trying
to
so
they
were
trying
to
make
sure
that
we
understand
what
we
are
trying
to
do
and
also
try
to
see
how
we
could
fit
in
into
the
current
into
the
community
and
how
we
could
add
value.
C
It
took
a
lot
of
brainstorming,
a
lot
of
breakout
sessions
and
before
we
could
before
our
chat
could
go
before
it
got
approved,
and
we
appreciate
all
the
efforts
of
everybody,
that's
that
was
involved
in
towards
towards
their
problem
of
the
sick
and
we're
so
excited
when
this
was
approved.
C
Because
then
we're
officially,
you
know
we
officially
got
on
board
and-
and
it
was
really
a
wonderful
experience
for
me
personally,
because
this
is
the
first
time
I'll
be
getting
involved
in
open
source
and
also
first
time
I'll
be
I'll,
be
a
call
seek,
and
I
hope
that
we
need
everybody's
help
towards
driving
this
seat
and
towards
contributing
to
the
community.
A
A
A
A
I
think
we
all
have
something
to
contribute
and
if
you
want
to
be
a
part
of
the
community,
just
that
the
desire
to
contribute
and
be
a
member
of
something
is
enough.
I'm
sure
you
have
something
that
you
can
do
so
and
examples
of
that
could
be
learning
something
and
documenting
your
learning
through
blog
posts
or
videos
or
streaming.
A
Submit
issues,
questions
on
our
github
repos
come
into
the
slack
if
you
get
stuck
on
something.
Even
questions
are
contributions
because
yeah
we're
kind
of
in
our
our
focus
and
it's
not
easy
to
always
identify
when
things
aren't
working.
So
questions
when
you
get
stuck
are
helpful
and
yeah,
even
just
bringing
your
your
personality
and
bringing
your
your
humanity
to
this
space.
A
C
All
right:
okay,
yes,
okay!
Thank
you!
Nikki
for
mentorship.
We
are
very
passionate
about
about
creating
a
mentorship
program,
our
our
we're
actually
on
the
planning
phase.
For
this,
our
intention
is
to
have
one-on-one
interactions
between
a
mentor
and
event
and
to
also
have
a
monthly
mentorship
program
whereby
mentors
check
on
check
out
why
our
mentors
catches
up
with
their
mentees
once
in
a
month.
So
the
reason
why
we
we
have
two
programs
is
because
most
mentors
might
be
very
busy
during
the
week.
C
So
that
is
why
we
had
the
we
came
up
with
the
idea
of
having
a
monthly
mentorship
program
and
also
a
one-on-one
mentorship
program.
So
the
monthly
mentorship
program
would
be
an
interaction
between
the
mentor
and
a
group
of
mentees.
C
They
miss
monthly
to
decide
on
the
time
and
discuss
about
any
topic
or
any
subject
areas
which
any
areas
of
their
interest.
Why
a
one-on-one
mentorship
program
would
be
an
interaction
between
one
mentor
and
one
medicine.
C
So
I
feel
that
this
would
be
an
opportunity
for
for
the
essay,
so
the
mentors
will
be
the
smes
subject
matter,
experts.
I
feel
that
this
and
it
will
be
an
opportunity
for
people
to
be
able
to
to
have
an
in-depth
knowledge
about
any
topic,
any
subjects.
It's
any
subject
any
topic,
but
basically
it
will
be
about
ci
cd
about
spinach
and
how
spinach
integrates
with
other
tools.
C
It
might
be
aws,
gcp
azure,
maybe
maybe
deliverable
or
anything,
but
we
can
also
come
up
with
the
idea
of
maybe
having
a
draft
for
the
for
the
topics.
But
we
question
planning
phase
and
I
feel
this
we
this
we
have
value
to
our
community
because,
for
instance,
I
during.
D
C
Garden
days,
I
work
with
with
someone
with
viktor
and
he
has
already
been
engaged.
He.
He
was
a
part
of
the
participants
for
google
summer
code
and
he
was
a
mentee
based
on
his
experience
in
the
google
summer
code
were
able
to
write
a
rights,
ms
teams
plugin
for
spinnaker,
so
I
feel
that
a
mentorship
program
is
very,
very
important.
We
are
passionate
about
this
and
this
will
be
one
of
our
one
of
our
goal
this
year.
By
god's
grace,
to
ensure
that
we
have
a
program
for
the
mentorship
program.
A
Finding
this
join
us
please
join
us.
We
have
this
top
link
is
the
link
to
the
charter
we
submitted
and
if
you
would
like
to
join
us
soon,
we
meet
the
first
and
third
thursdays
of
the
month.
A
There
is
a
calendar
there
is.
There
are
reminders
in
our
slack
channel
also
but
yeah
if
you
want
to
get
involved
with
the
contributor
experience
sig.
Our
charter
is
time
to
review
and
make
changes
for
that.
So
you
can
be
a
part
of
that
conversation
join
us
in
slack,
that's
join.spinnaker.io,
there's
also
a
community
blog
and
a
twitter
account
let's
see
is
that.
A
I
also
wanted
to
call
out
and
thank
the
kubernetes
community
and
their
contributor
experience
sig,
because
we
borrowed
a
lot
from
their
charter
to
get
started
with
ours,
and
they
were
also
personally
friendly
and
welcoming
and
to
my
questions
as
a
newbie
in
open
source,
and
I
think
that's
all
I
have
did
you
have
any
final
thoughts.
C
Okay,
I
just
want
to
say
thank
you
very
much
for
joining
us
and
for
for
standing
to
the
end
to
listen
to
our
journey
and
we
are
so
excited
to
have
you
on
board,
looking
forward
to
working
with
you
and
to
also
contributing
looking
forward
to
learning
together
and
also
growing
together.
C
Please
feel
free
to
reach
us
in
any
of
our
channel.
You
can
reach
us
on
slack
like
features
on
twitter.
We
are
always
and
welcoming
and
looking
forward
towards
your
feedback,
give
us
an
advice
on
how
we
could
make
things
better
or
you
could
even
tell
us
the
challenges
you're
currently
facing
and
let's
see
how
we
could
work
towards
solving
most
of
these
challenges,
and
we
might
is
either
work
with
other
sigs
or
we
could
also
work
with
people
in
the
armory
community
and
and
the
good.
C
The
part
of
the
good
thing
about
I
feel
about
what
we
are
doing
is
nakima
currently
works
in
hungary
and
it's.
It
is
always
easier
for
her
to
get
this
feedback,
and
you
know
try
to
try
to
tell
his
colleagues
at
the
office
about
about
all
these
feedbacks,
and
I
feel
that
would
I
feel
that
we're
going
to
have
tremendous
value.
C
We
are
just
getting
started
and-
and
we
are
so
excited
about
about
this
sig
and
also
a
shout
out
to
the
kubernetes
contributor
experience
sig,
it's
the
they've,
been.
We
brought
a
lot
of
ideas
from
from
them.
You
know,
and
also
once
more
shout
out
to
monkey
and
resulting
for
their
guidance
and
mentorship.
B
C
A
Staying
with
us
and
I'm
listening
to
our
story
of
starting
the
sig,
I
was
just
looking
at
the
chat
and
tracy's
idea
to
do
something
around
packtoberfest
sounds
fun,
so
I
think
we
should
dig
into
that.
C
So
I
think
the
session
is
for
30
minutes,
and
this
is
the
end
of
the
session
because
we
prepared
for
one
her.
A
D
A
A
D
B
B
D
A
Okay,
yeah
well.
For
me,
it
was
as
like
I
mentioned
earlier.
It
was
suggested
by
rosalind,
who
is
my
manager
at
the
time
at
armory
would
be
a
cool
thing
to
do.
A
I
was
a
little
bit
nervous
about
it
because
I
am
pretty
new
to
open
source
and
dealing
with
governance
and
everything
like
the
pace
of
things,
I'm
also
pretty
new
to
spinnaker,
so
it
it
felt
intimidating
for
me
at
the
time
to
get
involved
as
a
leader
when
I
don't
have
a
lot
of
experience,
but
I
do
have
experience
as
a
human
and
as
a
person
in
communities
and
that
matters,
so
I
did
have
to
kind
of
get
over
that
idea
of
like
I
don't
know
anything
because
I
do,
and
I
do
have
a
lot
to
get.
A
I
I
really
like
to
see
communities
that
are
open
and
welcoming
and
where
people
feel
like
they
have
yeah
like
they're
wanted
like
they're
appreciated,
and
when
we're
talking
about
contributors
we
would
not
have
a
community
without
that.
So
I
I'm
glad
that
I
that
I
got
over
that
that,
like
fear
of
fear
of
the
unknown,
I
guess,
but
it's
it's
been
a
slow
start
for
us.
C
B
C
Okay,
okay,
so
we
are
so
excited
about
the
about
the
sig
and
we
are
looking
forward
to
working
with
a
lot
of
contributors
and
people
and
we
hope
to
maybe
buy
next
spinnercast
for
me
to
have
something
much
more
interesting
to
to
offer
and
we
just
want
to
add
value
and
also
get
people
more
involved
and
also
try
to
create
a
lot
of
content,
because
in
most
cases
when
engineers
are
working
on
any
topic,
maybe
like
they
were
in
in
spinnaker
projects,
it
takes
in
most
cases
when
you
check
a
stack
of
africa,
you
might
not
see
anything
when
you
check
google,
you
might
not
see
any
any
articles,
so
our
plan
is
to
make
sure
that
there
will
be
a
lot
of
content
so
that
people
could
easily.
C
A
Yeah
I
like
that
you
mentioned
newbies,
because
I
think
a
lot
of
us
in
general
feel
like
when
we're
a
beginner.
A
We
don't
have
anything
to
offer
that
we
have
to
just
sit
back
and
try
to
learn
before
we
can
speak
or
before
we
can
share
anything,
and
I
just
want
to
encourage
anyone
out
there
like,
if
you
have
an
interest
in
this
community
or
any
other
community
that
you
see
during
cdcon
like
get
like
just
your
presence
is,
is
a
contribution
like
being
there
and
learning
and
interacting
with
people
asking
questions
making
comments,
sharing
your
observations,
tweeting
blogging.
A
Ike,
do
you
want
to
talk
about
how
you
use
spinnaker
in
your
your
role
at
emirates,.
C
Okay,
I
think
I'll
talk
about
how
I
use
a
spinnaker
recently
on
some
personal
projects
that
I've
been
doing.
Okay.
So
recently
I
had
to
set
up
spinach
using
aminaka,
so
I
was
trying
out
the
new,
the
new
okay,
so
manika
is
a
new,
a
new
way
of
installing
spinach
in
10
minutes.
C
So
the
goal
of
manyaka
is
to
make
sure
that
he
could
install
sunaka
in
10
minutes
so
how
to
work
work
with
mediaka.
So
what
I
I
did
was
to
install
my
account
on
aws
using
terraform,
so
I
used
terraform
to
spin
up
nikon
aws
just
to
try
out
how
minecart
works.
Currently
minaka
is
using.
So
america
is
a
lightweight
he
works
with
works
with
easy
instance
category.
C
So
it
was
very
easy
for
me
to
bring
up
spinach
the
the
the
teaming.
I'm
really
did
a
lot
of
work.
You
know
coming
up
with
yeah
mediocre,
so
I
was
able
to
install
a
minika
within
10
minutes
and
the
the
open
source
projects
in
github
in
america's
organization
has
some
sample
pipelines.
C
So
I
was
able
to
set
up
binaca
check
out
the
sample
pipelines.
Do
some
basic,
continuous
deployments
to
see
to
see
how
it
works
and
minaka
takes
a
lot
of
stress.
You
know
it's
when
developers
want
to
get
on
board
using
spinach,
you
know
it
makes
it
very
very
fast
for
them
to
easily
get
on
board
and
I
will
figure
of
what
spinach
is.
A
About
I
know
like
that
was
one
of
the
pain
points
that
I
heard
that
spinnaker
is
just
a
beast
to
get
started
with
it's,
it's
not
a
trivial
task
to
undertake
when
you're
just
getting
started-
and
I
know
you
mentioned
earlier-
that
it
would
be
helpful
if
we
had
more
like
onboarding
guides,
to
get
people
up
and
running
quickly.
A
C
Yes,
then
another
thing
I
like
so
when
I
was
even
working
with
minika,
because
I
use
m1
chip,
so
the
existing
existing
projects
on
minecart
does
not
even
support.
You
know
everyone
she,
but
I
was
able
to.
I
went
to
slack
and
there
is
a
group
for
minaka
on
on
sat
channel.
So
I
reach
out
to
people,
and
I
got
a
response
on
how
to
fix
my
issues.
C
A
Yes,
and
that
is
a
nice
way
to
contribute,
like
you,
get
stuck
on
something
you
can
write
a
short
blog
post
about
hey.
This
wasn't
compatible,
and
I
didn't
know
where
to
go
for
answers,
but
this
is
how
I
solved
this
problem,
and
now
the
next
person
who's
looking
for
that,
the
solution
to
that
problem.
They
have
it
because
you
published
it
so
do
not
discount
the
value
of
content
contributions.
A
I
haven't
gone
through
the
whole
process
of
getting
up
and
running,
but
if
it
takes
10
minutes,
I
actually
do
have
plans
to
do
that.
I
was
wrapping
up
some
other
projects
at
work,
but
pretty
soon
I'm
planning
to
learn,
spinnaker
and
learn
the
armory
enterprise,
so
not
learn
it
but
play
with
it.
A
I
don't
think
we
have
a
dedicated
channel
and
maybe
we
should,
I
would
say,
come
to
the
contributor
experience
channel
and
we
will
welcome
you.
But
what
do
you
think
about
that
ek?
As
as
an
idea
do
you
think
that
we
can
handle
it
all
in
our
channel
like
there's
not
a
lot
of
traffic
coming
through
our
chat
right
now?
So
if
you
do
show
up
there,
we
will
see
you
and
say
hi,
but
should
we
have
a
dedicated
newcomers
channel
with,
like
maybe
a
welcome
guide
getting
started?
C
Okay,
yeah.
Yes,
I
think
it's
a
good
idea,
because
you
know
we
by
the
time
we
had
the
conversation
about
sam
having
a
new,
a
new
contributor
guide
whereby
we
will
have
maybe
different
onboarding
line
items.
C
B
A
How
to
pronounce
your
name,
but
if
you
want
to,
I
think
we
can
invite
people
to.
Can
you
ask
you
can
request
to
join
us
on
camera
or
voice?
If
you
want,
I'm
pretty
sure?
So
if
anyone.
A
To
to
mispronounce
your
name.
A
A
A
Can
you
talk
more
about
the
mentorship
program?
How
do
I
join
so?
I
think
the
mentorship
program.
I
will
let
ek
take
it,
but
as
far
as
I
know
it
is
an
idea
that
has
not
yet
been
implemented.
C
Oh
okay,
so
for
the
mentorship
program
we
are
still
on
the
starting
phase
and
we're
still
trying
to
come
up
with
the
perfect
guide,
because
we
need
to
get
more
contributors
on
body
smes,
so
we're
still
on
the
starting
phase.
But
in
the
next
few
months
we
should
have
something
that
we
could
share
with
the
community.
A
I
am
excited
to
talk
more
with
daniel.
I
haven't,
I
welcomed
him,
but
we
haven't
had
a
conversation
yet,
but
I
would
like
to
know.
A
B
A
And
daniel's
working
with
armory
engineers
as
mentors
and
I'd
like
to
hear
from
him
and
like
see,
if
he's
interested
in
sharing
more
of
his
experience
as
as
the
program
progresses.
B
A
Pretty
much
all
I
I
have
to
say
about
it,
I
haven't.
A
A
C
C
For
me
for
me
personally,
I
feel
that
there
is
a
gap
in
on
in
on
boarding
different
using
spinach
in
working
with
different
card
providers.
C
C
So
I
feel
that,
what's
what
I
think
that
it
will
be
helpful
is
to
work
with
having
different
guides
or
examples
on
azure
and
gcp
other
or
other
other
technology
stack
too,
and
to
also
create
a
different
example.
So,
for
instance
like
what
dana
is
working
on
is
a
very
good
thing
like
trying
to
try
trying
out
having
people
to
be
able
to
use
spinach.
C
So
the
basic
thing
is
just
for
us
to
come
up
with
different
different
guides,
using
on
how
to
use
spinnaker
and
how
to
do
certain
specific
tasks
in
spinnaker.
D
A
Not
sure
where
else
to
go,
I
just
posted
a
link
again
to
the
slides
and
I
will
post
one
more
time
the.
A
We
should
be
finished
with
that
like
within
out
like
days,
if
not
hours,
so
hopefully
things
the
new
site
gets
approved
and
pushed
out
live
before
spinnaker
summit
ends
and
I've
personally
been
working
on
that
and
I'm
really
excited
to
share
the
new
look.
Oh
yes,
join.spinnaker.io
is
the
link
to
join
slack
or
slack
workspace.
A
And
please
do
join
if
you
have
not
there's
help
if
you
get.
If
you
have
questions,
oh
try,
that
is
the
project
for
google
summer
of
code.
So
I
think
that
is
still
in
progress
and
I'm
not
exactly
sure
how
that
works
like
how
it's
presented
at
the
end.
But
that
is
our
student
daniel's
project
for
summer
of.
B
A
A
Okay,
I
pasted
the
link
to
our
website.
This
is
not
the
link
I
was
looking
for,
but
it
was
the
list
of
projects
that
we
kind
of
proposed
for
students
to
pick
up
and
the
one
that
was
accepted
was
try.spinnaker.io
at
the
top.
A
A
A
A
Where
do
people
who
are
going
to
contribute
in
the
ways
that
I
like
to
contribute?
Where
do
they
go
and
like
how
do
they
like
yeah?
How
do
they
find
out
what
what
needs
to
be
worked
on,
so
that
was,
as
I
mentioned,
part
of
my
motivation
for
getting
involved
was
like
yeah,
providing
that
that
welcome
and
that
direction
to
people
who
are
new
and
want
to
contribute,
but
don't
know
where
to
start
so
yeah
that
that
was
why
I
picked.
Sometimes
I
haven't
found
that
people
have
been
unkind.
It's
just
been
confusing.
