coming
to
us

of

process,

already
taken

steps:

already
decided
where
that
piece
of
infrastructure
is
going
to
go
now,
you're
asking
us
about
it.

model
that
we're
putting
forward
here
is
to
have

first
conversation
with
the
with
those
First
Nations
communities
so
that
we
can
get
an
understanding
about
whether
or
not
that
it's

even
feasible.

second
point

would
make,

question

be
in
answer
to
your
earlier

the
Gold
Coast
city

funded
by
the

protected

letter
goes

as

to
think
that
any
person

lead

a

connected

tourism

buildings

sorts
of

As
my
neighboring
immediate
neighboring,
counselor
I'll
speak
to
it
briefly
and
that
is
to
say
that
there's
a
wonderful
Street
in
the
suburb
of
hollywell
called
Azalea
Avenue,
which
is
adjacent
to
the
Runaway
Bay
Marina.
On
about
the
20th
of
January,
there
was
some
work
that
was
commenced
by
the
marina
owners
to
clear
the
trees
along
the
frontage
of
Azalea
Avenue.

We
became
aware
of
that
works
and
report.
It
immediately
officers
attended
and
the
work
was
stopped
straight
away,
which
was
great.
We
have
now,
just
over
a
month
later
received
this
petition
asking
us
to
act
now
to
stop
those
trees
being
cut
down
and
just
to
fill
in
the
council.
The
owners
of
the
marina
have
subsequently
lodged
a
operational
Works
application
for
tree
removal,
but
that
will
be
considered
in
light
of
a
1999
approval,
which
does
require
a
landscape
buffer
along
Azalea
Avenue.

Are
Council
young
there
within
the
Runaway
Bay
Marina
property?
They
do
overhang
the
fence,
they're
sort
of
large
cottonwoods
or
hibiscus
Coastal
hibiscus
type
trees,
so
they
sprawl
quite
a
bit.
The
marina
were
I
believe
of
a
genuine
belief
that
there
it
was
as
of
right
clearing
because
they
were
so
close
to
the
boundary,
but
it's
been
brought
to
their
attention
that
there
is
in
fact
a
landscaping
requirement
in
accordance
with
their
approval,
so
that
needs
more
consideration.

declarable
conflict
of
interest
form
to
their
Council
complex
inbox,
for
whatever
reason
that
dcoi
did
not
make
it
onto
the
early
part
of
the
agenda,
I
forwarded
a
copy
of
it
to
the
chamber,
support
email
and
would
appreciate
your
Indulgence
to
deal
with
it.

Now
the
general
manager
of
sports
house,
which
runs
a
council
list
facility,
would
like
to
connect
with
Somerset
college
with
the
view
of
formalizing
a
lease
in
this
Council
owned
facility.
I,
don't
believe,
there's
a
declarable
conflict
of
interest
here,
however,
the
the
former
acting
city
solicitor
provided
me
with
some
advice
some
time
ago
that
I
should
be
making
this
declaration
so
immediately
doing
it
to
act
on
that
advice
I,
because
I've
received
no
update
after
my
email
on
the
13th.
So
here
it
is
I'd
like
to
participate
in
making
that
introduction.
