A
The
CEO
is
here:
if
anybody
had
any
questions
in
regards
to
6.4,
but
I
think
it's
okay
to
remain
starred
6.5
is
is
starting
pretty
self-explanatory
and
the
CEO
is
also
here.
Are
there
any
questions
in
regards
to
6.6?
So
so
that
leaves
us
with
three
5.1
6.2
6.4
and
6.5
starred
move
councilor
Patterson
secondary
councilor
Taylor,
all
in
favor,
which
one
Council
gets.
B
Yes,
I
did
have
a
question
on
the
divisional
allocation.
If
I
may
there's
one
for
division
three
here
so
am
I
able
to
speak
to
this.
B
It
says
here
with
regard
to
kumara
district
soccer
club
that
the
funding
amount
of
150
it
says
in
the
comment
box,
total
Council
contribution
amounts
to
three
hundred
thousand,
that's
actually
a
divisional
contribution
and
there's
a
two
million
dollar
Council
contribution.
So
I
just
wondered
for
the
record
whether
that
is
not
the
correct
information
to
have
in
that
box.
So.
A
B
A
To
no
so
we
we
hadn't
quite
voted
on
the
start
items
so
Council,
Patterson
and
councilor
Taylor
had
moved
them.
Councilor
Hamel
are
welcome.
We
didn't
do
an
apology,
because
we
knew
your
car
was
downstairs
right.
All
in
favor
those
start
items
have
been
dealt
with
so
6.1
I
just
had
some
questions
and
is
Jackie
that
we
prepared
earlier.
Thank
you
so
Jackie
I
just
had
a
question
in
regards
to
on
page
19.,
where
it
shows
the
revenue
progress
about
against
the
budget.
A
I
think
I'd
previously
asked.
What's
the
percentage
of
rate
payers
that
now
receive
their
rates
and
water
notice
notices
electronically.
C
A
Sorry,
yeah
yeah
I
thought
it
was
higher
than
that
so
and
then
I
was
also
previously
asked
what
the
percentage
of
right
pays
are,
who
have
direct
debit
Arrangements
in
place
so
that
they
automatically
pay
the
bills
when
they're
when
they're
issued
and
then
on
page
27
of
the
same
report.
A
There's
a
rates
and
discounts
and
remissions
line,
but
this
is
a
special
purpose
financial
statement,
but
it
doesn't
appear
to
actually
quantify
the
amount
of
discounts
provided
fully.
Is
that
the
case.
C
Through
you,
Mr
chair,
the
the
other
activities
confirms
and
in
the
City
of
Gold
Coast
column,
it
confirms
that
there
is
77
million
dollars
of
rates,
discounts
and
remissions
in
total
for
The
Current
financial
year
yep.
A
Okay,
great
thank
you
and
in
the
budget
that
we
passed
yesterday,
we
had
an
amount
that
had
been
allocated
for
a
review
of
the
rating
category
and
the
compaction
of
some
of
those
rating
categories.
I
was
just
wondering
what
that
amount
was.
C
Through
you,
Mr
chair,
I'll,
come
back
to
you
on
that
amount.
We're
currently
going
out
to
to
Tender
on
that
on
the
rating
category
review,
with
the
view
of
presenting
the
information
back
to
Council
in
a
preliminary
form
in
November
and
then
during
special
budget
committee
post-election
so
April
next
year.
Yeah.
A
And
and
a
follow-up
question
to
that
which
I
think
I'm
going
to
ask
the
CEO
and
that's
in
regards
to
consultants
and
and
whether
any
particular
Consultants
that
have
been
in
the
news
recently
are
aren't
excluded
from
that
type
of
tender.
So.
D
Through
you,
chair
and
to
counselors,
so
we
have
done
a
review
of
all
of
our
consultancies,
with
particular
reference
to
that
one.
Consultancy,
firm
and
I
can
confirm
that
there
isn't
any
significant
contract
work
being
undertaken
by
that
firm,
particularly
in
relation
to
Taxation
and
Taxation
advice,
which
would
raise
my
concerns
as
CEO.
At
this
stage
there
isn't
a
blank
of
ban
on
PWC
it
for
the
city.
However,
it's
a
watching
brief
and
we're
watching
very
carefully
what
other
jurisdictions
are
doing.
I
know
with
interest.
D
What
the
Queensland
government
have
done
can
confirm
we're
not.
We
have
not
got
any
advice
as
it
stands
in
relation
to
taxation
advice,
we
do
have
some
consultancies
with
PWC,
as
you
would
expect.
They
were
one
of
the
top
four
consulting
firms
in
Australia,
but
they
they're
not
to
do
with
taxation
advice
and,
as
I
said
at
this
stage,
there's
no
intent
or
there
isn't
in
fact
in
place
a
ban
on
PWC,
okay,.
A
Great,
thank
you
so
councilors
are
there
any
other
questions
in
regards
to
item
6.1,
okay,
so
I'm
happy
to
move
it
secondary,
Council,
Pauline
young,
all
in
favor
Carrie.
Thank
you.
A
On
the
last
line
of
transport
and
traffic
talks
about
our
preliminary
investigation
options,
analysis
in
partnership
with
transport
and
main
roads
for
light
rail
stage
four,
and
there
is
a
revised
budget
of
2.55
million
dollars.
My
question
is:
does
that
include
any
reprovisions
from
previous
years,
or
is
that
the
current
amount
in
this
financial
year
that's
allocated
towards
the
the
planning.
C
A
You
and
we've,
as
a
council,
previously
committed
to
co-funding
with
the
state
of
Queensland
five
million
dollars
towards
preliminary
investigations
for
stage
four
of
the
light
rail.
My
my
I
suppose
the
follow-up
question,
because,
if
it's
not
included
in
that
is
that
mou
been
has
that
been
completed
yet
no,
and
so
we
haven't
actually
invested
those
funds,
but
they're
reserved.
Aren't
they.
C
C
A
D
D
D
A
E
F
Our
good
morning,
Council
through
the
chair,
this
report
is
in
relation
to
disposal
of
a
dozen
or
12
waste
compacted
Vehicles
they're,
currently
used
by
City
cleaning
and
on
south
stradbroke
island
by
water
and
waste
to
dispose
of
of
the
Residential
Waste
in
South
stradbroke,
but
also
of
public
place,
bins
through
the
city
from
Paradise
Point
to
cool
and
gutter
as
part
of
the
normal
life
cycle
in
these
assets.
Those
these
assets
are
due
to
be
disposed
as
we
take
delivery
of
the
new
vehicles.
F
So
we
will
take
delivery
over
the
next
12
to
15
months
and
we've
been
approached
by
the
Torres
Strait
Island
Regional
Council,
to
see
whether
or
not
we'd
be
prepared
to
sell
them
to
them.
Ordinarily,
we
would
send
these
vehicles
to
auction,
so
what
we
have
done
is
got
evaluation
from
the
auctioneers
of
what
we
would
anticipate
we
would
achieve
at
auction
for
the
sale
of
these
vehicles.
The
range
is
anywhere
from
20
000
to
42
000
from
the
auctioneers.
F
So
when
we
average
that
out
it's
about,
thirty
thousand
dollars
would
be
the
the
average
achievement
for
the
sale
of
those
vehicles.
We
have
looked
at
past
sales
and
ironically,
we've
averaged
about
thirty
thousand,
so
you
know
we
send
the
first
two
or
three
to
Market
we
achieve
over
thirty
thousand.
Then
subsequently,
you
know,
as
the
market
receives
those
Vehicles,
the
price
drops
off
so
Torres
Strait
Island,
Regional
Council.
We
can
sell
that
to
them
under
the
local
government
regulation.
F
If
Council
resolves
that
we
can
sell
to
another
local
government
entity.
So
we've
proposed
a
price
in
there
to
assist
this
council
with
a
50
discount
of
evaluation.
D
So
yeah
through
your
chair,
so
I've
met
with
the
CEO
of
this
Council
and
I
just
want
to
make
counselors
aware
of
the
predicament
that
council's
in
they
currently
have
no
vehicles
for
picking
up
rubbish
at
all
they're,
currently
using
a
ute
and
a
bike.
D
Basically
to
do
this,
I'd
remind
councilors
that
we
that
we've
recently
signed
a
1.6
billion
dollar
contract
for
waste
collection,
and
if
you
compare
our
opportunity
to
the
opportunity
that
that
Council
has
I
think
this
is
a
great
opportunity
for
us
to
provide
some
practical,
sensible
support
for
a
council
who's
asking
it
in
a
way.
That
is
not
just
simply,
you
know
it's
not
gift
giving
it's.
This
will
be
these.
D
These
trucks
will
be
used
by
that
Community
for
a
practical
effect
in
an
incredibly
important
way
and
I
and
I
believe
and
I'm
sure
others
do
that
we
have
a
obligation,
as
a
Queensland
Council,
to
provide
this
this
kind
of
support
to
account
to
a
council
who
significantly
need
it.
D
A
D
Yeah
so,
interestingly
enough
lesla,
just
by
sheer
coincidence,
from
speaking
to
the
CEO,
basically
it'll
equate
to
one
truck
per
Island,
which
is
exactly
what
they
need.
It's
just
a
complete
just
like
absolute
luck
that
that's
the
case.
Fantastic.
A
It
Tim
yeah
I've
got
before
we
get
there.
I've
got
maybe
some
other
ideas
sure
so
Mr
CEO
is.
Do
we
give
any
consideration
to
the
mayor?
Also,
maybe
writing
to
the
minister
about
the
state
make
also
maybe
making
contribution.
D
Sure
I
think
that's
a
great
idea
and
that's
certainly
something
we
can
do
through
YouTube.
Other
options
were
canvas.
I
have
to
be
honest
with
counselors
and
say
my
initial
reaction
was
to
give
the
trucks
to
them
and
not
charge
them
at
all,
and
we
did
consider
that
I
guess
we're
just
trying
to
balance
out
what's
reasonable,
but
and
then
you
know
that
the
only
other
alternative
option
is
to
lower
the
price
even
more.
D
If
that
was
something
counselors
would
be
interested
in
I
again,
you
know
we
just
passed
a
2.2
billion
dollar
budget.
This
is
not
going
to
sink
us
as
a
council
and
I
have
to
say.
My
initial
reaction
was
that,
on
the
balance
of
everything
that
we
do
and
Our
obligation
There's
an
opportunity
here
to
gift
them,
but
we
thought
on.
We
should
come
with
an
officer's
recommendation,
which,
which
was
a
bit
of
which
was
more
measured.
Yeah.
A
Okay
and
have
we
given
any
consideration
to
if
there's
going
to
be
any
signage
or
anything
like
that
that
on
the
vehicle,
so
they
may
currently
be
marked
I,
don't
know,
but
if
we're
given
any
consideration
in
that
regards
yeah.
D
So
I
think
the
the
plan
through
through
YouTube
back
to
to
to
the
manager
of
fleet
was
that
there
would
be
a
Smalling
signature
on
them,
which
said
provide
by
City
of
Gold
Coast.
But
we've
also
got
to
be
a
bit
careful
here,
so
nothing
Over
the
Top
If.
You
get
my
drift
just
enough
to.
Let
them
know
that
we're
provided
it.
H
Thank
you
and
through
the
chair
is
it
a
stag.
We've
got
12
to
get
rid
of
we're
staggering.
It
are
we
delivering
or
as
in
West,
staggering
receipt
of
our
new
track,
so
we're
staggering
delivery
there
or
is
it
his
12
trucks
off?
You
go.
F
Yeah
through
you
Mr
chair,
that's
correct.
We
all
stagger
the
delivery
based
on
the
delivery
of
the
new
trucks
we
receive
so
that'll
happen
over
the
next
12
to
15
months.
We've
got
two
that
have
arrived
now
that
we're
ready
to
dispose
of
to
all
of
the
older
ones
and
then
over
the
next
remaining
Year,
we
will
receive
other
trucks
as
as
the
bodies
are
built
on
those
Vehicles
Great.
Thank
you.
Councilor.
I
Hamel,
thank
you.
Chair
are
the
compactors
on
the
back
of
the
trucks,
the
same
age
as
the
truck
bodies.
That
would
be
the
dates
in
the
report.
Part.
F
I
And
so
acknowledging
that
most,
the
value
that
would
have
been
suggested
here
is
on
the
value
of
the
trucks,
but
what
condition
are
the
compactors
in?
On
the
back
of
most
these
trucks?
Yeah.
F
The
compactors
I
mean
the
trucks
are
well
sorry.
Three
games
to
chair
the
compactor
bodies
are
well
and
truly
used.
We've
actually
been
doing
some
renovation
work
on
some
of
them
just
to
keep
them
going
so
we'll
put
some
new
floors
in
those
before
they
are
sent
to
Torres
Strait
Island,
Regional
Council.
So.
I
You've
got
to
exactly
where
I
was
going
with.
It
was,
is
that
I'm,
very,
very
supportive
of
the
idea
of
you're
at
the
current
value
of
someone
else,
has
got
a
different
idea
about
what
value
you
give
it
to,
but
I'm,
also
very
interested
in
that
we
don't
send
them
12
trucks
that
they
then
have
to
spend
a
fortune
on
redoing
floors
and
compactor
stuff
in
that,
and
it
has
to
be
part
of
the
considerations.
I
Is
it
maybe,
instead
of
a
further
discount
if
they
were
prepared
to
invest
a
little
bit
more
in
the
compactors
over
the
next
12
months
to
a
bit
of
retrofitting
work
and
renovation
work
so
that
what
they
receive
up?
There
is
in
very
good
condition
that
doesn't
present
a
cost
to
them
to
be
fixing
holes
very
quickly.
In.
F
Are
you
through
you,
Mr
chair
our
normal
practices,
even
when
we
send
items
to
auction
where
we'll
go
over
the
vehicle
and
pretty
much
renovate
it
so
that
it's
in
a
condition
that
it
can
be
easily
used
by
anyone
who
purchases
it?
We
don't
send
vehicles
to
auction
that
need
significant
repair,
because
when
we
do
send
our
vehicles
to
auction
they're
sought
after
because
of
the
condition
that
they're
in
so
there's
normally
that
renovation
piece
that
occurs.
B
A
A
Thank
you,
so
Council
Patterson
I'm,
interested
in
in
what
your
thoughts
are
and
I've
got
a
couple
of
amendments
that
I'm
interested
in
doing
as
well.
So
what
are
your
thoughts?
Well.
G
My
attendance
at
Regional,
local
government,
Association
conferences,
I'm
aware
that
not
all
councils
are
equal.
We
have
an
extraordinary
opportunity
really
here,
with
with
our
population
base
and
also
by
our
economy,
our
tourism
economy,
that
others
don't.
My
change
recommendation
would
be
that
we
we
do
do
this
as
a
gift
and
I
think
that
there
is
extraordinary
opportunity
in
Goodwill
and
sharing
of
that
communication
and
who
the
city
is
through.
G
This
I
appreciate
that
that
it's
a
quick
thing
to
say,
because
this
is
ratepayers
money
that
we're
talking
about
but
I,
think
in
the
it
when
you
consider
the
the
whole
budget
that
we've
just
gone
through,
that
it's
a
reasonable,
reasonable
gift
to
make.
A
Yeah
all
right,
so
so
I
yeah,
just
before
you
say
this
question,
I
I
personally,
don't
have
a
problem
in
reducing
it.
I
don't
know
whether
or
not
we
need
to
reduce
it
to
zero.
So,
like
I
mean
is
in
so
maybe
there's
a
place
where
we
can
collectively
land,
which
is
a
little
bit
less
than
what
the
officers
have
recommended.
A
But
having
spoken
offline
to
the
offices,
I'm
aware
that
the
the
council
has
the
financial
capacity
to
to
transact
at
their
recommendation,
so
I
think
it's
up
to
us
to
decide
what
we
would
recommend
to
council
counselor.
Thank
you,
Taylor
and.
J
D
I
guess
what
I
would
say
is
the
book
value
of
these
assets
is
zero,
so
on
the
books
now
they
are
worth
they've
been
written
off
right,
so
maybe
a
cleaner
way
if
I
may
suggest,
if
your
counselors
wanted
to
go.
That
way
was
to
to
basically
have
a
resolution
that
says
we
dispose
of
it
at
Book
value,
which
is
zero
rather
than
saying
zero,
but
we've
looked
at
smaller
numbers.
D
You
know
councilors
asked
me
about
oh
well:
can
they
afford
it?
Well,
you
know
the
count.
I
don't
want
to
speak
for
a
colleague
and
us
us
CEOs
like
to
stick
together
counselor
so,
but
in
talking
to
my
colleague
yes,
you
know
that
they
will
make
provision
because
they
need
this
asset.
That
doesn't
mean
that
there's
not
a
vast
array
of
outstanding
Community
work.
They
could
be
doing
with
that
money
instead
of
having
to
buy
second-hand
trucks
from
the
City
of
Gold
Coast.
To
be
blunt,
so
thank
you.
D
K
Thank
you,
Mr
chair
for
all
the
brick
bets
at
Gold,
Coast
City.
We
say
we're
very
generous.
You
know
to
helping
other
councils
throughout
Queensland
during
the
floods.
We
send
people
up
during
other
issues
that
we've
had
throughout
the
city.
Our
offices
have
been
on
site
and
and
helped
out
with
the
delivery
of
these
vehicles.
Do
they
meet
the?
How
are
we
getting
them
there
so.
D
K
Okay
and
because
you
know
they're
they're,
we
usually
service
those
Vehicles
here
in
in-house.
Don't
we
do?
We
have
any
offices
that
go
up
and
show
them
what
has
to
be
done
with
these
vehicles.
F
Yeah
the
plan
was
to
actually
do
a
Handover
to
them
before
they
take
the
vehicles.
So
they'll
they'll
have
some
stuff
that'll
come
down,
we'll
run
them
through
how
the
vehicle
operates.
There
is
a
user
manual
for
it
as
well,
we'll
run
them
through
that
and
then
the
vehicle
will
be
transported,
I
dare
say
they
will.
You
know,
obviously
incur
some
costs
to
get
at
that
distance.
Yeah,
okay,
I'm.
B
F
That
will,
through
the
chair,
that
will
all
depend
on
obviously
the
condition
of
the
vehicles.
Some
of
those
are
still
out
in
service
at
the
moment.
So
as
part
of
our
general
servicing
we'll
inspect
those
vehicles.
F
All
that
work
gets
done
in-house
our
Boilermaker
shop
does
any
of
that
work
on
the
bodies
of
the
vehicles,
so
the
costs
will
depend
on
what
needs
to
be
done
to
them.
But,
as
I
said
earlier,
we
we
would
do
that
work
anyway,
whether
we
were
sending
them
to
auction
or
not.
H
And
I
would
probably
on
the
same
page
as
councilor
Gates
says
to
you
and
I
think.
If
we
said
to
a
lot
of
our
rate
payers,
they
would
be
happy
to
support
something
like
that:
the
truck's
going
there,
but
to
for
the
expense
of
bringing
them
up
to
scratch.
Is
it
something
that
we
need
to
say
well,
we'll
dispose
of
the
12
these
trucks
yeah?
That
cost,
but
not
with
the
rate
payers
being
disadvantaged.
H
A
Any
other
questions
right
so
Mr,
CEO
I,
think
that
we
are
on
line
one
at
a
sale,
price
of
Book,
Value
Plus,
any
renovation
costs,
yeah
and
I
think
that
we
know
where
we're
Landing.
Roughly
with
that,
you
know
so,
and
so
the
renovation
costs
are
forty
thousand
or
fifty
thousand
dollars.
That's
what
they'll
make
good
and
and
I
I
don't
know
whether
or
not
you
need
words
in
regards
to
the
the
City
of
Gold
Coast
being
acknowledged
on
the
vehicles
yeah.
So
so
there
were.
A
That's
why
so
that
that
each
waste
compactor
vehicle
sold
to
the
Taurus
straight
Island,
Regional
Council,
clearly
betraying
all
of
at
all
times
that
the
vehicle
was
supplied
with
the
assistance
of
the
City
of
Gold
Coast,
because
he
wouldn't
want
any
of
our
friends
in
the
state
government
claiming
responsibility
for
it.
Yeah
and
I
think
if
we
are
being
as
generous
as
what
we
were
imagining.
A
We
don't
need
the
matter
right
to
the
Minister
asking
for
their
financial
assistance,
but
it
might
be
that
the
city
rights
to
learn
the
minister
telling
them
how
good
we
are
I'm
happy
to
do
that
too
yeah,
so
that
I
think
they're
going
to
be
unregistered
on
an
island.
It's
on
Ireland,
it's
not
based
it!
So
moved
Tom
I'll!
K
G
Yes,
we
are
a,
we
are
very
fortunate
Council
and
we
have
a
lot
of
assets
and
resources
here,
as
well
as
a
healthy
employed
population.
Not
all
councils
are
so
fortunate
and
we
are
we're
lucky
that
there's
an
opportunity
here
where
we
can
make
a
gift
that
will
be
incredibly
well
received
by
Straight
Island.
So
we're
grateful
to
the
officers
for
bringing
this
suggestion
to
us
and
we
look
forward
to
those
those
Waste,
Management
Vehicles
being
put
to
good
use.
A
Yeah
I
just
want
to
say
that
the
in-house
renovation
costs
make
sense,
because
I
don't
think
we
want
to
give
them
anything
that
isn't
going
to
have
a
healthy,
a
healthy
serviceable
life
on
island
after
it's
been
used
on
the
Gold,
Coast
and
I
think
that
collectively,
the
committee's
reached
a
good
point
in
regards
to
recognizing
the
book
value
is
a
good
place
to
start
for
the
transaction.
So
council
is
all
in
favor
carried
unanimously.
A
E
A
No,
does
anybody
have
any
questions
on
the
report
that
we
haven't
read
yet
councilor
Gates.
B
The
basis
was
for
the
removal,
the
amendment
that
removes
expenditure
approval
limits.
Thank
you.
L
Thank
you
Council
through
the
chair
with
the
recent
restructure
proposed
for
the
city,
the
administrative
authorizations,
which
are
essentially
a
financial
delegation
which
gives
an
officer
approval
to
engage
City
procurement
to
spend
from
an
approved
budget,
so
the
current
limits
don't
really
align
any
more
with
the
proposed
structure.
So
we
we
like
the
administrative
authorizations
to
remain.
However,
we
need
to
be
more
fluid
with
what
the
city
needs
to
deliver.
B
Have
a
little
discomfort
with
not
knowing
what
the
amount
is
like
this
gives
a
delegation
for
a
suitable
approval
limit
and
I
know
that
we've
all
on
occasions
felt
that,
above
a
certain
funding
amount,
the
council
should
be
involved,
so
I
have
a
little
discomfort
with
the
way.
That's
constructed.
Sorry.
L
Yes,
so
through
the
chair,
the
actual
amounts
won't
change.
It's
the
allocation
of
the
amounts
So.
Currently,
the
director
City
operations
has
is
the
only
director
with
a
hundred
million
dollars.
The
CEO
may
think
that
the
director
or
the
new
general
manager
of
the
infrastructure
may
need
a
hundred
million,
so
the
the
limits
won't.
The
amounts
won't
change.
It's
just
the
allocation
of
the
amounts.
E
So
through
you
Mr,
chair,
Council
Gates,
the
the
threshold
of
when
it
would
still
come
to
council
is
still
there.
So
this
is
the
delegations
from
the
CEO
down
to
offices.
We
are
definitely
working
with
the
CEO's
office
at
the
moment
to
determine
what
those
correct
delegations
would
be
for
each
position
so
for
directors
or
if
it
went
ahead,
executive
general
managers
under
the
new
structure.
They
might
just
need
some
tweaking.
So,
as
Jody
said
currently,
the
CEO
has
I
think
it's
500
Jody,
yes
correct
the
director.
E
City
operations
has
a
hundred
and
then
the
other
directors
in
our
current
language
of
talk
is
10
million.
So
the
ability
to
do
that
would
be
to
adjust
the
that
which
we
would
work
with
the
CEO
and
happy
to
report
that
back
through
Council
too
so
you're
aware
of
what
those
delegations
are
across
the
organization.
Okay,.
E
Through
Mr
chair
absolutely,
we
are
in
discussions
with
the
CEO's
office
at
the
moment
to
get
those
rough
ideas
so
that,
if.
E
A
A
variety
so
councilor
Gates.
It
might
be
that
we
have
a
presentation
back
to
Council
in
November
regarding
the
delegations
from
the
decision
today,
because
they're
not
going
to
have
a
real
effect
until
those
positions
are
actually
created,
which
is
subject
to
the
consultation
and
all
of
those
steps.
But
if,
if
they
will
need
to
be
in
place
in
November,
but
maybe
a
presentation
back
to
Gaff
in
November
that
confirms
what
those
delegations
are.
Would
that
yeah
provide
comfort.

Welcome
back
viewers,
hi
Tanya
haven't
seen
you
for
a
little
while,
but
I
hope
everything's
going
well
I'm
happy
to
move
that
item.
Second
by
counselor
Pauline
young
I'll,
explain
to
you
who
Tanya
is
later
all
in
favor
carried.
Thank
you
Jack
Miss
Frost.
Do
you
have
some
answers.
C
Through
you,
Mr
chair,
you
asked
a
question
about
the
percentage
of
rate
payers
that
are
on
Direct
debits,
so
that
is
currently
29
130,
which
is
about
ten
and
a
half
percent
of
those
that
includes
pprs
on
Direct
debit
is
about
6.6
percent
of
that
10.4
percent
yep.
Thank
you.
Electronic
rate
notices
yep
131
360,
which
is
almost
44
percent.
