If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
B
A
B
Well,
what
I'd
like
to
accomplish?
Well,
there
are
quite
a
few
things,
but
I
think
the
most
important
thing,
and
the
reason
why
I
sort
of
signed
up
as
a
candidate
this
time
is,
it
seems
to
me,
like
there's,
been
a
little
bit
of
a
disconnect
with
the
with
the
board
and
its
members
and.
A
B
The
the
rest,
the
audience
the
communities
and
I'd
like
to
see
if
I
can
help
sort
of
close
that
Gap
a
little
bit.
I
know
it
can't
be
done
on
in
one
term,
but
hopefully
a
little
bit.
I
know
there's
been
some
lack
of
transparency.
B
There's
been
a
fair
bit
of
drama,
but
most
of
all,
there's
been
a
lot
of
miscommunication
and
I
like
to
think
that
I'm
quite
good
at
communication
and
I'm,
a
good
representative
of
the
community
I,
don't
I'm,
not
the
heavy
Source
contributor,
open
source
contributor
I,
don't
have
any
fantastic
track
record
like
that
I'm
Justin,
sort
of
ordinary
but
extremely
extremely
enthusiastic,
Community,
back-end
developer,
and
that's
what
I
can
add
to
the
board.
B
A
That's
that's
actually
really
good.
What
kind
of
things
would
you
do
to
really
try
to
drive
that
home?
Do
you
have
any
particular
ideas?
You'd
want
to
want
to
implement,
to
try
to
make
some
of
that
happen.
B
B
Even
though
these
are
people
I've
worked
with
before
and
met
before
I
still
felt
sort
of
like
what
can
I
contribute
with,
because
I'm
just
a
Merry
Little
developer,
but
I've
I've
guess
I've
worked
a
lot
on
my
confidence
and
I've
honestly
that
everybody
has
their
place
and
what
I
didn't
do
enough
last
time
is
make
myself
heard
push
a
little
bit
harder
for
the
things
that
I
believe
in
because
people
they
would
have
listened,
but
I
found
communication
to
be
hard,
because
I
was
too
shy
and
too
anxious
when
we,
when
we
had
our
meetings.
B
So
not
it
wasn't
the
fault
of
anybody.
It
was
just
it
that's
how
the
situation
was
and
I
don't
think,
that's
going
to
be
a
problem
this
time
around
I've
grown
a
lot
and
I've
also
always
kept
an
eye
on
on
the
on
the
foundation
in
the
board
and
what
has
been
happening
and
kept
contributing
with
the
within
the
nomination
committee,
for
example.
A
Yeah,
no,
that's
good!
That's
those
are
some
good
ideas.
You
kind
of
touched
on
one
of
the
other
areas
that
we're
looking
at
or
that
have
been
asking
people.
Is
you
know
what
what
kind
of
experience
you
know
what
skills
do
you
bring
that
that
would
help
you
accomplish
those
things.
B
That's
a
that's
a
difficult
question,
I'm
trying
to
think
of
a
good
good
answer,
because
my
skills
are
obviously
not
I.
I
maintain
the
biggest
open
source
project
in
the
world
history.
There's
there's
nothing
like
that.
My
skills
are
purely
based
on
my
my
clout,
my
reach,
my
networking
skills,
my
ability
to
listen
to
people
and
talk
with
people
and
to
be
utterly
and
completely
transparent
and
reliable.
A
B
B
They're
always
going
to
be
quite
the
different
opinions
on
things
and
I,
don't
want
to
get
into
the
details
of,
but
the
whole
maturity
ladder
situation.
That's
a
good
example
of
where
you
want
representation
from
from
everybody,
from
the
the
users
of
libraries,
the
maintainers
of
libraries
and
the
libraries
who
want
to
go
on
like
a
hybrid
model,
open
source
and
paid.
So
those
there
are
a
lot
of
situations
where
you
do
need
a
person
from
everywhere.
Basically,
but
the
board
we
have
limited
seats.
B
B
We've
come
far
away
with
diversity,
but
not
enough,
and
when
I
saw
the
the
current
the
candidates
when
I
signed
up,
there
were
only
a
few
too
few
because
we
want
to
give
people
a
lot
of
people
to
choose
between
and
I
also
want
to
just
give
options,
even
if
I'm
not
nominated
at
least
hey
I'm
here,
but
I
do
have
a
plan
they
fight.
If
I
make
it
to
the
board.
A
B
The
best
way
to
do
it
is
lead
by
example,
so
I
can't
tell
other
other,
for
example,
other
women
like
me
like
tired,
soon
40
year
old
women
with
babies.
Okay,
not
everybody-
is
getting
babies
in
when
they're
almost
40..
Just
me
crazy
person,
but
how
can
I
tell
them
to
to
sign
up
for
something
like
this?
If
I
don't
do
it
myself,
so
I
want
to
lead
by
example.
Okay,.
A
And
yeah
I
think
you've
got
a
a
great
background
to
help
make
that
happen
and
to
your
experience,
coming
from
a
different
perspective,
also
is
is
going
to
be
valuable
yeah.
Anything
else
you
want
to
add
is
you
in
this.
B
Area
well,
I
mean
I'm,
not
I
do
have
a
lot
of
experience
from
the
community
I,
so
I
want
to
add
that
I
have
that
as
well.
So
when
I
talked
about
that,
I
have
good
Outreach
and
a
very
broad
network
of
people.
I
I've
been
I've
been
very
fortunate
to
to
be
able
to
to
speak
at
a
lot
of
really
big
conferences
and
meet
and
mingle
with
a
lot
of
people.
Who've
done
amazing
things
and
I
could
start
listing
them,
but
the
list
would
be
too
long
for
this.
B
Video
I've
had
the
opportunity
to
to
write
books
together
with
people
to
attend
conferences
such
as
build
and
Tech
days
and
I've
hosted
the
user
groups
for
several
years
done.
Podcasts,
attended
user
groups,
so
I've
been
in
the
middle
of
it
and
always
given
a
hundred
percent
of
myself.
So.
A
B
A
B
Couldn't
feel
12
minutes,
but
here
we
are
yes.
A
So
yeah,
that's
awesome
and
I
I
welcome
your
enthusiasm
and
as
with
all
the
candidates,
I
wish
you
good
luck
and
Iris
Claussen
running
for
board
for
that
night.
Foundation
again,
and
good
luck.
