From YouTube: Weekly e-NABLE Town Hall Meeting - December 30, 2022
Description
This is a recording of the weekly e-NABLE Town Hall meeting.
The notes/agenda document can be found here: https://bit.ly/e-nable-town-hall-notes
If you want to join into the meeting itself, you are welcome to do so. You'll find the Zoom link in the events calendar on the Hub.
A
All
right,
we
should
be
live
now,
so
welcome
back
everyone
to
another
town
hall
hope
everyone's
having
a
good
holiday
season,
and
this
will
probably
be
a
short
meeting
today.
We'll
go
ahead
and
get
started
and
see
what
we
have.
That's
sort
of
you
know
time
sensitive
if,
if
you
will,
but
we
we
probably
will
not
go
the
full
hour
today.
I've
got
the
YouTube
chat
down
here
in
the
lower
right.
A
A
Yeah,
that's
one
of
my
favorites
all
right
on.
We
go
action
items,
okay,
so
Jeremy
and
Rick
we
did
meet
and
we
went
over
some
options
for
moving
forward
with
the
chapter
audit
I
think
we
know
what
we
can
and
can't
edit
in
that
spreadsheet
now
and
so
Rick
was
to
begin
sort
of
reaching
out
one
by
one.
A
I
also
gave
him
a
list
of
emails
that
were
were
not
that
didn't
receive
the
original
email
because
of
a
problem
in
our
Benchmark
platform,
which
we'll
talk
about
another
time
so
Rick
have
I,
don't
I
know
it's
holiday
season.
Maybe
nothing's
happened.
Any
updates
here.
D
I
sent
out
some
test
ones,
mostly
I
sent
one
to
myself
just
to
make
sure
I.
Did
it
and
I've
got
this
I've
got
this
Excel
macro
that
I'm
using
that
will
hopefully
allow
me
to
automate
some
of
this
great.
A
Okay,
so
we're
going
to
try
taking
our
original
email
and
sort
of
translating
it
into
local
language
and
then
sending
it
to
the
chapter
leader,
I
already
told
Rick,
some
of
that
might
be
out
of
date.
Maybe
the
chapter
leader
is
not
there
anymore,
so
you
might
have
to
do
some
investigation
to
find
out.
You
know,
look
at
their
social
media.
Look
at
the
website.
You
know
see
if
we
can
find
out
who's
there
now
so
Rick's
going
to
work
on
that,
but
it's
going
to
take
time.
A
Sarah
have
you
had
any
discussions
with
Ian
or
nush
I
really,
don't
know
what
he's
up
to
these
days?
Does
anyone.
B
Yeah
so
I've
I've
spoken
with
Ian
he
he
says
that
everything
is
is
going
smoothly
and
when
last
we
spoke,
he
had
a
meeting
scheduled
to
move
things
forward
with
the
the
printing
collaboration,
and
that
is
actually
that's.
The
subject
of
January's
joint
education
and
new
member
Meetup
meeting
Ian
will
spoke
about
having
nush
present
on
the
status
of
that.
A
So
maybe
I,
maybe
the
plans
changed
or
maybe
I
just
don't
know
what
he's
working
on
I
was
under
the
impression
that
his
main
focus
in
this
internship
was
establishing
our
main
device
repository
in
the
NIH
3D
print
exchange.
Is
that
no.
A
Okay,
so,
and
he's
going
to
be
talking
about
where
that
stands
during
the
new
member
Meetup.
A
Think
got
it
okay,
so
I
should
try
to
be
there
for
that
and
get
an
update
that
way.
Thank
you,
I'm,
going
to
go
ahead
and
cross
that
off
cross
that
off
and
we'll
just
leave
the
one
for
Rick
to
work
on
reaching
out
to
Chapters.
Here's
our
metrics
of
the
week,
Rick
and
I,
noted
that
we
still
are
not
seeing
the
new
20K
from
Dora.
You
didn't
try
to
smuggle
that
away
somewhere.
Did
you
John.
C
A
A
Yeah
they
for
some
reason
they
just
popped
in
I.
Maybe
it
was
slow
on
the
refresh,
but
now
I
see
him
okay,
so
we
have
one
here
from
Connie
marchick
long
time
volunteer.
A
A
Oh
I'm
not
saying
here,
I'm,
not
showing
all
the
comments.
Okay,
I
did
not
see
anyone
on
the
phone
I'm,
attaching
the
documents
I
use.
Okay.
So,
and
these
look
like
the
two
that
we,
because
we
have
one
for
individuals,
one
for
chapters,
so
that
looks
like
ours
that
you're
using
just
for
anybody
watching
under
the
main
Forum.
If
you
go
to
the
wiki
I
think
this
is
where
they
were
and
then
oh,
no,
maybe
it's
not
the
wiki,
maybe
see.
This
is
why
we,
even
if
I,
don't
even
know
where
things
are.
A
Foreign,
oh
I,
remember
where
it
is
it's
in
the
code
of
conduct
which
is
as
I
think
of
it
is
not
a
very
intuitive
place
for
it.
So,
in
the
code
of
conduct
we
talk
about,
you
know
recommending
that
people
get
a
signed
release
and
there
it
is
linked
right
there
releasing
way
for
viability
and
an
editable
version
can
be
downloaded
here
and
then
down
in
the
chapters
section
there's
a
similar
one.
So
the
links
are
currently
in
the
code
of
conduct
and
even
as
I
say
that
so
I.
A
We
should
have
a
copy
of
that
probably
write
in
like
in
this
getting
started
with
the
enable
section,
maybe
important
templates
or
something
we
got
to
add
something
in
there.
Is
that
maybe
something
that
you
could
help
with
Sarah
I,
don't
want
to
put
anything
more
on
you.
If
you
have
too
much
going
on
already.
C
You
know
Jeremy
that
one
could
take
Sarah
an
hour
to
figure
out.
Oh.
A
Okay,
I
wasn't
sure
how
familiar
you
are
with
with
the
wikis
I
might
be
able
to
get
to
that.
Let's
just
let
me
just
put
that
down
as
a
note
up
here
under
action
items
for
myself.
I
just
don't
know
if
I
can
get
to
it
right
away,
add
links
to
important
templates
in
the
getting
started
section
of
main
Wiki.
A
Okay,
so
thank
you
for
giving
her
those
templates,
Rick
and
we'll
get
them
in
a
more
visible
place
for
the
next
person,
and
here
we
have
Alan
Thurlow
new
to
The
Forum.
Three
years
ago,
ten-year-old
student
built
a
3D
printed
handle
and
was
sent
in
to
be
approved.
I,
don't
believe
I've
heard
back,
maybe
he
met
hand
a
3D
printed
hand
she's
asking
about
it
and
wanted
to
include
it
on
her
resume
for
private
school
applications.
I,
don't
know
where
I
can
track
down
the
people.
A
We
may
have
mailed
this
to
to
determine
whether
okay,
so
they
there
was
some
confusion
here.
Unfortunately,
somebody's
going
to
need
to
explain
to
him
that
they
were
not
supposed
to
mail
the
hand
anywhere.
We
don't
do
our
evaluations.
That
way.
That's
all
done
online
with
photos
and
video.
They
probably
sent
their
hand
to
one
of
our
collection
points
which,
unfortunately,
is
a
black
hole.
These
days,
which.
C
I
spoke
to
the
guy
who's
been,
sadly
I've,
forgotten,
he's
no
longer
at
the
school,
but
he's
in
a
new
school
still
interested
in
the
naval.
There
is
still
an
enabled
chapter
at
the
school,
that
is,
the
collection
point
and
apparently
they've
been
diligently
boxing
them
and
putting
them
in
a
store
room.
But.
A
A
So
the
very
likely
answer,
unfortunately,
is
that
the
hand
they
sent
a
few
years
ago
is
sitting
in
a
room
somewhere
with
a
hundred
other
devices,
and
we
have
no
way
of
knowing
you
know
what
happened
to
it.
I
I
think
that's
what's
realistic
here.
If
these,
if
these
guys
kept
any
photos
or
video
of
the
hand
they
made,
we
could
do
the
inspection.
You
know,
after
the
fact
that
way,
I'm
guessing
they
didn't
I'm
just
guessing
they
just
shipped
it
off
I'm,
not
quite
sure
what
to
do
here.
A
A
Okay,
I
guess
the
best
I
can
say:
Sarah
is
go
ahead
and
post
a
link
to
this
section
of
our
video
recording
here
and
let
them
hear
our
discussion
and
it's
an
unfortunate
situation,
but
without
having
the
the
hand
physically,
which
I
don't
know
that
we
can
identify
at
this
point.
You
know
we
don't
have
any
kind
of
an
asset
tagging
system
or
anything
like
that.
Going
on
right
now,
so
I
don't
know,
I
mean,
if
just
see
if
they
have
any
kind
of
evidence
of
the
work.
A
That
student
did
any
photos
or
you
know
even
notes
or
anything
that
we
might
be
able
to
use
to
sign
off
on
something
I,
guess:
okay,
all
right
all
right
on!
We
go
so
recurring
meetings
as
far
as
I
could
tell
the
next
one
coming
up
is
the
bionic
meeting
on
the
first
Friday
of
January?
Is
that
right,
Sarah
on
the
sixth.
B
Yeah,
so
that
the
Wiki
calendar
is
up,
and
so.
B
And
the
bionic
designs
meeting
is
yes,
it's
on
the
sixth
okay,
12
Eastern.
A
B
No,
that's
not
that's!
That's
not!
On
the
calendar.
I
tried
to
that's
not
on
Wiki
or
or
in
the
newsletter.
It's
not
planned.
I
tried
to
delete
it,
but
I
I
tried
several
times
and
it
just
it.
Wouldn't.
Let
me
delete.
A
No
problem,
probably
a
permissions
issue,
although
let's
see
did
that
not
work,
let's
see
is
that
what
you
had
it
says
deleted
and
then
it
just
and
then.
A
Cancel
now
maybe
I
have
to
edit
the
event
to
turn
off
recurrence
first
delete
here.
You
go
delete
all
events
there
we
go
so
you
have
to
go
to
edit
and
then
you
can
delete
all
of
them.
I
guess
that
should
be
getting
rid
of
them
and
then
I
see
it
looks
like
we'll
have
to
do
the
same
thing
with
the
education
Meetup,
because
I
see
here
it's
education,
new
members
combined,
but
then
the
next
month
that
only
shows
education.
B
B
And
then
for
the
for
the
newsletter
email
I
tried
to
send
that
out
to
the
whole
mailing
list,
but
I
I
got
an
error
message
saying
that
the
the
plan
has
expired
and
needs
to
be
updated
and
there
are
different
plans
with
different
prices.
So
I
and
information
needs
to
be
updated,
so
I
I
need
someone
to
to
do
that
before
I
can
send
the
email
I.
A
Didn't
realize
that
it
happened.
Let's
just
take
a
quick
look
here
and
we'll
get
that
taken
care
of
a
separate
issue
that
we're
gonna
have
to
look
into
with
regards
to
context,
we've
got
contacts
that
are
coming
up
here
under
confirmed
bounces,
for
some
reason
that
nobody
knows
why,
because
they
never
received
emails,
and
that
includes
masby
here
who
never
received
our
initial
chapter
email.
So
there's
something
weird
going
on
there
too,
but
let's
see
account
settings,
I,
guess,
plan
information
count
expired.
A
Okay,
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
they
that,
let's
see
change
yeah
see
we
should
be
on
some
kind
of
a
a
non-profit
account.
So
the
current
plan
is
Legacy,
free
and,
of
course,
they're
not
giving
us
any
free
option
now
so
I
think
we're
gonna
have
to
reach
out
to
somebody
to
see
because
I
don't
think
the
light
is
going
to
be
good
enough
for
us.
Okay,
somebody
needs
to
reach
out
to
these
guys
to
see
if
we
can
arrange
some
kind
of
a
non-profit
account
I'll.
C
A
Okay,
so
Benchmark,
now
there
it
is
okay,
so
I
can
copy
that
password.
The
login
is
enable
team,
John.
A
C
A
So
I
guess-
and
it
says
we
have
to
update
our
payment
details-
we'll
probably
need
to
put
a
card
in
because
my
guess
is
we're
not
going
to
be
on
a
free
account
anymore,
but
we'll
see
maybe
I
mean
I'm.
A
That'll,
be
your
that'll
be
the
enable
card,
but
let's,
let's
see
what
they'll
do
for
us
on
price
and
if
it's
not
free,
maybe
it's
worth
thinking
about
Alternatives.
A
There
was
one
that
just
came
up
with
my
other
non-profit.
That
has
a
pretty
robust
free
plan
available.
So
let's
see
what
they
come
back
with,
but
we're
not
necessarily
tied
to
Benchmark.
If
it's,
if
the
price
isn't
right.
C
C
A
All
right,
as
far
as
discussion
topics
last
time
we
had
some
discussion
actually
I
think
it
was
two
meetings
ago.
Sarah
talk
to
us
about
some
proposed
adjustments
to
her
role
and
responsibilities
and
I
think
she
had
already
talked
to
you
John
about
that.
So
you're,
probably
already
up
to
speed
there,
I
wasn't
taking
notes
at
the
time
I
apologize,
Sarah
I
know.
One
thing
you
were
talked
about
was
reducing
the
number
of
monthly
meetings.
B
B
Underneath
the
calendar
be
a
short
story
about
you
know
in
a
new
device
or
a
chapter
and
things
that
can
be
translated
into
social
media
and
hub
posts
and
material
for
the
website
and
then
larger
project
which
I'd
love
to
have
feedback
from
from
everyone
on
is
monitoring
and
evaluation
and
and
trying
to
evaluate
where
all
of
the
different
enabled
chapters
are
device,
deliveries
and
sort
of
and
identifying
capabilities
for
for
making
devices
and
then
actually
delivering
them
to
people
who
need
them
and
just
goals
and
progress
across.
A
Will
sound
very
important,
I
think
you're
on
the
right
track?
Okay,
good
I
just
wanted
to
I!
Guess
I
didn't
do
a
good
job
of
capturing
the
main
points
before
so
thanks
for
the
review
has
that
we
haven't
done
the
press
release
because
we're
waiting
to
actually
see
splints
on
people
right,
that's
right!
Okay,
so
that's
on
hold!
Just
this
morning,
I
went
ahead
and
turned
the
lumio
discussion
into
a
vote.
A
I
was
waiting,
so
I
wanted
to
talk
through
the
comments
that
we
had
received
to
make
sure
that
we
all
agreed
how
to
incorporate
those,
but
as
I
went
back
through
it
this
morning,
I
didn't
want
to
let
it
wait
too
long
and
I
saw
as
I
went
through
it.
That
really
all
the
comments
were
just
talking
about
the
the
block
process
and
it
really
all
boiled
down
to
just
like
one
people
wanting
to
understand.
A
You
know
how
that
works,
and
so
I
I
went
ahead
and
just
added
in
the
clarification
that
I
think
was
was
needed
for
that
and
went
ahead
and
put
it
up
as
a
proposal.
So
all
I
did
and
I
assumed
that
you
guys
will
be
fine
with
this
I
put
in
here.
The
clarification
that,
if
anyone
votes
to
block
this
puts
the
voting
on
hold
until
the
next
town
hall
meeting
currently
held
each
Friday,
the
blocking
voters
expected
to
attend
the
next
weekly
town
hall
meeting
to
discuss
the
reasons
for
the
black
vote.
A
At
the
end
of
this
discussion,
the
attendees
of
the
Town
Hall
will
vote
to
decide
whether
to
lift
the
block
and
allow
voting
to
proceed
or
to
cancel
the
vote
in
its
current
form.
If
the
blocking
voter
does
not
show
up
to
the
town
hall
meeting,
that
person's
block
vote
can
be
sustained
or
canceled
by
a
vote
of
those
in
attendance.
Any
objections
to
how
I
did
that.
C
A
That's
great
so
this
is
this
is
up
now
as
a
proposal
I'm
not
going
to
vote
per
our
one
of
our
proposed
changes.

Proposal
doesn't
vote
so
I'm,
abstaining
here
and
but
I
do
I
did
send
a
notification
to
everybody
in
lumio
and
it
says
184
notified
and
so
I
I
invite
you
all
to
start
voting
it's
running
for
the
prescribed
10
days,
which
means
that
it
will
wrap
up.
A
A
That's
been
a
a
lengthy
process
that
I
think
is
near
finished
and
I.
Think
that'll
be
positive,
positive
improvements
for
the
the
voting
to
to
give
better
Clarity
to
the
process.
C
So
that's
a
great
thing:
did
you
also
post
into
the
Hub
I.
A
Did
not
I
just
did
this
minutes
before
the
meeting
so
who
wants
to
do
that?
Should
I
I.
A
That
maybe
that
automated
thing-
okay,
all
right
so
then
tickets
I
think
this
will
be
quick
because
Rick
has
been
so
on
top
of
things
in
here
lately.
A
A
A
So
thank
you
again
for
staying
on
top
of
those.
It's
a
big
big
help.
Chapter
audit
is
in
progress.
We
talked
about
that
before
Rick's,
going
to
proceed
with
trying
to
reach
out
individually
and
we
hope
to
see
those
numbers
start
to
clarify
themselves
over
time.
A
We
have
a
big
project
for
the
year
ahead
with
the
matching
platform
and
I
think
this
really
needs
to
be
a
top
priority,
because
the
days
of
enable
web
Central
are
numbered.
If
you
know
modules
get
updated,
you
know
software
gets
updated.
You
know
things.
Some
piece
gets
updated
and
breaks
something
I
don't
have
anybody
to
go
to
anymore.
A
It's
just
going
to
be
broken,
we'll
be
down
and
I
I
will
have
a
very
hard
time
getting
it
back
up
at
this
point
and
that's
going
to
happen
eventually
so
I'm
just
kind
of
raising
the
red
flag.
Here
we
need
to
get
a
new
matching
platform
going
I
think
we've
got
a
really
really
good
candidate
with
the
platform
that
enabled
France
built,
but
we
got
work
to
do
and
I
think
it
takes
a
team.
A
We
got
to
get
those
plugins
going
for
the
translation
and
I
think
these
are
the
two
plugins
that
we
need.
The
costs
are
no
problem.
We
could
authorize
those
right
here,
but
it's
it's
doing
the
work.
It's
somebody
to
help
actually
translating
all
the
existing
Pages
getting
some
of
the
other
content
that
we
want
in
there
for
the
actual
site
itself,
and
you
know,
testing
the
process
of
you
know
using
the
map
and
the
matching
and
all
that
just
it's
a
lot
to
get
it
rolled
out
and
actually
in
production.
C
That's
actually
a
pretty
well-defined
task
for
a
Word
Perfect.
The
word
press
consultant
I,
wonder
if
we
should
just
could.
A
Be,
although
I'm
not
sure
about
the
translation
part,
that's
not
necessarily
A
WordPress
consultant
that
might
be
just
more
of
a
linguist
I.
A
A
That's
what
we
did
with
the
enable
with
Central
and
we
use
Google
Translate
it'll.
Do
it
for
you,
the
problem.
Is
it
just
doesn't
do
a
good
enough
job
or
there's
there's
some
AI
tools
now
that
are
you
know
getting
better,
but
I
I,
just
I,
don't
know
if
we're
at
the
point
where
we
can
rely
on
a
fully
automated
internationalization,
yeah.
C
A
Well,
I
mean
honestly
I
think
you
know
I'm
looking
at
this
as
potentially
addressing
a
lot
of
challenges,
and
that's
why
I
said
I
think
this
really
should
be
seen
as
a
key
project
for
enable
us
this
year,
because
I
think
we
can
greatly
clarify
the
the
matching
process
and
make
it
that
easier
for
people
which
has
been
a
big
problem.
I
think
we
can
use
it
to
provide
a
much
clearer,
easier
to
follow
landing
page
just
for
people
that
first
find
their
way
to
enable
and
need
to
find
out
where
to
go.
A
I
think
it's
a
much
better
way
to
present
the
community
I
think
if
we
do
the
internationalization
right
and
that's
why
I'm
thinking
not
just
English
and
French
but
English
French
German,
you
know
the
Japanese
Chinese
yeah,
all
the
major
languages
that
we
can
get
in
there.
Now,
all
of
a
sudden,
you
know,
we've
we've
dealt
with
the
barrier
of
you
know
some
of
the
the
language
issues
that
we
have
and
maybe
have
a
platform
that
could
be
used
more
broadly,
and
then
we
have
the
potential
of
having
centralized
data.
C
A
lot
of
work
I
can
see
your
New
Year's
resolution
list
is,
is
alive
and
well
what
kind
and
and
it
should
be,
a
team
and
because
I
don't
think
you
want
to
be
the
tech
person
to
do
it.
The
question
is:
how
are
we
going
to
get
someone
to
work
with
you
to
realize
that
vision
and
opportunity?
Well.
A
That's
and
that
that's
always
the
challenge
right
I
mean
even
to
put
the
call
out
here,
doesn't
do
a
lot
of
good
because
we
have
all
of
you
know
three
or
four
people
watching
these
videos.
A
I
I
mean
not
to
jump
right
on
topics
here,
but
that's
another
thing
that
I
was
just
noticing
to
morning
this
morning.
This
whole
topic
of
kind
of
getting
things
done
when
you
go
to
the
main
Forum
right
now
in
our
pinned
post.
It
says
volunteering
needs
here.
Well,
it
doesn't
really
list
anything
specific.
A
It's
not
doing
anything
that
is
not
gonna,
so
this
whole
mechanism
of
how
do
we?
How
do
we
Define
our
volunteering
needs?
Put
the
word
out
to
the
community,
recruit
people
and
we've
never
figured
it
out.
We
really
need
to
do
a
better
job
of
documenting
our
current
top
priority
needs
and
pushing
those
to
the
community.
You
know,
newsletters,
you
know
emails
any
on
on
the
Hub.
You
know
just
everywhere
that
we
can
think
of
we've,
never
gotten
that
mechanism
right
so
yeah,
that's
that's
part
of
it,
but
I
think
yeah.
A
This
is
going
to
need
a
skilled,
WordPress
person.
I
know
there's
a
lot
of
PHP
in
there.
I
don't
know
the
extent
of
it,
but
probably
gonna
need
some
PHP
development.
A
We're
going
to
need
a
lot
of
help
with
translation,
and
that's
probably
somebody
for
each
language.
Somebody
to
take
the
lead
on.
You
know
who's.
You
know
English
and
and
French
somebody
who
knows
English
and
German
somebody
who
knows
English
and
Chinese.
You
know
somebody
who
can
handle
each
language
to
translate
from
The
Source,
actually
I
guess
the
source
is
more
French
than
English.
A
So,
there's
that
whole
thing
I,
don't
think,
there's
a
lot
of
infrastructure
needed,
because
masby
already
got
a
server
set
up
for
us
at
the
end,
it
would
just
be
a
matter
of
kind
of
flipping
it
over
to
a
production
URL
and
maybe
embedding
that
in
the
hub
or
something
but
I
think
mostly
it's
a
matter
of
just
configuration
or
configuring.
The
WordPress
plugins
doing
the
different
translation
bits
updating
the
pages
to
show
the
content.
We
want
all
that
stuff.
C
That's
all
clear
Jeremy,
what's
not
clear
is
that
we
want.
C
A
C
That's
easy
to
say:
if
you
already
know
that
whole
environment.
A
A
A
Yeah
and
that's
that's
been
the
main
challenge,
because
we
found
so
many
pockets
of
talent
who
have
all
subsequently
become
unavailable,
and
it's
yeah,
maybe
I,
look
I,
maybe
you're
right
I
mean
as
I
think
more
about
it.
I
do
feel
that
this
is
a
really
important
project
for
us.
That
would
benefit
a
lot
of
people
in
a
lot
of
ways
and
we're
sitting
flush
on
cash
right
now
and
the
fun.
Maybe
this
is
a
good
thing
to
approach
as
a
funded
project.
A
C
I
I
think
what
you
do.
Is
you
start
by
looking
for
the
Consultants
who
can
give
you
the
budget,
and
then
you
explain
to
them
that
we're
looking
for
someone.
In
fact,
you
can
put
out
a
call.
You
describe
the
challenge.
They.
A
A
Okay,
well,
while
I
well,
I
completely
agree
with
what
you're
saying,
John
and
I
know
I'm
the
one
putting
this
forward
and
everything
I'm
afraid
I'm,
not
sure
I'm
in
a
position
to
actually
take
the
lead
on
going
and
and
finding
a
contractor
and
and
going
through
all
the
details
and
trying
to
put
together
budgets.
I
mean
even
that
is
a
pretty
but.
A
C
C
Then
you
capture
what
you
said
and
recorded
a
few
minutes
ago
about
what
the
ambition
is,
and
you
say
we
would
like
bids
on
this
task
and
that's
that's
the
standard
process.
They
then
break
it
out
and
to
discard
how
they're
going
how
they
would
do
it
and
they
give
you
a
budget,
and
then
we
get
to
pick
the
person
who
did
the
most
credible
job
after
we've
already
looked
at
their
their
qualifications,
so
they
provide
the
budget.
A
C
A
Specific
things,
and
but
they've
got
a
lot
of
English
translations
in
here
already,
okay,
all
right!
Well,
let
me
see
what
I
can
do.
Maybe
I
can
reach
out
to
one
of
those
services
and
at
least
arrange
a
discussion
which
I
would,
if
I,
if
I'm
able
to
do
that,
I'll
include
you
in
that
John
and
we'll
see
where
it
goes,
but
I
think
that
could
help
with
a
lot.
I
just
feel
like
we're
a
little
bit
stuck
in
between.
A
C
D
C
A
It
happen
so
all
right,
we
talked
about
continuing
education
credits,
I.
Think
that's
worthy
of
continuing
to
pursue
I
have
not
done
anything
to
reach
out
to
this
International
accreditation
organization,
but
I
think
it's
worth
getting
some
info
from
them
about
how
their
program
works
and
what
we
would
have
to
do
to
qualify
our
volunteers
for
continuing
education
credits,
I
think
that
would
be
a
nice
way
of
drawing
more
people
in
and
rewarding
them
for
their
work
and
again
I.
Don't
want
to.
A
You
know
harp
on
this,
but
this
goes
back
to
the
whole
idea
of
you
know
getting
things
done,
how
do
we
clearly
lay
out
what
these
different
needs
are?
That's
another
perfect
one
for
a
volunteer,
hey
who
wants
to
look
into
continuing
education
credits
and
educate
us
on
how
to
do
that
right.
You
know
these
are
all
things
that
volunteers
could
be
helping
us
with.
We
just
don't
have
that
mechanism
figured
out.
A
How
do
we
clearly
document
Define
these
needs
and
and
get
them
in
front
of
the
community
in
a
way
they'll
see
them
and
take
them
on
so
I
think
that's
a
that's!
Another
kind
of
core
challenge
for
2023
is
figuring
out
a
better
system
for
that
of
of
rolling
out
volunteering
needs
and
getting
them
handled.
A
I
said
I
was
going
to
keep
this
one
short.
So
let
me
just
kind
of
pause
here
and
open
it
up
to
you
guys
anything
else.
You
want
to
talk
about
I,
don't
think
we
need
to
go
into
the
rest
of
these
topics
right
now,
so
anything
else
that
you
guys
want
to
discuss
before
we
wrap
up
the
year.
A
All
right,
well
I,
want
to
thank
all
of
you
for
another
year
of
really
hard
work,
I
think
we're
all
doing
important
stuff
and
it's
it's
greatly
appreciated
and
there's
lots
more
to
be
done,
looking
forward
to
the
next
year
and
continuing
to
find
more
people
for
our
team
and
but
but
thank
you
so
much
for
those
of
you
who've
on
this
call
who
have
done
so
much
this
year.
