A
Okay,
we
can
go
ahead
and
get
started.
I
know
others
will
be
joining,
but
we
will
get
started
for
those
watching
the
stream-
and
I
have
some
others
soon,
hopefully
so
welcome
to
another
town
hall
and,
let's
see
ben,
are
you
able
to
help
with
notes
today.
A
Okay,
thanks
all
right,
so
take
a
look
at
action
items
first,
ben
and
bob
have
been
working
on
a
report
for
our
annual
donors
might
be
nice
to
share
that
draft.
I
guess,
let's
see.
A
B
So
I
I
pulled
together
some
of
the
statistics
with
help
from
jeremy
and
bob
and
evan
and
john
looking
into
the
data
that
we
have
it's
it's
definitely
I
think
it's
it's
an
outline
that
we
can
follow
in
the
future
and
the
numbers
will
get
more
and
more
accurate,
but
it
does.
It
is
a
good
reminder
that
getting
in
more
information,
you
know
continues
to
be
a
challenge,
but
it's
an
important
one.
So
what
we
ended
up
doing
was
we
had
some
data
and
projections
from
the
goldman
sachs
proposal.
B
I
used
some
of
that
and
also
we
ended
up
with
these
bottom
third
averages.
So
for
some
of
the
numbers
that
we
were
pretty
confident
that
you
know
the
10
chapter
spotlights
are
pretty
there's
a
couple.
Large
chapters
in
there
that
are
really
active
compared
to
you
know
some
of
the
other
smaller
chapters,
so
the
numbers
are
really
shifted.
You
know
if
we
try
to
do
projections
based
on
that,
so
the
bottom
third
average
is
basically
an
average
of
an
average.
B
It's
looking
at
you
know
the
this
number
in
between
the
biggest
and
the
smallest
and
then
averaging
that
again,
with
with
the
low
side
to
get
the
bottom
third,
and
that
seems
like
a
much
more
conservative
place
to
do
some
of
these
projections
for
now.
So
that's
what
we
settled
on.
I
thought
that
was
a
good
solution
for
again
limited
data
that
we
have.
A
Well,
it
looks
really
nice
nice
job
and
thanks
for
putting
that
together,
so
go
ahead
and
cross
that
one
off
bob
and
I
still
need
to
have
a
session
about
just
talking
about
the
process
for
animal
prosthetics.
That's
gonna
be
a
while
he's
in
the
middle
of
a
move,
which
is
why
he's
not
able
to
join
us
today,
and
so
I
think
his
action
items
here
as
far
as
reaching
out
to
veterinarians
and
other
volunteers.
A
That's
those
are
those
are
going
to
be
out,
probably
in
november,
so
we're
just
going
to
leave
those
here
for
now,
but
john
update
us
on
your
discussions
with
prashant
or
the
folks
at
maker's
asylum.
Yes,.
B
C
Vibe
at
maker's
asylum,
which
is
becoming
quite
a
global
presence
and
he's
very
enthusiastic
about
this,
so
we
should
figure
out
how
to
get
them
and
what
I
think
is
their
network
of
fab
labs
in
india
into
the
program.
I
I
don't,
I'm
not
really
sure
how
to
do
that.
I
could
simply
invite
them
to
connect
up
and
etc,
but
they're
big
enough
players,
and
it's
an
important
enough
thing
that
we
might
want
to
use
it
to
think
about
some
sort
of
an
partner,
onboarding
process.
A
Well,
it
might
be
the
easiest
way
to
approach
that
is
just
to
get
a
meeting
with
vaibhav
and
just
have
some
discussion
about
how
we
might
approach
this,
because
we
need
a
better
understanding
of
kind
of
what
resources
available
are
available
on
their
site.
Somebody-
and
it
might
be
him,
would
need
to
sort
of
take
leadership
and
kind
of
get
the
full
training,
and
you
know,
because
it's
not
just
the
printing,
hopefully
it's
working
with
recipients
and
fitting
and
customization
all
that
good
stuff.
A
So
if
we
could
train
him
or
some
leader
in
their
community
who
would
then
disseminate
information
that
sort
of
thing
that
might
work,
but
I
think
a
meeting
with
him
would
probably
be
the
first
step
right.
A
A
Wow,
okay,
so
on
we
go,
I
don't
have
any
special
presentations
on
the
agenda,
so
this
is
just
a
reminder
that
we
got
lots
of
people
out
there
that
are
fully
qualified
to
give
a
presentation
in
these
weekly
sessions.
Please
take
us
up
on
that
offer,
there's
so
much
great
work
going
on
out
there.
This
doesn't
need
to
be
a
big
thing.
Just
pop
on
in
here
tell
us
about
what
you're
doing
maybe
show
some
photos.
That's
it
doesn't
need
to
take
any
big
preparation.
A
C
For
all
of
those
live
viewers
who
are
heartbroken
that
there
isn't
a
presentation
during
today's
town
hall
meeting,
we
have
a
focused
follow-up
today
in
at
one
o'clock,
eastern,
that's
a
little
less
than
two
hours
from
now
where
ali
elliott,
with
the
able
assistance
of
kevin
dardick,
I
think,
will
be
presenting
about
hello
there.
She
is
about
the
upcoming.
C
B
If
you
look
at
the
chat
too
there's
a
message
from
alexander,
so
at
the
end
you
might
have
something
to
share.
A
Short
presentation
for
the
lumia
work:
oh
okay,
great!
So,
let's
yeah,
let's
see
how
time
goes
alexander
and
maybe
we
will
get
to
that
towards
the
end.
I
think
it'll
probably
be
fine.
So
let's
go
on.
Take
a
quick
look
at
our
metrics.
I
don't
think
there
was
anything
that
really
stood
out
for
this
week,
pretty
typical
levels
of
activity.
So
we
don't
need
to
really
spend
a
lot
of
time
here.
I
don't
think
but
they're
in
here.
A
If
anyone
wants
to
peruse
those,
I
think
we
already
covered
the
one
coming
up
today,
which
is
the
focus,
follow,
but
here's
a
summary
of
our
recurring
meetings
right
now,
so
we've
got
educational
meetups
on
the
first
mondays
of
the
month,
chapter
leaders
meetups
on
the
second
monday
of
each
month,
device
pilots
on
the
third
monday
of
each
month.
Those
are
all
at
12,
eastern
and
then
we've
got
the
new
member
meet-ups
on
the
third
friday
and
the
focus
follow-ups
on
the
fourth
friday.
A
Those
are
both
at
one
easter
and
so
we've
got
that
focus
follow-up
today,
that'll
be
about
the
educational
conference.
We
have
coming
up
in
november
and
you
can
always
check
out
our
hub
calendar
to
see
other
events
and
we've
got
that
nice
new
widget
now
so,
if
you're
in
the
main
forum,
you'll
see
the
next
sort
of
five
or
six
upcoming
events
right
there
in
that
widget
makes
it
really
easy
to
see.
What's
going
on,
okay,
one
time
events,
a
couple
of
these
have
already
passed
now
I
was
confused
on
this
october.
A
C
As
far
as
I
know,
it
was
good.
I
talked
about
enable
as
a
model
and
the
planet
as
a
target
of
opportunity
for
enable-like
organizations
to
save
the
earth.
A
C
A
A
C
There
were
some
good
presentations
on
the
agenda.
I
attended
the
fda's
presentation
last
week,
which
was
quite
excellent,
but
there
you
go.
That's
what
I
know.
A
C
And
a
reminder
we
would
love
to
have
some
people
attend.
I
might
I
might
not.
If
registration
is
a
challenge,
there
are
student
registrations
available
for
twenty
five
dollars
and
we
will
pick
up
the
tab.
A
Excellent,
we
just
ask
you
to
share
anything.
You
learn
with
the
community
student
networking
event.
This
is
the
one
that
we'll
be
talking
about
in
detail
an
hour
from
when
this
meeting
ends
so
join
us
for
that
and
hear
all
about
that
event.
On
november
20th,
let's
see
there's
a
note
here
about
ali
working
with
safe
to
plan
an
afternoon
or
evening
in
person
event
any
updates
on
that
ali.
Is
it
just
something
you're
still
discussing.
A
Very
good,
all
right,
I'm
gonna
go
to
discussion
topics.
What
do
we
have
for
today?
Oh,
let's
see
recent
news
and
media.
I
just
put
this
in
here
because
I
I
just
saw
an
article
from
creality
featuring
mao
3d.
A
No
mention
of
enable
in
the
article
which
is
not
unusual,
but
you
know
their
their
website
does
talk
about
their
roots
coming
from
enable
and
the
team
unlimited.
So
that's
nice,
but
it
was.
It
was
a
nice
article
about
the
work
they're
doing
and
yeah
just
nice
to
see.
I
just
wanted
to
point
that
out.
Anyone
else
see
anything.
I
just
thought
it
might
be
nice
to
highlight
some
of
these
things
each
week.
Has
anybody
else
seen
anything
this
week
as
far
as
any
articles
or
media
that
might
be
worth
sharing.
C
No,
I
think
we've
talked
about
this,
but
kyle
reeser,
who
was
an
intern
with
us
and
who
was
funded
to
both
develop
a
3d
printer
in
a
suitcase
which
3d
printer
in
his
suitcase
is
now
in
my
possession
and
and
available
to
be
to
be
deployed
and
also
to
go
to
africa,
and
he
went
to
tanzania
as
well
as
rwanda,
and
did
some
3d
printing
work
with
the
prosthetist
there
and
by
the
way
last,
I
heard
that
prosthetist
was
interested
in
additional
interns.
D
C
And
he's
receptive
to
ideas
for
what
places
to
go
and
projects
to
support,
including
enabled
projects
and
he's
even
suggested
that
he
might
like
to
include
ben
or
me
on
one
of
his
junkets.
So
he's
he's
riding.
C
By
the
way,
got
a
really
nice
job
with
thousand
loam
here
in
rochester,
which
will
still
allow
him
to
engage
in
these
other
activities,
including
activities
in
3d,
bio
printing,
which
is
to
say
kyle
reeser,
enable
intern
from
2020
or
2019
is
carrying
the
flag
ably.
With
our
assistance
and
many
connections.
We
helped
him
make
because
he
got
his
creality
position
because
they
read
an
article
about
his
reality
parameter
in
a
suitcase
and
his
activities
in
africa.
D
D
A
Now
we
go
so
fundraising,
I
actually
had
something
I
wanted
to
bring
up
here.
I
had
a
really
interesting
discussion
a
couple
of
days
ago
with
the
gentleman
I
don't
know.
If
any
of
you
have
talked
to
him,
his
name
is
eric.
I
don't
know
if
I'm
going
to
pronounce
this
right,
lamar
ray,
I
believe,
is
the
last
name
and
he's
he's
the
president
of
a
group
called
island
mission
sports,
but
basically
he
and
as
far
as
I
could
gather,
he
and
his
wife
live
on
a
boat.
A
A
They
learned
about
our
work,
got
himself
a
3d
printer
and
he's
been
making
devices
and
has
been
finding
that
there
is
a
lot
of
need
in
a
lot
of
areas
down
there
and
he
rattled
off
six
or
seven
countries
that
I
can't
remember
guatemala
belize,
and
I
can't
remember
several
others
that
don't
as
far
as
he
can
see,
don't
have
enable
representation,
and
he
has
this
really
interesting
ability
where
he
can
literally
float
around
different
ports
and
get
different
areas
that
are
very
hard
to
get
to,
and
he
actually
has
a
partner
that
he's
working
with
in
guatemala.
A
Who,
of
course,
is
is
native
and
speaks
the
language
and
he's
finding
that's
very
important,
because
there's
a
lot
of
sort
of
resistance
to
outsiders
in
some
of
these
areas-
and
you
know
a
lot-
there's
been
a
lot
of
broken
promises
and
that
sort
of
thing
so
there's
some
trust
factors
and
so
having
this
partner
on
the
inside
has
been
very
helpful.
Anyway.
He's
looking
to
expand
operations,
he
he
can't
keep
up
with
demand,
he
needs
another
printer
and
he
needs
something.
A
That's
going
to
be
larger
and
a
little
bit
more
reliable
through
a
lot
of
discussion.
We
talked
about
maybe
something
like
an
ultimaker
s5
being
a
good
option
for
him.
It's
a
give
him
everything
that
he
needs
in
his
environment.
Climate
control
is
a
major
issue.
Lots
of
you
know
humidity
and
temperature
issues,
so
we
really
need
something.
That's
more
enclosed
and
anyway,
so
he's
on
board
really
wants
to
move
forward,
but
he
has
to
get
funding.
He's
gonna
have
to
basically
go.
A
I
don't
have
the
authority
to
make
any
commitments,
but
let
me
talk
to
the
group
and
see
if
there's
some
way
we
could
work
with
you
on
the
funding.
Maybe
you
could
do
some
fundraising
and
we
could
like
do
some
matching
of
that
fundraising
from
our
enable
fund.
I
just
said
I
I'm
not
promising
anything,
but
that's
something
that
we
can
talk
about.
A
So
I
wanted
to
bring
this
up
for
discussion
here,
just
because
I
think
these
guys,
he
really
seems,
like
he's
very
committed,
they've
already
been
engaged
in
doing
this
work
he's
a
very
capable
you
know,
engineering
type
very
hands-on
knows
you
know
how
to
make
all
kinds
of
things,
and
so
he
can
handle
even
the
the
less
standard
types
of
of
cases-
and
I
don't
know
like
I
said
he
seems
to
be
able
to
to
get
into
a
lot
of
areas
that
aren't
currently
being
served.
A
He
said
that
he's
there's
one
mother
that
has
a
child
that
he
when
he
told
her,
that
he
was
going
to
make
a
device
for
for
her
kid.
She
literally
screamed
because
she
had
been
trying
for
years
to
get
help
for
him
and
just
couldn't
get
anyone
to
help
so
really
kind
of
touching
stories,
and
so
I'm
bringing
this
to
you
guys
to
see
what
you
think
about.
A
Maybe
coming
up
with
a
way
of
helping
him
to
get
this
next
printer,
I
I
know,
as
a
general
rule,
we've
shied
away
from
using
the
enable
funds
to
buy
printers
for
people,
and
things
like
that.
I
felt
like
this
was
a
bit
of
a
unique
situation.
It's
work
that
he's
already
doing.
It's
not
his
first
printer
he's
just
trying
to
scale
up
his
capacity
and
he
seems
to
be
serving
a
really
important
need
so
wanted
to
get
your
thoughts.
What
do
you
guys
think.
C
It's
a
great
story
that
we
should
have
a
fleet
of
enabled
sailboats.
A
A
About
no
all
we've
talked
about
is
the
ultimaker
which
you
know
with.
I
I'm
I
am
authorized
to
give
the
enable
discounts
on
ultimaker
products
they've
agreed
to
that,
which
is
that's
a
five
percent
discount,
so
it
ended
up.
It
would
end
up
being
you
know,
just
just
shy
of
of
six
thousand
dollars.
It's
it's
still
a
significant
expense,
but
you
know
say:
theoretically
he's
able
to
fundraise
half
of
that.
A
You
know
and
we're
looking
at
matching,
so
we're
looking
at
maybe
a
three
thousand
dollar
ish
support
for
what
sounds
to
me
like
a
really
important
and
impactful
program.
I
don't
know
now
he's.
A
We
talked
about
that
and
he
plans
to
form
a
chapter
he's
honestly
he's
just
been
too
busy.
He
said
as
soon
as
he's
able
to
he
plans
to
go
through
that
process.
For
now
he
just
he's
too
busy
making
devices.
B
Somebody
on
the
ground
would
in
in
one
of
the
countries,
would
probably
be
like
one
of
these
partnering
places
would
probably
be
a
safer
place
to
3d
print
rather
than
this
guy's
boat,
if
he's
so
busy,
but
but.
A
Yeah,
he
just
doesn't
have
enough
capacity,
he
needs.
You
know
he
needs
to
be
able
to
print
more
parts
and
he's
doing
what
he's
doing
is
mostly
arms
and
his
current
printer
isn't
big
enough
to
print.
You
know
the
unlimited
arm,
the
the
main
piece
is,
you
know
it's
a
large
piece,
so
you
need
something
with
a
bigger
print
bed,
so
you
can
do
more
of
the
arms
without
having
to
break
things
into
pieces
and
all
that.
C
A
A
Well,
yeah,
so
you
bring
up
a
good
point,
john,
because
I
was
just
thinking
about
how
to
approach
this
and
and
now
that
you
mention
it.
This
is
over
the
thousand
dollar
threshold.
So
it's
not
something
we
could
approve
here,
he's
not
a
chapter,
so
we
really
can't
put
him
through
the
wishbone
program,
so
yeah
really.
The
lumio
process,
I
think,
is
the
way
to
go
here
right.
A
C
D
A
A
C
That
says,
open
and-
and
I
think
that
appropriately
opens
the
door
to
other
chapter
specific
proposals
like
that,
linked
to
what
I
think
is
a
really
good
concept
of
obligatory
reporting
as
a
condition.
I'm
not
putting
a
policy
in
place.
I'm
just
saying
that
it
seems
to
fit
his
case
and
it's
actually
a
general
program.
That
might
be
an
interesting
way
for
us
to
get
more
movement
through
the
enable
fund
and
work
improve
our
reporting,
which
is.
C
A
Yeah
I'll
follow
up
with
him.
I'm
just
gonna
move
this
down
here.
So
that's
island
mission
sports
and
I
will
talk
to
him
and
let
you
guys
know
where
that
goes.
A
A
All
right,
we
have
just
shy
of
30
000
in
the
enable
fund
right
now
we
know
that
we
have
two
multi-year
commitment
anniversaries
coming
up,
so
there
will
be
some
additional
funding
coming
in
it's
a
great
time
to
submit
your
projects
and
initiatives.
So
let's
take
advantage
of
that
make
some
stuff
happen,
giving
tuesday
november
30th.
A
We
wanted
to
come
up
with
something
that
could
encourage
people
to
donate,
and
I
think
we
have
a
really
good
tool
now,
with
the
one
pager
that
ben
and
bob
put
together,
I
I
guess
it
was
mostly
ben.
I
don't
know
who
is
involved
to
what
extent,
but
that
one
page,
I
think,
is
a
really
nice
way
of
showing
hey
look.
What
we've
been
able
to
do
with
funding
that
we've
received
previously
and
and
maybe
use
that
as
a
way
of
encouraging
others
to
support
us
now.
A
C
Well,
you
know
giving
tuesday
is
usually
I
mean,
I
think
it's
specifically
a
facebook
institution,
although
it's
spread,
and
so
one
puts
up
a
a
little
fundraiser
thing
and
then
off
it
goes.
So
I
don't.
A
So
is
that
something
that
we
can
do
like
on
the
enable
facebook
to
enable
the
main
enable
facebook
page?
Is
that
something
that
can
be
set
up
through?
That.
C
It
is
you
need,
and
not
a
non-profit,
I've
used
rochester
enable
in
the
past,
but
I
have
used
it
for
the
enable
fund.
So
yeah
we
have
the.
We
have.
A
Okay,
I
know
I'm
an
admin
on
that
facebook
page.
So
let
me
go
in
and
look
and
see
if
it's
obvious
how
to
set
that
up,
and
I
think
I
have
the
ein
number
for
rochester
but
I'll
I'll
get
in
touch
to
john.
If
I
need
that
great
okay,
great
so
then
we'll
and
then
ben
I'll
probably
need
your.
If
I
can
get
in
and
figure
out
how
to
do
it
I'll
need
your
help
in
the
content.
You
know
what
to
put
up
there.
B
Right,
I
think
what
we
can
do
is
take
that
one
pager
and
divide
it.
There's
three
sections
in
that
one
pager
each
of
those
sections
could
be
a
separate
post
with
a
big
photo
on
top,
so
have
a
photo
banner
three
posts,
bing
bing
bing.
We
could
do
one
a
week
starting,
let's
see
when
is
it
november
30th,
just
maybe
starting
the
first
week
in
november
every
week
we
have
a
post
as
a
reminder
and
then
at
the
at.
C
A
All
right
let
we
go.
I
don't
have
anything
to
report
on
animal
prosthetics
because
we
don't
have
bob
today.
Does
anybody
else
have
anything
to
share
here,
otherwise
we'll
skip
it?
A
I
think
so
bob's
working
on
that.
I
know
it's
there's
a
lot
going
on,
but
he's
in
the
middle
of
a
big
move,
so
he
won't
be
able
to
attend
these
meetings
for
a
little
while
other
case
related
again.
This
case
here
is
something
that
bob's
working
on
so
we'll
get
an
update
from
him
later
we
did
send
off
this
custom
device.
A
We
worked
on
for
our
friend
bishnu,
but
we
are
waiting
for
a
meeting
to
be
scheduled
to
kind
of
see
how
the
fitting
works
and
get
feedback
so
nothing
further
to
report
there.
Does
anybody
else
have
anything
not
on
our
list
here.
Anybody
working
on
any
cases
that
you
need
help
with
or
wanted
to
talk
about
or
give
updates
on.
C
D
A
That
was
just
something
that
ben
had
shared
a
while
back
about
it's
sort
of
a
bunch
of
different
people
that
were
working
on
sort
of
custom
type.
Oh
nice.
You
know
non-standard
type
cases
and
looking
at
whether
we
might
be
able
to
pull
from
those
and
that
sort
of
thing,
yeah.
A
B
Alexander
to
follow
up
on
just
in
terms
of
you
know,
student
initiatives.
It's
it's
a
lot
of
work
that
he
put
into
it.
A
Yeah
yeah,
he
shared
videos
here
and
photos,
and
he
said
I
noticed
down
here.
He
said
he's
working
on
writing
up
a
a
full
document,
he'll
be
sharing
that
in
the
hub,
so
that'll
that'll
be
really
helpful
to
read
through
the
whole
process
of
what
he
did
yeah.
It
looks
great
though
so
that's
here
in
the
hub,
all
right,
outreach
and
partnerships.
A
Let's
see
here,
we
already
kind
of
talked
about
the
makers,
asylum,
stuff,
we're
gonna
get
a
meeting
going
by
by
bob
there.
Let's
see
we
were
talking
about
what
was
this
tools
for
the
blind
we
talked
about.
Oh,
this
was
something
that
john
brought
up
as
a
possible
partnering
opportunity
right,
john.
C
Sorry,
yes,.
B
C
Is
an
interesting
group
and
there's
another
group
which
is
organizing
for
some
sort
of
an
online
resource
for
assistive
technologies
being
led
by
makers
making
the
canadian
group
that
chad
lehmann
organizes
anyway.
I'm
monitoring
that
and
it
may
develop
something,
but
there's
the
possibility
of
a
much
larger
than
3d
printed
prosthetics
online
platform.
That
could
somehow
include
us.
C
Let's
talk
a
little
bit
about
the
amputee
coalition,
I
don't
think
we
quite
close
the
book
on
that
allison
and
alexander
attended
some
of
the
meetings,
maybe
also
kevin,
I'm
sorry,
kevin
and.
A
C
Well,
I
can,
I
can
frame
it
a
little
bit.
I
know
that
both
of
them
took
some
notes.
I
think
they
made
some
contacts
alexander
in
particular
saw
a
vast
array
of
opportunities
for
outreach
and
collaboration,
but
he
cleverly
realized
that
actually
pursuing
all
of
those
is
a
major
job
in
itself.
C
This
suggests
again
that
someone
who
really
wanted
to
focus
on
outreach
to
other
institutions
would
be
a
really
good
person
to
add
to
the
regular
team
of
interns
or
responsible
contractors
like
ben
and
alexander.
But
frankly,
until
that
happens,
we
are
going.
I
predict
we're
going
to
continue
to
not
do
as
good
a
job
as
we
might
organizationally
on
systematic
outreach
both
to
well
two
amputees
and
amputee
organizations.
C
A
Sure
ali
anything
you
wanted
to
share
from
the
event,
just
anything
in
particular
stood
out.
D
Yeah
I
mean
we
did
have
some
conversations
about
maybe
holding
an
event
for
anybody
who's
interested
in
enable
who
isn't
already
associated
so
more
of
just
like
an
info
session
about
what
enable
is
how
to
get
involved
like
pathways
moving
forward.
So
if
we
wanted
to
do
that,
we
could
definitely
pursue
that.
That's.
C
D
Yeah
he
explained
kind
of
like
what
he's
been
doing
as
well
as
what
enable
does.
It
seemed
like
a
lot
of
the
people
who
were
participating
and
watching
and
chatting
in
questions
were
asking
about
like
more
specialty
devices
for
like
paddle
boarding,
for
example,
which
apparently
he
has
like
worked
on
in
the
past.
So
it
seemed
like
a
really
great
opportunity
for
people
to
get
to
know
what
enable
is
and
the
potential
there
and
like
the
specialization
that
could
take
place
through
these
relationships.
C
A
It
is
yeah
eric
always
does
great
work.
Okay,
let's
see
anything
else
to
talk
about
on
outreach.
A
Okay,
okay,
we'll
move
on
on
the
infrastructure
stuff.
The
only
thing
I
think
I
have
to
talk
about
is
I'm
still
a
little
bit
stuck
on
the
testing
of
this
new
platform
from
our
friends
in
france.
I
have
all
the
files
now,
but
I'm
struggling
to
figure
out
how
to
get
those
ported
into
an
instance
of
wordpress,
because
I'm
not
on
just
a
plain
server.
A
I'm
trying
to
kind
of
go
with
with
the
support
team
from
the
hosting
place.
I
used
to
kind
of
figure
it
out,
but
I
I
I
haven't
gotten
the
details
I
need
so
far.
So
if
anybody
happens
to
have
that
kind
of
skill
set.
C
We
can't
get
a
session
with
terry's
developer.
A
Possibly
I
don't
know
I
I
was
hesitant
to
ask
I
you
know
it
sounded
like
they
were
awfully
busy,
but
if,
if
I
can't
find
another
option,
I'll
I'll
have
to
see,
if
that's
that's
a
possibility.
C
You
know
that
all
has
to
do
with
the
kind
of
stuff
that
masby
is
good
at
he's,
not
a
wordpress
expert,
but
he
knows
all
about
directories
and
installation
and
sql,
and
that
kind
of
thing.
A
Well,
I
mean,
I
think,
the
whole
issue
here
is
wordpress
specific,
because
it's
just
a
matter
of
where
to
put
those
wordpress
files.
I
have
the
mechanism
to
import
the
database
that
they've
provided.
So
I
don't
know.
I
think
I
need
somebody
that
specifically
has
done
a
lot
of
systems,
admin
for
wordpress
and
knows
kind
of
all
about
their
file
structure
and
stuff.
Anyway,.
C
A
Yeah
I
haven't
gone
to
that
step
yet,
but
that
might
be
an
option
too.
A
All
right
well
slow
progress,
but
at
least
we
have
the
files
and
hopefully
we'll
be
able
to
get
it
up
and
start
playing
with
it
soon.
I'll
report
back
later.
C
There
so
zainab
is
either
in
the
same
situation
as
you
or
she
solved
that
problem,
so
you
could
check
with
her.
A
I
got
the
impression
that
she
wasn't
ready
to
try
to
even
deploy
it,
yet
she
was
going
to
first
get
set
up
on
their
platform
as
a
user
and
take
some
cases
that
way.
So
I
I
don't
think
she's
even
tried
to
set
this
up
yet
got
it
all
right.
I
don't
think
there's
anything
to
talk
about
with
technical
stuff
today,
unless
anybody
else
has
anything
anyone
have
any
new
experience
to
share
with
3d
scanning
or
cad
or
any
kind
of
other
software
hardware
tools.
A
Might
be
yeah,
I
guess
that's
I
had
that
more
under.
Where
was
oh,
I
guess
that
would
have
been
here
under
the
the
hub.
Why
don't
we
talk
about
that
here
since
we're
just
there
under
infrastructure,
so
yeah
alexander
alexander's,
been,
as
some
of
you
may
already
know,
we
we
did
approve
a
lumio
project
proposal,
which
involves
some
reorganization
and
redesign
of
our
enable
devices
catalog,
and
the
first
phase
of
that
project
has
has
essentially
been
completed.
A
D
Let's
see,
I'm
gonna
share
this
screen.
E
D
E
Have
in
here
so
we
have
the
overview.
Basically,
the
project
was
supposed
to
upgrade
and
update
the
device
list,
because
currently
it's
just
a
text
list
update
the
device
description
because
it's
simply
not
engineering
friendly,
as
it
should
be
created
the
device
template
in
the
process
and
create
spaces
for
future
development
of
those
of
those
devices
and
for
future
modifications
and
so
on.
E
So,
let's
see
for
part
one
in
practice,
it
was
to
create
a
template
for
the
old
style
of
pages,
use
it
to
create
pages
for
some
of
the
unimplemented
new
pages
that
I
received
from
jeremy.
Also
part
of
part,
one
create
a
list
for
engineering
data
and
check
with
with
people
on
the
hub
and
create
a
new
device
template
for
part
two.
E
It
was
it's
supposed
to
be
design
and
implement
the
new
the
new
device
list
and
implement
some
of
the
main
devices
using
the
new
template
and
part
three
would
deal
with
setting
up
spaces
workflows
of
how
to
add
future
modifications
to
everything
and
the
current.
The
current
state,
as
jeremy
said,
is
that
I
have
pretty
much
finished
the
first
part,
and
here
I
can
actually
showcase
it.
D
E
Then
we
have
the
list
with
engineering
data
that
I've
made
and
I've
already
put
everything
into
the
new
into
the
new
template.
These
are
some
of
the
checkpoints
that
I
had
to
cross.
E
This
is
how
the
list
is
looking
right
now,
and
this
is
what
I've
managed
to
create
for
the
list.
Of
course,
this
would
have
the
same
categories
and
an
index
of
all
the
categories
in
here.
These
are
just
the
replacement
photos,
but
this
is
how
I
envision
it
would.
It
would
look.
C
A
New
template,
let
me
let
me
clarify,
there's
there's
two
different
levels
of
pages
here
that
we're
looking
at
in
the
wiki.
What
you're
looking
at
right
now
is
a
category
level
page.
So
at
the
category
level,
what
you're
going
to
see
is
a
grid
view
of
photos
like
you're,
seeing
here
we've
just
never
used
the
content
section
at
the
top
of
the
category
level
once
you
click
into
one
of
these
you'll
be
at
a
page
level
view,
and
that
is
where
the
new
template
comes
into
play.
A
So
what
you're
looking
at
here
is
is
just
a
new
element.
That's
been
brought
in
so
scroll
down,
alexander
and
you'll.
See
at
the
bottom
see
there's
the
pages
in
this
category.
All
we
were
doing
before
is
we
had
the
categories
and
the
subpages,
but
we
didn't
have
any
actual
content
in
the
category
level
pages.
So
now,
when
you
click
on
a
category
like
hand,
designs
you'll
see
something
like
what
he's
showing
up
above
here.
A
E
Right
so
this
is
much
much
longer
than
before.
Of
course,
I
had
to
add
the
page
index,
because
otherwise
it
would
be
impossible
to
navigate
on
this
page.
A
E
A
A
E
Right
so,
firstly,
it
begins
with
an
isometric
view.
That's
gonna
be
pasted
in
here
as
well.
I
was
thinking
that
we
can
have
an
isometric
render
in
order
to
make
it
really
obvious
what
the
differences
are
between
between
various
devices,
so
the
same
exact
view
the
same
exact
set
of
colors
and
so
on.
E
A
Let's,
let's
pause
here
and
talk
about
the
fact
that
this
is
we're
going
to
try
to
take
an
approach
of
getting
the
community
involved
in
helping
us
to
gather
some
of
this
data
and
that's
why
you
see
those
red
dots
there.
Those
are
going
to
be
replaced
with
some
new
little
badge,
icons,
we're
going
to
create
a
new
badge
for
those
people
that
help
us
to
fill
in.
A
Some
of
the
missing
data
points
that
we
need
on
these
pages,
and
so
you'll
see
these
little
symbols
in
throughout
these
pages
that
indicate
opportunities
for
the
community
to
help
fill
in
the
blanks
and
when
you
do
that,
you'll
be
able
to
earn
this
new
badge,
and
so
that's
what
those
red
dots
represent.
For
now.
Those
are
placeholders
for
that.
E
Yeah,
because
part
of
what
this,
what
this
project
does,
is
highlight
all
the
areas
where
we
need
the
community
to
come
in
and
help
us
with
understanding
our
own
devices
really
and
testing
them
and
getting
more
getting
more
data.
And
this
is
an
occasion
for
the
community
to
help.
Besides,
just
3d
printing
basic
things,
we
have
the
basic
description
which
should
contain,
for
example,
a
short
version
of
the
license.
Currently,
that's
something
that
I
don't
have.
A
Just
so
you
know,
alexander,
says
you're
going
through
these.
You
can
always
get
the
license
from
thingiverse.
Most
of
these
designs
are
on
thingiverse
and
if
you
just
click
through
to
the
thingiverse
page,
it
shows
what
license
they
selected
there.
E
All
right,
then,
we
have
the
formakers
part.
This
would
contain
a
picture
of
the
already
made
device,
a
bill
of
materials
estimations.
These
are
all
data
that
a
maker
that
wants
to
make
this
or
a
chapter
that
wants
to
approach
making
a
bunch
of
these.
They
actually
need.
This
cost
for
device,
for
example,
is
really
relevant
when
you,
when
you
want
to
make
something
like
20
cases.
At
the
same
time,.
A
Something
that
we
need
to
think
about,
because
this
is
the
reason
that
we
started
offering
kits
in
the
first
place
through
my
company
is,
if
you
try
to.
If
you
try
to
go
out
and
buy
the
materials
to
make
a
device,
your
cost
per
device
is
going
to
be
much
higher
because
you
can't
buy
materials
just
in
the
quantities
you
need.
C
Well,
and
for
that
matter,
once
you've
broken
it
out
a
line
for
a
kit.
C
Which
is
selling
these
at
a
a
good
price
anyway,.
A
E
Also
in
the
maker
side,
there
is
a
reasoning
behind
why
this
particular
device
and
what
makes
it
different
from
other
devices,
because
each
of
our
devices
approach
approaches
not
just
a
general
problem
but
also
differ
in
how
they
approach
that
problem,
and
that
makes
it
relevant
for
particular
cases.
E
Right
then,
we
have
part
three
for
education,
and
this
is
aimed
at
getting
as
much
data
as
possible
that
the
teachers
can
use
to
make
various
presentations,
and
also
this
should
contain
lists
of
of
tasks
that
can
be
completed
from
the
education
sector,
so,
for
example,
for
boy
scouts,
which
was
quite
quite
often
requested.
E
E
E
E
So
we
can
also
paste
the
modifications
in
here
and
we
have
a
special
section
for
the
modified
files,
and
then
we
have
part
five,
which
is
well
basically
all
the
crazy
lists.
There
should
be
going
in
here,
beginning
with
the
stl
files,
the
major
modifications,
the
source
files
which
we
currently
have
in
fusion
360
for
for
phoenix
v3.
Then
we
have
a
list
of
instructions
and
video
tutorials.
E
I
should
probably
move
the
materials
kit
upstairs
to
the
maker
section,
and
then
we
have
various
lists
and
for
the
list
for
every
single
list.
Everybody
is
welcome
to
submit
comments
down
here
and
we
can.
We
can
add
them
in
the
list.
For
example,
the
list
of
known
issues
or
modifications
that
you
would
like
to
see
next,
and
that
is
how
the
community
can
interact
with
these
pages,
then.
A
One
other
thing
we
had
talked
about.
I
think
it
would
go
under
the
credit
and
license
section
right
at
the
bottom.
I
think
it
would
be
nice
if
we
added
something
like
contributions
from
and
then
I'm
not
talking
about
people
I'm
talking
about
the
countries,
so
there
would
be
a
section
down
there
where,
if,
if
people
from
the
us
and
the
uk-
and
you
know
afghanistan
and
australia
were
involved,
then
those
flags
would
all
appear
at
the
bottom.
A
C
A
C
It's
great
alexander,
so
this
is
this,
represents
the
completion
of
phase
one
which,
which,
by
the
way
alexander
then
submitted
an
invoice
to
our
system
and
with
evan's
speedy
help.
He
got
paid
internationally
within
a
day
or
so
so
that's
all
working
well!
So
that's
great.
D
E
Coming
next
should
be
making
that
polishing
that
device
list
until
it's
it's
ready
to
be
deployed
and
technically
most
of
part
three
is
already
already
done.
I
have
to
check
the
workflows,
because
the
spaces
for
modifications
and
for
every
single
list
is
right
here
down
in
part
five.
E
A
Our
problem
is
always
the
opposite
alexander:
it's
going
to
be
a
lack
of
community
participation.
That
will
be
the
issue,
and
so
my
only
concern
is
that
if
we
roll
this
out
currently,
if
you
just
move
forward
and
start
replacing
all
the
pages
in
the
catalog
with
the
new
template,
what
we're
going
to
end
up
with
is
every
page
is
going
to
be
75
blanks
with
all
these
icons
that
need
to
be
filled
in
now.
Maybe
that's.
Okay,.
B
E
A
A
Maybe
it's
a
matter
of
putting
the
stuff
that
you
have
at
the
bottom,
because
section
5,
where
you
have
all
the
links
and
downloads
and
tutorials,
and
that's
really
the
stuff
that
most
people,
if
they
just
want
to
make
a
hand
and
they
kind
of
already
know
what
they're
getting
into
it's
really
those
links
that
they
need.
So
maybe
that
stuff
goes
at
the
top
or
something.
E
It's
linked
in
the
page
index
and
I
suppose
I
can
put
I
can
put
a
link
down
here
within
part
one.
So
within
the
basic
description,
a
link
that
jumps
you
right
down
there
yeah.
A
The
stl
files
and
everything
yeah
files
and
tutorials
go
here,
and
then,
if
you
don't
mind,
I'd
like
to
have
an
opportunity
to
go
through
with
you
and
just
do
some
final.
You
know
tweaking
on
the
template
before
that
starts
to
get
applied
to
other
pages.
Just
you
know,
checking
you
know,
wording
and
capitalization
stuff
like
that,
just
to
make
sure
everything
is
as
polished
as
it
can
be,
and
then
you
can
go
ahead
and
start
rolling
out
as
many
of
the
pages
as
you
can.
C
Yeah,
I
have
a
question
about
that.
Are
these
templates
in
the
sense
that
you
can
tweak
the
template
file
and
then
all
of
the
pages
that
use
the
template
file
are
automatically
changed.
A
C
B
John's
got
a
good
point
there.
Well,
the
it's
a
big
improvement.
It
is
something
where
we're
going
to
have
a
lot
of
manual
work
to
do,
and
it
really
might
be
worth
bringing
masby
into
the
the
conversation
just
to
see
if
there's
some
sort
of
a
facilitated
way.
We
can
do
this
to
change
lots
of
information
at
once.
C
You
know
it's
true,
even
though
we
don't
have
the
utility
built
into
the
wiki.
Masby
might
well
be
able
to
write
a
script
that
would
splice
the
template
and
the
appropriate
column
in
a
spreadsheet
into
a
bunch
of
markdown,
which
could
then
be
pasted
into
pasted
or
injected
into
the
wiki
thing.
It's
I.
I
would
urge
you
to
do
a
consult
with
him.
B
I
think
I
think
he'll
be
impressed
with
the
work
that
you're
doing
anyways
and
be
sort
of
excited
about
it,
but
it
is
one
of
those
things
just
from
you
know:
modeling
different
processes
with
enable
and
then
being
stuck
with
the
manual
work
afterwards.
That
can
really
be
overwhelming
worth
doing
considering
beforehand,.
A
C
B
C
A
It
would
be
great-
I
just
don't
know
if
it's
realistic
to
do
that
in
a
way
that
could
I
mean
my
feeling
is
that
if
alexander
moved
ahead
with
the
approach
that
he
had
planned,
we
could
have
this
rolled
out
in
a
matter
of
weeks.
If
we
try
to
go
there
out
of
doing
something
custom
like
we're
talking
about
this
is
going
to
be
months
out
at
best,
but
we
can
certainly
explore
it
and
see
what
masby
says.
I
just
I
think
that
might
drag
things
out.
Well,
that's
good.
C
That's
a
that's
a
great
argument.
Let
me
ask
this,
though:
do
you
have
the
data
in
some
kind
of
tabular
table
form
alex
no.
C
Creating
that
as
an
intermediate
to
the
copy
paste
or
to
the
scripting
is
a
really
good
idea,
because
that
would
allow
the
possibility
that
we
could
put
in
place
that
if
masby
can't
say.
Oh
that's
easy.
C
A
Yeah,
there's
there's
no
question:
it's
doable,
it's
a
you
know.
I
can
see
exactly
how
that
would
be
done.
It's
a
question
of
whether
massive
has
time
to
do
something
like
that.
You
know
if
you
can
have
a
discussion
with
him.
That
would
be
great.
If
you
I
mean
having
the
data
in
a
structured
format,
regardless
of
whether
we
can
do
that
coding.
Automation
is
probably
a
good
idea.
A
So,
alexander,
you
might
want
to
just
think
about
setting
up
a
google
sheet,
and
I
I
suggest
a
google
sheet
specifically
because
I
know
that
they
have
an
api
that
makes
it
very
easy
to
access
google
sheet
data
by
code
so
later
on.
If
masby
is
up
for
doing
that,
we
can
easily
do
it,
but
either
way
you
would
have
all
of
that
data
in
a
spreadsheet
which
would
be
useful
regardless.
I
think.
E
D
Cool
all.
A
C
Well,
you
know,
I
think
jeremy
you've
identified
the
critical
issue,
put
it
in
a
standard
format
and
then,
if
we
have
time
and
masby
has
time,
we
can
broker
that
conversation.
But
frankly,.
A
That's
an
opportunity
to
have
somebody
else
in
the
community
help
there's
no
reason
you
need
to
sit
there
and
do
all
that
copy
and
pasting,
and
we
can
maybe
find
somebody
else
that
can
go
through
all
of
the
existing
pages
and
pull
the
data
points
that
we
do
already
have
into
the
spreadsheet.
Then
for
all
the
existing
designs,
then
you
can
maybe
go
in
for
a
second
pass
and
fill
in
some
of
those
engineering
data
points
that
maybe
you
do
know
about.
E
B
D
A
Now
I
underst,
I
understand
why
you
want
to
do
it.
The
problem:
is
we
don't
own
these
designs,
alexander
each
individual
designer
owns
the
design.
So
to
do
this,
you
would
have
to
go
to
each
designer
and
say:
hey.
Will
you
please
change
the
default
scale
of
your
design
as
follows,
and
most
of
them
are
not
going
to
do
that
because
they
already
have
you
know.
They've
they've
got
a
whole
workflow
and
process
where
they've
been
producing.
That.
A
That's
up
to
you.
That's
I'm
just
saying
that
that
it
complicates
things
a
little
bit,
because
now
you
can
have
two
different
versions
of
the
design.
One
of
them
is:
let's
use
the
kinetic
hand
for
an
example.
The
kinetic
hand
is
a
drastically
different
scaling
than
all
of
our
other
designs.
If
you
go
and
you
take
it
and
you
make
it
a
different
scale,
his
beautiful
documentation
is
no
longer
going
to
work.
It's
all
based
around
his
scaling
and
how
to
work
from
that.
So
just
there's
a
lot
to
think
about.
E
E
A
E
A
Well,
these
are
approximations
anyway,
I
mean
that's,
not
gonna.
You
know
when
we
talk
cost
per
device,
we're
saying
like
30
to
50
dollars.
I
mean
it's
such
a
range.
That
scale
is
not
going
to
matter
because
you
have
such
variability
in
the
cost
of
materials
depending
on
where
you
are
and
where
you're
buying
from.
B
A
E
A
Yeah,
but
you
for
that.
That's
a
good
example
where
you
can
just
say
for
all
these
statistics.
We
used
a
scale
that
would
fit
a
typical
size
adult.
So
that
would
be
you
know,
150
scale
for
most
of
our
designs.
It
would
be
100.
For
the
kinetic
hand,
you
know
that
kind
of
thing,
but
you
pick
some
size.
You
know
pick
some
measurement
or
some
you
know
metric
that
you
can
use
as
a
standard
and
then
that's
what
you
would
use
across
all
of
this
data.
A
A
C
E
Yeah
and
phase
two
means
having
the
the
device
list
made
as
a
as
a
proper
device
list,
not
just
placeholder
pictures,
which
does
mean,
for
example,
rendering
the
most
important
devices
myself
for
isometric.
E
What
else
is
there
to
do
and
upd
using
the
template
to
update
at
least
the
main
devices?
So
let's
say
there
are
10
main
device
main
devices.
E
D
A
E
Theory,
if
I
work,
if
I'm
serious
enough
with
the
work,
it
can
be
done
in
two
three
weeks,
part
two
and
part
three,
but
I've.
A
This
is,
this
is
how
things
go.
So,
let's
with
that
in
mind,
knowing
that
life
happens
in
between
you
know,
what
do
you?
What
do
you
think
is
is
realistic
not
putting
too
much
pressure
on
yourself,
because
this
isn't
urgent.
We
don't
need
this
done
next
week.
I
mean
we
just
we
just
want
to
have
a
sense
of
you
know.
What
is
it
what's
involved
in
getting
this
done
right?
You
know
giving
yourself
a
comfortable
opportunity
to
do
this
without
feeling
pressured.
What
do
you?
What
do
you
think.
A
D
C
D
E
Theoretically,
for
one
of
the
categories,
I
want
to
at
least
requesting
the
templates
to
have
a
picture
of
a
real
case
and
a
cosplay
case.
Difference
being
that
the
real
case
would
be
something
that's
made
by
a
by
your
average
maker
volunteer
and
the
cosplay
case
would
be
a
a
particularly
finished
device.
D
A
A
Okay,
so
maybe
we're
just
talking
about
a
standard
design,
a
standard
device
and
then
maybe
like
a
high-end
or
high,
particularly
high
quality
design.
That
somebody
does.
I,
I
think,
that's
what
you're.
C
A
E
A
Well,
so
there
it
sounds
like
what
you're
really
talking
about
when
we
have
somebody
that
submits
a
design
one
of
the
not
requirements,
but
one
of
the
things
that
we
look
for
is
that
that
design
has
actually
been
made
for
a
person.
That's
actually
been
tested
on
somebody
before
we
put
it
into
the
catalog,
and
that
sounds
like
that's
what
you're
getting
at
there,
that
the
photo
is
a
way
of
sort
of
validating
that
it's
been
made
for
somebody,
and
it's
actually
worked.
Is
that
the
idea
then.
A
A
E
E
So
the
summarization
of
licenses
and
so
on
and
any
other
feedback
for
the
devices
than
the
device
template.
Because
we've.
A
No
so
far
I
think,
we've
you
know,
we've
been
given
feedback
as
we
went
here,
but
I
think
you
and
I
alexander
should
have
a
follow-up
session
and
I
can
go
through
some
things
with
you
and
show
you
where
we
can
get
some
of
that
content
that
you
need,
and
then
I
can
also
maybe
take
on
some
of
that
to
help
you
with.
But
let's
have
a
let's
just
coordinate
a
separate
zoom
session
to
go
through
some
of
that
together.
B
I
got
a
quick
question,
I'll
be
quick
with
it.
Is
it
possible
to
once
you
have
it
on
the
spreadsheet,
to
just
basically
have
some
kind
of
notification
system
to
show
the
empty
parts
I
mean
it'd
be
really
great.
If
there
was
some
way
of
motivating
people
to
contribute.
A
Yeah
so
there's
two
ways
that
could
happen
it
could,
if
we
work
with
masby,
they
could
end
up
flowing
into
the
actual
hub
pages
and
be
those
empty
parts
would
be
highlighted,
graphically,
etc,
but
short
term.
We
could
actually
use
the
spreadsheet
now
that
you
mention
it
ben
so
alexander.
If
you
fill
in
a
google
sheet
and
you
get
it
structured
with
the
data
column,
headers
and
all
that
and
we
start
filling
in
the
data
we
have.
B
Right
and
we
can
even
set
up
a
badge
to
motivate
people
to
help
you
with
this.
A
Okay,
folks
gotta
wrap.
We
ran
a
little
long
today,
but
it
was
well
worthwhile
thanks
all
and
have
a
good
week
see
you
next
friday
see
you.
