From YouTube: ECH Meeting 79
Description
Agenda: https://github.com/ethereum-cat-herders/PM/issues/270
A
Welcome
to
ethereum
cat
herders
meeting
79,
I
have
shared
agenda
link
in
the
chat.
The
first
item
listed
here
is
ethereum
network
upgrades
and
the
first
one
is
the
merge.
As
per
the
updates
shared
in
the
last
consensus
layer,
meeting
merge
devnet
four
is
ready.
Mostly
all
client
teams
are
participating
in
devnet.
Four,
the
participation
is
99.7
percent,
which
is
quite
good,
but
sync
committee
participation
is
somewhere
around
80,
which
is
less
than
expected.
So
client
teams
are
investigating
the
reason
why
it
is
low
chances
are.
A
There
might
be
some
client
bug
issue,
but
they
are
investigating
that
the
next
one
in
this
is
kiln
public
test
net.
So
client
team
seem
to
be
on
board
for
a
test
net
launch
today
or
tomorrow,
as
perkin
v1
spec.
A
That
was
released
sometimes
ago,
and
this
is
same
as
the
conflict
that
is
available
for
devnet
for
from
the
last
meeting,
paritosh
will
be
reaching
out
to
the
client
teams
today
and
if
they
they
have
something
to
do
like
or
something
is
pending,
then
the
release
will
be
tomorrow,
most
likely
the
launch
will
be
tomorrow.
A
Otherwise
it
can
be
later
today
either
way.
The
good
news
to
share
is
that
we
have
invited
paritosh
and
maurice
tomorrow
march,
2nd
at
1830
utc
on
penny,
to
share
the
details
of
how
to
participate
in
the
kiln
test
net.
A
A
The
recording
will
be
made
available
early
next
week.
So,
if
you
can't
join,
you
can
always
follow
the
recording
from
the
past
meeting.
I
mentioned
about
this
kth
royal
institute
of
technology,
and
I
am
supposed
to
provide
updates
on
that
so
about
10
days
ago
we
had
this
meeting
with
kth
team
and
the
ethereum
devs
like
engineers,
ethereum
engineers,
where
their
client
teams
participants
were
there,
and
also
there
were
some
people
from
the
testing
team
and
in
that
the
research
team
from
kth
they
shared
different
presentations.
A
There
different
research
work
that
they
have
done
in
relation
to
ethereum
and
it
was
very
much
appreciated
by
the
ethereum
team
and
probably
the
foundation
will
be
exploring
different
ways
to
take.
This
research
should
be
helpful
with
the
merge
upgrade
one
of
the
research
that
is
chaos,
engineering
of
ethereum
clients.
I
have
also
added
the
link
in
the
agenda.
A
I
have
published
the
research
work
on
ether
world
and
this
research
was
basically
on
gap
and
open
ethereum,
but
get
the
developer
have
requested
it
to
do
it
with
get
versus
aragon,
because
open
ethereum
is
no
longer
supported,
specs
for
the
open,
ethereum
client,
so
that
is
there
and
in
addition
to
this
chaos
engineering,
there
is
another
work
on
client
diversity.
We
have
shared
the
presentation
with
the
relevant
team
and
I'll
be
updating.
If
I
have
something
new
to
share
on
this
topic.
A
If
not
probably,
I
can
go
on
with
the
last
update
of
this
section,
ecotosis
testing
in
the
last
meeting,
a
team
who
developed
this
tool,
ketosis
that
provides
a
docker
support
to
create
a
much
testing
environment,
shared
a
brief
update
later,
on
tim
baco,
organized
a
meeting
with
the
team
which
was
facilitated
by
danny
ryan
and
the
category
supported
in
recording
and
other
stuff.
A
This
is
a
very
good
watch
for
people
who
would
like
to
participate
in
merge
testing
and
do
not
want
to
run
both
each
one,
any
two
clients
on
their
own,
so
the
recording
is
available
on
ech
youtube
and
also
we
have
added
the
useful
links
of
github
which
can
help
you
to
set
up
this
environment
at
your
home.
So
people
interested
please
take
a
look.
A
Shanghai
is
probably
the
next
upgrade
which
we
can
expect
after
the
merge.
Client
teams
are
still
discussing
the
proposal
to
be
included
in
shanghai
and
it
is
being
discussed
in
all
codec
meeting.
You
may
find
a
broader
list
on
ethereum
pm
github.
However,
people
may
also
refer
to
issue.
The
number
is
450
and
it
is
created
by
tim
baker,
which
can
give
a
list
of
shanghai
proposals.
A
A
A
So
the
idea
here
is
to
add
diversity
to
the
ecosystem,
so
we
are
providing
a
fellowship
to
women
there,
I'm
hoping
to
support
this
eat
women
fellowship
and
yeah
the.
I
think
this
is
going
to
last
in
april
april
3rd.
A
The
next
one
here
is
the
future
of
inclusion
3.0.
A
This
is
an
event
planned
with
us.
So,
on
the
occasion
of
international
women's
day,
ethereum
cat
herders
is
hosting
the
future
of
inclusion
3.0
in
association
with
the
blockchain
new
york.
On
behalf
of
cat
headers,
I
would
like
to
thank
jimmy
sheikh
from
blockchain
new
york
to
help
with
the
event
and
promotion.
A
B
Oh
yes,
hi
puja,
not
much
to
say,
but
the
events
on
march
8th
noon,
eastern
and
the
topic
is
how
conclusion
and
and
the
blockchain
web3
space
will
look
like
and
how
it
should
look
like.
So
very
excited
to
to
be
part
of
that
of
the
talk.
A
Thank
you
so
much
for
providing
support,
and
I
would
also
like
to
mention
from
ethereum
cathedrals.
Subhangi
gokle
and
kenneth
lester
have
been
involved
in
organizing
the
event.
So
we
look
forward
to
have
this
panel
discussion
on
march
8th
at
noon.
Est.
A
Moving
on
enterprise
ethereum
alliance,
they
organized
this
educational
webinar.
We
also
participated
in
the
last
year
event
and
this
year
also,
the
webinar
in
which
categories
are
participating
is
planned.
On
march
16th
tim
baco,
and
I
will
be
talking
on
ethereum
upgrades.
A
And
the
next
one
is
ethereum
rio
that
is
plan
on
march
11
till
march
16th.
A
And
the
dev
connect
dev
connect
is
an
event
in
amsterdam
being
planned
by
fellowship
of
ethereum.
Magician
and
cathedrals
are
helping
out
in
organizing
it
for
event
of
day
two
that
is
being
planned
by
fem.
I
am
in
touch
with
nat
rolicova
and
so
far
we
have
three
confirmed
participants.
A
However,
we
are
still
discussing
the
format
of
the
event
like
in
a
sense
like
it
would
be
just
providing
a
room
and
we
will
have
a
workshop
kind
of
or
it
will
be,
a
kind
of
presentation.
A
I
do
not
see
an
ad
on
the
call
today,
but
on
a
high
level,
we
are
hoping
to
have
a
room
for
about
50
participants
in
each
room.
This
is
going
to
be
a
huge
event
with
over
2000
people
expected
to
participate
and
we
hope
to
keep
providing
update
with
ethereum
cathedrals,
meeting
upcoming
meetings.
A
A
So
now
we
have
listed
here
cat
weekly,
comic,
john
and
mark
joined
the
ech
group
recently
and
with
some
interest
in
design,
jean
came
up
with
an
idea
of
sharing
information
in
form
of
comic
and
because
we
are
cat
header,
we
thought
of
having
it
in
cat
comic
form.
We
are
planning
to
start
a
series
with
this
month
to
publish
one
comic
per
week
with
some
cartoons
and
related
links
to
follow
to
learn
more
on
the
topic.
A
A
I
don't
know
if
you
have
a
microphone
with
you
to
share
more.
A
Maybe
well,
we
have
started
up
a
discard
channel
to
look
into
like
the
work
there
and
he
has
already
shared
a
couple
of
cartons,
which
we
are
like
working
on
that
reiterating
to
make
sure
that
all
the
information
are
right.
I'm
wondering
if
anyone
in
from
the
group
is
interested
to
be.
You
know
looking
into
this
before
it
goes
out
for
publishing.
A
A
A
The
next
one
is
ech
website
hosting
via
github
page,
I'm
extremely
sorry
to
say
that
the
ech
website
is
still
not
working
and
it
is
still
down
and
I'm
looking
for
people
who
can
support
us
with
making
our
website
go
up
as
soon
as
possible.
We
have
all
the
course
available
on
github,
it's
just
that
the
hosting
was
provided
by
a
different
party,
but
I
would
love
to
see
everything
done
with
the
help
of
community.
A
I'm
not
sure
if
anyone
from
the
group
may
have
any
you
know
bandwidth
or
ability
to
fix
it
up
or
maybe
interested
to
take
a
lead
on
this.
A
Yeah,
I'm
not
sure
if
I
was
hoping
for
some.
You
know
interns
or
someone
new
to
the
community
if
they
can
be
helping
out
with
that.
C
A
The
next
one
is
a
client
meeting
in
podcast
form.
I
suppose
it
is
from
the
last
meeting
on
action
item
on
me
to
reach
out
to
that
team.
I
could
not
do
that,
but
I
hope
to
do
it
this
week.
A
A
The
last
one
under
this
topic
is
el
merch
client
release.
Naming
I
know,
timbeko
has
started
this
fellowship
of
ethereum
magician
thread
where
we
have
collected
all
these
names.
The
one
thing
that
is
a
kind
of
a
stoppage
so
far
is
decision
on
what
name
it
should
be
added
for
the
spec
for
the
client
and
we
were
hoping
to
plan
a
meeting
a
community
meeting
to
just
finalize
the
name.
A
I
have
a
meeting
late
this
week,
we'll
try
to
check
with
timbeko
and
if
we
get
finalized
on
a
date,
then
we
will
try
to
organize
this
meeting,
maybe
by
march
third
week
yeah
by
march
3rd.
Definitely.
A
That's
all
so.
The
next
item
here
is
ech
updates.
A
We
just
talked
about
ech
website.
Unfortunately,
the
website
is
not
working.
I
will
have
to
reach
out
the
team
again,
but
in
the
meanwhile,
if
there
is
some
volunteer
willing
to
help
us
get
our
website
live.
Please
reach
us
for
ech
engineering.
There
are
two
items,
eap,
bot
and
learn
to
earn.
I
see
shashank
joining
the
call
shashank.
If
you
have
any
updates
to
share
with
us
yeah.
D
Very
much
yeah
yep,
so
on
the
e
on
the
eip
bottom,
I
currently
picked
two
two
issues
on
the
eip
v
bot,
that
is
the
eip
validator
board,
and
yesterday
I
had
a
discussion
with
elita
regarding
a
couple
of
things
like
the
kodiak
that
we
are
using
to
auto,
merge
and
any
issues
around
that.
So
just
just
trying
to
get
an
understanding.
D
Also,
there
was
just
a
slight
disc
brief
discussion
on
whether
we
should
merge
the
eipv
bot
repo
and
also
the
eip
eip
board
repo
sorry
eip
v
bought
in
the
ap
eip
repo,
because
both
are
dif
different
code
bases.
One
is
on
typescript
and
other
is
on
rust.
The
the
the
core.
The
core
objective
is
to
have
both
the
bots
in
the
same
report
to
to
reduce
the
footprint
on
tracking
all
the
issues
that
come
up
for
ecs
engineering.
D
That
was
a
kind
of
the
main
reason
we
can
discuss
on
that
on
the
learn.
To
one
part
we
have
completed
the
try
run
and
we
got
in
a
good
understanding
how
the
how
the
user
flow
looks
like.
So
how
would
a
user
come
and
try
to
fill
up
on
the
quiz
and
generate
the
answers
and
stuff?
So
we
have
moved
on
to
the
main
application
that
we
are
trying
to
build.
Ie
and
george
will
be
building.
D
We
are
looking
forward
to
any
designer
that
might
be
interested
in
helping
us
with
the
designs
of
design
for
the
learn
to
one
platform,
because
I
primarily
am
a
bad
guy
and
say
same
goes
for
george
he's
more
of
front-end
guy,
but
doesn't
have
a
good
skill
set
in
the
design
end,
so
he
we
both
are
kind
of
looking
forward
to
having
a
design
a
design
person
who
can
you
know,
draw
me
specific
designs
required
for
the
different
modules
that
are
there
in
our
platform
at
a
high
level.
D
That's
this.
You
may
ask
any
questions
regarding
both
of
these.
A
Well,
thank
you
for
the
update
for
the
designs.
I
think
couple
of
people
have
joined
recently.
I
would
like
to
check
them
up
offline
if
they
would
be
interested
in
helping
out
on
designing
part
of
this
project.
A
I
hope
to
get
someone
soon,
but
it's
good
to
know
that
the
real
project
development
work
has
already
been
started
so
for
people
who
are
interested
to,
maybe
maybe
a
part
of
this
project
or
contribute,
we
have
github
where
we
are
trying
to
add
every
information,
including
the
meeting
notes
that
we
have
every
week
on
monday,
where
we,
where
all
the
team
members,
seem
contributors
sync
up
and
share
the
information
on
their
part.
So
and
also
we
have
listed
all
the
issues
you
can
find
that
in
github.
C
Yeah,
so
I
actually
have
not
released
a
new
podcast
episode
in
the
last
couple
of
weeks,
there's
kind
of
a
few
things
put
together
that
have
contributed
to
that.
I
do
feel
like
eth
denver
kind
of
contributed
to
it.
There
were
a
couple
of
people
that
I
was
kind
of
trying
to
bring
on,
and
I
think
that
kind
of
disrupted
comms
a
bit,
I'm
also
in
the
process
of
changing
jobs,
so
that
definitely
through
a
wrench
into
things
too.
I'm
I'm
re
getting
my
value
regaining
my
balance.
C
Now
I
would
say
I
have
two
people
are
lined
up.
Who've
said
that
they
do
want
to
come
on.
I
just
need
to
find
time
and
and
interview
and
then
release
having
this
kind
of
empty
couple.
Weeks
also
has
given
me
time
on
how
to
try
and
prevent
something
like
this
from
happening
in
the
future.
The
ck
doof
who's
come
on
to
help
me
with
a
lot
of
the
like.
C
A
lot
of
the
work
involved
with
the
podcast
has
had
a
really
good
few
suggestions
there
and
I'm
gonna
try
and
put
the
structure
in
place
to
try
and
make
sure
that
I've
always
got
kind
of
stop
gap
measures
to
like
put
out
a
quicker
episode
if
something
falls
through
or
something
of
that
kind.
That
being
said,
it
definitely
has
still
been
taking
up.
In
the
amount
of
my
time
kernel
block
5
has
launched,
so
I've
been
spending
some
time
over
there
also
as
part
of
just
general
onboarding
stuff.
C
Oh
right
and
one
other
thing.
I've
been
working
with
supre
gupta
for
a
while
now
on
an
emergency
protocols,
kind
of
project
trying
to
get
good
documentation
around
about
what
app
layer
projects
about
their
security
from
day
one
and
also
what
to
do.
If
there
is
an
unfortunate
incident
like
just
how
to
handle
it
and
what
you
need
to
do
he's
been
handling
the
vast
majority
of
the
writing.
C
We've
kind
of
hit
rough
draft,
we're
inviting
in
some
security
researchers
and
other
people
who
are
very
active
in
that
end
of
the
field.
I
would
say
to
give
it
a
look,
make
sure
we're
in
the
right
direction
at
their
own
suggestions,
but
I'm
happy
to
see
that
we're
at
a
point
already
that
we
can
show
that
to
other
people,
which
is
cool.
C
A
Well,
thank
you
so
much
for
the
updates,
and
I
think
I
I
may
be
able
to
remind
you.
One
thing
that
you
may
be
missing
is
about
the
eip
contribution
and
I'm
very
happy
to
share
with
the
community
that
william
schwab
has
been
proposed
to
be
a
formal
eip
editor.
So
probably
you
would
have
to
create
a
pull
request.
I'm
not
sure
if
I
saw
a
pull
request
coming
from
your
end,
yet.
A
A
All
right,
so
that's
it
ech
medium
to
merit.
I
know
william,
has
already
shared
the
first
cad
blazer
on
mirror,
but
I
haven't
shared
anything
yet
I
I
would
be
like
finishing
up
the
draft,
for
I
don't
know
in
the
last
meeting.
I
suppose
we
discussed
about
publishing
it.
The
january
issue
wondering
if
that
is
taken
care
of.
C
Oh
good,
oh
all,
right!
Why
don't
we
touch
base
outside
the
goal?
If
that
is
what's
supposed
to
happen,
I
it
shouldn't
be
prob
like
good
yeah.
Things
are
slipping
my
mind.
A
D
C
If
you
could
dm
me
like
later
today
or
tomorrow,
or
something
like
that,
yeah
just
like
I'll,
probably
need
to
ask
you
a
couple
of
questions
and
publish
them
different.
A
Yep
sounds
good,
thank
you
so
much
and
e-c-h-e-n-s.
I
know
the
the
communication
is
going
on
on
the
maldives
channel.
We
hope
to
get
a
resolution
soon
there
and
we'll
be
able
to
decide
on
what
to
do.
Is
there
anything
else
that
you
would
like
to
mention
here
william
show
up.
I'm
sorry.
If
this
is
like
from
the
previous
week.
A
That's
right:
moving
on
to
ech
operations,
ech
new
joiners
meeting
is
planned
on
march
17th
at
11
a.m.
Est
this
is
available
on
ethereum
cat
herders,
discord,
event
section,
so
people
who
have
recently
filled
up
the
onboarding
form
or
have
joined
the
catalyst
discard.
A
A
We
did
talk
about
women's
day
celebration.
The
event
is
planned
on
march
8th
at
noon
est.
We
will
be
publishing
the
blog
post
later
today.
It
is
almost
ready.
We
were
just
looking
into
some
cover
image
part.
I
think
that
was
the
weight
and
it
should
be
done
now,
so
we
hope
to
publish
the
blog
post
soon.
A
The
next
item
is
eip's
insight.
In
february,
eip
repository
received
four
new
proposals,
as
draft
three
proposals
are
moved
to
final
and
four
eips
are
available
in
review
status.
A
A
So
we
can
be
expecting
this
proposal
to
be
getting
into
final
status
very
soon,
please
check
out
the
proposal
and
share
if
you
have
any
thoughts
and
comments
on
that.
A
So
that's
on
the
eib's
inside
oh
yeah,
one
more
thing.
As
I
mentioned
earlier,
we
have
initiated
onboarding
of
new
eip
editors
and
the
process
is
very
simple.
In
the
last
meeting.
The
eip
editor
suggested
two
names,
william
shaw
and
sam
wilson,
so
we
have
already
received
a
pull
request
from
samwell's
and
I
think
it
was
marched
this
morning,
I'm
not
sure
of
that,
but
if
not
I'm
hoping
it
to
be
done
very
soon
and
same
william
shop.
E
A
That's
about
it.
Moving
on
to
peep
and
eep
earlier
in
this
meeting
I
mentioned
about
the
people
and
eve
meeting
on
the
killing
test
net
with
paritos
on
march,
2nd
at
18
30
utc
check
out
ecs
discard
for
more
details.
A
A
Moving
on
to
the
meeting
notes
and
action
items
from
for
meetings
documented
by
ech
contributors,
I
suppose
we
have
meetings
not
available
for
almost
every
meeting
I
see
for
82.
It
is
not
up
yet,
but
I'm
aware
that
the
note
is
completed
so
because
I
have
reviewed
it
just
yesterday,
so
I'm
hoping
that
this
will
be
up
by
today
end
of
the
day
as
well.
A
A
So
we
have
closed
almost
every
funding
request
which
were
open
for
about
two
weeks,
and
I
see
few
more
few
new
pull
requests
open
and
I
hope
to
address
them
this
week.
Of
course,
these
are
the
new
one
we
hope
to
address
them
this
week.
So
we
be
in
a
position
to
release
the
funding
soon
for
the
contributors.
A
And
we
are
almost
on
the
last
agenda
item
that
is
a
review
of
outstanding
action
items
from
the
previous
meetings.
The
first
one
is
puja
to
provide
update
on
march
testing
discussion
between
kth
royal
institute
and
ethereum
devs.
I
have
shared
the
updates,
william
to
post
ech
monthly
report
for
jan
on
mirror.
I
think
we
will
be
working
on
it
I'll
be
talking
to
william,
maybe
after
this
call
and
look
into
it
william,
to
clarify
with
multisig
signer,
where
the
ens
domain
should
be
transferred.
A
I
think
the
discussion
has
been
initiated.
We
are
waiting
for
response
for
some
of
the
multisecond
sign.
Maybe
we
can
get
some
update
this
week,
puja
to
request
client
meetings
to
be
added
to
be
made
available
via
permacast.
I
am
yet
to
reach
the
team.
I
hope
to
do
it
this
week,
maybe
I'll
keep
it
open
and
we'll
confirm
to
the
meeting.
If
this
has
been
completed,
puja
to
push
through
outstanding
funding
requests.
A
We
have
addressed
all
the
requests
from
the
long
outstanding
and
we
can
see
a
few
open
this
week
may
be
able
to
address
it
soon,
so
that
kind
of
concludes
whatever
we
are
listed
on
agenda
item.
If
anyone
has
anything
else
to
bring
up
or
if
they
would
want
to
discuss
it
in
the
upcoming
meetings.
A
I
see
this
in
this
categories
meeting
we
provide
most
of
the
updates,
which
are
of
course
useful
for
the
community
in
sense
of
like
we
try
to
bring
them
up
to
the
speed
with
what's
going
on
in
the
ethereum
ecosystem
and
provide
the
highlight
of
meeting
updates
that
we
document,
but
I
would
love
to
hear
some
thoughts
and
how
we
can
actually
make
it
more
community
involved,
and
maybe
we
can
discuss
more
brainstorming
ideas
if
people
have
thoughts
and
suggestions
on
that,
it
would
be
nice
to
have
have
it.
A
A
We
are
the
new
joiners
meeting,
so
I'm
I'm
seeing
that
as
one
way
to
be
able
to
interact
with
community
if
people
you
are
listening
to
the
call-
and
you
would
like
to
reach
out
to
us-
please
try
to
join
us
on
ethereum,
cataract
discord
or
just
show
up
on
the
ethereum's
monthly
meeting.
The
new
join
us
meeting
or
the
open
house
meeting.
E
A
Yeah,
that's
true,
I
mean
like
we,
we
were
in
desperate
need
for
people
who
could
be
actually
paying
attention
towards
erc's
and
william
schwab
is
one
of
the
best
options
that
we
have
right
now
to
be
looking
into
erc's
category.
So
thank
you
so
much
and
yeah.
A
I
think
that
concludes
the
meeting
for
today,
and
I
will
give
you
guys
back
your
leftover
time
for
the
meeting,
so
you
can
prepare
for
the
next
one.
Thank
you
guys
for
joining
us
and
see
you
all
in
two
weeks
have
a
good
example.
