Audio starts around 18:00.

C
B
G
G
Okay,
I
can
start
talking
about
the
prog.
How
audit?
Let
me
pull
up
the
agenda.
Cuz
I,
think
that
was
the
main
thing
and
that's
why
this
call
is
gonna,
be
kind
of
short
yeah.
G
Cool
so
yeah.
The
first
item,
I
guess,
is
update
on
the
prog
so
that
here's
what's
happening
with
that.
There's
gonna
be
a
call
later
today,
with
a
few
stakeholders.
Who've
been
involved
in
dealing
with
dealing
with
the
prog
pal
stuff.
The
audit
and
we've
had
some
good
conversations
with
different
people.
I
don't
want
to
so
basically,
I
want
to
avoid
saying
the
names
of
certain
people,
some
of
you
I've
already
talked
to
about
who
are
like
actively
involved
in
recruiting.
G
G
So
just
the
the
main
thing
is
we
do
have
a
few
people
who
are
different
groups
with
different
backgrounds
who
are
wanting
to
audit
prog
Pao,
and
we
are
discussing
it
later
in
a
meeting
today,
some
of
the
stuff
around
funding
and
some
of
the
stuff
around
which
groups
should
be
auditing,
the
the
pro
the
protocol
itself.
Hopefully,
a
lot
of
good
will
come
of
that
call
and
I
can
update
everybody
afterwards
in
the
chat
channel
about
what
happens
there.
G
G
B
G
G
B
G
G
I,
don't
think
they're
gonna
be
Pro
ASIC,
because
they're
not
creating
one
apparently
for
et
hash,
so
yeah.
So
it's
a
it's
a
hard
line
to
walk,
but
I
guess
we'll
just
have
to
do
our
best
once
we
have
all
the
options
on
the
table.
What
the
what
what
point?
The
point
we're
at
right
now
with
the
entire
audit,
is
getting
the
options
on
the
table
and
in
parallel,
finding
pre
commitments
for
funding
and.
D
G
I
think
we're
doing
a
good
job
of
both.
So
far,
we've
had
people
I've
heard.
People
who
I
didn't
realize
could
actually
knew
this
before
kind
of
step
up
and
say
we
have
the
skills
or
we
know
someone
who
can
audit.
So
that's
that
is
promising.
I
think
it's
gonna
go
a
little
slower
than
we
thought
only
because
it's
such
a
niche
thing
to
find
people
who
are
experts
on
it
about.
B
Yeah,
you
know
I'm
not
trying
to
criticize
the
work
off.
So
one
of
the
reasons
why
I'm
asking
is
I'm
I,
guess
I'm
weighing
with
myself,
if
I
should
keep
on
in
parallel,
trying
to
work
on
these
avenues.
I
assume
that
I
should
because,
at
least
for
the
technicals,
like
you
know,
just
measuring
how
Hardware
work
perform
with
algorithm.
It
probably
still
is
best
to
try
and
work
outside
the
system.
I'm
assuming
if
I
could
make
inroads
on
something
like
that
that
it
would
still
be
worthwhile
I.
G
G
Does
anyone
else
have
questions
I'm
happy
to
I
know?
This
is
a
very
it's
weird
that
I
can't
give
names
yet
not
because
everyone
wants
to
be
super
secret
squirrel
about
this,
but
just
because
I
don't
want
to
potentially
get
like
if
I
say
a
name
of
someone,
who's
interested
join
desk
and
everyone
else
is
gonna
start
coming
to
them
and
saying
oh,
we
heard
that
you're
funding
an
audit,
or
we
heard
that
you're
looking
for
funds
for
an
audit,
or
we
heard
that
you're
gonna,
audit,
Prague,
POW
and
I
don't
want
to
I.
G
C
F
So
it's
a
bit
easier,
so
it
hasn't
been
like
officially
launched
yet
but
I
think
that
will
probably
happen
today
and
we
can
start
spreading
the
word
about
it.
Inevitably,
there
will
be
backlash.
There
always
is
right
because
people
will
say:
oh
it's
a
plutocracy.
Why
are
you
letting
you
know
people
who
hold
the
lots
of
ether
vote?
And
you
know
my
answer
is
always
the
same,
which
is
yeah
I
know
it's
not
a
perfect
signal
but
like
it's
still
a
useful
signal.
G
D
B
H
H
C
H
G
G
F
Don't
see
why
not
I
mean
it's
up,
it
works
right
now,
I'm,
pretty
sure,
like
votes
are
being
recorded,
that
you
guys
can
certainly
try
it
out.
It's
it's
well,
not
anonymous,
but
pseudonymous,
it's
tied
to
whatever
aetherium
matters
you
choose
to
vote
with,
so
you
can.
Obviously
you
know
use
whichever
you
like
or
use
multiple
or
you
can
also
change
your
vote
later.
F
C
F
F
So
so
I'm
not
sure
right.
So
this
is
one
of
the
controversial
things
about
carbon
votes.
Is
that
actually
it
can
be
used,
I
believe
to
vote
with
funds
locked
in
things
like
multi,
SIG's
and
other
contracts,
whereas
the
other
system
cannot,
but
you
can
also
manually
blacklist
addresses
for
exchanges,
I
think
there's
a
field
to
do
that
on
the
forum.
G
Okay,
cool
where's,
the
agenda:
oh
the
websites
complete
great
job,
everybody
who
did
the
website
I
like
and
blanking
on
the
names
right
now:
yeah,
good
work,
Thank,
You,
Hudson.
C
G
A
D
C
G
G
E
G
F
F
Yeah
I
mean
I,
agree,
I,
think
at
a
high
level,
it's
just
like.
We
need
to
figure
out
the
role
for
the
cat
herders
in
the
ecosystem
and
in
the
governance
and
project
management
process
and
like
while
I
think
that
scope
started
pretty
narrow,
like
what
I'm
beginning
to
see.
Is
that
there's
sort
of
like
almost
limitless
stuff
that
this
group
can
do,
because
there's
so
many
things
missing?
You
know
in
sort
of
again
project
management
and
governance,
and
so
I'd
love
to
see
gradually
and
incrementally,
as
we
build
trust
and
experience,
etc.
F
Right
that
scope
to
grow
and
I
just
think
communication
is
a
huge
part
of
it
right.
We
need
to
be
clear
with
people
about
who
we
are,
what
we're
doing
what
our
intentions
are,
as
well
as
what
you
said,
Hudson,
which
is
just
like
how
do
we
generate
like
social
layer
support
for
a
lot
of
this
stuff,
both
internally
among
the
core
devs
and
core
teams,
as
well
as
externally
with
the
public?
So
like
another
thing
we
talked
about
was
like:
what's
the
narrative
that
we
want
to
convey
to
the
world,
basically.
B
There's
a
political
term,
I
think
its
width
that
I
might
be
getting
confused
that
like
that
their
job,
essentially
is
just
to
say,
like
hey.
Look
at
this
hey
think
about
this
I
mean
that
definitely
is
something
that
I
think
could
be
relevant
for
us,
but
we're
probably
gonna
have
to
build
up
a
certain
level
of
really
reputation
before
we're
able
to
do
that
efficiently.
I.
F
F
G
C
A
So
I
put
together
a
brief
project
board
with
all
the
action
items
from
the
report
and
I
spoke
with
pooja
about
getting
started
with
one
of
them
because
she
doesn't
want
to
get
too
involved
with
the
prog
po
on
a
report
because
she
has
an
opinion
on
it,
but
otherwise
they're
just
up
on
that
board
to
kind
of
take
on
the
key
point.
There
would
be
that
with
respect
to
these
action
items,
how
how
and
where
are
we
gonna
put
them
once
they're
done?
E
E
E
G
G
G
I
B
I
F
Set
up
tasks
to
be
externally
facing
because
people
keep
asking
how
they
can
contribute
I'd
love
to
have
a
single
repository
where
we
can
send
people.
You
know,
whereas
maybe
p.m.
could
be
like
used
like
aetherium
/
p.m.
which
is
just
for
like
meeting
notes,
but
I
mean
it
could
just
I
guess
it
could
just
be
one
as
well.
It's
not
a
big
deal.
We
could
just.
We
could
use
tags
instead
and
just
tag
things
for
like
good,
first
issue
or
like
please
contribute.
G
G
G
A
G
F
G
F
G
D
B
G
Sure
there
is,
but
we
should
probably
look
at
it
more
next
week,
because
I
think
Ofra
said
he's
busy
right
now,
so
he
doesn't
have
like
a
concrete
list.
Yet,
okay,
we
can
stop
talking
checks
anyway,
yeah,
if
you,
if
you
feel
like
helping
with
that
reach
out,
to
offer
your
work
on
the
github
issues
and
well,
what
is
now
gonna
eventually
be
a
combined
Oh.
