reason

nice

couple

brought
up

concept

I
guess
the
concept
of
an
EOS
Rebrand
has
been
brought
up
since
the
very
beginning
of
the
enf,
but
typically
when
people
present
the
idea
of
a
Rebrand,
its
new
name,
new
token
and
there's
a
lot
of
reasons
why
that
can't
happen.

So
a
lot
of
reasons.
Why
is
the
the
smart
contracts,
for
example,
on
EOS?
Some
of
them
are
hard-coded
for
the
token
ticker.
The
system
contracts
have
things
in
there
that
you,
you
can't
just
change
the
ticker
easily
as
an
example.
That's
the
main
reason
why,
when
Matic
Network
rebranded
to
polygon
that
the
token
itself
was
continued
to
be
Matic,
they
just
recently
announced
that
they'll
be
doing
a
token
swap
to
the
polygon
token.
But
in
that
instance,
it's
a
brand
new
network.

say
like
a
refresh
of
the
chestyhedron
or
if
they
wanted
to
go
a
completely
different
direction,
and
from
that
conversation
and
those
conversations
that
happened
in

week
or
two
following
the
first
one,
it
became
abundantly

appetite
within
the
EOS
Community
to
go
in
a
completely
new
Direction
with
a
a
brand
new
brand

new
colors,
and
that's
been
that
there's

kind

what
kicked
off

this

working

fun

We
met

executive

a
lot

bring

foundation

launched

roll

work
that

in
after
everything
is
finalized.

far
as

the
messaging
framework
that,
like
once

brand
guidelines

done,
you
have
to
redo
all
the
graphics
the
website,
so
there's
a
lot
going
into
that.
So

do
want
to
make
it
clear
that
what
you're
seeing
today
is
not
something
that
will
be
in
the
news
tomorrow.

isn't
like
EOS
is
rebranding
today.
This
is
really
just
to
bring
the
community
in
on
this
discussion,
because
we
all
kind
of
came
from
the
community
and
I'm
really
excited
to
share
everything
with
you.
I
guess
I
could
keep
rambling
on,
but
we're
already
running
a
little
bit
late

I
have
I,
saw
an
earlier
version
of
this
presentation,
so
I'm
actually
excited
to
see
it
myself,

who
will
be

from

how
powerful

dive

wanted
to
level

Obviously,
we've
been
working
on
this
for
a
while
with
the
EOS
team,
but
we
really
wanted
to
take
you
guys
on
the
Journey
of
kind
of
where
we
started
how
we
got
to
the
conclusions
we
got
to
how
this
all
came
to
life
and
what
the
work
in
progress
work
looks
like
and
then,
where
we
kind
of
see
this
going
in
the
future.

first
is:
we
wanted
to
understand
what
brand
architecture
was
being
used
in
the
web
3
space
and
what
kind
of
structures
where
people
lose
or
using
to
create
this
kind
of
identifiable
territory
for
all
of
their
different
properties
that
exist
the
next.
Is
we
really
wanted
to
understand
the
brand
positioning
in
white
space?
So
how
is
everyone
portraying
themselves
to
the
world
and
what
are
those
white
spaces
that
we
could
really
lean
into
and
start
to
own,
that
really
expressed
our
brand
values
who
our
community
was
and
who
we
were
as
an
organization?

then,
on
top
of
that,
we
wanted
to
understand
what
the
visual
void
is.
So
obviously,
as
Zach
mentioned,
this
is
a
visual
Rebrand,
so
we
needed
to
understand
kind
of.
Where
is
everyone
playing?
What
are
the
different
colorways
that
exist
and
what
are
those
spaces
that
we
can
really
lean
into
that?

We
wanted
to
make
sure
that
we
were
capturing
who
you
guys
are
what
you
guys
portray,
but
also
ensuring
that
that
aligns
with
our
brand
values
and
having
something
that
we
can
consistently
ladder
back
to
to
make
sure
we're
driving
that
cohesive
tone
of
voice
and
and
visual
identity
in
the
market
to
really
get
away
from
that
confusion,
and
that
from
problem
that
we
had
with
our
identity,
so
that's
kind
of
what
we
all
did,
but
that's
great
and
all
what
does
that
mean?
How
does
that
come
to
life?

How
do
we
actually
action
on
it?
Well,
the
first
piece
of
that
puzzle,
as
I
mentioned,
is
creating
a
system
that
brings
it
all
together,
making
EOS
really
the
star
of
the
show
and
creating
an
ecosystem
that
allows
EOS
to
shine
and
we've
used
this
kind
of
branded
host
model,
and
if
you
aren't
familiar
with
that,
it's
something
that
a
lot
of
brands
do.
Fedex
is
a
great
example
of
this.

Fedex
is
kind
of
the
star
of
the
show
the
center
of
the
ecosystem,
but
there's
all
the
different
properties
that
exist
below
that,
whether
it's
FedEx
Ground
FedEx
freight
Express
Etc.
But
what
kind
of
that
branding
structure
does?
Is
it
again
allows
the
parent
brand
or
parent
company
to
be
the
star
of
the
show,
and
everyone
can
instantly
equate
every
property
with
that
main
one?
And
so
you
really
get
that
brand
recognition
and
recall
that
we're
looking
for.

But
it's
also
that
structure
that
allows
us
to
Flex
as
we
grow
as
we
evolve
as
we
change
over
time.
We
have
this
consistent
structure
that
we
can
fall
back
on
and
use
moving
forward.
So
once
we
kind
of
determine
that
structure-
and
it
was
going
to
work
for
us
again-
we
needed
to
dive
into
what
is
eos.
How
can
we
connect
it
to
the
community
and
who
we
are
and
again
what
we
want
people
to
see
about
our
brand,
and
so
the
first
piece
of
the
puzzle
was
that
EOS
is
human.

It
is
this
brand
that
just
has
this
tight-knit
community
that
is
really
human,
whether
you're,
developing
or
creating
something
that
sense
of
humanity
is
something
that
is
essential
to
EOS.
But
it's
also
a
space
that
a
ton
of
other
people
in
the
industry
aren't
playing
in
and
that
sense
of
humanity
is
something
that's
really
going
to
resonate
with
people
moving
forward.
So
we
really
wanted
to
capture
the
fact
that
EOS
is
human.
The
next
kind
of
piece
of
the
puzzle
was
that
EOS
is
inclusive,
so
it's
this
environment
that
anyone
can
join.

Anyone
can
start
building
on
and
creating,
and
what
the
community
really
wants
to
do
is
grow
and
continue
to
evolve
and
move
forward
and
be
better,
and
so
that's
kind
of
another
territory
that
we
really
wanted
to
capture
and
make
sure
came
through
in
our
colorways,
our
visual
identity
and
the
language
that
we
used.
The
next
was
empowering,
so
we
also
wanted
to
make
it
clear
that
you
know
we're
there
to
support
one
another.

We
have
entities
like
eo's
support
and
the
community
in
and
of
itself,
and
just
this
team
everyone's
working
together
wants
them
to
succeed,
wants
them
to
develop
and
build
and
create
on
this
platform.
And
so
we
want
to
make
sure
that
again,
that
sense
of
empowerment
is
also
coming
through
and
what
we
present
and
then
the
final
one
is
reliability,
and
this
is
something
that's
just
really
core
to
who
we
are
and
what
we
provide.
We've
been
through
a
lot
we've
been
around
for
a
long
time.

Yes,
there's
been
some
ups
and
downs
along
the
way,
as
has
with
anyone,
but
that
sense
of
reliability
both
within
the
community
and
our
Network
itself,
is
something
that
we
really
wanted
to
capture
and
make
sure
we
were
again
highlighting
in
the
work
and
so
those
kind
of
four
pillars.
That
I
just
mentioned
really
led
to
this
key
idea
and
is
the
underpinning
of
the
creative
moving
forward.

kind
of

the

did
is
we
came
up
with
an
overarching
theme
to
really
represent
how
we're
approaching
that
iconography,
our
storytelling,
all
the
brand
components,
and
it's
really
leaning
into
this
idea.
That
EOS
is
how
we
make
it
happen.
You
know,
EOS
is
the
framework,
you
know
the
network
where
we're
building
upon
and
while
it
feels
so
simple
and
so
easy
and
so
accessible.

It's
such
an
interesting
way
where
we
can
start
to
approach
it
where
you
know,
EOS
is
the
answer
to
all
the
problems,
the
solutions,
the
challenges
that
we
have
created
or
that
are
created,
and
that
become
an
answer.
So,
while
we're
looking
at
this
and
we're
using
that
or
overarching
theme,
we
this
isn't
something
that
we
took
very
lightly.
We
had
this
opportunity
and
it
took
a
lot
of
exploration
and
challenges
and
different
ways
to
approach
it,
and
we
went
at
it
in
a
lot
of
different
variety
of
ways.

icon,
in
this
really
concrete
shape
that
can
allow
us
to
use
it
and
start
to
remind
people
as
Kelso
is
talking
about
across,
like
the
Branded
house,
where
we're
reiterating
and
continuously
using
it,
and
so
that
we
have
that
consistency
that
we're
looking
for
across
the
board-
and
this
is
where
we're
looking
for
your
feedback.
We've
created
this
ownable
space.
You
know
we've
built
this
transition,
this
storytelling
mechanic,
but
this
is
where
we
want
to
have
the
opportunity
for
the
community
to
weigh
in
and
give
us
some
of
that
feedback
as
well.

we're

to
look
at
like
how
do
we
want
to
represent
ourselves
within
that
white
space?
So
you

we've
looked
at
ourselves
across
like
our
core
competitors
and
found
those
moments
of
like
different
colorways
that
can
start

reflect

give
us
our
own
little
personality
or
attitude
across
the
board.
So
whether
we
want
to
be,
you
know,
Orange
right,
vibrant
actionable.
You
know
we
have
that
opportunity
to
sort
of
live
in
that
space
and
own
it
or
you
know,
Green
where
we're
like.

trending
into
more
of
a
friendly
approachable,
actionable,
colorway
or
even
just
finding
that
room
within
you
know
the
more
traditional
web
screen
colors.
You
know
the
purples
and
the
magentas
and
things
where
we
can
find
a
blue
framework

it
helps
us
tell
our
story
and
really
connect
to
that
web
free
platform.
So
this
is
where
I'm
gonna
get
step
in
we're
trying
to
uphold
we're
hoping
this
works.

Alongside
that,
once
we
have
that
ownable
space,
we
also
want
to
really
create
a
toolbox
for
creativity,
and
so
when
we
have
this
icon
and
we've
started
to
see
this
in
the
community,
you
know
trickling
through
the
Discord,
where
we

people
translating
and
using
that
icon
and
really
representing
the
personality
and
the
storytelling
behind
their
own
projects
when
we
want
to
do
the
same,
and
we
want
to
create
a
toolbox
for
that.
So
this
is
where
we're
going
to
release
a
resource
kit
that
will
allow
us
to
take
and
translate
that
icon.

playing
into
that
space

we

start
to
represent
the
breadth
of
the
products
and
the
like
solutions
that
the
community
is
going
forward
with
so
giving
ourselves
the
opportunity
to
really
storytell
and
show
the
breadth

what

want
to
start
to
look
at
how
we're
bringing
this
to
the
world.

know
there
is
this
nice
opportunity
within
using
an
icon
like
we
have
where
it
has
this
dimensionality
of
the
space.

create

world
around

we
can
also
use
it
for
a
portal
for
storytelling.

we

bring
it
to
the
real
world
and
what
and
how
that
can
start

take
shape.

that's
going
to
be
across

about
we're,
going
to
be
working
through
messaging
and
storytelling
and
really
creating
an
honorable
framework
where
we're
constantly
reminding
people
of
who
and
what
we
are
and
then
also
making
things
that
really
make
us
stand
out

people

that,
that's
where
we
have
this
framework
and

want
to
really
represent
all
the
different
facets

the
community.

so

we

Evolution,

we're
starting
to
translate

bring
all

pieces

element

different
Community
aspects
towards
it.

it
all
sits
within
one
umbrella.

storytelling

associated

the
opposite.

go

top

coin
market
cap,

whole
first
page
scroll

only
orange
you're
going
to
see
is
Bitcoin
there's

orange
on

besides
that,
there's

little

overcrowded
color

one

association
with
Bitcoin

looking

collective

but
we
often
are
challenged

of
how

make
it
happen

think

process

wanted

the
platform
or
the
answer
to
make
those
that
solution
to
that.

benefits

EOS

the
challenges

have

those
goals

those
projects
and
then
always
having
that
answer.

we
came
to
maybe
having
an
actual
mascot.

an
interesting

to
make

of

them

in
a

world
