there
was
a
white
listing
sort
of
system
and
now
from
what
I
understand
which
I
haven't
had
the
time
to
dig
deep
into
it
that
system's
been
kind
of
replaced
with
reputation.
Badges
do
I
have
that
right

far,
yes,
exactly!
You
asked
that
right
all
right
and
now
what
are
the
advantages
of
this
new
system
compared
to
the
old
way
of
doing
things.

so
the
biggest
thing
that
we
were
trying
to
tackle
is
is
to
make
the
system
as
objective
and
transparent
as
possible.
Obviously,
the
the
primary
gold
of
our
old
white
listing
and
verification
system
has
been
to
make
sure
that
the
genuine
unreal
collections
stand
out
and
for
the
most
part
we
have
achieved
that
goal,
but
it
it
became
more
convoluted
over
time
and
and
we
kept
having
to
make
sort
of
judgment,
calls
on
whether
collection
should
be
whitelisted.

just
got
a
bit
messy,
which
just
came
down
to
the
system
that
that
wasn't
designed
for
this
and
now,
with
the
new
badges,
we're
really
trying
to
make
it
as
transparent
as

checking

you
expect
from
a
collection
and
then,
instead
of
sort
of
making
that
judgment
call
for
users
we're
just
giving
our
users
the
most
information
possible
so
that
they
can
make
the
Judgment
call
for
themselves,
which
collections
they
want
to
trust
and
which
they
don't.

imagine

headache
you
guys

been
dealing

Trying
to
you

protect
the
community

scammers
but
at
the

there

main
ones

will
still
award

our
way

a
copy

something

badge

means

the
creator
of
the
collection
conducted
basically

identity

know
who
is
behind
that
collection

they

and
those

sort
of
the
core
ones

in

replace

white
listing

really
also
like
a
proxy
because
it
proxies
requests
too
many
nodes
behind

common
issue
that

see
with
infrastructure
providers
that
run
nodes,
Antelope
public
RPC
nodes-
is
that
they
get
spammed
by
these
requests
and
people
will
push
transactions
without
any
way
to
limit
how
they're
pushing
transactions.

they
end

end
up
processing
like
50
of
the
requests
that
they
process
or
just
failed
push
transactions
from
Arbitrage
Bots,
for
example.
So
we're
like
well
what
if
we
try
and
solve
that
problem
with
a
piece
of
software

front

node,
that
was
a
little
bit
smart
and
understood.
