hesitation

donate

wasn't
easy

a
new
field
we've
added
to
the
grant
application
form
for

grant
owners
where
they
can
actually
provide
that

nice

easy

donors

rather
than
what
we
saw
in
season
two

updated

terms
and
conditions

grant

their
status
and

verify

disqualified

malicious

was
honest
mistakes.

everyone

the
same

avoid
getting
disqualified
by
accident.
We've
got

brand

Those
rules

Faqs
glossary
of
terms
all
that
sort
of
stuff
to
help
clarify
things
we
removed
some.
We
clarified
the
rules
on
self
donations,
so
actually
it's
you
are
allowed
to
donate
to
your
own
application
returns
and
conditions
previously
said
that
you're
not
so
we
just
removed
that
from
the
terms
and
conditions.

Now
everyone
is
on
the
same
page
there
and
we've
been
releasing
some
educational
articles
like
what
is
a
public
good
that
goes
deep
into
public
goods,
so
it's
easier
for
grant
owners
to
get
approved.
One
thing
I'm
really
excited
for
this
is,
for
the
first
time
pomelo
is
going
to
be
paying
for
user
cpu.

We
saw
that
some
donors
dropped
off
in
our
user
flow
because
you
know
they
tried
to
make
a
donation,
but
they
didn't
have
any
resources
and
their
donation
failed,
and
maybe
they
were
new
to
user.
They
they're
not
familiar
with
eos
resource
model,
so
they
just
gave
up,
and
you
know
that
they
didn't
end
up
having
any
impact
on
the
matching
pool.
That
shouldn't
be
the
case
in
season
three,
because
now
pomelo
is
paying
for
everybody's
resources.

if
you
were
a
top
donor
or
a
top
grant
owner
in
a
previous
season,
your
profile
should
have
a
your
nft
that
you
earned
displayed
proudly
on
there.
You
can
flex

your

participation
level
in
previous
seasons

we've
improved

experience
for
grant
owners
on
the
application
form
and
their
abilities
to
share
their
grant.
There's
a
new
short
description
field
to

shortly
summarize
your
grant,
which
displays
on
the
main
page
in

on
the
little
card,
as
well
as
on
the
social
preview.

think

a
good
job
already
covering
that
at

start
and
then
finally,
another
big
theme
we
saw
in
our
in
our
season.
Two
feedback
was
an
opportunity
to
improve
pamela's
defenses.
The
big
one
was
we.
We
introduced
trust
bonus
in
season
two,
but
we
didn't
get
a
whole
lot
of
adoption
of
the
trust
bonus.

three
we're
putting
an
effort
into
really
promoting
that
trust
bonus.

more
and
we've
made
some
tweaks
to
the
ui
to
help
guide
users
to
know
that
this
opportunity
exists
boost
your
trust,
bonus,

uniqueness
and
make
the
impact
of
your
donation
go
even
further.
The
higher
you
boost
your
trust,
bonus,
the
more
that
your
donation
counts
and
and,
as
a
result,
get
there's
a
higher
matching
allocation
to
the
grantee
support.

there

limit
to

reason

highly

that
was

Our
swarms
came
out
of
alpha
into
beta,
where
we
can
use
real
tokens,
we
can
actually
use
it
and
it's
been
really
successful.
So
far.
We're
really
proud
of
the
work
we've
worked
so
so
hard
to
build
up
the
network
and
to
and
to
build
the
the
actual
technology
really
special.
Thanks

came
out
with
the
key
insight
to
be
able

actually
execute
our
swarms
mark
stare
of
tibbett
and
yesterday
was
a
was
a
great
moment
for
us,
because
we
swarmed
eve's
great
thread
on
the
enf's
quarterly
report
and
got
picked
up
by
lunar
crush.
So
that
was
really
encouraging
that
we're
on
the
right
path
and
it's
only
the
beginning.

had
147
bees
participate
in
that
swarm,
but
what
it
does
is
we
found
because
we're
collecting
all
this
data
that
it
actually
creates
like
free
likes
and
retweets
from
that,
and
so
we
got
a
long
way
to
go.

mean
it's
it's

great
moment,
but
we're
still
in
a
large
sea
of
negativity
and

issues

relief

typeface
needs
redone

pro
working
with

fractally
was

kind

like

was
still
very
early
and
we

gung-ho

rebranding
everything
rebranding
eos,
because
it
was
fresh
off

breakup

were
left
with
no
ownership
of
any
assets.

didn't
really
own
our
own
name,
our
own
logo,
our
own
domain
and
now
we're
in
a
whole
different
spot
where
we
do
have
ownership
of
a
lot
of

coin
market
cap
and

other
thing

noted
like
that's
important,
is
like
name.
Recognition
is
important,
and
people
know
the
name
eos
and
the

most
prime
example
of
that
is
the
vitalik
ethereum

steroids
thing
tweet
or
whatever.

did
a
couple
of
weeks
ago,
like
that
happened
because
eos
has
brand
recognition,
and
what
I'm
expecting
to
see
at
a
lot
of
these
conferences
is
that
it's
gonna,
surprise
people
who
haven't
been
paying
attention,
they're,
gonna,
see
eos
and
they're
gonna.

they
up

their
name

rebrand

refresh

rebirth

than

rebrand
for
eos
at

set
your
expectations
that

rebrand

have
a
completely
new
name
completely
new
logo
and
all
of
the
sister
chains
will
rally
behind
it
with
us.
But
eos
itself
will
remain
eos
for
the
foreseeable
future.

polygon,
when,
when
matic
network
rebranded
to
polygon
network,
it
was
a
smoother
transition
for
them
because
they
owned
like
they
basically
had
full
control
of
it.

disassociation

assets
in
ip
like
like
we
have,
and
the
other
thing
is
it's
next
to
impossible
to
change
a
token
ticker
at
this
point.

our

but
like

it's
better

known
than

being
unknown,
and

think
we
have

strong
story
and

it's

complicated,

easier
to
just
turn

because

mess

it

to

the
original
chestahedron
which
they
used

the
ico,
that

not
copyrightable,
because
it's
a
geometric
shape.
It's
like
trying
to
copyright,

circle

triangle.

can't
do
it,
but
the
the
modernized
logo,
like
the
one,
with
less
lines
in
it,
that
block
one
started
using
in
like
2019.
Maybe
that
one
is
trademarked,
so

try
to
not
use
it
as
much
as
possible.

still
do
because
I
do
like
their
logo
better
than
the
chestahedron,
but
you'll
notice,
all
of
the
eos
channels.
Eos
support
did
a
really
good
job
with
it.
They
went
and
updated
all
of
the
logos,

example,
to
the
original
chest
tohedron
shape,
because
that
one's
not
copyrighted
so
the
the
logo,
it's
not
being
changed
at
the
moment
and
yeah.
So
it's
it's
still,
basically
the
same,
because
once
again,
it
comes
down
to
look
at
all
the
logos
of
all
the
other
businesses
within
eos.

I
was
a
little
worried
about
that
because
yeah,
like

said
it's
tied
to
our
history
and
and
the
sacred
geometry
part
too.

can't
get
over
that,

really
defines
who
we
are
as
a
community
like
our
heart,

resilience
to
go
through
what
we
went
through
with

in
the
past.

years
or
so
it
truly
defines
that

because
it's
sacred
geometry,

crazy
to

unreal

an
amazing
story

think

the
fact
that
the
functionality
and
like
making
the
onboarding
easier
and
the
whole
experience
in
eos
is
it's
kind
of
outweighs
the
branding.
If
you
know
what
I
mean
like
it
might
as
well
be

little
picture

a
wallaby,
but
if
their
experience
is
awesome,
who
cares?

I

think
that
providing
functionality
for
the
system
and
for
users
and
making
a
community
out
of
it
like
definitely
a
chest

headroom,
makes
sense.
