EOS
is

One
smart
contract
platform

governed
by
its
community
and

crypto

within
the

after
the

Last

Foundation
hit
the
ground
running
and
established
some

needed
funding
mechanisms
for
the
community.

Finally
long
time,
builders
in
the
Eos
ecosystem
had
access
to
funds
to
build
the
EOS
projects
they
loved
through
a
variety
of
funded
initiatives
such
as
the
EOS
recognition
grants,
the
pomelo
crowdfunding
platform
for
public
goods
that
direct
Grant
framework
for
open
source
development,
the
Eden
communities
and
the
Indian
communities
consensus
building
process.
By
the
way,
all
of
these
El
spending
opportunities
accept
the
recognition
grants
are
still
available
today,
so
whether
you're
new
to
our
community
or
have
been
with
us
for
years.
A
On
top
of
these
funding
mechanisms,
the
EOS
Community
also
has
hired
the
best
devs
in
the
space
and
helped
establish
a
strong
technical
foundation
for
the
network
that
is
now
supporting
exciting
projects
that
are
in
full
bloom.
Some
of
these
Solutions
were
recommended
as
the
result
of
the
blue
papers.
Research
series
such
as
recover
plus
and
yield,
and
the
yield
plus
program
that
are
protecting
qualifying
D5
protocols
and
boosting
returns
for
diverse
range
of
D5
protocols,
we'll
be
talking
more
about
EOS
tvl
later
today.

Another
big
accomplishment
last
year
for
the
community
was
the
successful
forking
of
the
B1
controlled
eosio
code
base
to
the
now
Community
controlled
Antelope
code
base.
The
antelope
Coalition,
composed
of
EOS
wax
ux
and
Telos,
was
also
established
and
are
now
working
together
on
protocol
development
and
enabling
new
synergies
such
as
instant
finality
and
the
recently
released
inter
blockchain
communication
between
all
Antelope
chains.

the

the

was
really
important
and

kind

successful
GameFly
hackathons
that
were
hosted
by
the
former
trusty
VM
team
and
we're

still
going
to
honor
the

second
half
of
their

prize
requirements.

the
way

hackathons
work,

GameFly
hackathons
for
the
evm
in
the
fall
was
every
project
got
half
of
their

winning
project
got

prize
money
when
they
deployed
it
to
the
first
test
net
that
we

projects
were
particularly
interested
in
the
launch
date

they
need

plans

last
week
was
pretty
much
tied
for
all-time
high
for
social
engagements
at
16.23
million
and
obviously
there's
a
lot
of
a

of
