All right, hey jeff, before we start yeah, I had uh put in the group that I had wanted to add an agenda item and possibly you weren't aware of that, because you thought maybe kirsten would and that would be- and I will be careful of the word I use uh new orgs um email addresses, we'll have to stop the recording when we have that conversation.

um But it is that on the agenda, it's a small screen right now. Okay, but we'll have to make sure it doesn't say the name of the org, but um we would need to stop the recording or possibly when we talk about that. Maybe not if we're just saying what we want the prefixes to be.

Well, one thing we could do I mean we can kick. That seems like a smaller topic. If everybody is okay, we can stop the recording, discuss that and then start the recording and have the remainder. Or is this something that uh you know I'm being careful on our time with lucas leaving in an hour? Is this something that could go into the second hour.

Yeah, let's move that I would propose, we moved out to the back and we don't really need. I mean can't we just say the org. Everyone know everyone here knows what that's going to be right, what the url is going to be, you know, and it would just be whatever goes in front of it on the yeah. You know that yep on the e, the org, you know right. We all know what we're talking about all right, pretty smart guys and women.

No problem so we'll, let's start off the in-process stuff from last week, uh so uh brandon uh to asset list, secure social.

um Yeah we have a list, uh it's just kind of in progress. I don't know um if anyone's added any more detail to that, but this is another.

I added linkedin- I don't know if you saw that um I didn't have access to do it my to edit it myself uh at the time, but I mentioned it in the in the telegram channel yeah. So you've got the org name uh at lincoln as well.

Yeah so one of the next steps, uh once I mean we're documenting it all, um I also saw that there was progress made on the email setup I got forwarded. Some emails to the new domain is we'd likely want to just create a single email where only people who need to have access to it will have access. Then we would use that account as the owner for all the um different social accounts and things like that. Otherwise, it's going to just be really messy.

Not every account allows you to have like multiple emails attached to it, for example.

So I think it'd just be a good idea to centralize that at some point either that or we need a password manager to handle it all.

How about like social or socials at the domain um yeah, and then that can have many people, can can log into that um yep cool all right.

Perfect yeah that, because I use, then we could just set up the um like g suite one click login for everything and it'll just be saved on the people who need to have it. So anyone doing the cons or social.

I think that makes sense. You know again, some time ago I I reminded us that we are all running successful organizations, and so we don't need to forget that and be and bend over backwards like. That seems like the good way to go. If anyone has a problem with it mention it, but I'm sure we are all tackling these things in our own in our organizations and, let's just like you know, knock knock them knock them down, knock down the our list of here here to which I'll stop talking.

So to that end, though, it's it sounds like this particular item is really moved into more of an operational type phase that will be kind of ongoing and brandon you'll watch this, but we can actually close the to-do issue down or do you want to leave this open until we get the socials email set up.

um You have to take a look at where it's at I haven't revisited that um recently, but maybe keep it up in one more week just so, we are reminded again next a week to check back in and see if there's anything else, we need to complete.

Think there's still tick tock, which and and some of the newer ones that somebody here has to ask their teenage child to sign us up for yeah.

um Yeah, so I think, as soon as that email is set up, uh we we could so brandon on your spreadsheet. Just add a column with a checkbox saying, like asset transferred to whatever this email account social at domain. So once that social's set up- and I have access to it- to click the confirm, email, I'll transfer, the assets that I'm currently holding so a medium account twitter account and github's different github. I can just add people to someone is a little bit different.

Yeah I've got um ted listed as email owner currently and um the ones I don't have entries for are facebook. If anyone just created a facebook page, maybe you already answered that I'll make sure this document is anyone can access and then yeah, instagram, tic, tac and snapchat? I don't know you know just prevents other people squatting more than the fact that we might actually use those.

So we also need to, I believe it came up. uh Cc32 is the owner of the eosio developers, telegram I'd, say: that's the main place where a lot of the converse technical conversations are happening, so we'd want to uh reach out to him and just make sure he's gonna switch it when we need to switch it and the other thing which I'm less from. I have no idea who owns it, but the eosio.

I think it's just eos actually, but the stack exchange and decide what we want to do with that. I don't even know who owns it, um but perhaps somewhere engineers might I I just don't know.

I made a note of that so then that's an action item to add to do that. Research and also reach out to to stan he's already offered to do all that.

Already he's here- and you know, he's part of basically part of this and he's uh reached out, uh yeah he's said he'll: do it and he's pretty uh consistent, you know and trustworthy. So I have no worries there.

Okay, so let me maybe I got a little tied on this one who, you said, add an action item on this and my mind went to stan. But what's the action item for for brandon to work with stan.

uh Just to reach out to him and and and and begin the the transition of that of that um uh of that uh developer, community and then the second. The second action item. I would say that I'm hearing is um someone needs to research who actually owns the um uh stack exchange.

Next item: continuation on the visual identity, discussion and next steps, um the next step from last week was down here at the bottom to digest the circulated documents uh and provide feedback, um and the target was before this week's meeting. So um were comments made in the like a telegram channel or because, because.

Yeah to address this one real quickly, comments have been made, there's been back and forth. The hardest thing has been um has been scheduling the meeting, but it's scheduled for um for monday uh afternoon. uh I believe 1 p.m, central daylight time, and- um and so that's when we really plan to sort of uh knock things out, we've had some feedback from p and we like to have uh more if she has more.

um But my hope is that we can that they'll they'll bring us a few extra things and um and we can really really narrow it down, but that'll occur monday.

Okay, so then there's nothing additional to discuss today, correct, correct.

All right, uh p2p rfp, um so this was voted. Maybe this is just an update uh that p2p what or excuse me the rfp was published this past tuesday. um As of now, we have some. We have verbal confirmation, but not a written confirmation of a participant.

um Obviously we'll give you an update next week once um you know that deadline is tuesday and of course, that goes to if everybody can recall that goes into the next phase, which allows uh bidders to create questions for us, um and so that's that's the quick update on that one.

um The next one down here is the uh wallet sdk rfp, and that was also voted.

However, this was, as you can see, the proposal passed, but the rates were going to be discussed, offline and further details uh to be discussed. A question for you, aaron is: did anybody reach out to you over the past week and work through that?

No okay? So, let's, let's uh assign some people to that. So.

Or we can talk about it right now, if, if everybody wants this to be a general discussion um with all the chain leaders here, I know with previous ones, we allowed uh eos to go and do a preliminary discussion. In that case, it happened would be between even yom. uh What is the general.

I I would I would let me just jump in and say I think in my experience um us, the smallest negotiating committee possible is going to you know acceptable is going to be the most effective um for our time. You know we don't number one. I don't really think we want to discuss these rates here on a recorded call, and you know, and just as a you know and have a trip. You know create a a camel right horse built by a committee as they say. I think I think the best thing we could move.

I would suggest this way for us to move forward, as a group here is to figure out question one: do we want to have this basically be a big everyone? You know negotiates everything um kind of free-for-all, or do we want to create uh a some kind of smaller committee of peop of negotiator or negotiators to take this over?

I suggest the latter and I yeah also because it's more efficient, you know when everyone's responsible, nothing happens when one or two people are responsible, things can actually get get handled. um So that's how that's what I would recommend or propose as a way forward in this and then, if you.

Out who, who that is going to consist of.

So, who would we uh or who would you I should say like to assign as the representative or representatives, if you want to make it, you know, maybe two people.

Well, I mean I have no authority to assign anything. I just you know talk the most. um Let's.

Yeah, okay, so um obviously eve. If he's, um if he's amenable and available um myself, uh I'm I'll I'll, just bail the cat there and and accept that as a you know, and um and uh lucas or or uh guillaume or somebody from from ux, um but I also say that this doesn't you know I want to I want to.

I would suggest that we offer everybody the opportunity to be there, but I believe that anyone who who negotiates this will negotiate in good faith uh on the on the on behalf of the coalition, and I you know I don't feel like there has to be a teles representative.

If, if there's somebody else, you know who's who's who's watching our collective money, um so uh so that'd be that'd, be what I you know kick off with, although jeff you know you or ted or anybody, I think there's a number of people here who could do it well and it just comes down to um what's their you know, what's their availability, you know this week to to spend a couple hours on this.

I would discount myself because I am uh watching the structure of the process.

No, nobody yeah, nobody.

No one needs to offer a reason to to decline. You just you know, think you know anyone who doesn't think that they'd be a good fit for it. You know, can just eliminate themselves based on that. It's um uh the question, I guess is: do we feel like we need, like a representative from you, know, multiple representatives or can, like you said one or two people. um uh You know drill down into this and and figure something out. I I think that's plenty.

Yeah, so from my side I can tell you guys, I I really don't have bandwidth and I do trust um other representatives to watch our money. We have to share interest here, but I I won't be able to dedicate more time.

um From my end, I'm happy to help if, um if that's needed in terms of uh uh bandwidth- uh but I also don't require uh being part of that group so um really like. If, if we're missing someone I'm happy to uh fill in, but if, uh if we have other people, I'm happy to just communicate my thoughts to them and let them handle negotiations. On behalf of yours.

Okay, so let's say we're going to narrow down to one or two people and um that uh wax and ux are going to send and anybody else you know is going to send a amicus brief of what they think. You know the important things to discuss are uh privately to the to the negotiator or negotiators and we'll just um uh move forward on that. Is there anyone who would like to be on that? Is there anyone think they? They have the bandwidth and the and can bring something of value in service to the coalition.

uh I will definitely raise my hand for that. Not only do I enjoy doing it. I believe I have a particular skill set to do so.

Oh you've, that's proven eve does run a problem, if just eve even I step forward and do this, and so we can get it. So we can, because I know that we've worked pretty well together and um uh I know we'll knock it down. uh I'm also totally okay, by the way eve. If you just want to do it yourself, uh no.

That'd be great, and maybe we can aim um that this be done essentially next week, so it would give uh lucas, maybe a couple of days, uh let's say by the end or before monday, if you can send anything, you actually want brought to the table. Otherwise, then we can take it off without that. If that's okay.

Yeah, I agree and we can and and aaron we can start. We can start uh figuring out a time uh monday, tuesday wednesday that works for the three of us to block out. I think two hours you know. Hopefully we can do it in less than that, but um that should be certainly be enough.

This one's been on the agenda for a while. I'm wondering um status, bi-weekly report and approval coordination, meeting marketing all changed to be organized and this was assigned to brandon, but I believe uh well brandon. Maybe I should be quiet. Maybe you should give us an update on this and I will not make assumptions.

Yeah so far, I've just been you know, coordinating or with zach, mostly to figure out what the plan is for our you know, reporting, cadence and um the last one we waited. It was a good month between, so it wasn't quite bi-weekly there isn't still the marketing channel. That is, uh has representatives from all chains in it, so anyone is free to chime in there. um I believe everyone's aware of that channel and we've been pushing reminders about any social stuff there for all the other chains to retweet.

um I think we can just kind of keep chugging along without an agenda item. If no one objects.

Yeah, that's what I was going to suggest because it sounds to me unless there's a specific action, we're trying to coordinate that you're again just sort of in operational mode in your! Is that pretty succinct description.

That's pretty accurate. The next thing we need to discuss will be once the brand details are finalized.

How we coordinate marketing and such around that so we can just continue that conversation in the telegram channel.

Right yeah, so I got the approval that comes up from everyone. I think lucas. I got it on tuesday, so I sent it to. um I sent a document to our uh legal team. They should be done with the drafting of the agreement either today or tomorrow. So as soon as I have it I'll circulate it.

Okay, all right next one, uh the scalability blue paper. I know that that's been out and waiting for comments. uh I.

Think the content is finalized. I've made all the modifications that were asked. We just. I just need to format it into what it's supposed to look like. I don't have that template.

So we don't uh you wouldn't need to format it into the template. We've used on previous uh blue papers once the google doc is finalized, that we just need the thumbs up to move forward, we'll send it off for translation and we'll plug uh it into our our template that we've used for the uh previous ones that wouldn't so.

Yeah as I can, okay, so I mean the content and the and the document is in the google drive.

There's nothing else that I know of that needs to be added there or changed. So um maybe someone else can do another final pass and and then we should be good to go.

Sure um so this is uh uh just in terms of the tactics and the rollout plan for the new brand um and then um so. We probably just need a sub team here um from the the group to put that together and get milestones in the timeline agreed upon and get behind. That.

So you'll so to restate so you'll put together a team uh to then develop the plan is that kind of statement.

I I think uh I open it up to see who would want to be involved from the coalition on that core team and then.

Can I ask what a plan what the authorization offering anyway, I won't even bother saying it sorry tongue twister for me uh what that uh groups? What that document, the outcome document would look like I mean. What is it going to talk about? Is it gonna? uh It's gonna talk about like website approach and hiring a branding team. I I, what is opera operationalization um mean in this context.

Right, so it would be covering some of those points in terms of the website um the content development. um This we have the social handles the strategy behind that um you know how um the partners will uh uh support it going forward uh so just more around um the marketing communications strategy around that.

Would that include things like um hiring graphics firms to put- or you know, a graphics firm to put these things together, hiring uh or contracting a social media person to to have ongoing ownership of that or whatever you know deciding on how many hours a week that that is for us um it could.

Be all right yep, I think you know recommendation coming from the team. um You know those types of recommendations and bringing them back right to the broader team.

So the first step will be like figuring out what the plan even is and then and then the you know, writing the plan itself and and then down the line actually contracting. Anybody who needs to be contracted for those. Would that be sort of the scope of this um task.

You could then give us a future date on when you might have like an overall plan, so the plan's not due next week, but rather the date that'll be the date that you give us the the plan date.
