broke
the

percent
buffer
rec
shutdown,
there
was
no
more
liquidity.
People
were
in
queue
waiting
to
get
out.
You

to
kind
of
explain
what

this
solution
is
that
block
one,
just
added
that
just
committed
to
the
development
branch
sure.

change
was
that

think,
so

know
that,

way
that
fees
get
added
into
Rex

get
distributed
to
people
who

lending

CPU

fees

sales

fees

Whenever
there

for

works
doesn't
fit
with
some
models
for
how
the
apps
currently
collect
the
signatures
or
the
authorization
from
their
users
and
gray.
Mass
fuel

just
a
way
that
that
taps
can
more
easily
integrate
a
solution
which
uses
only
bill
first
off.
So
so
what
it
looks
like
is
now,
when
a
user
authorizes
a
transaction
through
adapts
front-end.

users
wallet
immediately
forwarding
the
transaction
to
the
blockchain
that

transaction

sent
to

service
