idea
behind
our
identity
patent
is
to
use
proof
of
collocation,
so
two
people
in
the
same
place

relationships

time

secure

recover
identity,

publicly
auditable
data
to
verify
uniqueness
and
then
to
reward
people
for
doing
the
work,
and
then
he
goes
on.
He
says
this
is
effectively
an
incentivized
key
signing
party
that
creates
a
massive
blockchain
database
of
relationships
linked
to
non
movable
Hardware
keys.

fakes
are
prevented
by
only
relying
on
images
taken
by
a
phone
app
and
if
you
don't
know
what
a
deep
fake
is,
it's
those
crazy
videos
where
they
can
basically
make
it
look
like
anybody
is
saying
anything

now,

a
single
photo.
So
it's
good
that
they're
sort
of
you
know
blocking
that
out
from
the
start
and
sort
of
preventing
that
as
an
abuse
mechanism,

that
they've
at
least
worked
on

it

forms

government-issued
ID
to
sign

countries

holy
grail

blockchain
identity,
that
a
lot

people

talking
about
for

long
time

way

they're

like
an
incredibly
decentralized
way

government
that
can
come
in
and
sort
of
manipulate

system.

centralized
third
party.

can

truly
is

the
centralized
non-government
ID
system,

excited

possibilities
it
opens.

actually
responded
him
when

saw
his
tweet
I
did
not
realize
it
was

response

Dan's
tweet,
but
Dan
was
saying
decentralized.
Identity
is
about
removing
centralized
identity
attestation
such
as
government
ID
issuers
and
verifiers.
It
is
not
necessarily
about
cost
or
ease
nor
privacy
and
that
Vitalik
sort
of
responded
in
his
second
tweet.
He
said
identifying
that
someone
is
a
unique
human
and
not
a
bot
or
a
secondary
account
is
harder
without
government
ID
but
theoretically,
possible
to
some
extent

first

cool

and

think
very

but
basically
it
allows
somebody
to
create
a
unique
digital
ID
by
using
a
key
in
the
secure
Enclave
on
their
phone,
along
with
taking
photos
of
themselves
and
photos
of
themselves
with
other
people,
those
aforementioned
relationships.

is
talking

approved,
so
it's
just

as
far
as
we
understood
it,
just
completely
skipped
the
patent
pending
phase
because
we
never
knew
about
it
while

was
pending,

didn't
find
out

it

it's
already
granted

after
we
released
the
news

quick
to

Recycling

was
one
of

biggest
points

FUD
surrounding
the
EOS
ICO,

money
out

recycling
it
through
the
ICO
in

to
pump
the

up

seen

emerging
pattern

block
chains

can
put

block

limit

to
unique

or

individual
