as

passive

leasing
their
tokens
to
people
who
use
the
blockchain,

couldn't
afford
to
buy
lots
of
Eos
tokens
to
stake

2018

since
then,
we've
slowly
evolved
into
a
full
defy
company.

adapt

most
of
the
liquidity
moved
over

directs
and
we
had
to
think
about
how
we
wanted

from

we
launched
our
checks
token
and

have
been
trying
to
form
a
regulated
securities
exchange
environment

now.

is
it?
What
can
you
do
with
it
and
then
we'll
kind

into
the
nuts
and
bolts
of
what
it
took
to
get
us
there.

all
about
our
leasing,
everything

people
who
are
familiar
with
shin
tae-hwan

past
at
least
the
essence

millions
of
dollars
worth

US

leased
through
our
system
and
in
the
past,
we've
essentially
used
a
kind
of
like
a
classic
order
book
system,
where
you
know,
if
you're
a
lender
or
a
borrower,
you
can
just
go
on
the
audible
order
book
and
just
say:
I
want
to
borrow
or
lend
this
amount
and
add
this
interest
rate.

What
we're
calling
a
cooling
style
market
where,
instead
of
individual
users,
lending
and
borrowing
from
or
to
each
other,
instead,
it's
all
kind
of
done
through
this
pool,
so
lenders
will
lend
to
the
pool
and
borrowers
will
borrow
from
the
pool
it
works
similar
to
the
recs
that
people
familiar
with
the
the
Yoshiko
system
will
be
familiar
with
that.
So
in
a
lot
of
ways
that
pooling
market
right
now
is
is
similar
to
the
recs.
It's
different
in
some
ways.

big
advantage
here
we
can
go
back
to
the
real
estate
analogy.
It's
the
difference
between
owning
real
estate
and
renting
real
estate
and
just
like
the
upfront
cost
so
with
liquid
apps
and
the.net
work.
If
you

decentralized
group
of
service
providers
that
you
might
need
this
stake
to
to
get
services
like
Oracle's
or
vram
or
ipfs
storage,
and
for
each
one
of
those
there's
different
fees.

it

sense

little
bit
about
how
the

market
actually
works,
and

we

why
we
think
shinta
is
the
best
service

it
works
similar
to
Rex.
So
if
you
have
DAP
tokens
and
you're
looking
to
lend
them
out
to
people,
you
can
lend
them
to
our
pool
and
in
return,
you'll
receive
something
that
we're
calling
the
shinty
dock
token.

Because
of
naming
restrictions
on
the
blockchain,
we
have
to
call
that
the
EC
dock
token.
So
there's
this
token
now
that's
called
seed
up
and
that
will
be
deposited
into
your
Oceanside
wallet
in
exchange
for
you,
depositing
the
daffy
into
the
pool
and
the
seed
up
essentially
represents
a
portion
of
the
pool
that
is
entitled
to
you.

So
if
you
earn
one
percent
of
all
of
the
seed
up
in
existence,
that
means
that
you
own,
or
are
at
least
are
entitled
to
one
percent
of
the
pool
at
any
one
time
and
because
the
the
liquidity
in
the
pool
is
increasing.
That
means
that
you,
the
amount
of
debt
that
you're
entitled
to
is
increasing,
so
there
are
two
different
ways
that
the
liquidity
of
the
pool
will
increase
and
that's.
The
first
is
through
staking
rewards
when
you
deposit
your
Duff
into
the
pool.

So
when
people
make
the
borrow
order,
they'll
pay
a
portion
of
that
in
interest
which
then
gets
transferred
to
the
pool,
and
that
likewise
will
also
increase
the
value
of
the
cedar
and
over
time
you'll
see
returns.
We
don't
want
to
give
any
hard
numbers
for
returns
yet
because,
especially
since
the
the
markets
still
quite
quite
young,
but
but
we
anticipate
it
being
quite
valuable,
because
you'll
you'll
earn
twice
as
a
lender
you'll
and
once
for
the
rewards
and
once
for
the
for
the
interest
from
our
orders.
So.

then
from
the
lenders
themselves,
you
kind
of
get
this
network
effect
of
this
whole
community
of
people
that
are
basically
telling
projects-
hey
you
guys,
should
least
from
shinty,
because
it's
going
to
increase
kind
of

returns

that's
really
exciting.
I
think
it
really
strengthens
the
DAP.
Network
I
think
it
brings
a
new
audience.

have
a
lot

crossover
between
our
communities,

it

attract
some
new
people
to
you
guys
too,

it's
just
an
amazing
added
utility
to
the
DAP
token
that
wasn't
there
before
token
leasing
was
something
that
was
mentioned
in
the
white
paper
and
it's
amazing
to
see
it
come
out
of
the
community.
But,
speaking
of
adding
new
token
utilities,
I
think
we
should
talk
about
the
cheques
token,
a
little
bit
you
guys
with
this
pulling
leasing
market
technology,
you
guys
kind
of
built
and
launched
with
the
the
DAP
token
leasing.

are
using
something
similar.
Would
you
call
it
something
for
it
for
the
cheques
token
market-
and
this
is
something
that
has
not
been
written
about
yet
this
is
the
first
people
are
going
to
hear
about
this
new
utility
for
the
cheques
token,

leasing

guys

is

launching

pending
legal

market

work

you
will
lend

tokens

the

do
fractionalized
real
estate
on
chain

they
wanted

issue
real
estate
tokens
and
then
be
able
to
trade
them
on
their
own

that.

you
don't
want
to
go
to

effort

an
exchange,
and
then
that
has
to
be
on
chain
and
there's
it's
just
too
difficult
and
too
much
time
and
effort
for
most
people
to
be
interested
in
doing

right

service

essentially
that
mean

secured

utility
tokens
will
be
tradable
and
leasable,
including
some
custodial
privileges.
Stuff
are

by

license
as
well
and

be
