running

millennia,
essentially
that
derived
from
the
market
forces
and
what
again
this
technology's
promise
is
the
integration

we
can
really

unify

artificially

seeing

collective
and
how
we
create
value
together
and
share
that
value
within
those
stakeholders.

I
am
on
the
dao
product
development,
business
development,
team
of
haifa.
I
joined
the
organization
in
2019
and
you
should
have
seen
the
dao
at
that
time
and
how
much
change
we
brought
into
this.
So
my
focus
really
is
on
bringing
in
sort
of
building
the
bridges
here
so
building
the
bridges
from
the
thinking
of
web
2
and
bringing
people
into
the
web
3
space,
bringing
people
from
traditional
organizations,
traditional
mindsets.

We
launched
that
2019
and
that
has
become
a
movement
in
itself.
The
interesting
part
of
the
story
is
that
when
we
were
coming
together
to
build
this,
we
were
needing
a
tool
to
coordinate
ourselves
a
way
to
account
for
contributions,
a
way
to
really
define
roles.
We
had
a
when
we
opened
up
this
to
the
world.
We
had
a
bit
of
an
overwhelm
where
we
had
many
people
wanting
to
show
up
and
contribute,
but
it
was
very
difficult
for
us
to
manage
all
that
complexity
that
was
coming
in
and
that's
where
we
started
figuring
out.

can
we
create
this
tool
that
would
allow
us
to
account
for
contributions
tokenize
those
contributions,
give
a
voice
to
all
of
these
different
players,
and
that
was
the
birth
of
the
the
haifa
dao
itself.
So
heife
is
a
dao
in
itself
and
in
that
journey
we
also
recognize
that
what
we
built
was
actually
perhaps
in
our
opinion,
and
now
that
eos
is
also
part
of
this.
We
have
one
of,
in
my
opinion,
the
most
complete
dow
tool
set
out
there,
and
we've
made
this
concept
of
the
multi-tenancy.

and
how
do
we
provide
all
of
the
tools
that
removes
friction
for
other
developers
to
be
able
to
get
up
and
running
more
easily,
so
bringing
haifa
dao
to
eos
was
very
important
for
for
kind
of
our
guiding
light
with

enf.
We
want
to
make
blockchain
easy
now
on
antelope
chains,
it's
kind
of
on
hard
mode,
so
we're
trying
to
remove
the
friction
and
the
barriers
for
developers
and
end
users,
and
one
of
the
points
of
friction
is
the
governance
infrastructure.

you
think
about
any
project
that
exists
with
a
token
economy
within
it
and
it
needs
a
governance
layer
to
it.
So
on
eos
we
have
projects
like
dfs
d5
box,
vigor
dac
they
all
have
different
governance,
tooling,
that
they
either
built
themselves
or
they
kind
of
figures
using
eos
dac
which
just
isn't
really
being
supported,
requires
you
to
run
your
own
infrastructure
and
have
someone
technical
on
your
team.

So,
with
haifa,
it's
kind
of
like
if
you're
building
a
project
you
could
focus
on
what
your
product
actually
is
and
not
worry
about
the
governance
layers,
the
proposal
layers,
the
payroll
layer,
the
referendum
layer,
like
it's
all
just
there,
so
it's
one
last
thing
that
a
project
has
to
actually
use
and
then,
on
top
of
that,
there's
all
kinds
of
other
use
cases
outside
of
existing
projects.
That's
spinning
up
new
dials,
like
we
have
current
dials
like
eden
that
are
going
to
be
able
to
leverage
it
we'll
get
into
that
feature
set.

though,
like
it's
silly,
it's
because
that
infrastructure
doesn't
exist
and
you
guys
are
providing
this
infrastructure
for
essentially
any
antelope
chain,
but
and
right
now
it's
on
talos
and
you'll
be
expanding
to
eos.
Through
this
grant,
I
feel,
like
I've
really
hyped
this
up
and
I'm
happy
to
because
it's
a
great
product.

don't
we

into
some
of
the
features
that
exist
today?

you're
really
proud
of
that
are
really
useful
and
then
we'll
get
into
some
of
the
new
features
that
everyone
could
expect
to
come
out
of.

been
living
and
breathing
this
development
and
this
environment
really
that
we
started
to
create
there
for
a
long
long
time
now
and
we've
made
hundreds
of
decisions,
we
distributed
millions
of
tokens
to
members,
we
structured
the
organization.
It
became
really
sort
of
an
organic
growing
thing
that
expanded
over
time.

we
really
adapted
to
the
circumstances
and
changed
what's
coming
next
and
what's
really
important
to
to
for
users
for
the
people
to
create
this
organization,
to
support
the
the
products
and
features
that
we
wanted
to
see
out
there.
So
you
mentioned
features

governance
and
payroll
and
and
how
to
structure
an
organization.
That's
all
at
the
core
here,
and
I
want
to
take
you
back
a
little
bit
about
it.

we
took
that
approach
and
said
what
else
is
possible
with
this
new
blockchain
technology,
because
what
you've
seen
in
the
past
is
a
lot
of
infrastructure
driven
projects
right
features
improving
some
of
the
basic
core
elements
of
blockchains.
We
said
we
can
take
it
a
step
further
and
go
sort
of
into
a
business
level
here
and
see.
What
can
we
actually
do
to
help
organizations
to
help
startups
to
help
co-ops
to
build
their
own
vessels
have
a
whole
new
environment.

step

and
then
bring
their
projects
to
fruition,
giving
them
the
tool
sets
to
say,
hey,
that's
stuff.
We
would
typically
spend
a
lot
of
dollars
and
we
have
to
hire
lawyers
to
get
this
done.

spend
hours

months
and
weeks
really
to
find
structure
for
the
organization.
Why
don't
we
offer
these
tools
that's
out
of
the
box,
and
that's
why
we
came
up
with
the
concept
of
organization
out
of
the
box?
It's
everything
for
you
in
inside
that
box
and
you
just
have
to
apply
it.

your
data
to
your
personal
needs,
because
every
organization
is
different.
They
have
different
preferences
and
different
ways
of
making
decisions,
deciding
different
ways
of
bringing
people
into
the
organizations

ways

structuring

So
so

you

sort
of
the
basic
features
that
we
have
today
and
then
later
on,
what
we're
talking
about
in
the
future
and
what
we're
doing
with
the
enough
grant
now
to
bring
sort
of
super
charge
this
product
and
really
bring
it
to
the
u.s
community
and
beyond,
really
excited
about
that.

flexible
governance
module,
that's
in
place
that
allows
you
to
configure
sort
of
different
types
of
decision
methods.
That
means
you
can
have
what
we
call
like
a
constant
based
decision,
so
you
want
to
have
everybody
agree
to
that
proposal
and
listen
to
any
objections
that
are
happening
there.

people
behind
a
new
proposal
and
then
some
people
showing
up
to
confirm
that
you
can
also
have
majority
votes
say
it
has
to
cross

then
the
proposal
passes.
We
also
have
a
consensus-based
voting

everybody
shows
up,
and
everybody
is
supporting
a
specific
proposal
like
a
policy,
for
example,
where
it's
critical,

mass
behind
that

nobody

really
any
issues
with
the
policy.

long-term.

impact

the
organization
on
a
longer
longer
horizon,
so
that
could
be

percent

behind

100
of
people
need
to

show

We
also
separated
the
governance
token
that
we
have.
That
gives
you
the
voice
in

organization
from
the
utility
token
that
we
use
to
enable
and
access
other
features.
So
in
haifa
we
have
the
hyphen
token
and
we
have
the
hyper
voice
token.
You
earn
the
voice
token
over
time.

earn

by
contributing

the
organization
by
running
a
quest
by
creating
a
contribution
by
taking
on
a
role
applying
for
a
role,
and
all
of
these
features
are
already
part
of
the
dao
today,
so
you
can
create
sort

role
archetype.

have
people
apply
for
that
archetype
as
soon
as
they
start
taking
on
that
accountability,
they
earn
the
tokens
they
earn
the
utility
token
they
also
earn
the
governance
token,
which
gives
them
now
further
access
and
further
sort
of
trust

inside
this
new
environment
right,

We

want
to
reward
him
for
that
and
give
him
more

voice

decision

that's
on
the
government
side

there

a
lot

things

we
want
to
build
into
the
hifi
tools
that
including
the
sort
of
the
eden
based
more
democratic
decision
process,
I
call
it
a
sensing
process
and
governance
process,
because
a
lot
goes
into
who's
actually
showing
up
here.
How?
How
do
we
assemble
the
team?

the
members
here

that
a
random
selection
or
be
that
specific
expertise?
Selection

before
you
get
into
sort
of
the
decision
mode
for
us
sort
of
the
voting
part
is
at

end
of
it.
Everything
is
clear
and
hopefully
there's
an
understanding
present
right.
Then
you
get
into
the
decision
mode
to
say:
okay,
let's
vote,
and
then
this
thing
is
off
the
table.
You
have
the
agreement
in
the
dao,
which
I
sometimes
call
it's
like
a
big
agreement
machine.

That's
where
you
come
together,
you
align
with
the
people,
you
get
the
agreements
and
you
get
that
off
the
table
and
you
can
focus
on
the
really
important
stuff
now
and
if
you
want
to
go
back,
you
can
always
look
it
up,
see
who
voted.
That's
all
very
clearly
listed
there
and
revisit
that
decision,
but
you
can
move
on
same
with
the
thing
like
payroll,
so
we
have
a
full
payroll
module
where
you
can
choose
your
compensation,
the
salary
bands
inside
the
dao.

background
is
in
hr,
consulting
and
worked
in
that
industry
for
many
many
years,
and
I
brought
some
of
these
concepts
in
a
much
simplified
sort
of
web
3
enabled
form
into
the
dao
that
you
structure
your
salary
bands
once
and
then
every
activity
is
now
related
to
that
salary
band,
and
that
depends
on
really
the
complexity
level
of
the
thing.
You're
doing
that's
a
highly
complex,
strategic,
global
thing,
you're
working
on
a
specific
goal.
You
might
end
up
in
a
higher
salary
band
versus
some
routine
repetitive
work.

customizable
for
the
doll
where
you
can
decide:
maybe
we
only
have
one
salary
band,
we
pay
everyone
equally
and
so
be
it
so
again.
Many
different
variations
of
the
theme
there,
but
it's
built
in
there.
So
it's

box-

build
that,

would
say
the
governance
and
the
payroll
feature
and
the
way
to
onboard
members
into
the
dao.

user
interface,
the
experience
that
people
have
using
sort
of

me,

third
generation
of
the
apps,
now
they're
also
moving
up
the
value
chain.

transparent
and
understandable,

slowly
onboard
sort

the
mainstream
audience

here
now

getting
there

will
attract

environment

struggling

how
do
we
explain
how
we
structure
the
organization
they
spend
weeks
and
weeks
on?
What
kind
of
role
do
we
need?
What
kind
of
people
do
we
hire?
What's

the
hr
process
here?

facts

we
need
to
create?
We
want
to
sort
of
lower
that
entire
barrier
to
say
you
come
together
with
a
few
people
that
might
even
not
look
like
an
organization
but
make
it
easy
enough
to
say
hey.

can
onboard
you

this
new
vessel
this
new
tool,
and
maybe
it
becomes
a
more
formal
structure.
So
we
we
guide
you
along
the
way
to
say
maybe
there's
a
circle
showing
up
there
now,
maybe
there's
a
role
for

bring

that
threshold
to
the
grassroots,
and
I
think
that's
the
ultimate
opportunity
that
we're
facing
right
now
in
this
information,
age

dials
are
built
for
the
information
we're

out
back

corporations
were
the
go-to
vehicle
and
what
these
tools
enabled
is
really
that
inclusion.
Where,
with
a
few
clicks
a
venture
can
be
created,
it
can
be
anchored
into
a
jurisdiction.

raise
funds
together
and
one
of
the
important
things
that
I
really
find
very
unique
in
the
hyphen
dial
is
this
concept
of
contribution
accounting.
So,
through
these
governance
modules,
you're
able
to
really
see
capital,
it's
multiple
dimensions
already
going
beyond
financial
capital
and
allowing
them
people
to
contribute
with
other
forms
of
capital.

Whether
it's
intellect
whether
it's
their
time,
we
can
account
for
natural
capital
and,
as
we
tokenize,
that
it
becomes
a
more
powerful
framework
to
really
value
what's
available
out
in
the
communities
and
also
invite
more
communities
to
be
part

that
and
also
enter
that.
So
it's
really
important
to
be
as
inclusive
as
possible
and
that's
the
exciting
part
of
the
of
the
time.
In
human
history
we
are
in,
we
call
it
the
dao
moment.

are
in
a

a
place

time
where

feel
like
more
people
like
the
youth
of
today
will
be
will
be
working
for
a
dao
before
they
will
be
working
for
a
corporation.
They
will
be
paying
with
a
stable
coin.
Before
they
get

credit
card,
they
will
be
voting
on
a
dial
before
they
perhaps
vote
for
a
government
that
might
not
represent
for
them.

it's
really
a
powerful
point
of
transition
and
this
inclusion
to
bridge
this
market
failure
that
has
been
going
on
for
far
too
long
is
really
the
ultimate
opportunity
and
that's
exactly
what
haifa
is
designed
to
do
to
figure
out.
How
can
we
create
market-based
solutions
that
are
inclusive
and
integrative
in
in
their
design
and
bring
that
to
those
that
want
to
contribute,
especially
towards
this
bias
of
regenerating
planets,
creating
value
together
and
organizations
that
are
for
purpose.

essentially
manage
the
multi-sig
that
controls
the
dao
a
year
ago
that
they
elected
a
centralized
entity
in
the
enf
to
kind
of
act
as
the
ceo
of
that
dao,
because
there
are
issues
with
one
starting
out
too
decentralized
from
the
start
and
not
having
clear
leadership
not
having
any
weight
of
pooling
funds
together.
Coordinating
efforts
and
the
tooling
even
just
for
the
base
layer
of
eos
itself
is
minimal.
It's
a
staking
mechanism
where
you're
staking
towards
block
producers.

lacks
many
of
the
other
tools
that
you
would
need
for
more
complex
dial,
but
the
since
launching
the
enf.
Like
the
enf.
As
I
said,
it's
a
centralized
entity
like
the
goal
is
to
create
a
completely
decentralized
ecosystem,
and
how
do
we
get
there?
We
need
this
entity
today,
but
how
do
we
enable
other
entities
to
form
that
can
start
picking
off
some
of
the
workload,
whether
it
be
marketing,
whether
it
be
core
protocol
engineering,
whether
it
be
other
needs
to
the
eos
ecosystem?

So
that's
why,
when
the
enough
first
launched
last
year,
the
very
first
thing
that
received
funding
was
eden
on
eos,
the
eden
dow.
Essentially,
the
reason
behind
that
was
it
has
its
own
democratic
decision-making
process,
so
the
enf
as
a
centralized
entity
could
give
them
the
working
capital,
and
then
they
have
their
own
basic
voting
mechanism
to
elect
leadership,
and
then
those
leaders
decide
how
funds
are
being
delegated
and
so
very
much.

So
lovejoy
was
actually
one
of
the
first
chief
delegates
of
eden,
so
he
saw
firsthand
how
how
messy
it
was-
and
it's
still
messy
today,
a
year
later,
because
the
tooling
is
lacking.
They
lack
simple
things
like
data
visuals
of
the
treasury,
which
hypha
provides.
It
lacks
the
ability
to
do
what's
called
circles
which
are
essentially
sub-dials
so
being
able
to
create
like
organizations
or
departments
within
a
dao,
and
I
can
go
on
about
the
things
that
it
lacks
but,
like
I
said,
it's
been
a
year
and
it
still
has
a
long
way
to
go.

All
dow's
do
so
when
this
conversation
begins.
It's
like
how
do
we
give
not
just
first
eden,
but
it's
available
to
everyone,
the
tools
that
they
need
to
be
successful.
So
we
can
continue
this
experiment
and
hopefully,
eventually
get
to
an
ecosystem
where
we
have
multiple
decentralized
organizations
that
are
just
responsible
for
different
parts
of
the
ecosystem
and
then
at
some
point
maybe
the
funding
buckets
are
automatic.
Maybe
the
enf's,
just
kind
of
the
enf
could
still
exist,
but
there
could
be
these
parallel
web3
native
businesses
that
exist,
that
kind
of
synergize
with
it.

is
like
the
first
step
to
it.
We
needed
the
infrastructure,
it's
been
lacking
for
a
very
long
time.
Like
I
said
earlier,
there's
eos
dac
at
the
launch
of
eos
and
at
the
time
it
was
pretty
innovative,
but
once
anyone
tried
working
with
it
directly,
you
realized
it's
kind
of
complex.
You
need
to
deploy
your
own
smart
contracts
for
it.
You
need
to
run
infrastructure
with
haifa.
All
of
that
is
abstracted
which
makes
it
possible
for
anyone
to
kind
of
spin
up
their
own
dao.

think
we
could
really
see
some
of
these
dolls
flourish.

bunch
of
them
are
also
going
to
fail.
That's
why
removing
that
friction
is
so
important,
because
the
only
way
that
you
can
continue
to
evolve
and
improve
is
by
trying
a
lot
of
different
things
and
failing
a
lot,
but
then
having
those
success
stories
also,
like,
I
think,
the
seeds
and
heifer
dial
story
itself
is
one
of
the
success
stories,
but
there's
also
many
failures.

Kind
of
how
we
see
this
like
we
call
it.
Yes
like
it
started
when
dan
was
more
active,
the
tao
of
daos,
like
this
vision
for
it,
and
that's
very
much
still
the
vision
and
now
we're
bringing
the
tooling
to
make
that
more
of
a
reality.
And
it's
not
something
that
we
need
to
wait
years
for
because
it's
been
literally
under
development
for
three
or
four
years,
already
we're
getting
a
very
mature
product
on
eos,
and
it's
only
going
to
get
better.

exactly

pick
up
on
what

One
of
the
core
tenants
here
is
we're
building
ecosystems.
We
are
ecosystem
builders,
we're
not
only
dow
builders,
we're
taking

much
further

say
we
want
to
build
ecosystems
now,
what's
the
difference
to
a
sort
of
traditional
markets,
right
markets
are
highly
competitive.
This
is
you
against
me.
This
is
winner,
loser
mentality.

we're
building
here
is
a
way
to
actually
connect
to
reach
out,
to
cooperate
and
to
work
together
on
finding
solutions
for
problems
that
affect
all
of
us
on
a
planetary
scale,
socioecological
space,
but
also
in
social
political
spaces.
You

we
have
to
get
together
and
work
together
on
these
critical
hard
to
solve
impossible
problems
that
we're
facing
here
with
sort
of
the
notion
of
rebuilding
ecosystems,
we're
coming
here
with
the
mindset
of
reaching
out
to
exchange
value,
to
exchange
the
knowledge
what
we
know
so
far
with
other
independent
entities
and
that's
really
critical.

are
independent,
decentralized
autonomous
entities
that
are
suddenly
popping
up
in
this
new
shared
space
that
we're
working
in
together.
That's
an
ecosystem
that
we're
building
that
is
much
more
powerful
than
you
have
individual,
centralized
player
trying
to
solve
for
everyone
right
institutions
that
are
coming
in.

how
we
think
this
works,
here's
the
money
we
want
to
see
some
results
right
now,
we're
having
independent
entities
coming
up
with
their
ideas,
with
their
innovations
and
figuring
out
ways
to
offer
their
services
their
products
in
these
new
ecosystems
that
we're
putting
up,
and
then
you
can
even
take
that
a
level
up
and
say
well.
This
is
also
about
ecosystems
of
ecosystems.
This
is
a
way
of
actually
connecting
different
ecosystems
together
now
working
on
different
problems
across
the
planet.
That's
a
fascinating
space
and
we're
just
at
the
beginning.

this
is
the
delta
dollar
space.
What
happens
if
you
have
these
independent
players?
What
emerges
out
of
this
critical
mass
suddenly
is
incredible.

mean
this
is
this
is
foundational.
This

something
we
haven't
seen
before

One

very
important
descriptions
to
do

within
a
dao
is
that
the
regulation
within
a
smart
contract
entity
is
defined
by
its
smart
contracts.
So
it's
actually
self-regulated
and

we're

about
is
regulation
beyond
sort
of
like
the
the
national
state
jurisdiction.
But
you
can
actually
already
do
smart
contracts
that
reflect
philosophical
concepts
or
ideas
such
as
natural
law
or
commons
law,
and
that's.

speech

a
foundation
the
right
to
exchange.
Your
bits
is
already
something
that
a
lot
of
people
can
align
to
and,
of
course,
it's
optimal
that
we
work
with
both
systems
and
that's
where
opportunity
comes

a
very
interesting
leverage
point
in

sense
that
the
value
creation
that
these
tools
will
enable,
as
we
do
just
economical
unions,
are
massive
and
if
you
can
think
about
just
in
haifa,
our
projections
are
in
the
next
two
three
years
to
create
at
least
sixty
thousand
dollars
in
the
ecosystem.

course,
if
you
have
that
conversation
with
any
government
or
policy
makers,
it's
almost
like
a
fomo
for
them.
They're,
like
I
wanna,
be
the
nation
states
that
enables
this
interface
to
my
country,
because
that's
going
to
create

lot

revenue
for
my
country
for
my
treasury
for
my
citizens.
So
that's
what
we're
seeing
now
happening
in
many
jurisdictions
of
the
world
and
we
are
leveraging
these
tools
that
are
very
complete
to
be
sort
of
like
that
interface
between
government
and
technology.

out
that
more

50

the
mexican
territory
is
under
that
jurisdiction
and
they
have
fully
sovereignty
to
you
know
mill
their
own
currencies,
do
their
own
governance
and
what
what
happens
when
you
start
connecting
these
technologies

this
land-based
projects
across
the
world?

think
what
we're
seeing
is
a
whole
reimagination
of
the
various
foundations
of
our
civilization,
enabled
by
this
new
technologies
that
create
completely
new
market
forces
that
are
regenerated
in
nature.
And
that's
really
what
excites
me.

movement
in

for
decades

been

inspiring,
like
the

in

the
zapatista
governance
for
a
long
time
and
very
similar
to
even
like
what
eden
was
was
doing
in
some

we
stand

kind

shoulders

generations
and
generations
of
indigenous
people
and
other
people
around
the
world
that
have
been
pioneering
really
cool
governance
models
for
a
really
long
time,

opportunity.

brought
to
package
a
lot
of
this
together.
It
kind
of
reminds
me
of
permaculture
the
way
permaculture
is
also
a
collection
of
a
lot
of
great
design
strategies
that
have
been
pulled
together
from
many
different
traditions
all
over
the
world.

as

it's
a
stable,
mature
product
at
this
stage
and
we
are
starting
working
on
these
separate
milestones
and
they're
falling

sequence

weeks

believe,
within
the
time
frame
of

would
say
six
to
eight
months
or
so
we
should
have
the
complete
set
ready
for

guys
to
be
rolled
