this
is
my
first
week
and
I
have
been
working
with
the
team
for
the
last
couple
of
months
and
as
most
of
I'm
not
a
stranger
to

eos
community.
I've
been
working
in
the
community
and
with
the
community
for
the
last
a
few
years
actually
getting
to
know
the
projects
and
I'm
really
excited
to
relaunch
esio.
I
know
that
getting
our
story
and
growing
the
community
is
going
to
be
very
critical.

really,
my
role
coming
in
is
to
help
expand
the
great
work
that's
already
started
with
the
team
here
on
on
getting
the
coalition,
the
mandel
that
all
the
technology
in
place,
the
people
and
the
projects
and
getting
that
kind
of
scaled
up
and
then
very
important
to
me,
is
in
developing
and
elevating
the
brand
and
the
work
in
our
story
around
the
globe.
I've
got
a
lot
of
great
work
ahead
of
me
and
I'm
looking
forward
to
working
with
all
of
you
and
would
love
to
hear

question
for

words

What
is
the
best
messaging
around
eos?
It's
like
what
is
the
story
that
needs
to
be
told.
How
should
it
be
told
what
is
the
right,
narrative
and
so
on
and
so
forth,
like
I'd
love,
to
hear
what
you
think
is
the
right
things
to
be
promoting
with
theos
and
where,
like
what
niche
it
feels
or
what
void
it
feels
and
all
those
sort
of
things.

That's
a
lot
of
questions,
but
that's
part
of
what
I'm
here
to
uncover.
The
reason
why
I
joined
the
enf
and
the
space
web

is
the
innovation.
That's
coming
that
it's
bringing
to
market
right
in
terms
of
the
technology,
so
we
do
have
a
lot
of
unique
technology
features
that
I
started
to
really
explore
before
and
now
with
a
lot
of
effort
and
with
the
community
coming
in
and
helping
to
elevate
and
expand
upon
that,
I
think
there's
a
technology
story
and
how
we're
different
there.
That
needs
to
be
told.

The
second
is
around
the
community
itself.
It's
community-led.
There
are
a
lot
of
great
thinkers
and
great
projects
that
are
here
today
and
ones
that
we
want
to
grow,
and
so
how
do
we
together
make
the
elevate
those
projects
and
bring
that
innovation
to
life
and
solving
real
problems?
And
I
think
that
there's
a
lot
of
storytelling
that
can
happen
directly
and
indirectly
there
with
what
we
will
provide
and
enable
and
then
really
for
from
a
brand
development.

think
this
is
one
of
the
areas
that
it's
going
to
be
most
challenging
because
we've
lost
some
time
here.
So
we
have
a
lot
of
catch
up
with
some
of
the
other
protocols
that
are
better
funded
and
have
had
the
time
to
put
themselves
in
place.
I
think
there
are
definitely
some
opportunities
that
have
been
identified
by
the
team
and
also
that
will
come
from
the
community
of
areas
where
we
need
to
go
win
and
making
sure
that
we
bring
our
our
value
into
that.

How
do
we
have
people
believe
in
what
the
technology
can
do
and
specifically
the
eos
network,
what
it
can
provide
and
how
we
make
it
stronger
and-
and
so
again
I
think
it's
a
lot
of
questions
that
you
asked
and
I
it
is
about
some
foundational
things
in
place
and
then
helping
to
scale
globally.
I
think
there's
an
opportunity
for
us
to
do
that
as
well
and
catch
up
there.

if
you
don't

if
I
could
ask
you
one
more
question
on
this
same
train
of
thoughts
from
my
vantage
point,
eos
has
a
horrible
stigma
right
now
amongst
people
who
are
pretty
well
informed
when
it
comes
to
crypto.
But
at
the
same
time
it
seems
like
crypto's
in
1994
in
the
internet
era,
where
the
vast
majority
of
crypto
users
have
not
even
been
onboarded.

Yet
they've
never
heard
of
us
they're
unaware
of
this
stigma,
and
so,
given
that,
like
they're
in
this
rapidly
growing
space,
the
people
in
this
space
largely
have
a
lot
of
disdain
towards
eos.
But
the
vast
majority
of
people
who
may
end
up
one
day
interacting
with
a
blockchain,
have
never
heard
of
eos.
So
in
your
opinion,
is
it
best
to
confront
that
stigma
and
communicate
with
people
within
the
industry
and
try
to
remove
that
stigma
or
to
instead
try
to
focus
on
onboarding
people
from
outside
of
the
crypto
sphere?.

I
think
it's
something
that's
been
addressed
head
on
and
we
need
to
do
that
and
move
on,
because
there's
so
much
like
you
said
to
look
forward
to
and
that's
where
we
need
to
spend
the
energy
in
getting
having
the
technology
prove
itself
in
our
in
the
community
and
what
we
can
deliver.
So
that's
behind
us
and
that
we
really
the
story
is
about
where
we're
going
and
the
opportunity
there
for
for
building
great
things
with
great
technology.

don't
know
if
I,
if
it's
direct,
but
I
think
we
would.

It's
been
a
great
learning
experience,
seeing
her
bring
her
expertise
so,
for
example,
just
with
zeiss
in
so
rather
than
just
figuring
out
like
how
we're
going
to
go
to
market
with
zeiss
and
we're
doing
it
in
a
way
we're
essentially
creating
a
framework
to
do
this
to
go
to
market
strategy
throughout
europe,
and
once
we
have
this
framework
in
place,
it'll
be
all
well
documented.
We
would
have
the
experience
of
doing
it
before
and
then
the
plan
is
essentially
to
go
global
with
it.

once
we
have
a
go
to
market
strategy
for
europe,
we
go
to
market
in
south
america,
north
america,
asia,
africa.
So
we
actively
chased
patty.
It
took
several
months
of
convincing
to
get
her
to
join
our
team
and
I'm
just
super
excited
to
be
able
to
work
with
her
and
learn
from
her,
and
I
think
that
the
results
will
start
being
seen,
definitely
in
the
long
term,
but
also
in
the
short
to
midterm.

think,
with
just
going
through
the
process
of
getting
the
strategy
with
zeiss
and
for
token

And
I
think
that's
where
she's
really
going
to
shine
because
she's
done
it
before
she's
been
the
marketing
lead
for
multiple
global
brands,
companies
that
that
do
revenues
in
the
800
plus
million
dollar
a
year
levels,
companies
with
over
15
000
people.
So
she
she's
here
to
scale
organization
and
scale
our
footprint
for
eos
and
I'm
just
really
looking
forward
to
the
next
couple
of
months,
because
I
really
want
to
all
of
you
to
see
the
potential
that
I
see.
