D
A
All
right,
so
thank
you
for
joining
us.
Let's
see
here
next
item
on
the
agenda
is
recognition
of
the
audience.
No
one
has
signed
up
to
address
the
board
this
evening,
but
I
want
to
ensure
everybody
has
is
aware
of
the
ability
to
do
so.
Okay,
I,
don't
see
any
hand.
So
we
move
on
to
agenda
item
number
four
staff
reports:
information
technology,
dr.
Carney:
would
you
like
to
make
introductions
sure.
E
I
will
go
ahead
and
introduce
our
director
of
IT
mr.
bill
Westrick
I.
Think,
as
most
of
you
know,
along
with
running
our
IT
department,
he
provides
tremendous
amount
of
support
for
all
of
our
board
meetings
and
is
always
here
to
take
care
of
your
technology
needs
as
well
and
I
know.
He
has
a
very
exciting
and
riveting
presentation.
C
F
I
just
want
to
tell
you
that
I
have
a
suit
coat,
that
I
keep
on
the
back
of
my
door
upstairs
for
this
meeting
every
year
and
I
have
apparently
expanded
beyond
the
capabilities,
so
I'm
gonna
take
advantage
of
that.
Well
beats
program
that
I
heard
so
much
about
and
we'll
see
what
we
can
do
about
that
this
is
your
annual
technology
update?
One
item
of
note
specifically
for
this
room.
We
are
now
approaching
six
and
a
half
years
of
presenting
this
meeting
online
and
on
local
access.
F
He
is
a
one-of-a-kind
individual,
always
willing
to
jump
in
and
I
just
wanted
to
throw
a
special
shout
out
to
you.
Kirby
thanks
Wow,
all
right
now,
the
administrivia,
the
stuff
I,
have
to
report
on
el9
asset
protection.
Do
we
protect
the
intellectual
property
information
and
files
from
loss
or
significant
damage?
Yes,
we
do.
F
All
of
our
backups
are
the
same
as
before
in
the
previous
reports
so
highlight.
What's
new
multi-factor
authentication
was
new.
This
fall.
Everyone
here
had
to
go
through
it.
Our
staff
was
terrific
in
taking
the
time
to
get
themselves
set
up
with
multi-factor
authentication.
We
can
tell
from
our
logs
that
our
incidents
of
compromised
accounts
has
dropped
significantly,
so
multi-factor
authentication
is
working
to
help
our
data,
the
second
one,
which
might
be
more
of
a
surprise
to
everybody.
F
The
state
of
North
Dakota
information
technology
department
is
in
charge
of
cybersecurity
for
all
public
entities
in
the
state
of
North
Dakota.
At
the
last
legislative
session
they
mandated
that
year,
one
for
ndit
was
figuring
out.
What
on
earth
that
meant
year?
Two
is
where
we're
at
now
and
they
have
been
going
around
the
state
doing
surveys
meeting
with
all
of
the
different
entities.
We've
had
our
time
with
them,
trying
to
get
a
handle
on
ok
organization
X.
Where
are
you
right
now
and
they
gave
us
a
hundred
and
twenty
questions
to
answer?
F
F
F
A
couple
of
quick
hits
on
parent
engagement
and
forms.
Last
year
we
purchased
a
s'more
account
for
every
school.
S'more
is
an
online
resource
that
lets
you
create
things
like
newsletters
and
announcements
that
are
more
engaging
than
just
text
and
a
quick
check
of
our
mass
notification
system.
In
the
last
week,
almost
all
of
our
schools
are
using
it
every
single
week
and
a
lot
are
using
it
daily,
so
we're
getting
some
good
content
out
to
the
parents,
that's
a
little
more
interesting
than
just
text.
F
This
is
one
of
I
guess
the
highlights
of
this
presentation.
We
were
probably
the
first
school
district
in
North
Dakota
to
go
with
online
registration
forms.
Four
years
ago,
through
a
product
called
school
office
Pro
we
are
now
in
the
middle
of
moving
to
a
product
called
enrollment
Express
that
is
embedded
in
PowerSchool.
F
But
it's
going
to
be
pretty
straight
forward
because
they're
used
to
the
experience
of
using
online
forms,
it's
gonna
be
easier
for
our
schools
because
they
actually
had
to
log
into
a
cloud
service
to
accept
the
packet
for
the
last
four
years.
They
won't
have
to
do
that
now,
it'll
be
in
PowerSchool.
For
us,
this
is
a
big
change
in
IT
to
do
forms
through
school
office.
Pro
they're,
great
company,
terrific
people,
but
we
had
to
count
on
them
to
create
our
forms
fix
our
workflows,
make
all
changes
they
just
didn't
have
the
capacity
to.
F
Let
us
do
much
of
that
at
all
our
destinies
in
our
own
hands
here
with
enrollment
Express
we're
gonna
be
able
to
make
those
changes
on
our
own
kindergarten.
Roundup
is
still
using
school
office
Pro
because
we
just
couldn't
get
on
power.
Schools
calendar
fast
enough,
but
starting
this
summer,
we're
gonna
be
on
the
new
system.
We're
training
the
administrative
assistants
in
April.
F
Last
year
I
told
you
that
our
first
Middle
School
went
from
in-school
one-to-one,
take
home
to
yeah
no
one-to-one
in
school
to
take
home
this
year.
Ben
Franklin
and
Carl
Ben
have
also
joined
in
so
from
grades
6
through
12.
We
take
the
devices
home
now.
Parents
have
the
option
of
saying
no
very,
very
few
do
less
than
a
cart
full
of
devices
stay
at
the
skinny
school
at
night.
F
Now,
here's
our
annual
by
the
numbers
slide.
It's
really
a
lot
of
the
same
information
they
share
every
years,
but
try
to
change
the
format
a
little
bit.
All
in
all.
What
this
means
is
we
got
a
lot
of
stuff.
One
of
the
great
things
about
Fargo
and
about
you
guys
is
that
you
support
education
and
technology
and
education
really
really
well
to
the
tune
of
for
our
tech
staff.
There
are
more
than
a
thousand
devices
per
tech
to
support
when
it
comes
to
night
there's
more
than
1300
devices
to
support
per
networking
tech.
F
We
have
a
very
mature
technology
landscape
and
that
leads
to
the
next
slide.
We
have
to
replace
that
technology
rather
than
give
Jackie
a
here's.
A
surprise.
2
million
dollar
need
to
replace
all
of
our
student
laptops
in
every
category
of
device.
We
try
to
replace
a
certain
percentage
on
a
schedule
that
means
that
we
don't
uniformly
have
7-year
old
projectors
across
the
district.
We
don't
have
four
year
old
laptops
in
the
hands
of
every
student,
we're
always
replacing
some
so
somebody's
getting
new,
and
hopefully
we
minimize
the
old.
F
It
gives
us
the
opportunity
to
private
the
business
office
with
a
stable,
relatively
budget
every
year.
It
also
gives
us
the
opportunity
to
do
things
like
we
did
this
year.
When
there
were
a
lot
of
new
initiatives
and
not
a
lot
of
new
money,
we
were
able
to
reduce
our
budget
by
half
a
million
dollars
so
that
those
new
initiatives
could
get
started.
Now,
if
you
ask
me,
could
we
do
that
again
next
year?
We
can't
do
that
again.
F
Next
year,
okay
and
then
I'm
just
gonna
wrap
up
real,
quick
people
that
went
to
tech
camp
last
year.
I
think
you
found
that
to
be
a.
I
opening
experience
we're
in
the
final
year
of
three
years,
where
Moorhead
is
hosting
so
it'll,
be
at
horizon
middle
school.
Again,
we
will
bring
it
back
to
Fargo
schools
next
year
and
it'll
be
add,
probably
Davies,
but
I
wanted
to
throw
out
a
reminder
to
you,
June,
4th
or
3rd
and
4th.
F
If
you
can
make
it
stop
by
horizon
middle
school,
you
can
just
walk
into
a
session
any
session
and
check
it
out.
There's
a
lot
of
enthusiasm
from
our
teachers
because
they're
all
choosing
to
be
there
and
there's
a
certain
euphoria
in
just
being
out
of
school,
so
that
they're
enjoying
the
time
together
without
thinking
about
the
kids
and
they're
thinking
about
their
own
professional
development
and
with
that
I
will
leave
it
to
you.
If
you
have
any
questions
for
me,.
A
F
A
F
A
G
G
The
data
point
of
graduation
rate
actually
falls
under
goal
number
for
when
it
comes
to
that
strategic
initiative.
One-
and
that
is
the
goal
around
assessment,
and
it's
really
that
last
sentence
of
that
goal
that
talks
about
will
help
teachers
make
decisions
on
determining
the
best
practices
and
the
procedures
have
put
in
place
to
help
students
be
successful.
Graduation
rate
is
another
set
of
data
that
we
use
to
say
what
are
we
doing?
What
could
we
be
doing
differently
to
help
all
students
be
as
successful
as
possible?
G
The
graduation
rate
is
determined
by
a
cohort
model.
Basically,
what
we
do
is
we
look
at
the
number
of
students
who
earn
graduation
through
summer,
so
if
students
earn
credits
over
the
summer,
they're
part
of
that
graduation
rate
based
upon
the
number
of
students
who
entered
in
as
ninth
graders
and
then
those
students,
if
they
transfer
out
they're,
taken
out
of
that
that
number
or
those
who
then
transfer
in
are
added.
G
So
this
number
that
we
look
at
changes
over
time
and
as
we've
talked
about
mobility
in
our
district,
we
know
that
we
are
a
mobile
district,
but
this
reflects
a
four-year
cohort
model
in
a
little
bit.
I'll
show
you
that
we
are
collecting
other
data
or
the
state
is
collecting
other
data
on
students
who
may
need
a
fifth
or
a
six
year
in
order
to
graduate.
G
G
The
other
set
of
data
that
I
talked
a
little
bit
about
is
available
on
the
North
Dakota
insight
website.
This
is
the
Fargo
public
school
graduation
rate
when
it
comes
to
a
five
year
rate.
There
are
some
students
within
our
district
who
need
that
gift
of
time
and
instead
of
in
four
years
they
graduate
within
five,
and
you
can
see
then,
over
the
last
three
years.
The
district
column
is
the
grade
in
column,
so
there
were
at
86%.
G
If
we
look
at
a
six-year
graduation
rate,
you'll
see
it
climbs
to
about
89%
and
when
we
look
at
a
seven
year,
graduation
rate
we're
about
90
percent.
So,
although
we
want
students
to
graduate
within
that
four
year
process
with
their
cohort,
there
are
some
circumstances
that
do
require
students
a
little
bit
more
time
in
order
to
earn
those
credits
for
graduation,
and
that
data
shows
you
that
that
is
gathered
over
time
and
again.
This
is
available
on
the
Department
of
Public
Instruction
website.
G
G
All
three
of
our
comprehensive
high
schools
have
an
intervention
program
where
about
every
three
weeks
data
is
looked
at
students
who
are
at
risk
of
not
passing
their
coursework
and
students
that
are
assigned
to
opportunities
to
increase
those
course
grades,
so
again,
being
able
to
pass
that
class
being
more
successful
for
graduation.
We
have
online
credit
recovery
at
all.
Three
of
our
comprehensive
high
schools,
where
students
who
have
been
unsuccessful
on
their
first
attempt,
have
another
opportunity
to
earn
those
credits
as
they
move
forward.
G
We
have
teachers
who
give
up
their
time
before
and
after
school
to
provide
some
individual
tutoring
for
students
who
might
need
that
we
certainly
have
Woodrow
Wilson
our
alternative,
high
school
and
our
school
of
choice
in
which
students
make
a
choice
to
go
there
and
there
we
have
an
advisor
program
where
every
student
is
assigned
an
advisor
mr.
Berkman,
the
principal
there
has
shared
at
previous
board
meetings
about
that
advisor
program
and
how
students
can
actually
earn
credit
for
that
at
Woodrow
Wilson.
G
There's
outreach
calls
to
students
who
have
dropped
out,
encouraging
them
to
come
back
or
too
early
at
least
a
g8
or
GED
as
they
move
forward.
We
have
night
school
at
Agassiz,
so
for
some
students
who
might
need
an
opportunity
to
earn
additional
credits
in
English
or
those
three
areas
of
social
studies.
A
night
school
class
is
available,
and
then
we
have
our
summer
school,
offering
with
a
large
number
of
courses
both
in
remediation
and
acceleration.
G
H
G
Mostly,
it
is
four
core
classes,
but
at
this
time
early
this
afternoon,
the
high
school
principals,
myself
and
dr.
Gandhi
were
talking
about
other
ways.
We
could
expand
upon
that
for
in
the
future
to
provide
even
a
more
structured
approach
to
providing
that
intervention
and
to
expand
beyond
the
core
classes,
and
we
will
continue
to
work
on
that
to
come
up
with
a
better
plan.
H
G
Certainly
so
from
time
to
time,
a
student
has
been
unsuccessful
in
their
first
attempt
and,
let's
say
English
3,
and
they
may
have
failed
the
first
semester
or
the
second.
We
then
have
individuals
at
all
of
our
high
schools
who
help
utilize
a
piece
of
software
called
edgenuity
that
really
fine
Tunes
the
learning
around
the
core
standards
in
the
course
that
they
may
have
been
unsuccessful
in
so
it's
the
gift
of
time
and
additional
instruction
to
help
them
earn
those
credits.
Ok,.
H
Thank
you.
Sorry
I
was
stumbling
through
that
I
meant
a
yeah
I
wanted
to
find
out
if
it
was
after
a
class
was
completed
and
that
final
grade
was
analyzed
or
if
it
was
after
certain
just
certain
projects,
and
then
is
that
for
the
requirement
required
classes
or
are
we
going
into
electives
with
that
that.
G
G
B
C
G
We
offer
do
not
offer
CTE
classes
right
now,
but
we're
looking
at
ways
to
expand
opportunities
for
intervention
and
remediation
I.
Think
one
of
the
other
great
things
that
we
have
within
our
district
is
our
virtual
Academy,
in
which
some
of
the
courses
in
CTE
that
we
cannot
offer
diesel
mechanics,
aviation
and
so
on.
Students
do
have
the
opportunity
to
attend
in
our
neighboring
district.
Also
we're
looking
at
some
areas-
and
dr.
G
J
Sorry
I
just
have
a
couple
questions
also
from
the
interventions
that
you've
mentioned
or
have
listed
here.
Have
they
been
consistent
over
a
certain
number
of
years
or
have
we
been
adding
to
them
and
then
really
also
part
of
that
same
question?
Is
you
know,
do
we
measure
which
ones
are
more
effective
than
others
I.
G
Would
say
that
probably
most
of
these
have
been
in
place
for
many
years.
The
newest
would
be
the
intervention
program
at
our
three
comprehensive
high
schools
in
which
they
again
look
at
data
of
students
at
risk
of
not
passing
and
then
assign
to
a
an
opportunity
to
grow
and
develop
that
data
is
looked
at
and
we
do
and
can
show
a
decrease
in
the
number
of
DS
and
EPS,
or
an
increase
in
the
number
of
students
who
are
passing
those
courses
based
upon
that
intervention.
G
Certainly
our
online
credit
recovery
really
gives
that
stew
the
opportunity
to
earn
those
credits,
so
we
could
gather
the
number
of
credits
that
are
accumulated
through
that.
So
we
do
have
data
points
that
show
that
these
are
being
successful
during
our
summer
school
presentation,
I
think
we've
heard
about
the
large
number
of
students
at
our
schools
who
take
advantage
of
summer
school
both
for
intervention,
because
maybe
they
have
failed
the
first
time
or
even
high
acceleration,
and
that
has
been
shared
with
the
board
in
past
meetings
as
well.
A
G
So
there
is
another
data
point
that
I
didn't
share:
that's
on
the
Department
of
Public
Instruction
website
that
includes
GE
DS
as
well.
What
I
shared
with
you
today
is
actually
high
school
graduation
many
students
who
might
need
an
additional
year
or
two
might
be
students
who
are
part
of
our
ell
program.
G
They
might
be
students
who
are
part
of
our
special
education
program
and
through
our
the
individual
plans
that
have
been
created
for
them,
that
additional
time
is
needed
or
it
could
be
the
student
who
has
been
unsuccessful
for
whatever
reason,
and
they
just
need
one
more
year,
many
times
that
might
be
at
Woodrow
Wilson
in
order
to
accumulate
the
credits
that
they
need
for
graduation.
So.
E
G
K
G
E
And
I
would
also
just
add
on
I'm
just
a
reminder
to
the
board
that
this
is
the
first
year
where,
prior
to
the
strategic
plan
renewal,
we
went
in
and
try
to
make
every
indicator
as
measurable
as
we
can.
We've
always
had
that
goal
and
continue
to
focus
towards
increasing
our
graduation
rates
year
after
year,
knowing
that
sometimes
we'll
be
able
to
sometimes
we
won't,
but
I
think
this
was
a
product
of
that
deliberate
initiative
to
try
to
make
every
indicator
more
measurable
and
then
report
out
accordingly.
So
that's
what
we're
doing.
E
J
A
Which
I
in
closing
I
will
save
Fargo,
and
this
area
is
a
magnet
for
for
youth
that
have
special
needs
and,
and
things
like
that,
so
that
would
explain
some
of
the
graduation
rate
comparisons
possibly
or
contribute
to
it.
Thank
you,
dr.
gross
for
that
for
that
report
now
we're
on
to
4b
the
FAA
report.
Welcome
president
master
ood
thanks.
L
President
Nelson,
we
just
want
to
let
you
guys
know
that
you're,
the
members
of
the
Fargo
Education
Association,
are
very
elated,
that
the
board
ratified
the
contract
last
Friday.
We
know
that
that's
one
step
towards
building
culture
and
morale
in
our
district,
but
we
know
that
that's
not
the
only
step,
and
so
we're
looking
forward
to
working
with
the
board
cabinet
and
our
association
in
order
to
continue
to
strive
to
that
and
to
see
what
we
need
to
start
to
cultivate
within
our
culture
of
fps.
L
So
we're
excited
to
start
that
process
and
just
little
one
housekeeping
moment,
memo
number
78,
On
January
28th.
We
made
note
that
Judge
Marquardt's
statement
did
not
say
that
it
was
a
bargaining
in
good
faith
and
we
had
requested
that
be
changed
and
that
still
has
not
been
so
just
for
a
cleanup
for
records.
I
think
thank
you
for.
E
A
Okay,
any
discussion
on
the
consent
agenda
items
all
those
in
favor,
please
vote
by
saying:
yes,
yes,
any
opposed.
No
those
items
are
approved.
Business
section
looks
pretty
lean
like
zilch,
so
we
can
go
on.
We've
been
busy.
Yes,
we've
been
working
to
board
reports
committee
liaison
in
correspondence
reports.
H
Let's
see
today,
I
attended
the
first
meeting
of
the
Fargo
core
neighborhoods
master
plan
at
City
Hall,
and
so
it
was
the
it
was
a
one-hour
meeting
during
the
noon
hour.
Basically
so
an
opportunity
to
meet
the
consultants
there
based
out
of
Virginia
but
kind
of
all
across
the
nation
too,
and
so
just
to
kind
of
get
an
overview
of
what
the
process
is
going
to
be
for
that
and
what
the
timeframe
looks
like,
and
the
structure
of
the
meetings
to
meet
other
members
of
the
committee.
H
H
So
there
are
nine
neighborhoods
that
are
identified
as
work
that
this
committee
will
be
working
through
nine
core
neighborhoods
in
Fargo,
so
I
did
my
best
to
encourage,
at
the
very
end
of
the
meeting,
the
consultants
just
asked
for
some
feedback
like
what
do
we,
as
committee
members,
wish
to
have
happen?
Or
you
know,
what
would
you
want
to
make
sure
that
we
hear
from
you
or
take
under
consideration
and
so
I
basically
try
to
talk
about
extending
the
the
opportunity
to
work?
H
As
you
know,
public
entities
to
taxpaying
entities,
the
city
and
the
school
district
and
realizing
our
operating
our
need
to
also
be
very
cognizant
about
our
taxpayers,
feelings
towards
our
some
of
the
decisions
that
we
make
and
how
really
the
decisions
we
make
really
connects
to
what
goes
on
with
a
city
and
and
vice
versa.
So
they
were
interested
in
happy
to
have
the
school
district
at
the
table.
So
I'll
share
more
information,
as
it
comes,
Jennifer
said
that
the
meeting
today
was
live,
so
the
other
meetings
likely
will
be
as
well.
H
We
don't
meet
for
at
least
a
little
over
a
month.
We,
it
will
be
our
next
meeting,
but
I
can
let
you
know
and
I.
You
know
just
anything
that
you
would
like
to
provide
to
me
for
feedback.
If
you,
if
you
watch
the
meeting
uh-huh
or
you
read
something
in
the
news
or
have
some
thoughts
just
send
them
my
way.
So
I
hope
that
I
am
conveying
our
thoughts
appropriately.
A
J
Okay,
I
attended
the
economic
outlook
forum
and
no
other
correspondence.
Health
insurance
committee
meets
March
17th
and
just
a
few
comments
around
the
economic
outlook
forum,
the
presenter
was
well
governor,
burgum
was
there
in
the
beginning
and
then
rich
carl
guard
was
there.
Who
is
a
native
from
bismarck
and
if
any
of
you
I
don't
know
if
any
of
you
are
familiar
with
him,
but
he
has
authored
a
few
books
out.
J
There
I
think
he's
working
on
his
third,
so
he
talked
a
little
bit
about
that
and
key
economic
indicators
and
basically
what
his
projections
are
for
change
moving
forward.
He
gave
us
a
little
bit
of
a
political
landscape
update
and
let
me
think
I
wanted
to
say
something
other
from
my
notes,
another
point
but
really
I.
J
He
inspired
me
to
go
out
and
and
listen
to
some
of
his
podcasts
out
there,
because
I
I
found
some
of
the
things
he
said
to
be
interesting
and
engaging
enough
for
me
to
want
to
learn
more,
and
so,
if,
if
any
of
you
want
to
hear
more
about
him
or
his
background,
he
he
currently
is
a
works
for
Forbes.
And
so,
if
you
want
the
correct
spelling
of
his
name,
just
let
me
know
and
I
will
pass
that
along,
but
that's
it.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
David.
K
B
We
have
a
community
development
committee
meetings,
since
our
last
regular
board
meeting
got
a
little
update
from
the
state
on
what
they're
doing
talked
a
little
bit
about
the
core
neighborhood
initiative,
which
is
really
a
two-step
process
and
got
a
little
bit
of
an
update
on
trailer
parks
or
I.
Guess
they
don't
want
to
call
them
trailer
parks,
anymore,
prefabbed,
home
parks.
C
L
I
I
started
out
attending
the
planning
committee
from
Miami
when
it
was
80
degrees
and
it
was
20
below
here.
So
it
was
a
good
trade
there
and
then
I
missed
the
meeting
for
the
ratification
of
the
contract
and
then
the
special
meeting
as
you
know,
but
you
know
how
to
been
there.
I'm
totally
support
of
what's
been
going
on
and
and
what
went
on
and
so
I
appreciate
you
guys
taking
care
of
that
while
I
was
gone,
wish
I
could
have
been
here
last
night.
I
I
attended
this
a
symphony
concert
at
Davey's
I
would
say,
was
one
of
the
best
ones
I've
attended
because
of
the
variety
that
they
had
at
the
concert
they
won't.
They
had
like
acting,
they
played
their
violins
and
cellos,
and
things
like
that.
Well,
they
had
a
Star
Wars
theme
going
on
in
the
background,
and
then
they
had
two
dudes
come
out
and
chowster
whatever
they
do
with
those
red
and
green
sticks
and
swords,
and
it
was
quite
entertaining
as
well.
I
This
music
is
playing
and
they
also
had
it
where
they
have
the
the
dark
they
killed.
All
the
lights
and
they
brought
out
this
box,
and
this
young
student
came
out
of
the
box
from
time
and
wondering
where
he
was,
and
it
was,
it
was
really
good.
It
was
just
a
nice
change
from
what
you
normally
see
in
a
music
concert,
so
it
was
great
and
that's
it
I
believe.
A
All
right,
I
passed
out
the
president's
report
that
Ann
Marie
types.
What
I
did
this
week?
I
Valentine's
Day
I
attended
a
Fargo,
Cass
Public
Health
Board
meeting
some
of
the
things
that
they're
talking
about
are
preparing
for
the
flood,
but
also
related
to
youth,
with
the
federal
regulations
coming
down
for
ecigs
right
now,
the
states
are
trying
to
figure
out
how
to
interpret
those
so
I
don't
have
any
answers
but
they're
working
on
it.
A
little
bit
unrelated
but
somewhat
related
I,
am
on
the
badges
of
unity
board.
A
For
my
work
and
I
thought,
the
board
and
administration
might
be
interested
they're
doing
some
well.
First
of
all,
I
got
to
go
to
the
new
Police
Department
headquarters,
which
is
quite
quite
beautiful
and
very
functional,
but
they
now
are
combining
their
CTOs,
which
are
Community
Trust
officers,
their
SROs,
our
student
resource
officers
and
there's
cielos
community
liaison
officers
and
the
park
officer
combined
into
a
community
and
agent
team,
and
so
there
are
12
plus
people
on
that.
So
I'm
not
quite
sure
if
that'll
make
any
difference
to
what
we
do
but
interesting
structure.
A
Helping
Jefferson
PTA
find
out
how
to
file
their
tax
returns,
and
so
I
was
I,
don't
I
can't
believe
I
was
and
I
was
able
to
help
them,
but
I
am
so
that's
what
also
liaison
things
happen.
I
had
received
an
interesting
phone
call
today.
As
you
know,
I
was
on
a
talk.
Radio
show
today
talking
about
the
boundary
discussion
and
population
and
whether
we
build
a
middle
school,
but
another
media
contact
I
had
and
haven't
even
had
a
chance
to
bring
this
up
to
anybody.
A
So
normally
I
would
try
to
let
you
know
about
this
as
soon
as
possible,
but
I
was
running
so
and
I'm
sure
Jim
can
make
some
phone
calls
there
too.
So
I
advise
that
we
get
involved
in
that,
because
that
does
affect
our
property
tax
payers
and
and
our
what
what
what
funds
public
education,
oh
I,
think
that
is
it
governance
meeting
is
on
Thursday
morning
at
7:30,
and
this
may
be
the
shortest
meeting.
We've
had
in
quite
a
while
next
board
meeting
is
March
10th
and
we
are
adjourned.
