From YouTube: Fil+ Day - Closing Thoughts
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Okay,
this
is
that
last
closing
session.
I
think
there's
two
slides
in
this
deck,
but
I
think,
if
you're
watching
this
on
youtube,
one
of
the
questions
you
might
have
is:
how
do
I
get
involved?
We're
gonna
address
that
in
this
next
session,
if
you
are
in
this
room
and
you're
wondering
what
happens
next,
here's
a
quick
rundown
of
how
we
communicate
in
the
file
coin
plus
program.
So
the
first
thing
to
look
at
is
slack
is
our
primary
driver
for
any
kind
of
chatter,
so
you
would
use
this
for
reminders.
Hey.
A
This
call
is
taking
place.
The
notary
governance
is
about
to
start.
You
would
use
slack
for
questions.
I
can't
get
my
ledger
to
work.
I
have
a
question
about
who
I
should
go
to,
for
this
problem
feel
free
to
dm
galen
deepa
myself
field
ability
to
post
this
in
the
public
channels
and
then
also
coordination.
Hey
we
just
rolled
out
a
fip,
hey
we
just
rolled
out
a
proposal.
Can
you
please
take
a
look
at
it?
The
next
way
that
we
communicate
on
the
file
coin
plus
program
is
through
github.
We
use
github.
A
Is
the
public
record
for
all
of
the
transactions
that
we
communicate
this
way
if
there
is
a
fip
that
caitlyn
and
her
team
put
together,
we'll
advertise
that
in
slack
and
then
you'll
see
it
in
github?
So
we
ask
that
if
you
are
participating
in
filecoin
plus
you
make
the
slack
a
part
of
your
daily
weekly,
routine,
so
you're
getting
these
updates
and
communicating,
but
you're
also
using
the
github
for
that
formal
public
record
that
we
do.
A
Lastly,
I'll
invite
anybody
who's
watching
this
here
for
us
now,
every
other
tuesday,
two
times
a
day
we
meet
for
what
we
call
the
notary
governance.
Sync
imagine
this
file
coin
plus
day,
but
with
a
very
drill
down
and
specific
agenda.
We
post
the
agenda
in
github
two
weeks
prior
to
the
event.
If
there's
any
topic
you
wish
to
discuss
with
the
community,
you
add
an
issue
and
we
allocate
time
so
it's
public,
it's
open
to
all
and
the
channels
are
going
to
be
advertised
in
slack.
If
you
have
any
questions
dm.
B
A
If
you're
watching
on
slack
this
is
a
great
time
or
if
you're
watching
on
zoom
we're
going
to
turn
the
zoom
line
off,
but
we
keep
zoom
on
our
phones,
our
computers
and
you
can
reach
us.
So
if
there
was
a
question
from
one
of
the
speakers
that
you
wanted
to
follow
up
while
they're
still
here,
if
you
slack
in
the
channels
we'll
make
sure
that
that
speaker
gets
a
hold
of
it
or
hit,
give
it
myself.
B
Up
and
then
there's
are
some
other
events
happening
the
rest
of
this
week.
So
there's
a
storage
provider
working
group
conversation
happening
this
afternoon
taking
place
here
then
there's
a
lot
of
program
with
phil
austin
brynn
mentioned
some
of
that.
If
you
are
not
on
that
registration
link,
talk
to
someone
with
filecoin
foundation
and
and
we'll
figure
out
what
to
do
and
how
to
get
you
in
for
phil
austin
and
then
that's
rolling
into
consensus.
A
C
Yeah,
it's
really
awesome
to
sort
of
get
to
a
point
where
we're
able
to
host
an
event
like
this.
The
first
phil
plus
day
was
completely
remote,
but
part
of
that
was
because
of
the
the
state
of
the
world
last
year.
At
this
time,
part
of
that
was
also
just
you
know:
we've
gotten
better
at
coordinating
across
time
zones
and
getting
people
in
that
are
based
in
different
places
and
getting
people
on
the
same
page
when
possible.
C
So
I
really
appreciate
those
of
you
that
have
been
able
to
be
here
and
attend
both
in
person
and
virtually
online.
I
just
wish
we
had
more
time
like
I
thought
that
this
is
super
awesome.
It
was
really
great
to
see
everybody
and
hear
from
so
many
people.
I
think
one
big
takeaway
for
me
is:
let's
not
squeeze
it
into
four
hours
next
time.
You
know
the
first
full
plus
day
was
three
hours.
C
We've
had
some
interesting
sidebar
conversations
somebody's
now
looking
into
looking
at
that
dns
ownership,
verification
as
a
method
to
show
that
somebody
truly
owns
a
domain
name,
and
maybe
something
comes
out
of
that
as
a
way
in
which
we
can
do
kyc,
which
happened
in
a
mini
gather,
dot,
town
virtual
hangout
that
we
had,
while
you
guys
were
on
break
in
austin
and
so
already
seeing
really
cool
ideas.
Coming
up.
I
just
pumped
to
see
you
all
whether
it's
in
slack
zoom
or
hopefully
in
person.
