How's it going everyone. My name is alexander yosef and I'm the founder of inflow, music. We are a social token platform that enables artists to directly monetize their community, and so before we get into it just some background on us as founders. uh We have been in the belly of the beast when it comes to the music industry. My cto and co-founder is an award-winning producer and composer with the royal opera house. Me myself used to manage a label used to manage artists, and you also do some consulting as well too.

So when it comes to the music background, we spent our creative career in that and on the flip side, our professionals career was spent in big tech and crypto. Me myself, I'm talking economics as my expertise and then also business development is the time that I spent at get lab.

I decentralized exchanges like coinvest as well too, and my cto has built out nft and d5 platforms, along with just being a coder, a really excellent coder for the past seven years, and so when it comes to music, everybody hears that the music industry is broken and we've kind of figured out what's going on right, so every existing revenue stream is corrupted and outdated.

So major platforms have created an oligopoly and artists are looking for a new business model, so essentially, what's going on is everything from distribution royalties even concerts and merch are being handled by some type of intermediaries, which leads to really bad economics, and so an example of that is for every thousand artists. uh Every thousand records for every thousand records artist sells artist receives only 23 dollars, and so that's pretty crazy. Another thing is that, let's say you're an artist and you sell a million records or a million streams right.

You have a million streams on a song. You only receive three thousand dollars and so um there's a lot of inefficiencies, and so, instead of trying to recreate these old business models, we actually found a new way which is introducing social tokens with utility. And so what we're doing is we are monetizing the actual relationship between the artist and fan, and so two things happen here.

The fan receives what they already desire and want to pay for, which is a closer connection with the artists, unreleased content and exclusive experiences, and when it comes to the artists, they get what they have been desperately wanting and looking for, which is continuous funding from their token and a new way to independently monetize outside the current system. um And so when it comes to competing, uh we actually don't compete uh with the current infrastructure.

We actually sit on top of the crater economy, uh stack the tech stack for the creator economy and actually make these tools and the the content. That's already sitting on this platform a lot more valuable, and you will see that here in a second, when I give you guys a demo.

So what we've created is a web 2 feel with web3 money, and so our app will bring together, uh crypto and music, and with that we want to create a sleek ui to onboard all types of fans, and so we're actually going to jump over to a demo of the actual app that is in on testnet right now um and so yeah. This is inflow. This is what you guys will see when you first hop on still under construction, but essentially you hop on here.

You see your favorite artist, let's click to latasha, which is had a community at zora um and so essentially you're able to buy her tokens, also stream. Her music will have streaming later on and then uh what comes after? That is pretty cool, so you come on here, you buy her tokens, listen put an amount and get by it goes to metamask bought nine tokens there. I don't know if you guys are seeing my meta maps but um yeah.

So while we wait for that to go through, essentially the main utility here is that what can I do after I have these tokens, and so after you buy these tokens, what you will do is get access to whatever the artist wants you to get access to quite frankly, and so that are things like unreleased music videos, I don't release songs, um maybe a website where you could claim your free concert tickets. uh So this you see the transaction went through.

So we have the tokens in our hand, but that could also be a live stream. Call like this right, where uh your favorite artist, latasha or drake, says: hey, I'm having a zoom call every friday, but you need 10 tokens to hop on you get the tokens you hop on.

If you don't, you can't really enjoy the experience, so it gives you a way to share an experience and also share on the upside of the artist when the fact that you have a token- and so, let's click on this link, it's going to read our wallet and check that we have five lta tokens. We do, and so we're able to play the music video, um and so essentially, this is the power right making the content, that's already on youtube exclusive, and that gives the artist power by enabling them uh to just continue on what they're usually doing but add a monetization layer on that, and so when it comes to our competitors, we're really focusing on the fact that we're creating a utility token. This is the erc20 token.

So you could take this and build a whole new product with the tokens that you have and then also we're using a bonding curve for those that aren't familiar so early fans are rewarded. um You know a lot of people that actually apps that do a good job of monetizing content and monetizing, the relationship between the fan and artist or patreon, and only fans.

But it's really one-sided right as a fan, you're throwing money into a black hole, um and then we have people like roland rally that are really doing a good job of making it double incentivized right with actually buying tokens.

But you know there might be some hardships when it comes to monetizing, and so what we want to do is fix all the problems that we've been seeing in a unique way.

Our list of advisors and community members uh is is really great, because jennifer tran, co-founder of mint gay, has actually integrated and mickey has actually integrated with us, so we're lucky to have them on board, and so, when it comes to the market that we are going after, it is a soundcloud and social token economy, and so these two economies really have a lot of things in common, which is the fact that they are bootstrapping themselves.

They love finding new things and are they're independent, but at the end of the day, what we're going to be playing in is the creator economy, which is at 144 billion, and so our beachhead really is come together quite nicely, essentially what we're going to launch with our web 3 musicians. These are musicians that are already selling nfts. Their communities already have metamasks and, quite frankly, they're generating a lot of revenue independently, which is pretty amazing.

Collectively these artists have sold 200 plus nfts.

We actually did a inflow, maingate partnership, nft with stones, the organic which sold out in one hour, 11 nfcs, that sold out in an hour and basically everybody that got the nft got unreleased music and was able to have unreleased music, and so people like harrison first, which has had a social token back in 2019, uh actually hit 900k and so what he was able to do or what he would have been able to do if he was on inflow, was actually capture the token fees um that we give him from the token buys and he would have made 120k.

So how do we make money and also realistic projections um on where we're heading, and so three percent fee on every transaction artist gets 12 percent? We get three percent on every transaction, so every time somebody buys a token uh based on our trajectory and our analysis of the market. 25 000 artists is very realistic in 24 months.

So if each of those artists could have at least 1 000 fans to have uh to spend a hundred dollars, then we can make 75 million dollars in transaction fees, and so our greater road map is really based on providing more value for these tokens right. So what we're going to do is launch a mobile app in q1 of 2022 and then also launch the info utility token as well.

This will be governance, as also d5, as well as you see here, with the bonding curves and with the collateral that we have we're going to actually be able to have apy on people's money on people's east in usdc, so actually earning for holding a token an artist as well.
