think
most
people

around

startup
world

what's
known
as
problem
market
fit
problem

fit
is
simply
when
the
right
team
on
a
high
value,
pain,
point
focuses
on
the
high
value
pain
point
in
a
growing
market,
with
a
unique
advantage
within
their
solution
and
a
specific
target
identified.

You
know:
that's
that's
product
market
fit
market
fit
and
finding
in
is
kind
of
the
holy
grail
for
startups,
and
so,
even
though
we're
building
in
web
3,
we
don't
throw
on
tactile.
We
don't
throw
the
baby
out
with
the
bath
water.
We
teach
our
founders
to
take
the
best
parts
of
of
web
to
startup
building.
You
know
the
principles,
the
strategies,
the
tactics
but
then
layer
in
some
of
those
unfair
competitive
advantages

are
inherent
in
building

my
opinion,
we

founders

portability

so
you
know,
that's
the

up

They
can
also
become

early

we

are
lots

few

hackathons,
our
goal

to
engage
a
hundred
thousand
developers
to
hackathons
in
the
next
year.
It's
definitely
a
lofty
goal,
but
we
have
an
incredible
starting
point.
To
date.

year
we
have
engaged
over
10
000
developers
and
hackathons
all
over
the
world,
using
ipfs,
filecoin,
ethereum
and
many
other
platforms
that
are
complementary,
and
at
this
point
just
today
we
are
kicking
off
about
five
hackathons
each
month,
each
expecting
to
expose
file,
clinton
and
ipfs
to
500
to
a
thousand
developers
per
event
and
that
continues
to
grow
every
every
month.
We
we
we
see
it,
and
so
we
have
just
an
incredible
inflow
of
developers,
trying
ipfs
falcon
and
joining
our
ecosystems.

few
highlights
from
our
hackathons
in
the
last
few
months,
hack,
fest
2021
was
a
huge
success
with
655
hackers
and
140
project
submissions.
It
was
just
an
amazing
event
run
by
youth
global.
The
asia
hackathon
series
is
actually
a
collection
of
four
different
hackathons
all
over
asia,
collaborating
with
alibaba
flow
polygon
and
other
ecosystem
players.

The
file
point
club
is
actually
targeting
students
across
a
number
of
universities
yeah
through
a
12-week,
intense
educational
program,
and
I
believe
the
encode
folks
said.
The
filecoin
program
is
one
of
the
most
engaged
programs
that
encode
has
ever
ran
and,
of
course,
we
have
a
whole
slew
of
community
engineers,
helping
folks
get
onboarded
and
use
various
tools
and
point
them
in
the
right
direction.

Next,
as
we
transition
those
hacks
into
projects,
our
goal
is
to
ramp
to
3
000
developer
grants
per
year
in
the
next
year.
We
already
do
hundreds
every
quarter,
and
this
is
a
goal
to
really
accelerate
those
grant
programs

give
developers
opportunities
to
flush
out
their
ideas,
get
to
an
mvp
and
some
some
solid
users
and
transition
those
hacks
into
projects.
