hackathon
or
such
that
have
a
minimum
viable
product,
an
mvp,

we
help
companies
to
get
in
the
market
faster
increase
their
probability
of
becoming
a
sustainable
scalable,
venture-backable

in
web3.

engaged

initiatives

hundred
unique

projects
raise
enough
money

they've

able
to
make

sort

sustain
themselves,
full-time,
at

coming

months

what
we've

able

do,

just
for
the
pilot,
but
the
other
programs.
We've
run

apollo
really
fundamentally
was
built
off
of
colonel,
which
was
again
the
vague's
brainchild.

for
coming

with
the
idea

things
that

a
huge

people

early-stage
companies
building
web
three
raising
five
to
ten
million
dollars

collective
funding
and
contributing

leading
web

ecosystems,

now

apollo
the
thoughtpoint
ecosystem.

really
cool
principles
that
I
don't
probably

dive
into

really
guided
the
philosophy
of
the
program.
Ultimately,
one

those
was

ones

really

that
web
3's
book

the
last
talk

out

influential
on
our
thinking

sort

mission
control

amazing
developers
in
the
final
ecosystem.
We
sort
of
structured
it
in
terms
of
weekly
updates
and
we
structured
it
as
more
of
a
peer
mentorship
program.

have
everyone
circulating
each

and
start
to
build
things
together,
ultimately,
that
led
to
a
lot
of
projects
that
actually
collaborated
directly
and
created
new
projects
out
of
what
they
were
doing
before
that

was
really
key
for
us
in
structuring
this,

we
think

really
good
as
a
sort
of

starting
point
for
us
in
these
companies

now
move
on

things

hackathon

full
accelerated
stage

terms

structure

mentorship

led

great
startups,

in

them

were

stood

to

mass
adoption

the
reason

think
both
those

really
critical

that's

things

dear

my

helping

infrastructure

extending

goal
is

you

implement
these

user
friendly

using

can
query
from

pretty
much

a

core
piece
of
infrastructure

be
necessary

ecosystems

three
ecosystem

onset

decentralization

existing
dapps

think

finalist

social
platform
where
you
can
save
meme
images

nft
and
people
will
be
able
to
upload
and
buy
memes
and
while
having
the
opportunity
to
kind
of
save
the
profits

memes

they

voted.

I
thought
there
are
some
really
really
interesting
experiments.

point

stage

already

critical
infrastructure
for
web
3.0
roughly
there.

there's
always
room
to
improve

further
refine

improve

scalability

right
now,
there's
a
big
gap
between
what
the
users
can
experience
to
to
to
the
product
right.

it's
almost
like
you,
you
see

potential
of
it,
but
still
it's
miles
away
from
the
ultimate
user
experience.

really
compete
with
what
you
can
go.

founders

teams
to

look
into

part

how

think,

they're

they're

the

heloc
company.

think
they've
done
something
over
like
a
billion
dollars
worth
of
refinanced
loans.
You
wouldn't
even
know
that
this
company
is
building
on
the
back
of
blockchain
if
you
weren't
digging
around
looking
at
the
about
page
like
what
they've
done
is
they've
used
automation,
processing
flows
and
validate
verification
of
information
via
the
blockchain
to
reduce
the
cost
expenses
of
processing.
You
know
these
refinance
loans
and
then
passing
those
savings
onto
the
consumers
and
that's
how
they're
grabbing
market
share
and
that
just
creates
this
virtuous
cycle.

you

I
think
you
know
having
a
good
unique
solution
is
something
that's
really
important
and
then
you've
got
to
be
in
a
market.
That's
attractive
and
a
big
market
solves
a
lot
of
problems
right.
It
allows
you
as
an
entrepreneur

make
a
lot
of
mistakes,
because
there
are
a
lot
of
people
within
the
marketplace
that
are
transacting
to
solve
this
problem
right.
So,
what's
the
size
of
the
market
that
you're
in
how
fast
is
it
growing?

is
it
evolving
and
growing
over
time?

first

first
principles.

is
the

trying
to

Why
do

feel
like
that's
valuable
and
then
you

really
start
diving

thing
that
I'll
promote
is
bounties.

lot
of
these
bounties
up
for
various
parts
of
the
web
through
ecosystem
and
those
can
kind
of
get
you
a
sense
of
what
people
are
building
in
other
areas
that
you
might
not
have
thought
of
whether
people
are
tackling
pieces
of
infrastructure
that
you
already
need
and
those
can
kind
of
be
paired
with
tutorials
to
compare
with
other
resources
online.
I
would
make
sure
to
really
get
a
sense
of
you
know
the
basics
before
you
really
dive
in
further.

after
that
point
I
think
there's
a
lot
of
things
you
can
do.
You
can
join
a
hacked
on.
You
can
join
an
incubator.
One
of
the
beautiful
parts
of
this
space
is
like
between
those
two
things,
even
like
there's:
a
million
different
programs
happening,
including
ours,
including
ones
that
aren't
on
this
panel.
If
you
really
just
search
around
the
web
through
the
system
google
around,
like
there's
millions
of
these
programs
that
I
are
free
to
access
and
like
really
generally,
I
think,
top-notch
quality
relative
to
what
you
find
even
in
web
too.

kind

like
to
me.
That's
one
of
the
big
things
to
maybe
like
at
a
meta
level
to
know
is
like
don't
be
afraid
to
dive
in,
don't
be
afraid
to
go
and
find
these
things
don't
be
afraid
to

people

we

a
lot
of
flack
in
this
industry
for
crypto,
twitter,
but
crypto
twitter
can
be
a
great
place
to
go
and
ask
someone
a
question
or
go
and
find
someone
who
can
be
a
mentor.

people
that
are
willing,
like
it
was
saying
like
to
just
answer
a
dm
or
respond
to
a
question.
I
don't
really
know
that
that's
as
truly
web
2.
To
be
honest,
I
feel,
like
that's,
a
unique
characteristic

this
space
to
some
degree
that
I
really
appreciate
and
so
yeah
to
me.
That's
really
the
key
to
it,
but,
of
course
you
know
between
all
of
our
platforms
here.

think
those
can
provide
a
really
good
starting
point.

think
one
important
thing
is
the
team
really
has
to
be
able
to
kind
of
be
a
gel
and
be
waiting
to
pivot,
because

think
there
is
quite
a
lot

projects
started.

they've
raised
money,
but
the
product
they
were
building
didn't
contraction.
It's
only
until
maybe
recently,
some
of
the
d5
projects
say,
for
example,
synthetics
right
they
were.
They
were
one
example
synthetics
they
were
building
stablecoin
as
haven
and
and
they
didn't
really
gain
much
traction.

talking
to
them
in
our
singapore
office
and
then
they
really
scanned
the
space
to
look

problem
that
they
can

they
pivot
into

synthetic
assets
and

gain
traction
afterwards.

I
feel
that-

I've
seen
so
many
examples
in
other
projects
as

internet

just
this
really
amazing
transformative
thing

an
opportunity

part

all
the

went
wrong

early

it's
a

a
massive

just

many
reasons,

it's

exciting

part

is

players
that

involved

it's

these
sort

adjacent
dweb
community
members,
security,
community
members
there's
a
lot
of
other
people
that
are
part
of
this
broader
ecosystem
and
within
the
d
web
community
in
particular.

pretty
tough

fad,

obviously
we're
you

in
this
particular
group
engaged
with
folks
building
on
top

utilize
internet
standards
and
upcoming
standards
do
these
startups,
have
good
access
to
advisors
and
experts
that
help
build
the
web
standards
to
ensure
that
they're
future
proof
for
blockchain
applications

startups
and
teams
not
really
looking
forward
enough
and
being
involved
in
shaping
the
future

internet
standards
themselves

involved.

as
you

about

these
amazing
experiences
for
end
users.
How
can
they
also
engage
in
the
fundamental
internet
standards
and
the
protocols
themselves

make
sure
that
they're
set
up
well
for
the

open
communities
and
transparency
are
like
a
core
pillar
core
tendon
of
this

this
community,
and
so
I
think
you
know,
as
developers,
you

you
have
the
ability
to
really
participate

standards

getting

created
and
met,
and
I
think
I
you
know,
certainly
all
most
of
the
teams
that
we
interact
with
most
of
the
developers
and
and
founders
that
we
interact
with
they
find
that
it's
that's

like
everyone

trying

best

don't
always

perfect
solutions
to

of
the

that's

beauties

that
you
have
the
opportunity

sort

get
involved
in
those

there's
not
just

be

person

always

beauty

emerging
new
industry
where

fragmented
standards

seen

different
initiatives

geographies

with
the

there's
no
standards.
