we

on
and
what

some
of
the
metrics

next
call
and
we're
planning
to
dedicate
this
call
into
these
four
categories.

over
the
last
week
or

and
then
what
are
next
steps
looking
like
for
you,
then
we
have
a
brief
time
slot
for
the
Enterprise
working
group
and
the
trust
and
transparency
working
group,
and
we
have
a
lot
of
time
left
on
the
call

discussion.

2023

are
going
to
be

the

application
presentations

the

reason

this
is
in
2022,
we
started
strong.

to
was
they
would
create
a

the

so
we
would
allocate
the
time

there
is
an
LDN
applicant

wishes

I'll
still
encourage
them

make
a
video

still
take

to
make
sure
that
that
video
of
their
application
is
disseminated
to
the
notary
Channel,
as
well
as
LDN
application
review.
But
again
we
will
not
be
allocating
time
for
applicants
to
present
their
application.

governance

on
average,
every
two
weeks,
I
will

this
into

the

before

before
letting
you
know

effectively

we're
trying
to
figure
out
is.
Does
it
make
more
sense
for
us
to
add
all
of
the
new
notaries
to
that
existing
address
or
deprecate
that
address
and
create
a
new
one?
There's
pros
and
cons
to
either
decision.
There's
hurdles
with
lotus,
we've
kind
of
bandied
back
and
forth
this
idea
of
trying
to
get
a
FIP
I
can't
see
it,
making
the
next
Network
upgrade,
but
basically
a
fit.
That
would
let
us
do
more
bulk
actions
right
now,
adding
a
signer
to
a
multi-sig.

just
you

a
lot
of
like
ratification
maintenance.

it's
like
onboarding,
a
bunch
of
new
employees,

it's
it's
not
as
simple
as

rolled
out
coming
is
this
leaderboard,
which
we've
been
looking
forward
to
for
a
while,
and
what
this
leaderboard
will
essentially
do
is
just
like
a
score
sheet
in
a
video
game.

key
attributes
of
the
work
that
you're
doing
as
notaries
and
then
list
that
out
in
a
scoreboard,
type
format
where
you
can
see
who
is
the

top
notary
for
a
signing
data
cap
within

effective
speed
whose
unique
clients
the
issues
that
they're
handling
the
proposals
that
they're
discussion
and
their
participation?
We
are
going

use
this

leaderboard

our
SLA
metrics.

the

we're

look

organization

Ledger
ID
is
requesting
to
receive
data
cap
and
we
send
one
fill
to
each
new
notary
and
that
fill
is
meant
to
cover
the
cost
of
gas?

the
program,

so

order
for
us
to
send
that
Financial
instrument,
we
have
to
have
a
very
clear
line
of
reporting,
essentially
a
very
complex
due
diligence
of
KYB.
So

might

notaries
is
slack
channels,
so
you
were
going

that
a
lot
of
the
communications
with
the
program
happens
in
slack,
so
having
effective,
slack
Communications
means
that
we
can
communicate
a
lot
more
effectively
as
we
go
through
this
program
together.
So
the
first
one
that
I
call
out
that
everyone
should
be
in
is
the
fill
plus.
This
is
used
for
General
announcements,
generalized
chatter,
sharing
things
with
the
broad
group.
It
has
2165
members
as
of
the
when
I
made
this
slide
deck.

really
good
if
you
want
to
get
a
message
out
to
essentially
everybody
who
may
have
eyes
on
in
the
field
plus
program,
sometimes
that
can
be
an
effective
way.
Sometimes
that
might
be
a
way
that
we
increase
the
chatter

a
thread.
So
as
we
talk
about
this
in
discussions
just
be
mindful,
but
as
we're
posted
in
that
room,
it's
going
to
have

on
it,
the
other
channel
that
all
notaries
are
encouraged,
so
I
didn't

was
stood
up
so
if

data
applicant
wants
to
flag

questions
or
they're
looking

notary

sometimes

can
be
siled
unless
you've
been
specifically
tagged.
It's
hard
to
find
so
it's
recommended
that
notaries
join
this
channel.
It's
a
great
way
to
keep
eyes
on
and
stay
active
in
it
report.

with

something
that
I
don't
think.

have
a
lot
of
participation
right
now.
So
I'm
going
to
highlight
this.
If
you
see
something
on
the

is

really
effective
channel
to
come

kind
of
share
it

and
it's
separate
from

and
it's

way
that
you
can
kind
of

is

see
that

descent
