If
everything
comes
through,
as
you
can
imagine,
there
are
a
lot
of
logistical
and
bureaucratic
things
that
still
need
to
be
sorted
out,
but
you
know
fingers
crossed
so
it's
going
to
be
at
least
six
months
placement
potentially
another
another
six
after
that,
if
things
work
out
well
and
I
could
be
working
with
the
Department
of
rural
development
in
Mon
State
in
my
n
mark.
So
just
could
take
a
look
at
that
map.
It's
about.
K
East
of
the
country,
I
have
a
better
map
in
it
a
little
bit
so
I'll
just
tell
you
a
little
bit
about
the
particular
context
in
Mon
State,
so
compared
to
other
parts
of
the
country,
for
instance,
you've
probably
heard
about
the
conflict
and
ethnic
cleansing
and
the
kind
state
which
is
happening
in
the
northwest
of
the
country.
It's
made
international
news.
K
K
K
It's
also
been
the
case
that,
because
it's
very
close
to
the
coast,
saltwater
intrusion
has
has
been
an
issue
in
many
parts,
I'm,
not
sure
how
prevalent
it
is
throughout
the
state
and
the
stuffs,
with
one
thing
that
I'm
I've
been
trying
to
find
out.
One
thing
that
I
found
in
just
trying
to
do
a
lot
of
desktop
research
from
abroad
is
that
most
of
the
geologic
information
doesn't
seem
to
be
digitized,
so
I've
really
I
think
found
out
about
as
much
as
I
can
from
my
company
couch
in
Canada.
K
K
They
have
a
geology
department,
maybe
the
Department
of
Mines
in
the
government.
It's
gonna
be
a
lot
of
talking
to
people.
That's
that's
the
next
step,
because
otherwise
it's
just
kind
of
this
brick
wall,
yeah
and
there's.
This
short
video
I
thought
would
be
really
cool
to
show
it's
describing
some
of
whether
the
situation
that's
been
going
on
in
terms
of
water.
Oh
I,
guess
maybe.
M
J

K
K
J
K
In
the
paper
online
from
dr.
James
Clark
over
at
Wheaton
College,
basically
the
Department
of
rural
development,
they
don't
actually
have
any
real
physical
technology
themselves
and
it's
kind
of
interesting,
because
the
central
government
department
does
but
I
think
there's
some
kind
of
weird
reverse
power
plate,
so
they're
not
willing
to
lend
it
to
it
to
each
other.
K
This
design
that
trying
to
get
Chagas
written
about
and
maybe
the
past
five
years
or
so
visa,
please
home
this
design,
yeah
and
basically
his
design
parameter-
was
that
it
was
to
be
able
to
vote
or
comparable
to
$250.
Us
is
that
in
particular
for
a
lot
of
rural
settings.
They
don't
need
to
go
particularly
deep,
as
the
drills
also
can't
go
that
deep,
but
it
does
have
to
be
really
edgy.
K
I'll
talk
a
bit
more
about
that
in
a
bit.
Second,
one
is
to
increase
ground
water
drilling
success
rates
throughout
Mon
State.
As
far
as
I
can
tell
right
now
they
basically
just
feel
at
random,
or
maybe
they
use
water
divining
and
now
the
third
one
is
kind
of
a
capacity-building
endeavor
which
is
to
train
the
engineers
within
Department.
To
you
know,
various
factors
how
do
I
require?
Have
we
analyzed
process
and
interpret
those
data
sets
in
order
to
minimize
the
you
know,
quite
large
cost
that
arises
due
to
unpredictability
just
drilling
willy-nilly.
K
Any
data,
yet
it's
kind
of
strange
but
yes,
anyways
the
property,
that's
we're
going
with
his
electrical
conductivity
or
resistivity,
and
the
primary
reason
for
that
is
because
we
actually
have
one
data
sets.
That's
previously
been
done.
That
was
done
in
2016
by
the
Japanese
consultant
with
Zika
and
international
cooperation
agency,
and
so
they
came
two
years
ago,
but
they
were
just
consultant
and
it
doesn't
seem
that
they
really
made
any
effort
to
do
that.
Capacity-Building.
They
just
brought
their
instrument
and
then
and
in
loved.
K
K
K
Yeah,
let's
see
so
start,
basically
the
Japanese
consultant.
They
used
a
cisco,
r2
plus
rhesus
to
beat
repeater,
and
they
did
some
visionaries
and
they
found
I
would
say
moderate
success,
I'm
out
of
the
seven
wells
that
I
sable
c5
with
wells
drilled
at
those
locations
they
down
ground
without
reliable
sources,
groundwater
yeah
and
that
the
other
things
that
the
department
it
seems
like
they
are
willing
to
at
least
in
theory,
purchase
more
expensive.
K
K
Yeah
I
think
to
deal
with
equivalents.
Those
that
you
used
ever
has
to
be
fixing
parameters,
but
that,
but
that
was
in
the
essential
dry
zone.
It
is
it
followed
to
north
and
unfortunately,
you
know
I,
while
I
have
fun
this
way.
It's
about
reasons
that
the
instrument
I
haven't
found
any
cheap
way
to
go
in
NMR,
I.
Think.
K
K
H
M
K
J
C
He
couldn't
may
well
be
corresponding
to
this
Oliver,
but
you
looks
like
you've
got
to
the
two,
which
is
why
they
were
concerned
about
equivalence
right
good
thing.
They
probably
got
really
yeah
but
kind
of
a
smooth
ball
on
version.
It
gives
as
lots
of
layers
and
then
looks
like
they've
got.
Maybe
three
or
four
can't
really
see
another
parametric
model,
whether
those
both
get
back
to
the
same
data
and
I,
don't
know,
my
guess,
is
the
solid
line
is.
K
H
K
H
H
D
M
B
C
K
They
just
I
mean
it
basically
only
got
these
couple
pages
from
the
report,
and
all
I
know
is:
is
this
Jacob
I
don't
know
I
try
to
find
out,
but
yeah
anyways?
At
least
these
two
ones
were
where
water
was
found
and
I
thought
be
useful
included,
but
would
it
failed
and
it
failed
because
the
aquifer
was
too
shallow.
M
P
K
G
K
About
the
pieces
to
be
device,
I've
been
mentioning
all
so
yeah,
it's
a
James
art
shirt,
a
few
papers
about
it
and
basically
those
the
design
considerations
that
must
have
achieved
less
than
250
USD
as
we'll
see
to
actually
make
a
robust
instrument
for
less
than
250
is
not
really
possible.
I
think
another.
K
J
Also
wanted
robustness
kind.
K
K
Yeah,
so
here
are
some:
some
specs
actually
have
I,
guess
some
materials-
it's
not
fully
built
yet,
but
yeah
show
a
little
bit
actually.
K
K
Sure
can
either
anyways
yeah,
so
the
system
that's
been
used
on
basically
just
cheap
multimeters,
fine.
K
Two
switches
db/dt
switches
and
that's
what
it
can
switch
the
polarity
heart
direction,
basically
of
the
ideas,
yeah
I
guess
to
account
for
interests
induced
polarization
and
spontaneous
potential
I'm,
switching
back
and
forth
four
times
in
the
nav
urgent.
That's
going
to
feel
procedure
used
so
far.
Oh.
K
H
H
K
H
K
K
Data
that
I've
seen
it
seems
like
all
for
the
Grange
is
something
like
25
to
50
meters.
So
we
might
bill
to
get
part
of
it,
but
depending
where
we
are,
it
could
be
out
of
reach.
So
you
know
fare
for
a
time.
I
was
considering
things
like
getting
a
more
powerful
inverter,
maybe
an
amplifier,
but
the
I
I
couldn't
find
an
inverter
that
was
a
converted.
G
K
History,
because
that's
kind
of
your
children
right
yeah;
no,
no!
No,
please!
That's
a
good
point!
Yeah
anyways
right
now,
I
have
a
400
watt,
12
volt
DC
to
240
lbs
shipping
from
the
states,
as
I
just
happened.
To
meet
this.
To
talk
to
this
guy
who's
been
working
at
this
NGO
on
he
had
a
couple
spirit
herders
from
Kenya.
He
said
they
were
reliable,
but
yeah
I
scoured
the
internet
and
I
couldn't
find
any
inverters
that
I
wanted
in
Canada,
discouraging.
G
K
C
The
person
that
put
you
in
contact
with
he's
an
emeritus
professor
Don
Russell,
he's
built
Tom's
stop,
and
he
really
you
know
it's
a
real
expert
on
anything
that
has
to
do
with.
You
know,
generating
something
to
collect
electrical
measurements,
so
we
should
I'll
put
you
in
touch
with
him
after
and
he
would
he'd
be
really
happy
to
help.
This
is
something
that
would
really
hurt
a
lot.
Okay,
that's.
K
Yeah
so
anyways
this
inverter
that
I
should
be
getting
fingers
crossed.
It
should
produce
a
DC,
no
mo
voltage,
V
30
volts
as
the
capacitor
hooked
up
to
a
full
wave.
Rectifier,
yeah
and
yeah
I
talked
about
the
procedure
and
that's
just
the
you
know:
I'm,
not
an
electrician,
I
can't
say:
I
really
get
it
but
I'm
putting
it
up
there
yeah.
So
in
terms
of
performance,
as
I've
said,
it's
typically
less
than
35
meters.
K
Now,
as
Tom
mentioned,
I
think
there
is
a
quite
a
strong
possibility
of
the
conductive
cover
a
thickness
book
and
as
a
discuss
the
dog.
You
know
it
really
depends
on
the
mineralization.
I
am
gonna,
be
going
right
in
the
peak
of
the
rainy
season
so
depending
on
the
ionic
content
of
the
ground
water,
when
it
can
for
traits
I
think
that
could
really
change
things
or
the
depth
of
penetration
yeah
but
anyways.
You
know
in
kind
of
ideal
conditions
on
this
is
just
some
results
from
a
test
site
in
Nigeria
using.
K
J
P
K
K
K
Pounds
is
another
question
we'll
try.
One
thing
is
that
these
core
wheels
I've
actually
had
a
lot
of
difficulty,
finding
cheap
ones,
cheapest.
Confounders
about
thirty
five
bucks,
each
ninja
tiger
before.
G
J
P
P
K
M
K
K
Yeah,
okay
and
then
I
guess
now
getting
to
the
data
considerations,
so
I
think
typically
in
the
big
venues
in
blender
setup,
but
they're
they're,
both
not
too
bad
I.
Think
the
limiting
factor
is
again
the
power
converter
in
terms
of
spacing
they
found
in
the
field
that
difficulty
using
the
winner
array
they
can
get
about
as
far
as
and
a
spacing
of
60
meters
and
then
after
that,
just
the
the
power
10
you
eighths
too
much
on
the
distance.
J
K
K
Basically,
you
choose
your
number
of
layers
and
then
those
boxes
represent
these
search
space
of
the
inversion
and
based
on
those
yeah
and
then
a
basement
of
thickness
and
search
space
in
the
bases
empty
space
I'll
give
you
model
yeah
and
in
this
particular.
This
is
the
way
that
he's
been
doing
it.
I,
don't
know
if
it's
actually
best
practice
but
basically
need
to
teach
says
just
look
for
the
you
know
the
flat
spots
and
then.
M
K
K
K
K
C
K
K
K
K
We
couldn't
find
that
perhaps
potential
existence
of
other
past
surgeries
that
we're
doing
besides
the
Japanese
one
weeks,
five
to
six
dog
recommended
that
I
basically
go
do
a
calibration
by
surveying
at
the
same
points
where
the
that
means
consultant,
it
seemed
instrument,
fashion,
works,
reproduce,
results
and
then,
basically
it
from
week,
seven
and
onwards
go
to
new
villages,
I'm
sure
of
it
as
the
dry
season.
Earlier
this
year,
the
gonna
be
lots
of
villages
that
site
that
need
new
new
wells
to
drill.
K
Yeah
and
just
finishing
out
yeah
here's
a
list
of
some
challenges
that
I
anticipate
I,
don't
really
have
a
conclusion
side,
because
the
work
isn't
finished
by
any
means,
so
I
think
the
first
one
that
I
expect
by
far
is
going
to
be
adverse
weather
conditions,
just
freakish
rain
and
the
the
conductive
screening
of
next
that
that
may
who's,
also
just
more
practically
impassable
roads.
I
was
talking
with
a
los
Paul
naked
as
jgo
physics
passionately.
He.
J
K
K
K
J
K
Second,
big
goal
of
this
project
is
to
build
capacity
to
help
the
engineers
like
I'm,
not
planning,
to
leave
the
instrument
there
so
helping
them
to
be
able
to
use
it
and
continue
to
train
other
people
after
I've.
Loved
language
repair
can
be
a
big
issue.
I
was
know
speaking
on
skype,
with
the
head
engineer
at
the
department,
and
he
said
he
understood
about
50%
of
what
I
said
so,
especially
when
it
comes
to
you
know,
technical
language
I
think
this
could
really
be
made
things
difficult.
K
Fifth
thing
is
ability
to
obtain
replacement
parts,
I've
heard
stories
about
the
nightmarish
bureaucracy
in
my
environment,
sure
that
applies
to
imports
and
sixth,
is
that
or
at
the
department.
They
don't
actually
have
that
many
computers
like
it's
not
that
every
staff
has
computer
and
actually
a
lot
of
work
is
just
on
my
hand
so
because,
in
terms
of
just
having
to
do
love
calculations
by
hand
or
that's
that's
how
they're
accustomed
to
doing
things
using
software
ever,
we
might
be
a
bit
of
a
challenge
at
first.
F
K
K
K
K
K
They've
they've
requested
of
me,
though
you
know
I
just
give
lectures.
They
really
wanted
to
get
the
practical
knowledge
out
of
it
all
right,
yeah,
so
data
acquisition,
QC
processing
using
free
software,
whether
it's
when
I've
been
talking
about
trip,
that's
another
kind,
and
maybe
a
couple
desktop-based
but
researcher
tutorials
walking
to
the
software
correlation
between
abstract,
logs
and
Risa,
studied
this
stuff,
but
yeah
I'm,
very
open
to
ideas-
and
this
is
just
the
beginning.
C
C
What's
this,
you
know
the
support
group
that
you
have
or
who
do
you
interact
with
like?
If
you
were
able
to
pin
it
yeah
I
mean.
Can
you
sketch
out
on
the
board
the
groups
that
you
interact
with
who's
actually
there
to
help
you
out
to
do
certain
things,
because,
my
goodness
you,
you
can't
be
expect
to
do
all
of
this
and
then,
if
you
do
get
into
you
know
some
challenges.
I
mean
who's
there
to
help
you
and
step
in.
K
K
K
K
K
C
Would
you
be
able
to
find
out
contacts
within
them
that
DRD
of
people
who
are
kind
of
familiar
with
the
ground
water
problem
familiar
with
what
went
along
with
deep
just
so
that
you've
got
some
contact
in
the
d-r-e?
That
you'll
be
interacting
with?
Who
knows
something
about
the
history
and
what
went
on.
K
C
So,
from
your
perspective,
he
parachute
in
you
got
50
pounds
of
stuff
right
and
then
okay,
where,
where
would
you
be
physically,
do
to
be
physically
located
and
who's
going
to
help
you
kind
of
plan,
what
your
places
that
you're
going
to
go
and
why
you're
going
to
go
there?
What
you're
going
to
expect?
Where
does
all
that
kind
of
exactly
that's
the
engineer,
so
I
was
that
up
at
the
TRD
level,
so.
K
K
C
D
C
Is
this
is
how
it's
all
going
to
full
I'm
going
to
come
in
to
here
tomorrow?
First
of
all,
where
am
I
going
to
be,
how
am
I
going
to
work
with
somebody
and
a
plan?
You
know
he'll
survey
prioritize
where
I
want
to
go
what
might
object
sar
ISOFIX
at
Keio
and
then
there's
also,
you
know
the
practical
state.
You
look
like
okay,
now
I'm
going
to
be
these
kinds
of
quick
he's.
C
Want
to
be
operating
at,
but
you
don't
want
to
have
to
be
responsible
for
any
government.
25
show
you
know
just
just
to
somehow
kind
of
do.
A
virtual
experiment.
I
mean
if
you
thought
about
that,
like
okay
in
city
of
to
a
virtual
survey
and
how's,
it
all
going
to
work.
Who
will
I
talk
you
to
who's
going
to.
J
K
C
C
This
yahoo,
your
who
you're
going
to
be
interacting
with
what
questions
or
what
things
want
to
do
at
different
levels
or
interaction,
and
that
may
not
take
very
much
of
his
time
wait
but
he's
he
seems
to
be
your
contact
or
so
right
now,
well,
yeah
and
I
think
you
need
to
get
as
much
of
these
things
in
place
before
you
actually
launch
in
there.
Okay,
actually,
it's
probably
easier
to
contact
people
from
here
right
now,
then
it
might
be
he'd
get
to
marry.
My
even
though
you're
in
closer
proximity.
J
C
F
K
K
C
These
kinds
of
questions
were
going
to
get
this
kind
of
information
who
who
do
I
ask
and
again,
just
as
Lindsay
said
that
the
more
you
can
get
for
engagement
or
involvement
of
people,
even
if
they
just
you
know,
submit
a
name
or
something
than
the
least
that
look
you'll
have
a
sense
about
your
overall
project.
I
would
spitting
in
and
they
add
one
thing
to
that
and
then
they're
kind
of
invested
and
then
they're
interested.
So
the
more
that
you
can.
C
C
H
K
M
K
C
O
C
C
N
P
K
P
P
E
N
K
Yeah,
that's
important.
I'm
gonna
try
to
get
a
letter
from
the
department
just
so
they're
poor
people
don't
think
it's
long
yeah
which
it
might
look
like
a
kilometers.
Oh
my.
C
P
K
F
P
K
A
pretty
heavy-duty
rock
hammer,
that's
quite
over.
P
C
D
C
Are
you
still
not
sure?
Yes,
oh
hey
I
sent
you
an
email
last
night
asking
about
the
the
connectivity
model
that
you
have
for
Hawaii,
because
we're
going
to
use
an
example
with
topography
and
with
some
structure
inside
that
might
resonate
with
hydrologist
and
show
the
advantages
or
the
needs
and
some
circumstances
that
use
3d
as
opposed
to
just
one
D.
So
did
you
did
you
ever
do
a
forward
modeling
and
even
just
a
1d
inversion,
so.
J
C
C
N
J
J
So
to
sing
I
did
like
basically
just
comparing
two
different
connecting
model
and
see
the
dip
sensitivity
and
there's
one
particularly
interesting
problem
for
them
to
figure
out
is
so
wheezing
in
the
mountain
or
the
bikini.
The
water
table
is
very
interesting.
There
is
a
sharp
increase
of
the
water
table
going
towards
the
mountain
okay.
J
So
so
it's
kind
of
interesting
so
somewhere
between
so
on
the
west
side,
is
ocean
and
also
also
the
practice
were
a
brackish
water.
That's
more
conductive,
but
above
the
groundwater
is
volcano.
He's
a
basalt.
It's
kinda
like
something
really
resist
you,
so
this
somewhere
between
the
basically,
what
we're
doing
is
looking
for
a
relatively
conductive
object
within
a
volcano
which
is
a
resistive.
Oh.
J
C
Do
you
have
just
a
little
bit
of
background
geology
some
text
paper
or
something
just
to
put
it
into
context,
just
so
that
we
present
this
model
when
we
say
wow,
this
is
actually
emulating
what
is
happening
in
Hawaii.
No,
here's
the
geologic
context,
yeah,
then
we're
then
we're
kind
of
good
to
go.
Yep.
