Hey
everyone,
it's
kenan
from
the
product
team
and
we're
going
to
talk
about
portfolio
management,
4:13
to
go
ahead
and
share
screen
alrighty.
So,
first
off
we're
gonna,
be
continuing
with
our
shared
group
theme,
where
we're
working
with
project
management
on
implementing
epic
swim
lanes
on
issue
boards.
We
started
this
last
last
milestone.
Oh
we're
just
gonna
continue
to
hammer
that
home
and
hopefully
get
it
to
a
point
where
we
can
release
it
at
the
end
of
13.
A
For
those
of
you
who
didn't
watch
last
month,
here's
a
writer-
this
is
just
a
mock-up
of
what
it
will
look
like,
but
you'll
be
able
to
actually
activate
horizontal
swim
lanes
on
your
issue,
boards
that
will
group
your
issues
by
the
epics
that
they're
assigned
to
for
easier
scalability.
Understanding
of
how
much
work
is
in
flight
for
specific
epic
and
also
being
able
to
track
work
that
is
not
assigned
to
an
epic
and
add
it
drag
and
drop
it
to
an
epic
if
you
need
to
we're
also
going
to
be
rolling
out
confidential
epics.
A
So
this
has
been
something:
we've
had
a
lot
of
folks
and
different
regulated
industries
and
banking
finance
or
even
HR
departments
asking
for
the
ability
to
group
confidential
work
together,
like
we
do
with
our
normal
epics
initiatives.
So
since
we
already
had
confidential
issues,
it
wasn't
that
hard
of
a
step
to
get
to
the
point
we
could
provide
confidential,
epics
and
so
you'll
actually
be
able
to
create
a
confidential
epic
and
assign
confidential
issues
to
that
epic
here
soon.
A
Excuse
me
we're
also
going
to
be
releasing
our
new
epic
creation
form
so
right
now,
if
you
create
a
new,
you
click
a
new
epic
button
anywhere
in
the
interface
you
get.
The
opportunity
to
you
know
pick
which
group
it
needs
to
be
in
and
give
it
a
title,
but
nothing
else,
so
the
new
page
will
actually
operate
very
similar
to
our
issues.
Creation
page
will,
let
you
put
in
a
title,
a
description
on
add
labels
and
gates
as
well,
and
this
is
a
mock-up
just
what
it
would
look
like
once
it's
released.
A
Another
small
update
that
we're
gonna
be
adding
is
the
ability
to
edit
health
status
and
bulk
edit
health
status
from
the
issue
list
itself.
So
much
like
you
can
do
with
labels
milestones
of
Sinese
you'll
be
able
to
actually
the
on-track
needs
attention
or
at
risk
to
multiple
issues
or
the
single
action
via
the
issue
list,
and
in
that
same
vein,
we're
going
to
allow
you
to
reassign
issues
to
an
epic
or
add
them
to
an
epic
in
bulk
via
the
issue
list,
and
this
is
what
that
would
look
like
as
well.
