At gitlab, our mission is to change creative work from read only to read, write so that everyone can contribute.

The community relations team supports this mission by working with our community to ensure that they receive the support and recognition they deserve for contributing to git lab contributing to gitlab can include writing blog posts, writing code, helping our documentation having discussions on our forum and social media going to meetups giving presentations, helping us translate gitlab so that everyone can use it helping with ux design and research and much more.

We also support educational institutions and open source projects that host their code on gitlab.
