So we do filtering on that. Still two projects. We remove one here and we have this fancy popular telling us hey. Do you want to reload the table uh to uh display it because this project no longer matches current filter or you want to keep it as it is?

Let's keep it dismissed for now, because we want to do the same using bulk operation, click remove.

It is reloaded with no projects found, and this is it if, if you do the same, uh when you have no filter, uh you will not have this popover, because, obviously, when you have no filter, there is no need to reload the list, because all projects will still be there.
