A
Hi
this
is
jessica
reader
and
I
wanted
to
just
walk
through
some
updates
to
our
all
remote
nurture
cycle,
which
is
how
we
connect
the
remote
lead
funnel
to
the
product
lead
funnel.
This
is
one
of
our
okrs.
It's
something
we've
been
working
on
cleaning
up
and
strengthening
for
a
while,
and
so
this
is
an
improved
flow.
It's
also
a
work
in
progress,
but
I'll
bring
you
up
to
speed.
So,
first
of
all,
I
put
together
this
little
mural,
where
this
may
look
complicated.
If
you
haven't
seen
one
of
these
before.
A
But
if
you
have,
you
can
see
it's
a
very
simple
nurture
that
we
have
so
ultimately,
we
may
even
make
this
more
complicated
and
more
varied,
depending
on
the
people
who
are
coming
through,
but
here's
what
it's
doing.
We
are
collecting
people
more
or
less
from
here.
We
are
bringing
them
through
this
experience
and
we
are
ultimately
nudging
them
toward
here
where
they
can
choose
to
enter
the
product
funnel
and
become
a
product
lead.
So
I'll
walk
you
through
this
at
a
high
level.
A
I'll
show
you
some
of
the
components
and
then
I'll
talk
to
you
a
little
bit
about
what
we're
going
to
do
next.
So,
at
a
high
level,
people
come
to
us
from
various
places.
They
could
be
coming
from
an
external
site.
They
be
coming
from
an
event,
an
email,
social
media.
They
could
also
just
type
in
all
remote.info
or
they
could
be
anywhere
on
about.getlab.com,
especially
our
remote
work
guides.
In
all
of
that
remote
content,
we
try
to
have
ctas
and
the
biggest
place
that
we're
directing
people
to
is
the
remote
playbook.
A
So
the
playbook
is
our
top
performing
piece
of
content,
and
it
also
is
really
strong
at
converting
people,
so
we
use
it
to
convert.
There's
a
cta
there
offering
people
the
option
to
subscribe
for
remote
tips,
and
this
is
what
that
looks
like.
So
they
come
to
the
communication
preference
center,
where
they
can
sign
up
for
any
git
lab
emails,
and
this
is
just
about
to
happen.
The
issue
is
in
process
we're
going
to
have
a
check
box
added
here
to
subscribe
for
remote
emails.
This
is
a
work
in
progress,
that's
our
iteration!
A
So
the
awareness
emails
are
kind
of
making
them
conscious
of
various
remote
work,
best
practices,
tips,
strategies
again
reminder
about
the
playbook,
and
then
they
go
into
consideration
where
we
start
talking
about
processes
and
workflows
and
how
we
use
git
lab
to
do
remote
work
better
and
then
finally,
they
go
through
decision
where
they're
offered
to
either
read
some
remote
case.
Studies
about
companies
that
are
remote
and
use
git
lab-
or
they
can
go
straight
to
the
trial
offer
at
which
point
they
are
into
the
product
funnel.
A
So
then,
at
this
point
they
are
no
longer
a
remote
lead.
They
are
a
product
lead
and
that's
our
goal.
Our
entire
goal,
as
an
awareness
team,
is
to
collect
this
traffic
nudge
it
carefully
and
gently
with
a
very
positive
experience
toward
becoming
a
product
lead
and
that's
what
this
is
all
designed
to
do.
So
this
is
what
the
first
email
looks
like
I'm
going
to
go
through
these
really
quickly,
but
the
first
email
is
straightforward,
just
a
nudge
to
get
to
the
playbook.
A
A
Then
they
get
their
second
email
and
the
second
email
actually
brings
them
to
the
remote
by
gitlab,
video
library.
So
here
they
have
all
of
the
videos
from
the
remote
by
gitlab
event
from
2021.
They
can
click
through
any
of
them.
We
also
link
them
to
a
couple
of
the
best
ones,
so
they
can
watch
some
videos
and
learn
from
all
these
other
companies.
It's
a
nice
brand
awareness
for
all
of
us
and
then
they
get
the
next
email.
A
Second,
consideration:
email
is
similar,
it's
about
informal
communication
and
they
go
to
the
informal
commission
communication
guide
in
the
same
track
and
they
also
have
the
cta
for
free
trial
and
you'll
also
notice
at
the
end
of
this
track.
If
they
follow
it
through
to
the
end,
then
they're
brought
to
the
product
demo
the
six
minute
demo.
So
this
is
a
great
experience
for
people
who
want
to
learn
more
about
what
gitlab
actually
does.
A
Then
they
finally
receive
the
decision
email.
So
the
decision
email
gives
them
opportunity
to
check
out
some
case
studies
or
to
just
go
straight
to
the
product
trial.
At
that
point,
we
hope
that
they're
happy.
They
have
a
good
feeling
about
gitlab.
They
understand
more
about
what
gitlab
the
product
can
do
for
their
remote
team
and
they're
ready
to
give
it
a
free
try.
A
Some
of
them
will
go
to
the
playbook.
A
lot
of
them
will
go
to
the
playbook.
Some
of
them
will
go
to
the
trial
offer,
but
most
of
them
are
going
to
go
into
this
flow.
If
you
want
to
understand
by
the
way
the
decision
flow
from
what
is
remote
work
to
what
is
git
lab,
you
can
follow
this
line.
This
is
what
we've
found
to
work
just
go
straight
across
the
path
factory
line,
and
that's
really
how
people
go
from
awareness
to
decision.
A
As
far
as
what
we've
seen,
the
only
other
thing
to
call
out
is
that
the
work
from
home
field
guide
doesn't
really
connect
back
to
the
rest
of
the
content.
So
with
our
future
reports,
we're
going
to
work
better
on
making
sure
that
those
are
connected
back
into
the
flow
and
keep
people
in
the
nurture
experience
and
keep
them
moving
through
the
funnel.
But
it's
still
a
great
piece
of
content,
and
I
think
it's
really
really
worth
it
for
us
to
use
it.
So
I've
kept
it
in
the
flow.
That's
it.
