A
Which
ones
all
right?
Here's
the
weekly
for
code
review
team.
I
wanted
to
give
an
update.
It's
been
a
long
time
coming,
but
we
finally
found
a
great
candidate
to
fill
in
for
the
vacancy
left
by
justin.
Stanislav
lashmanov
has
started
yesterday,
but
so
happens
that
this
week
is
the
holiday
week
in
russia.
So
we
kind
of
like,
as
as
the
values
dictate,
I
sent
him
off
on
holiday
on
his
first
day.
A
So,
that's
just
to
say
that
he'll
be
available
this
week,
but
we're
very
excited
to
have
him
join
the
team
because
he,
through
throughout
the
interview
process,
he
did
virata
bring
up
a
lot
of
technical
skills
relevant
to
our
challenges.
A
He
was
pretty
much
on
top
of
all
those
topics,
so
he's
gonna
be
coming
with
a
lot
of
experience,
especially
about
view
three
that
will
definitely
can
use
some
some
some
guidance.
A
He
was
actually
speaking
about
a
problem
that
he's
dealing
with
that
he's
going
to
write
an
article
about
streaming
data
from
the
back
end
to
the
front
end
progressively
and
that
sounded
eerily
similar
to
the
batch
diffs
that
we
do
on
the
mrs,
so
that's
gonna
be
fun,
so
yeah
I'll
be
so
we'll
be
working
on
his
onboarding
over
the
next
couple
of
weeks.
A
My
our
plan
is
that
it's
gonna
be
a
bit
tight
for
him
to
start
on
the
deliverables
chain
in
14-8,
so
we'll
probably
get
a
few
work
outside
of
the
schedule,
things
for
him
14-8,
but
you
can
expect
a
little
bump
in
capacity
guy
in
14-9
for
him
to
start
picking
up
deliverables,
but
that's
all
for
now,
you'll
be
seeing
on
slack.
Please
reach
out
for
coffee
chats.
He
has
a
post
on
the
new
team
members
channel
where
exactly
in
russia,
it's
a
small
town.
A
Because
of
time
zones
yeah,
I
believe
so
I
believe
so
yeah
if
well
it's
kind
of
like
three
hours
more
than
me,
so
I
don't
know
reach
out
to
him.
I
I
so
I
one
of
the
things
that
he
has
been
has
been
working
10
years
remotely,
so
you
know
time
zones
blend
when
you're
working
remotely
it's
a
they're,
a
blur,
so
yeah,
hopefully
you'll
be
able
to
meet
him.
It's
pretty
funny,
so
I
think
you'll
get
along
really
nice.
A
A
I'm
kidding,
but
but
yeah
he's
looking
forward
to
meeting
you
all
and
so
reach
out
and
see.
If
you
can
find
a
range
of
time,
it's
going
to
be
fun
and
you'll
feel
welcome.
So
I
appreciate
it.
A
Yeah
bor,
that's
I
don't
know
if
that's
how
you
say
it,
but
but
yeah
cold
russia,
and
that's
it
any
questions
about
stars.
Yeah.
B
A
Cool,
oh
yes,
and
he
will
be
working
on
vs
code
stuff,
so
any
work
you'll
be
on
boarding
with
tomasz
on
the
code
base,
so
it
can
help
maintain
and
improve
the
features.
So
that
was
also
part
of
the
interview
process
cool
my
next
one
again,
we
already
talked
about
earlier,
but
parental
leave
is
coming,
I'm
aiming
for
1.5
months,
one
and
a
half
months
as
soon
as
the
baby
arrives.
We're
going
to
have
a
couple
people
fill
in
for
me
what's
relevant
to
this
group.
A
Is
that
the
the
planning
of
the
milestone,
like
the
sokai,
the
finishing
up
of
the?
What
we
usually
do
you,
and
I
you
should
probably
sync
up
with
phil
on
that
I'll
leave
behind
a
list
of
issues
for
him
to
pick
up
he'll
check
the
capacity
of
the
team,
get
the
final
count
and
and
help
close
that
down.
So
you
can
check
that
with
phil,
but
we'll
have
an
acting
em
in
my
place
so
that
anybody
reaching
out
to
a
front-end
engineering
manager
of
our
groups.
A
They
know
who
to
reach
out
to,
and
that
would
be
kushal.
So,
that's
that's
what
we're
going
to
be
doing,
there's
an
issue
for
it
I'll
link
it
there.
Okay.
D
Yeah
yeah,
I
was
just
gonna,
say
we'll
just
invite
phil
I'll
put
something
on
the
calendar
next
week
and
plan
more
in
advance
than
we
normally
do.
Okay,.
A
I
might
I
might
loop
in
kushal
as
well
he's
so
he's
in
india,
but
he
works
late,
so
you'll
be
able
to
because
at
least
both
of
them
will
be
in
the
loop
of
what
we
usually
do,
which,
as
you
and
I
know,
it's
very
loose
and
it's
very,
very
effective,
as
we
as
you've
seen,
but
but
yeah
I'll
include
them
both
when
we
do
that.
A
And
that's
that's
it.
Thank
you.
C
Maybe
I'll
be
taking
next
week
off
my
dominant
hand,
is
flaring
badly
enough
that
I
need
to
just
wrap
it
in
a
mitt
and
not
use
it
for
a
week.
I
really
don't
want
to
have
surgery
on
my
dominant
hand,
so
I'm
still
figuring
out
what
I'm,
what
I'm
doing
since
I've
only
been
back
at
work
for
like
an
hour.
So
as
soon
as
I
know
what
I'm
working
on
I'll
know,
if
there
are
any
things
to
cover,
I
don't
think
so.
A
C
My
thumb
tendon,
I
had
a
cortisone
shot
in
it
last
year
and
it
helped
for
about
six
months,
but
it's
been
gradually
getting
worse
and
noah
won't
be
here
next
week.
So
it's
my
excuse
to
turn
off
all
the
laptops
turn
off
my
cell
phone
wrap
it
up
and
please
recommend
tv
shows
to
me
it's
gonna
suck.
I
don't
want
to.
B
You
should
you
should
get
one
of
those
shorthanded
machines
where
it's
just
like
it's
all.
It's
like
it's
like
syllables
with
one
hand
you.
D
F
So
we
can
talk
security
allocation,
but
not
much
has
changed
since
last
time
we
met
or
before
the
holidays,
so
we're
still
chugging
away
at
them.
There's
I
can
share
some
I'll
put
some
links
in
the
agenda.
F
We're
still.
The
team
is
still
kind
of
fully
focused
on
working
on
security
issues.
We
have
a
few
in
flight
right
now
kind
of
stalled
out
a
little
bit
over
the
holidays
when
most
people
were
out,
but
we're
picking
it
back
up
now,
still
no
update
on
exactly
when
we're
going
to
be
done
with
that,
but
the
plan
is
still
to
keep
just
working
on
all
the
security
issues
and
I'll
put
some
some
more
links
in
there.
F
After
I'm
done,
I
don't
have
questions
about
security
allocation.
F
Yeah
still
still
nothing,
I
now
that
people
are
all
mostly
back
in
the
office.
I
suspect
I
haven't
heard
anything,
but
I
suspect
that
we'll
start
bringing
this
up
again
around
like
okay.
Are
we
really
need
to
finish
all
the
security
issues?
Is
there
some
happy
medium,
some
kind
of
balance
we
can
make?
I
I
suspect
those
conversations
will
start
up
again
now
that
we're
back.
D
Yeah,
I
think
that
was
sort
of
my
thought
too.
I
wasn't
sure
if
anything
had
happened
over
the
last
two
weeks.
Well,
while
everyone
was
gone,
that
may
be
some
more
progressive
for
me,
but
okay,
that's
fine!
I
just
yeah,
I'm
anxious
to
get
back
to
mergibility
work
so.
D
D
All
right,
welcome
back
everyone
happy
new
year
enjoy
the
start
of
2022.,
see
how
it
goes.
It'll.
