If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
I
will
be
talking
about
out
of
office,
accomplishments,
community
contributions,
catch
up,
compensation,
timeline,
the
annual
compensation
review,
throughput,
okrs
and
recognizing
team
members
I'll
be
out
of
the
office
on
monday.
It
is
an
american
holiday
labor
day,
so
you
all
can
decide
whether
or
not
you
want
to
have
the
regular
meeting
with
those
that
are
in
the
office.
On
my
day,
I
wanted
to
say:
congratulations
celebrations.
A
Go
for
andre.
He
worked
with
eric
johnson
on
the
mit
mentioned
program
and
there
are
links
below
to
his
two
presentations.
So
thank
you,
andre
for
your
participation
and
happy
anniversary.
Michelle
is
one
years
old
right
now.
Michelle
has
been
here
at
get
lab
for
for
one
year
and
we
appreciate
everything
that
you've
contributed
to
gitlab
and
look
forward
to
many
many
many
many
more
thanks
michelle
and
a
big
congratulations
to
the
create
stage.
Ems.
A
We
have
zero,
zero
idle
community
contributions.
I
created
the
idle
community
contribution
dashboard
along
with
some
other
charts
last
week
and
wrote
them
out
to
you
all
and
you
all
just
jumped
on
them.
So
thank
you
so
much
for
all
of
your
efforts
in
the
last
week
on
this.
A
And
I'm
not
setting
a
goal,
but
I
do
want
to
track
the
number
of
community
contribution
mr's
that
have
been
open
for
60
days
or
less.
As
of
today
we
have
50..
So
let's
see
how
much
we
can
reduce
this
number
for
that
and
another.
Thank
you
for
your
work
on
the
catch-up
compensation
I
felt
like
they
went
pretty
smoothly.
It
we've
been
working
on
this
for
almost
a
little
more
than
a
month
since
august
18th,
and
maybe
prior
to
that.
So
thank
you.
A
And
the
annual
conver
review
is
coming
up
just
when
we
finish
catch
up
and
right
after
we
did
360
feedback.
Now
we
have
the
annual
compara
review,
which
is
what
everyone's
really
looking
at,
because
you
know
it
affects
your
salary.
So
I
just
wanted
to
give
you
a
reminder
to
start
taking
notes,
gathering
your
thoughts
on
all
of
your
team
members,
because
this
is
always
such
a
big
job
to
do,
and
I
believe
they're
going
to
make
some
changes
to
the
process,
and
I
don't
know
what
they
are.
A
You
would
just
be
better
prepared
if
you
just
start
now
and
pace
yourself,
I
did
want
to
provide
some
suggestions
for
different
ways
to
describe
the
accomplishments
as
you're
gathering
the
data,
and
I
listed
always
linking
to
evidence,
is
always
very
good,
a
description,
a
text
description
of
what
they
did,
the
skills
that
they
learned
or
used
that
are
your
soft
or
technical,
and
what
was
the
impact
gitlab
or
the
results?
A
Just
a
thought.
If
you
all
have
your
own
process,
that's
fine!
I
just
want
to
provide
a
little
bit
of
guidance
august
through
well
august
is
over,
so
I
usually
give
sizes
like
a
week
to
regulate
and
get
all
the
mrs
in,
but
definitely
sometime
next
week
in
first
week
of
september,
worst
case
scenarios
beginning
the
second
week
of
september.
Let's
work
on
doing
the
august
through
good
luck.
A
Also.
This
is
a
great
time
to
look
at
the
okrs
and
where
we
are,
we've
done
a
full
month
of
the
quarter.
So
during
the
101s
this
week
or
next
week
coming
up,
I
will
be
asking
for
status
updates
on
those.
A
All
right,
so,
we
recently
took
a
survey
here
at
get
lab
and
the
results
of
that
survey
state
that
a
large
percentage
of
team
members
are
not
feeling
recognized.
So
the
first
reaction
I
had
to
this
was:
let's
create
an
issue.
Let's
talk
about
it.
This
is
a
great
topic
for
discussion,
so
I
basically
mentioned
all
of
you
on
the
issue
and
what
I'd
like
to
see
are
your
ideas
for
how
you
recognize
your
team
members
or
recommendations
for
new
ideas
on
how
you
recognize
your
team
members?
A
I
did
start
off
the
conversation,
because
I
had
some
ideas
that
I
wanted
to
put
down,
but
I
really
do
want
to
hear
what
everyone
thinks
about
how
to
recognize
their
team
members-
and
that's
all
I
have
for
this
week.
So
everyone
enjoy
your
weekend,
whether
it's
long
or
short-
and
I
will
see
you
all
next
week-.
