the
first
thing
I
wanted
to
bring
to
your
attention
is:
I'm
making
a
change
in
the
cadence
that
we
have
discussion
questions
as
per
the
results
of
the
policy
survey,
so
we
will
have
discussion,
questions
bi-weekly,
so
one
every
other
week.
A
The
goal
here
is
to
not
overwhelm
you
and
to
give
you
time
to
really
process
what
we
discussed
in
these
issues.
So
please
take
your
time,
but
not
too
much
time,
because
I
will
probably
open
and
close
them
after
a
few
weeks.
Also
the
create
weekly
meetings,
I'm
going
to
change
those
to
be
every
other
week
per
the
poly
survey
results
for
that
as
well.
So
this
week
we
will
not
have
one.
Next
week
we
will.
There
will
basically
be
alternate
weeks
of
the
application
performance
meeting.

Accomplishments,
so
we
just
wrapped
up
create
team
day.
I
I
just
wanted
to
thank
michelle
for
leading
the
and
organizing
the
team
day
this
time.
The
goal
is
to
share
that
responsibility
and
that
joy,
right
and
during
times
like
these,
it's
so
important
to
have
events
like
this,
where
we
can
kind
of
relax,
get
to
know
each
other
and
have
fun.

just
want
to
highlight
two
awesome
shirts
that
were
drawn
as
part
of
one
of
our
games
and
a
special
thank
you
to
thomas
randolph
for
the
jackpots
tv
that
was
really
cool.

Quality,
stable
cameras
all
right,
so
I
am
just
tracking
these
to
see
how
often
we're
interacting
with
the
quality
team
and
I'm
measuring
this
by
examining
the
quad,
ready
and
quad
action
taking
and
quite
no
action
taken
labels.
This
is
what
we
had
in
134
were
about
probably
like
19
interactions
that
have
been
recorded
and
in
13.5
we
are
already
up
to
about
15.,
so
I
think
we're
doing
really
well.

So
let's
keep
up
the
good
work
and
continue
to
interact
with
the
quality
team
community
contribution,
so
we're
not
doing
so
great
here
we
started
at
50
at
the
beginning
of
the
month
and
we're
at
52
now
so
there's
been
no
improvement
on
the
overall
number.
Maybe
some
have
been
closed
but
others
have
been
opened
so
during
our
one-on-ones
I'd
like
to
take
a
moment
to
really
look
at
these
and
see
which
one
of
these
we
can
update,
comment,
close
move
on
a
lot
of
these.
Don't
have
a
get
lab
person
assigned
to
them.

think
that
would
be
really
helpful
if
we
assign
them
to
someone
because
not
having
them
assigned.
It
means
the
community
contributor
is
the
dri
and
I
don't
think
that
we
want
to
go
that
route
since
they
have
no
motivation
to
close
these
in
60
days
or
less.
So
if
we
could
take
a
look
at
our
own
individual
team,

at

process

even
in
that
part,

that
process,
you're
going
to
have
to
have
some
notes
or
take
some
notes
about
your
team
members
and
some
of
their
accomplishments.

want
to
kind
of
start
making
some
time
in
your
calendar
to
do
that,
but
we'll
talk
more
about
it
in
the
one-on-ones
next
week,
and
this
is
just
a
schedule
we
are
around
here
now
september-
30th,
the

going
to
be
updating
the
compensation
calculator,
so
pay
close
attention
to
that.

that
will
be
mid
next

I
said
we're
going
to
start
working
on
implementing
this
new
framework
at
the
em
level,
which
means
you
will
have
to
look
at
all
of
your
em.

evaluate
them
and

in
the

enjoy

say
that
many
of
them
have
had
small
iterative
feedback
for
me
and
I've
been
changing
the
way.

want
to
say
that
they
were
great.
Obviously,
you
know
saying
people's
names
next
to
an
mr
is
one
thing,
but
getting
to
know
them
and
knowing
what
motivates
them
and
knowing
you
know
a
little
bit
about
their
personal
story
is
really
nice
and
it's
just.
I
can
better
understand
people
and
and
picture
that
when
I'm
looking
at
the
work-
and
I
just
like
doing
that
so
great
team
members-
you
guys
are
very
few-
people-
are
very
lucky
family
and
friends
day.
So
we
have
another
one
coming
up
in
october.

just
excited
that
we
have
another
one
october
9th
and
if
you
all
want
to
make
special
plans,
but
just
know
that
if
you
don't
go
to
work
that
day,
you're
not
going
to

no
