A
Hey
my
name
is
kristen
debenko
and
I'm
a
senior
pm
in
the
knowledge
group
in
the
create
stage
at
gitlab.
Our
our
group
works
on
three
category
level
features.
We
have
wiki
design
management
and
design
system.
This
is
our
13.4
kickoff
in
1304.
We're
going
to
have
three
areas
of
focus,
the
last
of
which
is
the
direction
issue,
but
the
first
area
of
focus
and
more
than
half
more
than
half
of
our
backing
capacity
will
be
on.
This
is
wrapping
up
group
level
wiki.
A
A
The
second
area
of
focus
is
getting
our
telemetry
in
place
for
tracking
our
performance
indicator.
A
For
us,
that's
the
number
of
active
users
in
30
days
who
viewed
or
uploaded
designs,
so
the
team's
going
to
make
sure
that
we're
tracking
front
end
views
as
well
as
backend
actions
and
getting
those
combined
together,
so
that
we
get
a
good
metric
for
our
performance
indicator
and,
last
but
not
least,
our
direction
issue,
which
is
the
ability
to
market
to
do
as
done
in
the
design
view.
A
So
why
this
is
important
is
that,
right
now,
when
you're?
Looking
at
your
to-do
list,
if
someone
has
app
mentioned
you
on
a
design,
you'll
see
it
and
you
can
click
it
and
it
opens
up
design
view,
and
if
you
want
to
actually
dismiss
that
to
do
you
can't
just
click
the
mark
as
done
button
that
we're
used
to
seeing
on
every
gitlab
issue.
A
A
This
has
become
more
important
as
we've
been
dog
fooding
it
internally,
because
we
all
know
how
get
lab
works
and
we
know
how
to
clear
to
do's.
So
this
is
a
really
important
feature
to
do.
Here.
Is
the
designs
for
it?
It's
going
to
be
very
simple,
just
a
mark,
as
done
button
which
lets
you
clear
it
and
then
the
opposite,
which
is
added
to
do,
which
would
obviously
then
add
the
to-do
to
your
list.
