Description
Join Niyati Shah for an overview of Education Services
A
All
right,
thank
you
all
so
much
for
joining
us
today
for
the
CS
skills
exchange
session.
It's
going
to
be
fairly
fluid
of
a
session.
Today
we're
going
to
talk
specifically
about
the
customer
education
team.
We
have
Mia
the
Shah
here
to
kind
of
help
us
with
that
process
kind
of
interesting
timing,
because
we
immediately
just
did
an
overview
on
the
all
CS
All
Hands
call
a
couple
of
weeks
ago.
I've
included
the
recording
for
that.
A
Hopefully,
a
lot
of
you
were
able
to
attend
that
live
or
were
able
to
take
a
look
at
the
recording,
but
me
if
you'll
actually
pass
it
off
to
you
for
any
opening
comments
and
then
the
rest
of
the
call
we'll
just
keep
it
fairly.
You
know
fluid
on
content,
but
really
we
just
want
to
make
sure
you
know
you
have
all
of
the
questions
and
answers
that
you
need
as
you're
talking
about
customer
education
so
over
to
you
thanks.
B
Pallavi
yeah
team
wanted
to
jump
on
this
call
because
I
know
that
many
of
you
had
questions
after
that
very
rapid
fire
of
information
sharing
in
our
CS
all
hands,
and
so
I
wanted
to
ensure
that
I'm
here
to
answer
any
additional
questions,
concerns
that
you
may
have
also
to
kind
of
share
and
clarify
some
additional
items
that
have
been
asked
a
few
times
since
our
last
since
the
Cs
All
Hands
called
so
I
wanted
to
start
out
by
talking
about
that.
B
There's
some
conversation
and
I'm
I'm
still
trying
to
figure
out
where
this
information
is
within
our
gitlab
handbook,
because
few
of
our
customers
are
getting
to
it
prior
to
I
want
to
say
November
of
2023.
We
had
this
sorry
2022.
B
We
had
this
notion
of
training
and
certification
and
the
self-paced
courses
being
part
of
a
bundle
that
individuals
had
to
purchase
and
it
was
for
500
I
want
to
clarify.
Now
is
that
as
of
March,
we
have
kind
of
decoupled
that
process
and
have
lowered
the
price
for
our
certification
So.
Currently
we
offer
four
free
self-paced
courses
to
all
of
our
customers.
We
have
created
a
special.
B
You
know
sub
bucketing
or
you
know,
sub
cohorting
for
our
ultimate
customers,
but
all
of
our
other
customers
also
have
access
to
level
up,
and
these
self-paced
courses,
the
four
self-paced
courses,
are
getting
started
with
gitlab
with
Git
Basics.
We
have
the
CI
CD
course.
We
have
the
project
management
course
and
we
have
the
security
course.
All
four
of
these
are
available
for
self-study
they're
not
only
available
to
our
customers,
but
they're
also
available
to
our
general
audience
as
well.
B
The
place
that
individuals
can
go
to
sign
up
is
levelup.gitlab.com
if
we
are
like
all
of
us
here
are
internal
users,
so
we
actually,
whenever
we
go
to
levelup.gitlab.com,
we
get
folded
directly
into
our
internal
dashboard.
So
if
you
do
want
to
see
what
an
external
user
sees
open
an
incognito
window
and
then
go
to
levelup.gitlab.com
and
you'll
actually
see
what
an
external
users,
having
said
that
we
are
offering
four
certification
exams,
each
exam
is
150
dollars
per
attempt.
B
I
was
really
hoping
to
launch
e-commerce
on
level
up
platforms
so
that
anyone
can
go
to
the
exam
or
the
certification
that
they
wanted
to
consume
or
acquire
and
use
a
credit
card
for
purchase,
because
now
the
price
has
been
dropped
to
150
USD
per
exam
attempt.
However,
due
to
internal
bandwidth,
that
project
has
been
put
on
hold
until
Matterhorn
and
few
of
our
other
projects
are
out
in
production,
and
so,
instead
of
the
May
1st
timeline,
we
are
probably
expecting
somewhere
around
the
June
time,
June
timeline
for
the
e-commerce
to
launch.
B
But
while
we
wait
for
e-commerce
to
launch,
we
have
launched
a
certification
SKU
that
we
can
use
through
a
order
form.
I
know
this
is
not
the
best
process,
because
if
you
just
want
to
purchase
one
certification
exam,
it
can
be
a
really
cumbersome
process,
but
at
least
for
customers
that
are
looking
for.
You
know
that
10
to
12
to
15
or
even
hundreds
of
certifications,
we
do
have
a
certification
SKU
that
you
all
can
leverage
such
that
your
customers
are
able
to.
B
C
I
was
just
typing
away
in
the
dock,
but
I
am
in
the
middle
of
my
onboarding
and
I
wanted
to
do
certifications
myself
and
in
the
30
60
90
Day
essay,
onboarding
Journey,
there's
some
links
there
and
it
says:
do
the
git
live
Associates
certification,
but
when
I
go
to
gitlab
level
up
it
doesn't
actually
it
doesn't
follow
the
same
naming
structure
anymore
and
the
thing
that
I
could
find
I
can't
actually
sign
up
for
so
I
was
wondering
how
I
should
do
that
or
should
I
just
wait
a
little
bit
longer.
No.
B
I
think,
first
of
all,
if
you
could
actually
send
me
your
onboarding
guide,
so
I
can
actually
update
all
of
the
names
and
the
links
and
and
things
of
that
sort
so
that
it
is
pointing
to
the
right
area
after
this
call
I
will
in
this
stock
itself,
Dominique
I
will
make
sure
that
I
do
include
the
correct
certification
that
you
do
have
access
to
and
how
to
register
for
them
and
oil
of
them
as
part
of
your
onboarding
perfect.
All.
B
D
I
had
I
took
up
an
idea
of
going
in
Incognito
because
I
also
I'm
I'm
just
about.
D
B
So
as
far
as
the
internal
Panorama
is
concerned,
and
like
so
internal
area
where
we
access
our
certifications
and
registration,
we
are
actually
going
to
fix
that
in
another
week.
So
by
April
10th,
you
will
see
very
easy.
Pathways
and
it'll
just
it'll
be
a
singular
learning
path
that
says
getting
started
with
Git
lab
and
it
will
have
the
four
courses
and
the
associated
exams
with
it
in
a
singular
path
for
you.
You
won't
have
to
go
through
the
e-commerce
piece
at
all.
B
It
will
just
Auto
register
you
into
the
exams
themselves,
and
so
you
will
be
able
to
go
through
that
process.
So
just
give
me
until
April
10th
for
that.
Until
then
you
know
you
do
have
access
to
the
courses
but
not
to
the
certification
exams.
D
A
Hugo
looks
like
you're
typing
the
next
one.
Oh
sorry,
I.
B
F
Yeah
I
just
want
to
ask
I.
Remember
you
said
that
there's
a
possibility
to
customize
experience
for
larger
customers
so
that
you
know
the
experience
is
kind
of
much
better
I
wonder
how
do
we
do
that
I,
for
example,
have
a
new
customer
Kingfisher,
an
Ultimus
and
I
think
that
was
coming
handy
if
I
can
present
them
a
way
to
customize
their
own
sort
of
Education
experience.
B
Yeah
so
I
think
that
at
this
point
in
time,
Team
there's
a
lot
that
we
can
do
with
customization
for
our
customers.
But
the
one
thing
that
I
do
want
to
keep
in
mind
is
that
I'm
running
a
very
lean
team.
We
have
three
team
members
that
are
supporting
all
of
our
customers
at
the
moment
in
building
out
content
and
also
managing
the
level
up
infrastructure.
B
So
I
I
have
to
figure
out
those
thresholds
Greg
to
what
you
know
what
what
we
can
potentially
do
for
our
customers
and
customization
I
think
with
the
Kingfisher
one
I
think
Team
Four
at
least
the
next
month
month
and
a
half
the
best
way
to
kind
of
get
started
is
Ping
Us
in
the
Education
Services
slack
Channel,
saying:
hey,
I
have
a
new
customer
and
here's
my
you
know
my
need
for
customization
or
I
would
like
to
have
customization,
and
we
can
kind
of
really
quickly
talk
asynchronously
to
what
the
possibilities
could
be
right
now.
B
You
know,
for
example,
so
far
we
have
only
spun
up
a
separate
area
for
all
of
our
Enterprise
I
mean
sorry
all
of
our
ultimate
customers,
and
then
the
second
one
we
have
done
is
for
UBS,
and
so
we're
also
looking
at
Lululemon,
for
example,
and
NatWest
as
like
the
next
couple,
other
ones
for
a
dedicated
support
area
for
them.
B
Yeah,
that's
correct,
but
they're
going
to
be
put
into
a
generic.
You
know
ultimate
customer
Enterprise.
B
You
know
bucket
for
them.
Okay,.
F
I
see
so
and
when
you
talk
about
customization,
just
what
are
the
boundaries
and
what
can
be
customized
that
if
I
have
this
conversation
with
them,
what
should
I
stay
away
from
and
then
what
what
is
really
possible?
What
is
easy
to
do
and
what
isn't.
B
Yeah,
so
let
me
actually
show
you
what
we
have
done
for
UBS,
and
so
when
we
are
looking
at
UBS,
we
created
a
separate
landing
page
for
them.
So
let
me
just
quickly
show
you
the
design
here
and
so
what
we
did
is
we
built
out
a
custom
landing
page
for
UBS
customers,
and
so
in
this
case,
all
UBS
team
members
go
through
this
onboarding
process
and
they're.
B
Only
when
we
look
at
the
reporting
and
the
cohorting
and
things
of
that
sort,
it
is
just
UBS
team
members
they
have
access
to
so
far.
Sorry,
let
me
go
back
to
the
content.
The
content
that
they
have
access
to
is
that
this
team
only
wanted
a
very
subset
of
our
training
materials.
They
wanted
all
four
of
our
learning
courses,
but
they
only
wanted
access
to
two
of
our
certification
exams.
B
The
rationale
being
is
that
UBS
has
purchased
100,
plus
certification
exams
from
us,
they're
looking
to
purchase
a
thousand
more
from
us,
and
they
only
wanted
their
team
members
to
take
these
two
certification
exams
as
part
of
their
internal
Learning
and
Development
process,
and
so
we
were
able
to
build
out
this
curated
area
for
the
team
such
that
we
can
have
really
robust
reporting
for
them.
We
can
ensure
that
their
Learners
have
access
to
only
the
content
that
they
would
like
them
to
consume
in
the
cases
of
customers
where
they
have
purchased.
B
You
know
either
instructor-led
training
or
certification
from
us,
and
they
only
want
their
Learners
to
go
through
a
very
specific
path
of
consuming
the
things
that
they
have
purchased.
We
can
do
those
customizations
through
this
area
through
this
cohorting
methodology
that
I'm
showing
you
at
the
moment.
Another
thing
that's
really
cool
for
some
of
our
really
larger
customers
and
I'll.
Take
it
slow
this
time
because
I
know
I
went
through
very
quickly
is
again
for
UBS.
B
We
have
built
out
this
dashboard
for
them
because
they
had
very
specific
requests
and
questions
from
us
prior
to
us,
onboarding
them
on
level
up.
We
were
sending
all
of
this
data
manually
on
a
weekly
basis,
we'd
consumed
a
lot
of
time
and
energy
from
all
parties
involved
now
by
actually
creating
this
curated
area
for
them.
Within
our
learning
platform,
we
have
created
a
self-serve
mechanism
for
UBS
team
members
or
admins
to
go
in
and
pull
this
data
as
and
when
they
want.
B
The
great
thing
is
is
that
this
data
gets
updated
at
least
every
24
hours,
but
we
do
have
the
ability
of
refreshing
doing
a
hard
refresh
when
we
want
throughout
the
day,
and
so
in
this
case
the
customer.
What
they
wanted
to
know
is
like
how
many
Learners
do
I
have
for
the
git
lab
associate
exam.
How
many
individuals
have
actually
passed
the
exam
of
the
the
100
certifications
that
have
initially
purchased
from
us?
You
know:
how
are
they
using
like
how
are
students
or
Learners
actually
consuming
that
content?
B
They
wanted
to
know
exactly
who's
registered.
They
wanted
to
know
of
the
courses
that
individuals
are
taking.
How
are
they
registered
and
the
other
thing
that
is
the
limitation
of
our
platform
is
that
when
we
set
this
up
for
UBS,
we
couldn't
actually
domain
gate.
The
email
address
that
they
register
from.
So
they
wanted
a
running
list
of
individuals
that
are
signing
up
with
non-ubs
emails
because
they
they
would
like
to
remove
them
on
a
weekly
basis
from
there
from
their
panorama.
F
Yeah,
that
is
a
very
comprehensive
and
quite
a
lot,
so
the
idea
is
obviously
you're
sure
stopped
and
it
takes
a
while
a
long
time
to
do
any
of
that
kind
of
work.
So
essentially,
if
I,
you
know
connect
with
you,
I
think.
Initially
it
takes
a
couple
of
months
for
something
like
that
to
be
put
together
right.
F
A
couple
of
weeks:
okay,
what
even
even
better
awesome
yes
and
can
you
decouple
different
courses
into
something
else?
So,
for
example,
if
you
take
the
material
out
of
a
all
those
courses
and
put
something
else
together,
is
that
possible
or
that's
that's
crazy
talk.
B
It
is
possible,
but
right
now
until
I
want
to
say,
mid
May,
it's
crazy
talk,
but
after
maybe
it
is
possible.
Another
thing
to
kind
of
note
here,
Greg
is
that
what
I
showed
you
was
just
the
course
content
that
we
have
available
on
level
up,
but
when
we're,
let's
take
UBS
as
an
example,
we
have
only
added
our
learning
courses
on
there,
but
I
can
foresee
a
world
where
we're
probably
adding
in
a
resource.
B
If
we're
seeing
like
top
10
support
tickets
commonly
asked
questions,
maybe
we
can
create
another,
you
know
knowledge
dark
or
something
for
them
that
they
can.
They
can
use
within
this
within
this,
like
yeah.
B
That
sort-
and
the
really
great
thing
is
that
we
don't
actually
need
to
so
say,
for
example,
something
that
we
have
in
high
spot.
We
can
actually
take
a
link
from
high
spot
and
add
it
to
the
content
that
we
make
available
to
them,
so
we're
not
actually
managing
the
content
in
two
different
places,
but
we're
just
linking
it.
B
So
it
is
possible
for
them
so
kind
of
think
about
the
fact
that
you
could
think
about
your
high
spot,
some
of
your
high
spot
resources,
and
even
just
linking
that
in
here,
so
that
there
is
a
single
place
for
the
for
a
customer
to
go
to
to
get
all
of
the
information
that
they
need,
or
vice
versa
in
your
high
spot,
including
the
level
up.
You
know
curated
link
for
that
customer
such
that
they
have
one
area
of
resource
management.
F
Okay,
I
understood
and
does
UBS
put
in
their
own
material,
for
example,
their
own
type
of
onboarding
that
is
have
git
lab,
have
their
own
stuff,
or
that
would
be
not
not
a
great
approach.
B
No,
it
is
possible,
and
so
with
UBS
we
are
actually
meeting
with
them
towards
the
end
of
May
to
actually
think
about
what
additional
content
they
would
like
to
have
added
here
as
well.
B
The
the
concern
that
we
have
with
some
of
our
you
know
again
taking
UBS
as
an
example
is
that
they
already
have
their
own
learning
management
system
and
those
Learning
Management
systems
are
attached
to
their
hris
system,
which
is
human
resources,
information
systems,
and
so,
while
you
know
it
it
in,
if
they
don't
actually
have
an
internal
learning
management
system
that
they
have,
then
I
can
foresee
a
world
where
they
would
want
to
elaborate
leverage.
A
Before
we
move
on
to
the
next
question,
the
Iran
had
a
question
in
the
chat
about,
if
there's
a
cost
associated
with
the
custom
landing
pages
sure
so.
G
I
promise,
let
me
rephrase
that
actually
so
the
use
guys
that
I'm
thinking
about
is
this
right:
I'm
working
with
ATV
on
an
upgrade
from
premium
to
Ultimate,
500
and
somewhat
users,
so
I
think
it
would
be
great
to
just
have
like
a
custom
landing
page
where
you
still
have
the
same
content,
but
where
they
could
go
in
and
actually
see
how
their
users
are
progressing
and
and
actually
using
the
material,
so
I'm
actually
more
interested
in
the
reporting
capabilities.
B
So
right
now,
until
the
end
of
Q2,
we
are
not
going
to
charge
our
customers.
I
am
at
this
point
in
time,
where,
basically,
where
beta
testing
our
product
and
our
pricing
model
with
our
customers
to
actually
see
what
is
that
you
know
what
are
that
feature
and
functionality
and
content
that
would
entice
an
individual
to
actually
pay
us
on
a
subscription
basis,
so
actually
having
a
learning
subscription
similar
to
O'reilly's
subscription
that
we
have
or
LinkedIn
learning
subscription
that
we
have
Ron
right
now
to
be
very
transparent
with
you.
B
Our
catalog
of
content
is
not
large
enough
for
us
to
start
charging
them
for
this
custom
reporting
alone
right.
We
would
need
to
have
a
few
other
features
and
bells
and
whistles
in
order
to
entice
a
customer
to
pay
us.
So
what
we're
doing
right
now
is
that
as
we're
working
with
some
of
these
customers
specific
customers
in
our
beta
testing,
we
are
building
out
that
feature
and
functionality
that
would
allow
us
to
create
an
offering
that
a
customer
would
find
beneficial
paying
for.
B
But
until
then
it
is
we're
not
there
is
no,
there
isn't
a
cost
associated
with
creating
this
custom
landing
page
for
the
reporting
aspect
of
it.
G
B
So
at
the
moment,
what
I
would
like
to
do
is
if
you
can
actually
send
us
a
message
in
the
Education
Services
slack
Channel
I
think
that
in
another
couple
of
weeks
we
will
create
an
issue
to
like
Mass
track.
You
know
intake
requests
that
we
are
seeing
because
I'm
assuming
after
this
call
our
request
volume
is
going
to
go
up
and
so
we'll
figure
out
that
process.
B
But
until
we
figure
out
that
process,
the
best
way
to
go
forward
is
sending
us
a
message,
and
there
are
a
few
things
that
we
will
need
we'll
need
the
sfdc
link
for
that
specific
customer
would
love
to
know
a
little
bit
more
insights
about
the
customer,
such
as
you
know.
What
tier
are
they
in?
What
are
some
of
their?
You
know,
pain
points
or
what
are
they
trying
to
achieve?
B
But
if
you,
if
you
could
just
these,
would
be
some
of
the
pieces
of
information
that
I
will
need
in
order
to
prioritize
which
ones
we're
building
out.
Sooner
than
later,.
F
B
Correct
yeah
and
I
think
right.
What
we'll
do
is
that
you
know
in
the
case
of
like
say,
kingfisher
we'll
have
that
conversation
with
them
at
their
next
renewal
touch
point
right
and,
and
so
we
can
so
so
say.
For
example,
you
know
say
they
just
renewed
with
us
April
1st
right
and
we're
going
to
start
charging
customers
say
in
Q4,
for
example,
they
will
just
have
that
grace
period
from
Q4
until
their
next
renewal
of
April.
B
Because
this
way,
it'll
just
be
a
easier
conversation
instead
of
kind
of
going
through
this
purchase
process.
You
know
kind
of
Midstream
I
want
to
ensure
that,
as
when
we
do
start
charging
our
customers.
That
did
were
part
of
this
beta
testing
group
that
we're
making
the
the
process
of
them
paying
for
this
as
seamless
as
possible,
so
just
having
them
go
through
the
whole
process
together,
as
part
of
our
video,
might
make
sense.
But
again,
this
is
a
conversation.
B
I
need
to
have
with
shared
and
a
few,
and
also
with
our
new
VP
of
services,
Kevin
Lake,
to
ensure
that
what
methodology
do
we
want
to
approach
here.
H
H
My
question
is:
what
is
the
process
so
Partners
they
go
through
the
portal
and
then
they
get
their
own
codes
for
certifications
or
how
does
how
do
we
leverage
this
for
partners
today?
Is
this
a
broad
question?
No.
B
It's
not
actually
So.
Currently.
What
we
do
is
that,
as
you
know,
we
have
in
partner
where
our
partners
actually
start
registering
with
us
from
there.
They
get
SSO
into
level
up
and
into
this
cohorted
partner,
Panorama
you're
going
to
hear
me
say
the
word
Panorama,
all
the
time,
almost
think
about
it
as
like
our
Google
Drive,
and
that
you
know
Google
Drive,
we
can
give
someone
access
to
the
whole
Google
drive
or
we
can
give
them
access
to
specific
folders.
B
The
good
idea
to
give
them
access
to
specific
folders
like
such
as
a
share.
Drive
Right
would
be
such
that
everyone
has
access
to
all
the
information
underneath
it,
but
at
the
same
time,
we're
able
to
see
exactly
who
are
these
groups
of
individuals
that
have
access
to
this
information?
So
Panorama
is
very
analogous
to
to
that.
B
So
what
we
have
done
is
we
have
created
a
partner
Panorama,
which
is
like
a
subcohort
within
level
up,
so
when
they
come
in
not
only
do
they
have
access
to
gitlab
product
Technical
Training,
but
they
also
have
access
to
pre-sales
training.
They
have
access
to
gitlab
sales
training
as
well,
so
they
have
access
to
a
lot
more
things
that
some
of
our
customers
and
other
external
individuals
do
at
the
moment,
or
even
some
of
our
internal
folks
as
well.
B
Until
now,
there
was
this
whole
notion
of
having
a
partner
become
a
professional
Services
engineer
certified
we,
you
know,
after
after
reviewing
the
data
and
kind
of
visiting
the
ROI
on
that
program,
we
have
paused
that
program.
We
pause
that
program
on
March
3rd
if
our
March
7th,
if
I'm
not
mistaken,
and
we
have
asked
all
existing
individuals
to
complete
their
progress
by
March
31st,
and
so
we
are
in
the
final
rounds
of
assessing
and
Grading
and
getting
all
of
them
passed
through
that
were
part
of
the
existing
program.
B
On
May
1st,
we
are
launching
a
new
program
for
all
of
our
partners
and
that's
going
to
include
our
training
and
then,
instead
of
them
having
to
go
through
every
single
one
of
our
product
certification.
We
are
creating
a
separate
accreditation
exam
for
them,
which
will
be
a
multiple
choice
exam
now
that
is
going
to
be
the
gate
for
them
to
become
a
git
lab.
You
know
accredited
engineer
as
part
of
the
requirement
to
become
a
partner
or
to
ensure
that
they
continue
filling
the
requirements
of
being
a
partner
with
us.
B
One
change
that
we're
making
with
this
is
that,
in
order
for
them
to
to
achieve,
if
they,
if
they
do
want
to
achieve
our
product
certification,
they
do
have
to
pay
for
it.
It's
going
to
be
the
same
as
our
customers.
They
will
have
to
pay
150
dollars
per
exam
attempt
for
our
partners.
We
are
giving
them
embedded
discount
of
20
on
certification
exams.
Now.
The
thing
is
that,
because
we
have
decoupled
the
requirement
for
us
being
a
partner
and
them
completing
product
exams,
we
can
now
start
actually
charging
them
for
the
product
exams.
E
Up
next
great,
thank
you
all.
This
looks
really
really
good
I'm
excited
to
see
what
y'all
are
putting
together
here.
I
do
have
a
question,
though,
regarding
one
of
my
customers
recently
just
asked.
You
know,
they're
thinking
about
getting
certified
on
gitlab,
of
course,
and
they've
been
looking
through
some
of
the
costs
and
finding
that
the
cost
is
maybe
a
little
prohibitive
for
them.
E
So
they
wanted
to
know
if,
if
there's
a
cost
for
just
the
exam
itself,
but
whereby
they
take
the
course
on
a
self-paced
nature
for
free
and
then
they
just
pay
the
150
for
certification
or
or
what
that
might
be
there,
because,
looking
at
the
at
that
self-paced
page,
it
looks
like
it
talks
about
the
certification,
bundles
priced
at
500,
bucks,
plus
the
the
150
I,
think
it's
plus
150.
So
that's.
B
Correct
I'm
really
sorry
for
the
confusion
that
some
of
our
internal
Pages
have
caused,
and
what
we're
you
know
sending
individuals
to.
We
are
in
the
process
of
cleaning.
All
of
that
all
of
those
pages
up
so
that
it
is
more
are
clear.
We
no
longer
have
these
bundles
of
like
self-paced
courses
and
certifications,
so
we
are
no
longer
charging
500.
We
have
actually
dropped
that
price
of
500
to
250
per
exam,
so
they
can
take
our
self-paced
courses
for
free
and
the
exam
would
be
150
now.
B
What
the
the
current
issue
that
we
have
is
a
platform
limitation.
So
in
order
for
an
individual
to
purchase
certification
from
us
right
now,
the
only
way
is
through
sales
assist
because
there
isn't
a
way
for
e-commerce
purchase
through
the
program.
Okay,.
E
B
E
B
So
the
courses
and
certification
exams
are
decoupled
all
together,
so
the
courses
are
always
going
to
be
free
of
charge.
There
are
analogous
like
or
complementary
exams
or
respective
exams
for
them.
Each
of
those
exam
is
150.
B
I
we
do
have
to
clean
up
those
pages
and
I.
Think
that's
where
a
lot
of
this
confusion
is
stemming
from
is
that
when
we
do
click
on
that,
it
does
take
us
to
the
bundle
pricing
which
is
a
legacy
pricing
that
we
have
so,
at
least
in
some
ways:
it'll
be
good
news
when
you
go
back
to
them
and
say:
oh,
yes,
I
have
some
good
news
for
you
that
it
is
not
500
it's
only
150
and
that
the
training
content
is
available
for
you
right
now
to
consume.
On
levelup.itlab.com.
E
B
And
it
is
public
news
that
we
can
share
that.
The
new
pricing
is
150
for
the
exam
and
that
our
self-paced
content
and
these
four
courses
are
available
for
free.
A
Excellent,
that
was
the
last
question
in
the
doc.
I,
don't
see
anything
else
in
the
chat,
any
other
questions.
F
On
notifications
and
sales,
I
think
it
was
asked
last
time
around,
but
I'm
just
gonna
ask
again:
is
there
a
possibility
to
have
free
certifications
or
other
gifts
for
certain
milestones
for
customers?
You
know
they've
achieved
something
they
end
up
with
one
stage.
This
is
that,
and
you
know,
graduation
from
us
to
be
hey.
Here's
a
you
know
to
the
mortification
Stephen
push
the
agenda
further.
B
Also
team.
You
know
the
Education
team
is
very
active
on
the
Education
Services
slack
channel.
So
please,
you
know
ping
us
there
ask
us
any
questions.
I
know
that
as
we're
going
through
some
of
these
new
emotions,
it
could
be
quite
confusing,
especially
as
it
relates
to
some
of
our
handbook
pages
that
are
getting
updated
as
well.
So
we
completely
understand
that
this
process
is
confusing
at
the
moment,
we're
more
than
happy
to
help
you
as
you
go
through
this.
F
That's
and
that
just
maybe,
after
some
reason,
the
words
that
you
mentioned
a
lot
of
things
here.
But
what
is
the
mission
right?
What
is
the
of
the
education
department?
It
might
sound
simple
or
obvious,
but
if
you
could
summarize
it
a
couple
of
words,
what
are
you
responsible
for?
What
are
you
trying
to
do
this
year?
All
together.
B
So
my
mission-
you
know
education
teams
Mission
per
se
right
now-
is
that
we
want
to
ensure
that
we're
empowering
our
customers,
our
partners,
our
community,
to
truly
hone
in
and
leverage
on,
the
devops,
the
power
of
devops
and
also
the
power
of
gitlab
as
it
relates
to
devops
and
devsecops
Market.
We
are
building
programs
and
education
materials
to
support
some
of
those
motions.
We're
going
to
be
building
out,
Advanced,
CI
CD
course
we're
going
to
have
a
compliance
course.
That's
coming
out.
B
A
Wonderful
just
finishing
up
a
note.
Thank
you
all
so
much
for
your
time.
Thank
you.
Any
of
the
very
interactive
session
and
great
questions
from
everyone
I'm
happy
to
give
you
all
some
time,
some
time
back
as
soon
as
the
reporting
is
available,
I
will
post
it
into
the
notes,
Doc
and
yeah.
Please
feel
free
to
reach
out
to
the
team
on
Education
Services.
We
look
forward
to
seeing
you
all
in
the
next
session.
Thank
you
thanks.
